The purpose of this study is to investigate both the influences of perceived organizational support and work-family conflict on job satisfaction. In addition, this research aims to investigate the impact of the mediation of work-family disputes in the connection between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. We utilize a quantitative approach to acquire data from the subject of the study. For the sampling strategy, we employ random sampling with questionnaire distribution as the data collection tool. The data analysis method was called Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). In addition, the findings of this research indicate that a favorable and significant influence on work satisfaction may be attributed to a perceived high level of organizational support. The perception of organizational support is another factor that contributes negatively to work-family conflict. Meanwhile, the tension between work and family life has a positive and noticeable impact on job satisfaction. The latest finding is that work and family conflict might be a negative mediator in the association between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction.

. Child delinquency is an act that violates the norms or rules in society that is committed by children. Child delinquency is a social phenomenon caused by a form of social neglect which ultimately leads to deviant behavior or delinquency. But there are several factors that influence children to do these actions. This study aims to determine the psychological dynamics of children as perpetrators of theft, so they can handle or even prevent other children. This research uses a qualitative method, because this method can be used to explore and understand the meaning of a number of individuals or groups who are considered to have social or humanitarian problems. The results of this study indicate that children commit acts of theft because of a lack of attention from the family or even from their own parents to become a bad figure for their children. Likewise, the influence of peers who are naughty in association can also influence the behavior of children to become naughty. And a bad environment can influence children's behavior to be bad, because children tend to imitate what they see in their environment whether it's good or bad.

This research was carried out at the Laboratory of the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty of the 1945 NTT Teachers' Association University from July to September 2022. With the aim of 1) to determine the effect of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) on the death of house flies (Musca domestica). 2) to determine the effectiveness of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) against the death of house flies (Musca domestica). The design used in this research was an experimental method for each papaya leaf extract concentration of 1%, 2% and 3% carried out 3 times. . The aim of the experiment was to provide accurate data on the death of house flies (Musca domestica) where the death of house flies that occurred in the study was due to the administration of papaya leaf extract. The results of the research showed that papaya leaf extract could kill house flies. This proves that papaya leaf extract is effective against the death of house flies. The appropriate concentration of papaya leaf extract for the death of houseflies from the tests that have been carried out is at a concentration of 1%, the lowest range and the highest range is 3%.

Electrical energy continues to grow over time, power plants with large capacities are the main sources of electricity in Indonesia, one of which is the Steam Power Plant (PLTU). In the field of power plants that use coal always need air during the electricity production process. This study aims 1) to determine the protection management system on the Forced Draft fan motor using GE Multilin 269 Plus, 2) Setting GE Multilin 269 Plus as protection, 3) The results of the protection in the form of Normal Motor, Alarm, and Trip conditions in the accumulation of imbalance (Unbalance) ). The method used is a quantitative research method based on analysis, taking data and then analyzing the data obtained. The results of this quantitative study regarding the Unbalance value or imbalance of the electric motor analyzed resulted in a value of 5.8% for normal conditions, 10.86% for alarm conditions on multilin and 15.50% in trip conditions or the motor had stopped. These values ​​are obtained from the results of calculations comparing negative sequence currents and positive sequence currents (In/Ip). The conclusion obtained is that the GE Multilin 269 Plus protects the electric motor from system damage by using a current sensor and through a setting point that is adjusted to the provisions of NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) with an unbalance value of more than 15% for trips, more than 10% for alarm conditions and less than 10% under normal conditions

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of Nidji's song; (2) the imagery contained in the lyrics of the song Nidji; and (3) the application of Nidji's song lyrics in learning to identify the elements of poetry in class X SMA. The data collection of this research was carried out using the observation method. The data analysis of this research is content analysis. The results of data analysis are presented with informal techniques. Based on the data and discussion, it is concluded that (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of the Nidji song include (a) hyperbole figure of speech which serves to exaggerate the situation when someone is in love. His heart blossomed and everything became beautiful; (b) association figure of speech serves to describe different vibrations when falling in love with millions of feelings; (2) The types of imagery in Nidji's song lyrics consist of (a) auditory images found in the lyrics "I hear the singing of a thousand gods and goddesses of love" and "Echoing the world", (b) visual images found in the lyrics "I see the sun will come to me” and “I see the moon will come to me”, (c) the motion images found in the lyrics “Come to me, hug me dearly” and “The moon will come to me”. (3) The application of learning using Nidji's song lyrics is in accordance with basic competencies 3.17 Analyzing the elements of poetry building. The method used is Discovery Based Learning with learning steps which include the following: greeting and motivation, apperception, division of study groups, analyzing Nidji's song When I Fall in Love based on figurative and imagery elements, presentations, and concluding learning activities.

Metode perhitungan merupakan salah satu faktor dalam mendesain tebal perkerasan lentur jalan baru. Ada beberapa metode mendesain tebal perkerasan lentur jalan, namun untuk penelitian ini digunakan dua metode mendesain tebal perkerasan lentur yaitu metode yang disediakan oleh American Association of State Highway Traffic Officials (AASHTO) dan metode untuk Indonesia sendiri ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum melalui Direktorat Jendral Bina Marga. Kedua metode tersebut memiliki parameter-parameter data yang sama yaitu beban lalu lintas, CBR tanah dasar, R, ZR, S0, IP0, IPt, ΔPsi, koefisien drainase dan material lapis perkerasan. Akan tetapi kedua metode ini memiliki perbedaan dalam teknis perhitungan tebal perkerasan lentur jalan. Hasil yang didapat berupa perbedaan tebal perkerasan lentur dimana metode AASHTO 1993 mendapatkan nilai tebal perkerasan yaitu: lapis permukaan (Laston MS 590) 5 cm, lapis pondasi atas (Agregat Kelas A) 15 cm, lapis pondasi bawah (Sirtu Kelas B) 15 cm. Sedangkan untuk metode Bina Marga 2017 mendapatkan nilai tebal perkerasan yaitu: AC-WC 5 cm, AC-BC 6 cm, AC Base 16 cm, CTB 15 cm dan lapis pondasi Agregat Kelas A 15 cm. Dengan hasil tebal perkerasan lentur yang berbeda, didapatkan juga perbedaan biaya Rencana Anggaran Biaya, dimana metode AASHTO 1993 mengeluarkan biaya sebesar Rp 23.796.382.000,00 sedangkan metode Bina Marga 2017 mengeluarkan biaya sebesar Rp 51.289.817.000,00. Selisih dari kedua metode tersebut adalah Rp 27.493.435.000,00.

Hypertension is a condition where systolic blood pressure is equal to or more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is more than or equal to 90 mmHg. The cause of hypertension can be influenced by genetic factors, environmental factors or influenced by a combination of these two factors. From the causative factors, hypertension can be classified into 2, namely: primary or essential hypertension for which the cause is not known, and secondary hypertension which is hypertension arising from other diseases. According to the American Heart Association in 2019, there were about 4 billion people on the Asian continent, but levels of awareness, treatment and blood pressure control tend to be low. The Chinese population has a presentation of 47% of the population who are aware and check themselves for hypertension, 14% of whom are undergoing treatment. Singapore has 74% of people aware of hypertension and 69% undergoing treatment. In America, about 46% of adults have hypertension, about 40% of whom are African-American-non-Hispanic men and women. Women aged 20 to 34 years, 13% had hypertension; nearly 86% of the condition was in their mid-70s. Men at that age also had the same condition, increasing from about 26% to 80%.

The spread of narcotics in Semarang City in 2019-2020 is possible to increase, especially in the West Semarang area. It was proven that in 2017 it was revealed 198 cases then in 2018 it became 287 cases. The author is interested in examining the factors that influence the spread of narcotics in the West Semarang area and the public reaction to the spread of narcotics in the West Semarang area. Research in this writing uses Sociological Juridical type with descriptive-analytical research specifications through primary and secondary data sources. As a retailer, Anterah store also faces the same thing, so anticipating a decline in sales requires an analysis of the best-selling products and how to find out the relationship between the products purchased by consumers. The association relationship between these products will be used as the basis for product arrangement, so that the frequency of products that consumers often buy can be arranged closely together so that consumers do not have to look for them longer. Market basket analysis to determine the relationship between products sold simultaneously is used to explore association rules (Association Rule Mining) which will produce products that are purchased simultaneously as a consideration for product arrangement in Anterah Retail storefront. Meanwhile, the best-selling products will be explored using the Frequent Pattern Growth method in order to obtain a ranking list of the most purchased products by consumers. This analysis is used as a basis for considering product promotion. The test results on the sales sample data obtained an average value of minimum support = 0.0025, minimum confidence = 0.610, LaPlace = 0.9985, Gain = -0.006, p-s = 0.003, Lift = 103.82, Convicting 2.5285 with a processing time of 41.456 seconds.

Hasil dari penjualan pada toko kgs rizky motor pihak manajemen hanya melihat laporan jumlah barang terjual dan berapa banyak pendapatannya dilihat tanpa ada tindak lanjut untuk menentukan keputusan diwaktu yang akan datang. Dengan menggunakan metode Frequent Pattern Growth, pihak manajemen dapat mengambil keputusan barang mana yang membutuhkan persediaan yang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan barang yang lain. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan adanya penerapan algoritma FP-Growth pada perhitungan manual dengan syarat batasan nilai support >35% dan nilai confidence 70%. Kemudian disimpulkan bahwa telah dilakukan penerapan algoritma FP-Growth untuk penentuan pada pola pembelian di Toko Kgs Rizky Motor. Dari dataset 15 transaksi penjualan produk sparepart yang menjadi frequent itemset adalah kombinasi itemset, terdapat 23 rules pola asosiasi dengan memenuhi nilai syarat batasan tersebut. Hasil association rule diperoleh terdapat 7 rules yang telah memenuhi nilai syarat batasan yaitu 1) jika membeli barang rantai motor (A04) maka membeli barang oli motor (A08) dengan nilai support = 40% dan nilai confidence = 78%, 2) jika membeli barang aksesoris motor (A07) maka membeli barang knalpot (A09) dengan nilai support = 40% dan nilai confidence = 75%, jika membeli barang oli motor (A09) maka membeli barang knalpot (A08) dengan nilai support = 47% dan nilai confidence = 88% dst. Sehingga  dapat membantu pada perusahaan toko kgs rizky motor mengetahui kemunculan pola item yang sering dibeli secara bersamaan atau dapat dilakukan mempromosikan produk item terbaik.

Bisnis retail merupakan bisnis yang keberhasilannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan untuk memahami perilaku konsumen dan kesigapan respons dari pemiliknya. Memahami konsumen dapat dilakukan dengan mempelajari data historis dari transaksi konsumen. Metode association rule-mining dalam Machine Learning dapat kita manfaatkan untuk menemukan tren pola perilaku beli konsumen yang menunjukkan keterkaitan antar produk / kategori produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan tren asosiasi kategori produk serta memberikan rekomendasi penempatan produk (product placement layouting) dengan memaksimalkan exposure pembeli terhadap produk-produk yang terkait saat berbelanja suatu barang dengan harapan akan terjadi peningkatan penjualan. Sebanyak 12.760 data transaski digunakan untuk menemukan pola beli konsumen. Pola beli konsumen ini kemudian dijadikan dasar untuk memberikan rekomendasi penempatan produk untuk meningkatkan penjualan.

Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) atau biasa disebut kekerasan domestik (domestic violence) merupakan suatu masalah yang sangat khas karena kekerasan dalam rumah tangga terjadi pada semua lapisan masyarakat. Sebagian besar korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga khususnya penelantaran rumah tangga ini adalah anak. Kedudukan anak dalam rumah tangga lebih lemah, dan lebih rendah dari pada orang dewasa dan masih bergantung pada orang-orang dewasa di sekitarnya. Penelantaran anak merupakan bagian dari bentuk kekerasan terhadap anak, karena ia masuk kedalam kekerasan secara sosial (social abuse), Kekerasan yag bersifat psikis dan sosial (struktural) juga membawa dampak buruk dan permanen terhadap anak. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, perumusan masalah dalam penulisan skripsi ini yang pertama adalah faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan terjadinya penelantaran terhadap anak didalam rumah tangga, kedua adalah bagaimana kajian kriminologi terhadap penelantaran anak sebagai jenis kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Untuk mendekati permasalahan dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan spesifikasi penelitian secara deskriptif analitis. Analisis ini yang dipergunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya penelantaran terhadap anak didalam rumah tangga dapat dijelaskan menggunakan teori kriminologi meliputi teori differential association dan teori sosio-kultural (sosiologi kriminal), adapula faktor-faktor lain yang berkaitan dengan penelantaran terhadap anak, antara lain: faktor perceraian orang tua, faktor kemiskinan, faktor lingkungan dan faktor pendidikan. Kajian Kriminologi Terhadap Pelaku Penelantaran Anak dapat dijelaskan dengan teori kriminologi yaitu differential association terkait dengan perilaku kejahatan yang dipelajari karena faktor eksternal dan yang meliputi teknik dan motifnya. Kajian Penelantaran Anak Sebagai Jenis Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga yaitu berupa penelantaran anak yang dilakukan oleh orang tuanya temasuk dalam jenis kekerasan yang terjadi dalam lingkup rumah tangga yaitu penelentaran dalam rumah tangga yang sesuai menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga pada pasal 9 ayat 1.

How are the remedies that have been taken by the government BBPOM to consumer protection related to the circulation of illegal imports of Chinese cosmetics in the city of Semarang The method used in this research is the method of approach to examine the rules of the applicable law, whereas the specification of the research is analytic descriptive only portray the legislation in force linked and analyzed with the theories of jurisprudence and a keadaaanatau particular object in a factual and accurate, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. This study aims to investigate the effect of strategic performance measurement system on managerial performance that isdirectly tested through four variables; job relevant information, role ambiguty, role conflict and role overload. This studyused the perspective of goal setting theory and role theory in explaining inter-variable relationship. Data collected in thissurvey was primary data from 329 functional managers of state-owned transportation companies under the auspices ofMinistry of State Owned Enterprise. Samples were taken using stratified random sampling. Of 329 questionnaires, 264were used in this research with respon rate of 80,55%. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation models inLISREL 8,5. The result of statistictic test indicated that strategic performance measurement system was, but notsignificantly, associated with managerial performance. Further findings indicated that strategic performance measurementsystem was significantly associated with job relevant information, but no association was found with role ambiguity.However, strategic performance measurement system was significantly assosiated with role conflict and role overload.Furthermore, the result of research test indicated that job relevant information was not associated with role ambiguty; roleconflict and role overload, but significantly associated with managerial performance. Based on the result, it can beconferred that role ambiguity was positively related and had a significant impact on managerial performance. In the otherhand, role conflict and role overload are positvely but not significantly assosiated with managerial performance.The resultof the role test of mediating variables has shown that job relevant information, role ambiguity, role conflict and roleoverload significantly mediated the effect of strategic performance measurement system toward managerial performance.Keywords : Strategic Performance Measurement System, Job Relevant Information, Role Stress Characteristic andManagerial Performance
