Freight of goods and passengers in Indonesia With the availability of goods and transportation needed by transportation, there are many entrepreneurs or transportation service companies in the three transportation routes. PT. Pandu Logistik is a company engaged in the transportation of goods which is a legal entity in the Commercial Postal Service as stipulated in article 18 paragraph (1) of Law Number 38 of 2009 concerning Postal. During the process of shipping goods sometimes it does not need to be done with problems, for example regarding expenditures, both originating from nature, human actions or from the nature of the goods themselves. In answering this law, the approach method is carried out using the sociological juridical method with descriptive analytical specifications and the analysis is done qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the standard agreement in the transportation agreement determined by the carrier according to the position of the parties is not balanced and there is no freedom of transfer to determine the contents of the agreement. Factors that cause ownership change, damage or loss of goods in PT. Pandu Logistics is 2 factors, the first factor which is a factor of PT. Pandu Logistik itself and the second is external factors such as circumstances and accidents that cannot be done in the transportation of goods. The responsibility of PT. Pandu Logistics Semarang for lost or damaged goods that is by way of compensation of 10 times the shipping fee or a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), except if PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang can prove right and wrong that PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang, apart from the negligence and mistakes of the sender of the goods or because there is something about the cargo that does not reach the recipient of the goods, this is what frees PT. Pandu Logistik from Semarang sent by the goods sender. Pressure  ulcer is local injury of skin of subtexture it, generally at bump of bone, the effect of pressure or pressure combination with friction or seraping. To preventing the risk of pressure ulcer at total bedrest patient need to treatmen of skin by Nigella Sativa Oil. The purpose of this case study is to be analyze of application by prevention of pressure ulcer pressure sores method at total bedrest patient. The type of this research is descriptive with method of the case study. The subject of this research use two patient who is sustain of total bedrest more than 3 eith enteria for assesment result by Norton 14 scale less than 14 which it is categorized risk of everage pressure ulcer. The result of this research can be conclude at subject I from 10 Norton scale to 13 scale, at subject II from 13 Norton scale to 16 scale. So, at the time from it review with high severe of injury to use the Design from every the category that obtains the result 0 which it means not happens pressure ulcer injury by both of subject. The nurse must be applies by Nigella Sativa Oil therapy at total bedrest patient to can prevent of pressure ulcer risk.

Kualitas siswa dalam Program Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara tidak dalam kualitas tertinggi. Tetapi kompetensi kelulusan standar diperlukan di tingkat yang baik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan keterampilan dalam kegiatan belajar. Peningkatan aktivitas pembelajaran telah dilakukan melalui pendekatan saintifik berbasis lesson study pada mata kuliah sistematika tumbuhan tinggi melalui 4 siklus. Setiap siklus memiliki tahapan perencanaan-lihat-lihat. Data diperoleh dari deskripsi tahapan plan-do-see dan analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi rencana itu layak dan teliti. Implementasi do bahwa perkuliahan dapat mengatur waktu dengan baik, memberikan motivasi dan ketepatan pada kesalahpahaman yang disampaikan oleh mahasiswa; selain itu, aktivitas belajar siswa dan kemandirian mereka selama kegiatan belajar semakin meningkat. Implementasi see dapat meningkatkan kolaborasi antar dosen dalam menyusun rencana selanjutnya. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan ilmiah berdasarkan studi pelajaran dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dosen dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar siswa, meningkatkan kegiatan belajar siswa dan meningkatkan kemandirian siswa.Kata kunci: keterampilan belajar, lesson study, pendekatan saintifik

The WISN and ABK-Kes methods can be used to calculate the workload and staff requirements in the medical record unit. Medical record workers often catch several jobs without calculating the workload, so they feel a high workload. The purpose of this research is to analyze the need for medical personnel using the WISN and ABK-Kes methods. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive research design. The population in this study were all medical record officers. With eight medical record officers as samples. The results showed that based on calculations using the WISN and ABK-Kes methods, ten medical record officers were needed. So the proposed solution is to add expert medical record officers who are competent in their fields according to the calculation of the need for medical personnel according to the ABK-Kes method. This makes the medical record unit more reliable and ideal, because it is in accordance with PMK No. 33 of 2015 the addition of SDMK.    

Stroke is the sudden death of brain tissue caused by the lack of oxygen due to the impaired blood supply. Patients with stroke need to be given strengthen joints therapy, one of them is 300 lateral incline positions. The purpose of this case study is to analyze the position in stroke patients after the intervention of mobilization exercise every 2 hours for 6 days in Cempaka ward of RS Pantiwilasa Ciratum Semarang. The type of this research is descriptive case study approach method. The subjects of this study are two stroke patients with good functional outcomes, where the score for Modified Rankin Scale is between 0-2, willing to be respondents, never received a lateral 30? lateral incline therapy. The immobilization analysis is done descriptively and measured by Braden scale. Hence, the result of the study is the decrease of the risk shows by the changing of risk scale from 10 to 13. The recommendation of the research is the need of nurse consistency in mobilization to prevent decubitus in stroke patients.

Hypertension is not infectious disease which occupy the third place in the region’s small-scale Clinics Rowosari Semarang. Less healthy lifestyles as well as stress lead to uncontrolled hypertension and cause various complicatio. Foot reflexiology message is one of complementary therapies with muscle compression techniques giving rise to a relaxing effect and the lower blood pressure. The purpose of this study  is illustrate the aplication of reflexiology message theraphy to lower blood preassurein hypertensive clients.The methods used in this research is a descriptive case study method with case study approach. The subject are 2 people with criteria of age 35-65 years old and suffering from hypertension grade I and II. Intervensions carried out in the form of foot reflexiology massage therapy 30-60  minutes for three days a row. The results of the case study shows that there is a decrease of blood preassure 160/90 mmHg  143/83 mmHg be on subject I and subject II 180/100 mmHg to 155/87 mmHg. Foot reflexiology message therapy is recomended as a nursing intervention in the client management of clients  with hypertension.

Depression is one form of psychiatric disorders in nature of feeling (affective or disorder) is characterized by melancholy, lethargy, feeling of no use, and despair. A nursing action that needs to be administered to patients with depression disorder with the provision of music therapy. Music therapy is a therapy that can improve the effects of analgesics, comfort effects that can reduce depression. Musik used with dangdut music fast rhythm. The purpose of this case study illustrates the changes in depression levels before and after the dangdut music therapy performed rapidly in the space Gatot Kaca RSJD Dr. Amino Gondhohutomo. This type of research is descriptive by using case study approach method. Subyek in this case study were two patients with mild to moderate depression, 18 to 20 years og age, and like dangdut music. Analysis was done descriptively and measured using an HRS-D scale assessment. The result of analysis after the music therapy dangdut fast rhythm for 4 times on subjects I and subjects II, showed that the occurrence of decreased depression rate with subjects I score 13 (mild depression) to 6 (normal) and subjects II 16 (moderate depression) to 12 (mild depression). Recommendations for nurse may continue nursing actions to lower dep levels.

Depression Breast milk is the best food for babies, because it contains all the nutrients the ideal amount  and  composition  required  by  infants.  One  of  the  obstacles  in  the  early breastfeeding is the production of breast milk in small quantities on the first day after birth. Ways that can be done toincrease milk production is the oxytocin message. The purpose of case study to improve sepending colostrum at maternal post partum after doing oxytocin message. This type of research is descriptive using a case study approach. Subjects in this study were two patients maternal post partum. The result of the analysis to subject 1 spending colostrum time this is 5.00 hours with fast   categori, while to subject  2  spending  colostrum  time  this  is  06.20  hours  with  low  categori.  Can  be concluded there oxytocin message effect on the time spending colostrum.nurse have to apply message oxytocin to the mother post partum to give colostrum on her baby soon after birth.

Schizophrenia is a disorder in a person with a state of being unable to think logically so that he cannot control his behavior and emotions. One of the positive symptoms of schizophrenia is hallucinations. Hallucinations occupied the highest number in 2018 as many as 5,339 people in RSJD Dr. Amino Gondhoutomo, Central Java Province. Hallucinations are the inability to distinguish between internal and external stimuli. One of the therapies for hallucinations is occupational therapy. Occupational therapy is an activity to correct abnormalities, maintain and improve the client's health status. The purpose of this case study is to describe the symptoms of hallucinations before and after being given occupational therapy for leisure activities. This type of research is descriptive with a case study approach. This study used 2 people with auditory hallucinations as subjects who were willing to be respondents. The results showed a decrease in the score of hallucinatory symptoms before and after being given occupational therapy for leisure activities to Mr. T from 13 to 4 and Br. R from 16 to 8. It can be concluded that the provision of occupational therapy for leisure activities has an effect on reducing hallucinatory symptoms experienced by schizophrenic patients with auditory hallucinations.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence ofSupervision, Financial Incentives and Provision of Non FinancialIncentives to (Employee Performance). Data was collected throughquestionnaires and implemented on 40 employees and this study usedSPSS version 17.The result of analysis shows that the first equation is Y = -5.066 +0,488.X1 + 0,254. X2 + 0.464. X3 which means supervisory variables,Financial Incentive Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives have apositive effect on employee performance variables..

The purpose of this writing is to find suitability of breast-feeding rights regulated in Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour with the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights. This writing is a writing normative laws. This writing is done by means of literature study to obtain secondary data in the field of law. From the result of study it can be concluded that first, in general provisions concerning of breast-feeding rights in Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour was already conformed the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights. Second, in specifically provisions concerning of breast-feeding rights in Article 83 of Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labour still has not been entirely conformed with the philosophy of woman’s reproductive rights, because it has not guaranteed full rights to female workers who breastfeed their babies.

Saya menggunakan metode analisis karakter yang dirancang oleh Malbon, yang berfokus pada performa karakter, dalam hal ini Yesus. Analisis ini menaruh perhatian pada apa yang karakter-karakter lain katakan kepada dan tentang Yesus; apa tanggapan Yesus; apa yang Yesus lakukan, serta apa karakter-karakter lain lakukan sebagai tanggapan atas kata dan tindakan Yesus. Pembahasan hanya dibatasi atas Mrk 4:35-8:30 karena dalam bagian inilah terjadi proses identifikasi  karakter  Yesus  yang  berpuncak  pada  pengakuan  Petrus  atas  Kemesiasan Yesus. Proses ini tampak terkait secara hakiki dengan tonggak peristiwa misi pertama Yesus ke seberang, yang notabene merupakan daerah orang non-Yahudi. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan karakter Yesus yang familiar, meneguhkan beberapa fakta yang sudah ada sebelumnya, sekaligus menyajikan aspek-aspek yang mungkin mengejutkan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the layout of production facili ties on the row of Rumah Warna Bags so as to form an ideal process flow, effective and efficient. Limitations of the problem in this study only on the layout of production facilities is limited to the bag production room in the period of study year 2016 - 2017. Data analysis technique used in this study is using the operation process map, process sequence sheet, activity relationship map, and the diagram of the allocation of territory . Technique used in presenting data of research result that is using wor kflow diagram and flow of production process and diagram about layout and method. Result of research using operation process map there are 11 bag making operation process with total time taken for whole process is 20,75 minutes and mean time each process 1 ,88 minutes. Based on the process sequence of the whole process from start to finish process using 1 pencil pattern, 1 pattern cutting machine, 4 tools of giving glue, 5 actual sewing machine, 1 actual obras machine, 2 pieces of tweezers and 1 scissors for quality control and isolatape for packing process. Result of analysis of activity relation map, production room has 3 level of importance, 6 description of reason, packing space 2 level of interest, 3 description of reason, process space pattern 2 level o f interest, 5 description of reason, warehouse area 2 level of interest, 2 description of reason, 2 levels of importance, 2 description of reasons. From the results of the allocation diagram of the pattern space area, and the raw material warehouse and pac king room previously located outside the production area after the analysis based on the level of interest is now in the production area 

This study aims to determine the Influence of Price, Service and Location on Decision of Patient Redeeming Prescription Doctor (Case Study At K - 24 Purworejo Pharmacy). Samples in this study are patients who redeem aprescription in pharmacy K-24 Purworejo more than 2x as many as 50 people . This research uses data analysis methods, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, t test and ftest. After doing research about the influence of price, service and location to decision of patient in redeeming prescription doctor (study of pharmacy K -24 Purworejo) hence obtained result as follows: There is partially positive influence and significant antaraharga to decision of patient redeem prescription doctor at pharmacy K-24 Purworejo with t count = 5,978 and p = 0,000 <0,05. There isinfluence secaraparsial and significant of service to decision of patient redeem prescription doctor at pharmacy K-24 Purworejo with t count = 7,939 and p = 0,000 <0,05. partially and significantly influence the location of the decision of the patient to redeem the prescription at the pharmacy K-24 Purworejo with tarithmetic = 1.552 and p = 0.127> 0.05.Ada there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between price, service, and location to the decision the patient redeemed the prescription at K-24 Purworejo Pharmacy. Based on F value count = 44,982 and p = 0,000 <0,05. And the value of F table, then F arithmetic>F table (44,983> 2,807) or probability 0.000 <0,05 which means hypothesis four (H4) which states simul taneously there is a positive and significant influence influence price, service and location to the patient decision redeemed recipes accepted and HO rejected.

This study aims to determine how the influence of brand equity on consumer purchasing decisions on Mister Burger Purworejo. This research uses quantitative approach, where data and information are collected through survey with questionnaire tool and also library study. The population of this study is consumers who have made purchases of products on Mister Burger Purworejo more than 2 times. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, t test and F. test of multiple regression calculation obtained regression equation Y = 1,500 + 0,198X1 + 0,204 X2 + 0,513 X3. This means that, if the value of the brand awareness variable, brand association and brand quality perceptions in the research object is equal to zero, then the level or amount of purchase decision variables in Mister Burger Purworejo will be 1,500. The result of the determination coefficient hypothesis Adjust R Squaresebesar 0.734, that the variable purchase decision 73,4% influenced by brand awareness variable (X1), brand association (X2), and brand quality perception (X3). While 26.6% influenced by other variables. It can be concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between brand awareness, brand association and brand quality perceptions of consumer purchasing decisions. And simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the brand awareness variable, brand association and brand quality perceptions of purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) variables on stock prices either partially or simultaneously. This study uses data analysis methods, multiple regression, coefficient of determination t test and F test. From the results of this study, obtained multiple regression analysis yields the equation Y=161,785 -118,120X₁+ 9.239X₂ which means if the ratio of Current Ratio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) equal to zero (0) units then the Share Price of Rp.161,785,-/ sheet. Each CR increment is 1 unit while the other variable (NPM) is considered to be fixed, it will be followed by a decrease of Share Price of Rp. 118,120,-/ sheet. At each NPM increase of 1 unit while the other variable (NPM) is considered fixed, it will be followed by the increase of StockPrice of Rp. 9,239,-/ sheet. From t test analysis, t value arithmetic for CR and NPM are 0,778 and-0,415, respectively. with t table equal to 4,303 where t count <t table while value of Sig each is 0,518 and 0,718 or sig>0,05, so it can beconcluded that there is no significant influence between Current Ratio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) against stock prices. Based on the results of the calculation of the f test results obtained Sig> 0.05 or 0.680> 0.05. It can be concluded that simultaneously there is no positive and significant influence between Current Ratio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) to stock price. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained results-0.359 that there is no effect of CR and NPM on stock prices. Stock prices can be influenced by other factors not examined by the author 

This study aims to determine the effect of return on equity (ROE) and current ratio (CR ) to dividend payout ratio (DPR). This study uses data analysis methods, multiple regression, coefficient of determination t test and F test. Based on the results of research that researchers do by using SPSS program shows that the correlation test results between ROE variables with House of the amount of - 0.947, while the correlation test results between CR variables with House of equal to - 0.252. In the coefficient of determination obtained results of 0.796 which means that the contribution of ROE and C R variables to the variable of the House is 79.6%, while the remaining 20.4% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. In t test result for ROE variable obtained t count equal to - 4,044, because t count value of ROE smaller than t table (-4,044 <-4,303) hence Ho accepted and H1 rejected so that partially no influence between ROE variable to DPR. While the result of t test for CR variables obtained t count - 0.133, because t count smaller than t table (-0,133 <-4.303) then Ho accepted and H2 rejected sothat partially no influence between variable CR to variable DPR. In the f test results show that the value of f arithmetic of 8.799, because the value of farithmetic smaller than f table (8.799 <19.00) then Ho accepted and H3 rejected,so there is no effect simultaneously between the variables ROE and CR to DPR variables

This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on Voluntary Disclosure. The company's voluntary disclosure uses indicators consisting of 3 categories: Strategic Information, Non Financial Information and Financial Information. The Corpo rate Governance in this study uses 5 indicators,namely the proportion of independent board of commissioners, the proportion of independent audit committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and size of public accounting firm, and company size as control variable. By proportional random sampling method, 70 annual reports of Indonesian manufacturing companies were selected. Analytical tool to test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the proportion of independent board of commissioners, the proportion of independent audit committees, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and the size of public accounting firms simultaneously affect voluntary disclosure. While in part, the results show that the portion of the independent audit committee and the size of the public accounting firm have a significant positive effect on voluntary disclosure. Institutional ownership negatively affects voluntary disclosure. While the prop ortion of independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership and firm size has no significant effect on voluntary disclosure in the annual report.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of sales before and after using social media, to determine the factors that influence the increase in sales through social media, to know the marketing strategy so as to increase online salesin Santana Shop. The method of analysis in this study using SWOT analysis.The results of this study can be seen that the factors that affect the level of sales before and after using social media, among others, before using social media Santana Shop using offline and active store CFD in Purworejo square, after activein social media sales increased. Factors that affect the increase in sales through social media that is, social media can find out more about customers, develop target markets, reach the business, increase promotion. So by using SWOT analysis obtained strategy Strength-Opportunity that is, sale without capital with price of goods offered cheaper, give bag or wallet free, give discount, goods always update,follow event, social media make easy to sell, for dropship. Weakness-Opportunity Strategy is to increase online sales to reduce the workload, in cooperation with many gyro services, open resellers, create their own brand bags or wallets,Strength-Treath strategy that is, create 2 SIM cards, actively pro mote in social media networking, the more many create discount events, deliver exciting advertisements by multiplying new model updates, emerging new competitors at cheaper rates, providing original photo captions, Weakness-Treath strategy thatis, providing cheap rates from other stores, delivering inexpensive shipping services, opening online good resellers or offline.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of student satisfaction of the services of librarians and the relationship of service quality of library staff and student satisfaction in the library. the method of analysis in this study using the valid ity test, reliability test, simple correlation, simple linear regression coefficient of determination and t test. The results of this study can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between the quality of service librarians to student satisfaction in SMK Kristen Penabur Purworejo is Y = 13,576 + 0.679X. This is indicated by the coefficient value of 0.679. This means, if the value of service quality variables increased by one point, then the satisfaction of students will increase seber sar 0.679. In the determination coefficient test sebersar 0.450 or 45% the number shows student satisfaction that occurs and is explained by using service quality variables so that from 100%-45% so that 55% get contributions from other factors. With the criteria level α 0.05 with the number of samples of 21 students then obtained ttable of 2.080 with table level significance, α = 0.05 with a confidence level of 95% with ttable of 2.080 while the calculation based on table 4:29 which is done using t count variable service quality (X) of 3.944. Thus the value of tcount is greater than ttable (3.944> 2.080) or significant value (0.001 <0.05). So that Ha there is a positive and significant influence between the quality of service librarians to student satisfac tion in SMK Kristen Penabur Purworejo and Ho rejected
