This study aims to analyze the selection of edamame raw material suppliers at PT XYZ using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method. This research involves the process of collecting primary and secondary data which includes identification of supplier selection criteria, collection of criteria and sub-criteria data, and collection of supplier performance data. The results showed that the relevant supplier selection criteria in the context of edamame raw materials at PT XYZ were product quality, price, supply reliability, sustainability and reputation. Based on the FAHP method, the relative weight of each criterion and sub-criteria has been calculated, which helps in evaluating potential suppliers. In addition, supplier rankings are also determined based on the resulting priority values. In conclusion, the FAHP method can be used as an effective tool in selecting raw material suppliers for edamame at PT XYZ. This method helps in reducing uncertainty and complexity in decision making, as well as providing more objective and structured results.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, profit growth, and company size on earnings quality in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. Earnings Quality Variables using Quality of Income. The sample method used was purposive sampling. From the population in the Mining Sector Companies during the 2019- 2021 period, 13 companies that met the sample criteria were taken. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) software program 25.00 for Windows. The results showed that capital structure, profit growth, and company size had no negative and insignificant effects on earnings quality. Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on earnings quality. The influence of Capital Structure, Liquidity, Profit Growth, and Company Size together has a positive and significant effect on earnings quality in mining sector companies listed on the IDX.

This training has several goals, namely to open insights, and observers ofIndonesian teachers about gender equality in everyday life, giving insight to analyzethe value of inequality/ gender equality, and compile teaching materials Indonesian perspective of gender equality. Implementation of this training method is applied intwo stages: the preparation stage and implementation stage. Health service facilities are all facilities and infrastructure tools or places that can support health or can be used to provide health services, both promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative carried out by the government, local governments and / or the community, (Ministry of Health RI, 2016).  The research design was described using a cross-sectional research design. The research was conducted in the working area of the Kutacane Pulonas City Health Center, Babussalam District, Southeast Aceh Regency. The population of this study was the entire population of productive age who visited the Kutacane City Health Center. The sample for the study was 127 respondents, a sampling of the general population. The data analysis carried out was univariate and bivariate analysis. From the results of the study, it is known that the factors that influence low access show that access to productive age people in the working area of the Kutacane City Health Center is influenced by gender, marital status, knowledge, attitudes, cadre support, facilities and infrastructure, information about the schedule for implementing health screening, and satisfaction with productive age health services.

Parenting is a technique used by parents to educate, protect, and supervise their children in the family. Balanced parenting implementation is very important for the growth and development of children. This study used a descriptive method with a community health nursing approach including the assessment, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The study on parenting patterns of parents was carried out on an elementary school children aggregate in the Meuraxa Public Health Center area, Banda Aceh using the windshield survey, questionnaires, and interviews with program administrators, parents, teachers, and elementary school students. The assessment was carried out based on Pender's theory (Health Promotion Model/HPM). The study results showed that 104 parents (43.15%) used authoritarian parenting, 137 (56.85%) used democratic parenting, and 0 (100%) used permissive parenting. It is advised that this study be put into practice to support healthy parenting practices through the use of community nursing care processes.

The era of media convergence makes life easier with the adoption of knowledge through online media. In addition to obtaining various information, online media also has a significant contribution in changing the behavior of its users in responding to a phenomenon in everyday life. Especially women whose roles in this era of media convergence are increasingly complex. He not only acts as the head of the household, but sometimes his role is also as the head of the family to make a basic living or just as a breadwinner to support household life. In addition, responding to the phenomenon of domestic violence that is often found in the news, makes women try to also contribute to maintaining the integrity of their household by minimizing this phenomenon in their family. Various efforts have been made, one of which is to increase understanding of domestic violence itself. Through digital literacy, it is hoped that apart from having their own understanding of domestic violence, they can also share this information with their own environment and family. So you can anticipate it if it hasn't happened yet, and minimize it if it does happen without realizing it.The phenomenon of women in the category of always doing digital literacy in using online media is 66.93%. This is almost entirely dominated by women empowerment activists in RW XIII Pucang Gading Housing. Where besides having activities outside the home as an employee, educator, NGO member, businessman, doctor and so on, they are also very responsive to the importance of gender equality in running a household life. While the results of research to adopt knowledge and understanding of digital literacy regarding steps that can be anticipated to minimize the phenomenon of domestic violence obtained results of 61.66%. One of them is that women must also be economically independent and have positive activities in order to increase welfare for the family. Thus, respect arises from the partner to put more effort into efforts to achieve in activities to seek economic sufficiency for the needs of the family which is increasing from time to time. In this study, the final results showed that there was a positive relationship between online digital media literacy and the phenomenon of domestic violence by 58.12% of respondents who had high digital literacy in online media also had a household life that was quite harmonious, far from the various categories that caused the phenomenon of domestic violence.    

Writing this thesis aims: 1) To find out student learning outcomes in class volume cube material; 2) To determine the effect of unit cube teaching aids on student learning outcomes; 3) To find out whether there are differences in the learning outcomes of class students who use unit cube teaching aids with classes that do not use unit cubes. This thesis uses a quantitative method with the type of quasi-experimental research. The samples used are two classes, namely class 5 A and class 5 B. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, interviews and tests. This study used instrument test analysis Then data analysis techniques were used using tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: 1) There were differences in grade 5 student learning outcomes between classes that used unit cube teaching aids and those that did not use unit cube teaching aids with the calculation results t test obtained tcount 2.374 and ttable 1.672 so the result is tcount > ttable meaning H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. 2) There is an increase in student learning outcomes after using unit cube teaching aids based on hypothesis testing with the control class results obtained at 0.61. It can be concluded that the improvement in control class learning outcomes is in the moderate category. While the n-gain test for the experimental class obtained results of 0.70, it was concluded that the increase in learning outcomes for the experimental class was in the high category.

The purpose of this study was to determine the types of plants belonging to the Myrtaceae and to determine the morphology and distribution of the Myrtaceae family. The research was conducted on June 12 2023 in Andir Village, RT.01 / RW.08, Rancamulya Village, Sumedang Utara District, Sumedang Regency. The method used is the method of exploration and observation by exploring the research location while observing the surrounding plants. The species results obtained included Syzygium aqueum totaling 4 individuals, Syzygium polyanthum totaling 6 individuals, Syzygium myrtifolium Walp totaling 176 individuals and Psidium guajava L totaling 7 individuals.

The problem finding from BW Kurir is having an inconsistent logo, color and typography as its visual identity. These problems make BW Kurir difficult to recognize by the local community, therefore this design aims to design a visual identity that is conceptualized and has a philosophy. The design uses the Glass Box method so that it is able to produce a visual identity that is consistent or easy to recognize, enhances the brand, and facilitates promotion. BW Kurir's visual identity includes logograms, logotypes, taglines, and colors that will be used in various media in the form of manual books, shopping invoices, motions, delivery bags, courier jackets, courier helmets, paper bags, x-banners, posters and feeds. The illustrated story book The Legend of Harau Valley is a book designed by bringing folklore from Harau. This comic book was created to preserve local folklore and become a medium for introducing folklore to the younger generation. Currently, the younger generation's interest in culture is decreasing, so many people don't know the story about this legend. With this design, it is hoped that the Legend of Harau Valley will be increasingly recognized by the wider community so that it becomes a regional identity and its sustainability is maintained. The illustrations in this design use a semi-realist and full color illustration style to make it more easily accepted and liked by the younger generation. The method used in designing this picture book is the glass box method based on data obtained through observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation of the folklore The Legend of Harau Valley. In the problem solving process, 5W+1H analysis is used. This design resulted in a main media in the form of a picture story book entitled "The Legend of the Creation of the Harau Valley". Supporting media options used are bookmarks, e-books, x-banners, hand fans, mini notebooks, posters and tote bags.  

This project focuses on the significant role of the gaming industry as an agent for spreading popular culture and global lifestyle from various countries, as well as its potential impact on local culture. Especially in the Indonesian market, the penetration of foreign cultures through digital platforms has become a phenomenon that has an impact on local cultural identity. However, as a successful example, Japan in promoting its traditional culture through media such as games, anime, and other products, provides inspiration for an approach that has the potential to strengthen the sustainability of local culture. This design aims to explain how character design in the game industry can be adopted as a tool to introduce and describe cultural values, myths, and philosophies of the East Kalimantan Dayak tribe. This approach will involve developing character designs that take references from the traditions and local wisdom of the Dayak tribe. The design will be a means of providing a unique and engaging visual experience, while simultaneously responding to concerns about the preservation of traditional culture. The methodology used in this research is a design thinking approach with a 5W+1H analysis approach. These design steps would result in a character called "Uyau Man Kan," which has its roots in the traditional folklore of the Dayak people of East Kalimantan. This character is not only a visual manifestation of the culture, but also a bridge for a deeper understanding of the cultural heritage of the Dayak tribe.

This study explores the determinants of tax compliance among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), focusing on factors such as financial literacy, regulatory environment, and perceived fairness of the tax system. Through a survey of SMEs across various industries, the research reveals that higher levels of financial literacy and a supportive regulatory environment encourage tax compliance. The study offers recommendations for policymakers to improve tax compliance rates among SMEs.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Discipline, Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance in Three District Offices in Maros Regency. The population in this study were employees at three district offices in Maros who were random, where the sample was 51 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables consisting of discipline, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in three sub-district offices in Pangkep Regency. Partially the independent variables of discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while the independent variable of competence has no positive and significant effect.

Physics is a branch of science that requires more cognitive abilities, while the ability to receive information from each person is different. One effective way to deliver information is to use simulations.This research was conducted at SMA Veteran Purwokerto, research participants were students of class X, a case study that explored a group of students, with the method of observation and literature study. This study aims to find out the increase in students' understanding of concepts that are specifically related to Regular Straight Motion and Straight Changed Irregular Motion through learning media, and to determine student involvement in the learning process. To find out whether or not there was an increase in students 'understanding of the concept of Straight Motion Straight Motion Irregularly Changed, researchers compared students' understanding before and after learning with learning media.The results showed that overall there was an increase in understanding of the concepts of Irregular Straight Motion and Irregularly Changed Straight Motion, overall student involvement was very active.

This community service program aims to enhance the competence of community facilitators in implementing catechesis at Santo Krisologus BSB Parish Semarang. Based on preliminary studies, fundamental problems were identified, including deficiencies in facilitative competencies and disparities in community participation in catechetical activities. The workshop was designed using a multi-dimensional methodological approach integrating Mezirow's transformative learning theory and Groome's shared Christian praxis model. The program was conducted on October 20, 2024, with the participation of 34 novice community facilitators. The workshop implementation involved three main components: theoretical material presentation, guided practicum, and learning community formation. Results showed significant improvements in participants' theoretical understanding and practical skills, particularly in participative, appreciative, and reflective dimensions. The formation of learning communities indicates potential program sustainability through peer learning mechanisms. This program contributes to the renewal of community catechesis aligned with the vision of Church ad extra and can serve as a prototype for developing similar programs in other parishes.

This study aims to reveal the effect of the variable Return On Assets, Return On Equity on stock levels with stock prices as an intervening variable in cement sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. This study is a quantitative observational type. Researchers use secondary data sources, which are in the form of variables ROA, ROE, stock returns and stock prices in a collection of cement sector stocks registered at ISSI in 2019-2022. The purposive sampling technique was used in sampling, which obtained a number of four issuers as the object of study. Based on the analysis, the results show that ROA and ROE simultaneously do not have a direct and significant effect on stock returns with a significance ROA of 0.36 and ROE of 0.46. The results obtained have an indirect effect or through stock prices obtained ROA and ROE have a significant effect on stock returns with ROE (0.03<0.05) and ROA (0.001<0.05)

It also describes rebuttals regarding teachings in Al-Zaytun which are considered deviant and far from Islamic values ​​and law. to discuss related to deviant teachings in ma'had Al-Zaytun that are contrary to Islamic religious law, and the author will also look for what are the factors that underlie the ma'had carrying out teachings that are not in accordance with religious law or Islamic Shari'a which should.

This study aims to explain the influece of informatiomof characteristics and accounting information systems on managerial performance in goverment agencies is the aim of the research. Determination of the  sample using the total population sampling method in this study were structural officials and staff at the west sumatera research and development agency and the sample used in this study was as many as 31 respondents. Based on research result that there is an influence of information on characteristics on managerial performance the work of managers of geverments agencies and there is influence of accouting informatios systems on the managerial performance of agencies.

The findings of this research endeavor are anticipated to shed light on the nuanced relationships between the aforementioned factors and customer loyalty, offering valuable insights for businesses seeking to enhance customer retention strategies in today's competitive landscape.

As one of the efforts to care for the Community Service Institute (LPPM), namely by holding counseling training and training for inputting e-reports in 2022 so that it can facilitate the performance of Mr. and Mrs. Teachers at SMP NU 07 Brangsong. With this counseling and training program, it is hoped that educators can understand and implement the knowledge and information obtained to support the value management process to be good, fast and neatly documented. Based on the training that has been carried out, the following results are obtained. The teaching staff is able to understand the flow of the e-report value system.
