It is suspected that his involvement in carrying out his duties and responsibilities simultaneously has an impact on the domino effect that arises as a response to transcendental transformation. The grand factor driving the transfer of IKN is such as population agglomeration on the island of Java, which has an impact on economic stagnation which is increasingly apprehensive. In other words, the underdevelopment experienced by regions outside Java will soon be resolved. The symptom of duality in the structuring of agent behavior becomes so essential considering that the agent, namely the bureaucrat, is the key person as well as a vessel for social reproduction. Thus, it is hoped that Giddens' conception in the corridor of internal bureaucratic structuring in the search for resources as a nation accelerator can be realized properly. This is in line with the transformation of community development which requires institutional elements to accommodate all levels of stakeholders. Giddens' concept emphasizes how patterns of power relations, systems and structures unite in building the evolution of a theologically patterned society. The duality approach between the possessors of power and their powers will influence each other on an ongoing basis. More than that, the connection between political phenomena in creating opportunities will be very radical when an actor expects to optimize the capacity of his actions to influence other elements. Various speculations from minority groups to the voice of environmental elements over the transfer of the national capital are purely based on an oligarchic profit-sharing project. This skeptical assumption overshadows the fact that the development transformation synergy is fraught with risks for the possibilities that will occur. It is claimed that the megaproject will participate in mobilizing supporting resources that cannot be separated from the comparison of science and technology development.

This article discusses the teachings of the Lord Jesus about worry according to the Gospel of Matthew 6:25-34 and its reflections for believers in overcoming worry. Worry is a person,s implicit denial of the power and promises of God. The results of the research show that to overcome worry, believers must realize these three things, namely: One, that worry is useless. Two, worry only makes the situation worse for those who eperience it. Third, keep believing in God’s care for his people by proritizing God in everything. The research method used in writing this article is a qualitative method with an expository approach. The final conclusion of the author is The writer's final conclusion is that the teachings of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 are very useful in helping believers overcome anxiety.    

Sport is one of a person's physical and psychological activities that is useful for maintaining and improving the quality of one's health after exercise. In office workers with very dense routines from morning to late, faced with deadlines, light mobilization, sitting too long, poorly trained muscles and wrong work positions will cause various complaints such as low back pain, neck complaints, shoulder complaints and not only limited to physical, but more susceptible to various diseases, such as coronary heart disease,  high blood pressure, diabetes miletus, stroke etc. This research uses Literature Review research which is one method with collecting literature data, analyzing theories, structured evaluations, classifying and categorizing evidence-based that has existed or been produced before. The results of maintaining health in a busy life order must still be considered, by exercising and maintaining a lifestyle. To maintain motion is to sustain life, to increase the ability to move is to improve the quality of life.  

. A marriage is an agreement based on personal voluntary agreement between a man and a woman to become husband and wife. In Indonesia, the contract or agreement is called a marriage contract (nuptial agreement or marriage). This research is a type of legal research that uses a normative juridical approach. BUMDes is one of the institutions that can be mobilized to support the improvement of the community's economy in the village. BumDes Balaroa Pewunu itself is engaged in the business of buying and selling agricultural products and savings and loans. Community economic empowerment is an effort to develop self-sufficiency and community welfare by increasing knowledge, attitudes, skills, behavior, abilities, and awareness, by utilizing existing resources. The stages of implementing the community service program are observation, interviews, proposals, data collection, training and reporting of the results of community service. In implementing the MBKM activities to Build Villages by conducting Socialization and Training inviting Resource Persons from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako University, Agriculture Lecturers. The activity was carried out in two days, the material on the first day was that the lecturer from the Faculty of Economics and Business presented a business plan, financial management. On the second day the lecturer from Agriculture presented material on the procedures for making organic fertilizer by utilizing existing materials around the village, participants who were present were the Village Government, Head of Bumdes, farmers. Through the training which was carried out by inviting expert Lecturers from FEB UNTAD and Faculty of Agriculture opening the insights of the Village Government, especially BUMDes to continue to improve BUMDes innovation as an effort to improve the village economy of Balaroa Pewunu

This research was conducted to examine the influence of personality, motivation and social environment on the interest in entrepreneurship. Case Study of Management Study Program students at Tidar University. This study took a sample of 175 respondents where the data was taken by the questionnaire method. This research is a research with quantitative method, where research data is tested using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of personality, motivation and social environment together on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Partially, personality and social environment have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. However, motivation shows a positive and insignificant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. This research is expected to be a material consideration for the University and also the awareness of students to develop the spirit and interest in entrepreneurship so that it can give birth to many entrepreneurs and contribute to the country's economy.

Self-disclosure through cyber counseling or online counseling has become increasingly popular in recent years. This is because more and more people feel comfortable seeking counseling or psychotherapy help online rather than in person. Advances in communication technology and the internet have made online counseling more accessible and acceptable to many people. Online counseling also provides clients with greater anonymity and privacy, allowing them to be more open about the problems they face. In addition, online counseling also provides convenience in terms of time and place. Clients do not need to come to the counseling place in person, so they can save time and transportation costs. Online counseling also allows clients to conduct counseling sessions from a comfortable and safe place for them. However, keep in mind that online counseling also has some drawbacks. One of them is the lack of social interaction which can affect the counselor's ability to observe the client's body language and facial expressions. In addition, online counseling also requires higher technology and data security skills to maintain client privacy and confidentiality.

This research was conducted in accordance with the phenomena that occurred at SMA N 8 Mandau which showed cases of students behaving aggressively such as fighting teachers, fighting with friends, making fun of friends and damaging school infrastructure. The homeroom teacher is the person closest to the students and has the authority to handle cases like this, because at SMA N 8 Mandau there is a rule that for any problems or inappropriate behavior caused by students, the homeroom teacher is the first to have authority. to deal with them. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the homeroom teacher is in overcoming the aggressive behavior of students at SMA N 8 Mandau. The research method that the writer uses is descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were the homeroom teacher of class XI IPS 3 as a key informant and two students of class XI IPS 3 who behaved aggressively as supporting informants. Data collection was carried out by interviews and observation, as well as documentation. While the data analysis technique used is to examine all data, data reduction, and data presentation. The results of the study explained that the homeroom teacher of SMA N 8 Mandau overcame aggressive behavior in the first way that was carried out by the homeroom teacher, namely seeking information or seeking the truth whether students were actually carrying out aggressive behavior. information from subject teachers who teach in classes whose students behave aggressively, then the homeroom teacher will reduce points and enter the student's name in the case book, then the homeroom teacher will call students who behave aggressively to be given individual counseling services and finally the homeroom teacher will call parents students who behave aggressively to discuss and find solutions to student problems with parents.

Adolescence is a critical and vulnerable period. In adolescents personality and individual character begins to form. One of the stages of adolescence is late adolescence which experiences many changes such as interest in the opposite sex, falling in love, and the development of reproductive organs. Interest in getting to know each other is natural, but if it crosses a line, such as having premarital sex, it is very contrary to the religion and culture of the Indonesian people. Free sex is sexual relations outside of marriage, which is still a serious problem for today's youth. research to describe adolescents' knowledge about free sex at the Muhamadiyah Morotai Middle School, Morotai Regency with respondents from the Muhamadiyah Morotai Middle School students in 2020. Research method, this research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach to describe adolescents' knowledge about free sex. In conclusion, this study concluded that respondents with good knowledge were 75% with correct answers or good knowledge and 25% had sufficient and insufficient knowledge. Suggestions, it is suggested to schools to conduct more health education to students about free sex behavior to avoid the impact of infectious diseases and other reproductive health problems

This study aims to evaluate the level of patient satisfaction with home care services in West Java. The research method used is qualitative study with survey and face-to-face techniques on 10 home care patients and 10 patient families in West Java. The results of the study showed that patients and patient families were very satisfied with the home care services because they provided comfort and fulfilled patient needs. In addition, healthcare workers who worked in the field of home care felt connected and useful in providing personal care focused on the patient. However, the study also identified several challenges in home care services, such as coordination between healthcare workers and families, as well as accessibility and quality of home care services. Therefore, support and cooperation from various parties, such as patient families, the community, and the government, are needed to improve the quality of home care services and ensure that patients receive the best care at home.

This research departs from the phenomenon of interpersonal relationships that are owned by the children of the Al-Ghasyiyah Orphanage which are still low and medium, this is marked by the orphans who do not know each other closely, do not understand each other's personal characteristics, are not familiar, lack of cooperation, orphans they still lack the courage to express their ideas or opinions, there are still social conflicts between them, they close themselves off because they lack confidence in getting along with other orphans, they lack a sense of initiative in making friends and working together. Researchers try to provide group guidance services with sociodrama techniques to orphanages to improve interpersonal relationships, the goal to be achieved in this study is to find out whether or not there are significant differences in the interpersonal relationships of orphanage children before and after being given sociodrama technique group guidance services, as well as effective whether or not the sociodrama technique group guidance services to improve the interpersonal relations skills of orphans at the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Orphanage, Riau. This research is classified as a pre-experimental study using a one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study was the adolescent children of the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Orphanage, Riau. The population is young women at the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Riau Orphanage, totaling 20 people. The sample is adolescents who are indicated to have a poor level of interpersonal relations, namely 8 people, sampling based on purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis used non-parametric statistical tests using the Wilcoxon signed rank test method with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20.00. pretest and posttest. From the results of the Wilcoxon test calculation, a significant p-value of 0.011 < α (α = 0.05) is obtained, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. From the results of the calculation of the Wilcoxon test, it can be interpreted that the interpersonal relationship skills of the orphans increased after being given treatment, namely the sociodrama technique Group Guidance Service.

Analysis of employee payroll accounting information systems should be carried out effectively and required relevant information and a system, namely an accounting information system as a means of communication which can later be used for the needs of company management. Likewise things at PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan Bungo Jambi Regency where employee payroll accounting is very important. The purpose of this study was to determine the payroll accounting information system for employees at PT. Star Rubber, obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems and efforts to overcome obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems at PT. Star Rubber. This study used qualitative research methods. Data were obtained from subjects in the study including the Director, Expenditure Treasurer and employees regarding the payroll system of PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan and Employees of PT. Star Rubber.  The results showed that the Employee Payroll Accounting Information System at PT. Star Rubber has been designed to support the achievement of company goals and the creation of good internal control. In addition, the payroll and remuneration system is also designed to ensure that employees' salaries and wages are paid. While the related functions at PT. Star Rubber is a staffing function that is held by the personnel department, the function of recording employee attendance times is held by the timekeeper, the function of making payroll and wages is handled by the personnel section, the cashier function, and the function of paying salaries and wages is authorized by the personnel and cashier section.

Character is an attitude or behavior that is owned and attached to a person's personality. School as a place of learning and education can be used as a place to instill character in students. Through instilling school culture, it is hoped that the character of students can be formed. The problems at SMP Negeri 1 Lasem regarding the cultivation of this character are not optimal. Originally the person in charge of the character of the students was the 7K Team (Beauty, Discipline, Cleanliness, Health, Tidiness, Shade and Family) which consisted of 7 people. The reality that happened in schools was not optimal in enforcing 7K. The main cause was that the 7K team lacked cooperation in carrying out their duties. To overcome this, the school formed a School Culture Team consisting of 12 teams. The twelve teams include: Quality Culture Team, Healthy Culture Team, Clean Culture Team, Green Culture Team, Safe Culture Team, Religious Culture Team, Nationalist Culture Team, Independent Culture Team, Mutual Cooperation Culture Team, Integrity Culture Team, Discipline Culture Team and Literacy Culture Team. Each team has a program set out in the Guidebook. All programs are implemented and reported and evaluated. Coordination between teams is carried out routinely in each semester. The existence of this team was able to help shape the character of SMP Negeri 1 Lasem students in increasing environmentally friendly behavior to become more optimal. Furthermore, the final goal can be achieved, namely the formation of a school culture with character by realizing environmentally friendly behavior in schools.

In the juvenile justice process, there is a principle that states that the best interests of the child must be seen as of paramount importance (obtaining the highest level of priority) in every decision relating to children so that the safety and health of children can be realized. A child who abuses narcotics can be categorized as a victimless crime because his act of abusing narcotics harms his own person, so the child can also be said to be a victim of his own crime. That way, children who abuse narcotics have the right to be able to get rehabilitation and make imprisonment a last resort in the judicial process in accordance with the mandate of the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. However, in the decision of Decision Number 19/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Sgm, the panel of judges did not consider the position of children as legal subjects by not including the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and the Law on Child Protection in their considerations, so that they continued to sanction imprisonment without rehabilitation for children who use drugs. Thus, the purpose of this research is to find out the basis for judges' considerations not to impose rehabilitation on children who abuse narcotics in Decision Number 19/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Sgm and to analyze the sentencing contained in Decision Number 19/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Sgm when reviewed based on the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and the Child Protection Law. This research was conducted using a normative juridical method with a case approach. Sources of data in this study used secondary and primary data collected with library research data collection techniques, which were then analyzed descriptively and analytically with a qualitative approach. The results of the study concluded that the judge's consideration of not imposing rehabilitation on children who abuse narcotics in Decision Number 19/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Sgm because the child's qualifications as narcotics abusers do not meet one of the qualifications contained in SEMA Number 4 of 2010, namely that the weight of methamphetamine found was still under 1 (one) gram. In addition, the judge was not careful in imposing a sentence of 3 (three) months in prison without rehabilitation for a child as a narcotics abuser for himself because this did not comply with the provisions of Article 54 of the Narcotics Law, Article 81 Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (5) of the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, as well as Article 67 of the Child Protection Act.

Communication cannot be separated from human life, because it is a process of interaction between a person or group of people and their environment. In this case, good communication is very influential on the quality of service. The better the quality of service in the company, the higher the achievement of customer satisfaction. At the same time, poor service can undermine customer trust and satisfaction. . The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and Telkomsel customer satisfaction in Palangka Raya City. Data collection was carried out by distributing 100 questionnaires to Telkomsel service users in Palangka Raya City who were selected by random sampling. Respondents were asked to provide value or satisfaction points for Telkomsel's service quality. The procedure used in this study is a simple regression procedure with cross section data type. The data obtained was processed using the Eviews 12 application. The results of the data analysis obtained the regression model Y = 15.706 + 0.8041X. From this study it can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

According to 2016's law no. 8, which states that private companies are required to employ at least 1% (one percent) of the disability from the number of employees or workers. Before people with disability get a job or an expert in their field of work, they have to acquire programs from their school of vocational programs. The vocational program isa program to develop their self-reliance and skills consistent with that of children with disabilities. Skills developed within a child's potential can provide a child with the ability to determine where he or she will continue. Will continue to be a student or will work within the potential of children in high school. The purpose of this study is to identify the situation of disability in the work world where we use qualitative methods. Meanwhile, his data collection techniques are through interviews and observations to one of the professors of the special education study program, slb-c yplb cipaganti and SLB country of cileunyi. In the study found that children with disabilities get their votive activities while in high school and some of those with lightweight categories of inhibitions, they can continue to work within their potential and parental support or assistance.

PT Djarum is a large cigarette company with a worldwide market share. It is interesting to study why one of Djarum 76's products can have a constant price under any circumstances. Through qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, the research shows: that the Djarum company is the producer of Djarum 76, it can achieve success because it is always consistent in its business so that it can lead its owner to become the richest person in Indonesia. Humans must cultivate the quality of their faith and piety consistently, then their life will be constant. God's help will come in a reciprocal relationship with the needs of a servant. Research implications, narrative experiences bring thought and faith to be consistent in life in various circumstances. Research is expected to contribute to the science of the psychology of Sufism    

This article attempts to reveal the essence of social piety in the halalbihalal tradition in Indonesia, by focusing on tracing what is done in that tradition so that it can be mapped where the form of social piety is. The article is a finding from qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. The results of the study show: that the halalbihalal tradition is an implementation of social piety, which functions as a complement to individual piety that has been forged before for one full month in the month of Ramadan. This refers to the hadith of the Prophet that sins against Allah can be forgiven directly by him, but sins related to other people must be lived by establishing direct communication with those concerned. Social piety in halal bihalal manifests in the act of apologizing, asking for halal, praying, and giving alms. The research implication, narrative understanding brings a bond of individual piety, and social piety is synergized in the personality of a Muslim so that he becomes a kaaffah Muslim. This research is expected to contribute to the conceptual of Islamic education.  

A role is a set of behaviors expected of a person according to his social position. Roles are based on rules and expectations because it is the role that explains what individuals must do in a given situation in order to meet their own expectations or the expectations of others. The purpose of this research is to know the role of Village Community Empowerment Institution in Binalang Village, and this research uses qualitative research method. Instrument researchers are researchers themselves. From the results of this study concluded that the role of LPMD in Binalang Village is not optimal, this is seen from the low ability of LPMD to increase community participation and lack of ability to plan development. To overcome the problems related to the low role of the Community Empowerment Institution, it is necessary to train the quality improvement program of human resources for LPMD management in the form of providing training with orientation to the main task and function of LPMD itself.

Memberikan rekomendasi untuk langkah-langkah selanjutnya dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas akomodasi di masa depan
