The purpose of this article aims to analyze technological developments in the industrial sector. SCADA requires a communication protocol. To increase efficiency in the industrial world, the SCADA system has been widely used in various industrial fields, such as manufacturing, power generation, oil and gas, telecommunications and transportation. Control over the arrangement of an electric power distribution network can be effective and efficient and will be equipped with a SCADA system. Control of the electric power network based on the SCADA system is really necessary considering that the growth of electric power is very high and adds to the increasing complexity of the electric power network system. The SCADA system ((Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) itself is a system created for data retrieval, storage, analysis and also for controlling a plant/system that has been used remotely.                                                                        

In order to ensure the strength and existence of political parties in parliament, political parties have authority over their cadres who become people's representatives. One of the authorities of political parties over people's representatives is the Time Shift (PAW), which is used by political parties against members of the People's Legislative Assembly who come from political parties. As a result, political parties have the authority to dismiss political cadres who are found to have violated party rules or the constitution. This study will look at how problematic the Inter-Time Change of DPRD members in Paniai Regency is under Law Number 17 of 2014. The research method employed is normative research, which is defined as research based on theoretical studies, principles, or other existing written legal regulations that will then be examined from various perspectives such as theory, history, philosophy, comparison, structure and composition, scope and material, consistency, general explanations, and chapter by chapter. The Prosperous Justice Party faction encountered difficulties in implementing the AMOS KEGIBUI MUYAPA Inter-Time Alternation mechanism in the Paniai Regency DPRD. AMOS KEGIBUI MUYAPA's problems and delays are contrary to statutory regulations; therefore, Time Shift (PAW) must be carried out in order to increase the strength and existence of the Prosperous Justice Party and the opposition in parliament in order to build political strength in the face of the 2024 general election.

This research is motivated by a phenomenon from the author's observations about the low student learning outcomes caused by several factors, including the low attention of students in attending Islamic Religious Education lessons. One of the causes of the problems that arise is the inaccuracy of the use of methods in learning. So, in this study the researcher will choose a method that is considered to be able to improve student learning outcomes, namely by using the demonstration method. This research uses a quantitative experimental approach. Collecting data in this study the authors obtained through tests and documentation. This study used 44 students as a population and 44 students as a sample. The data analysis technique that the author did was a prerequisite analysis test in the form of a data normality test, homogenesis. Then the final data analysis the author uses is the t-test. Based on the results of the study it can be understood that the results of the researchers' calculations using the t-test and SPSS 20 where the t-test obtained the results tcount = 4.11713736 and ttable = 1.714, then tcount > ttable then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, and calculations using SPSS 20 yield results which are 2-tailed significant values or sig values. (2-tailed) = 0.000 at the significance level α = 0.05. Because the significant value of 2-tailed <α, i.e. 0.000 <0.05, H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that demonstrations are effective in improving student learning outcomes in class VIII.2 PAI subjects at SMPN 4 Kec. Lareh Sago Halaban.

This research will focus on the figure of street clowns at the Mastrip Roundabout Red Light, as well as the background that makes them eventually become street clowns. This research is a research that uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, and the theoretical basis used is the theory of Social Action proposed by Max Weber. Data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation.

This article aims to review and seek to inform about the concept of reviewing tourism marketing through information technology as a tourism industry management plan. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded theoretically that to understand tourism marketing reviews through information technology as a management model planning in the tourism industry requires several important things including: (a) Travel consumer, (b) Trends in tourism technology, (c ) Digital Marketing (DM) and (d) Virtual Reality (VR). Technology is a central element and a foundation for actors in the tourism industry promoting media that is relevant to the development of information technology, especially in the form of social media and websites.

The background of this thesis is that it starts from the rapid growth of information technology-based lending service providers, apparently not balanced with adequate education to the public, causing various effects / risks that arise from the many kinds of online loans and there are still many unregistered or illegal organizing companies found as well as the potential for leaking user personal data that can be misused by the organizing company or another party One of the platforms is the Smart Credit App.   The problems that the author raises in this study are How to Arrange Online Loans on the Smart Credit Application, How are the Losses arising from online borrowing of the Smart Credit Application and How is the Responsibility of the Smart Credit Application for Losses from Customers. The research method used by the author in answering problems is Normative Juridical Research where the author tries to examine problems with existing legal rules and uses the literature study method in collecting existing legal materials. The conclusion of this thesis research is that Online Loans through the Smart “Credit Application in the people of Semarang City are regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code which in essence stipulates thatagreements made online must still meet the legal requirements of an agreement. The implementation is regulated in POJK regulation 77/2016 concerning Technology-based Loan Services. Customer protection in online loan agreements can be found in the Consumer Protection Law in article 7 which regulates the Obligations of Business Actors, then Article 8 which regulates things that are prohibited from being done by Business Actors, and Article 18 which regulates the provisions of matters related to the Standard Clause. ITE Law, where in Article 11 and Article 17 of the ITE Law regulates matters related to the validity of electronic agreements, OJK Regulation Number 77 / POJK / 2016 concerning Services of a Loan in the form of Money Based on Information Technology which is regulated through article 18 concerning the Form and Structure of online loan agreements. This study aims to analyze the effect of local taxes and regional levies on city/regency local revenue (PAD) in North Sumatra province for the 2016-2021 period. The research method used is panel data regression method. This type of research uses quantitative methods and the data used is secondary data, namely data on local taxes, regional levies and PAD. The chosen research method is the fixed effect model. From the simultaneous test results, it was found that local taxes and regional levies have a significant effect on regional original income with a significance value of 0.000. From the results obtained, it is hoped that the city/regency governments in North Sumatra Province can make better use of the available sources of development financing funds to increase the amount of Local Own Revenue, especially those sourced from Regional Taxes and Regional Levies.

This journal is conducted with research, which aims to determine and define how the effect of the implementation of educational supervision by the principal on teacher performance in schools.  This research was conducted using one approach, namely qualitative approach. The educators in schools became the subject of research by taking samples of several teachers, using proportional random sampling techniques, and from the research and assessment it can be seen that the implementation of educational supervision by the principal has a positive effect on teacher performance and the implementation of educational supervision by the principal is also very impactful on teacher performance in schools.

The purpose of this study is to see how changes in rice imports in North Sumatra Province between 2009 and 2019 are due to changes in rice production, prices and consumption. To see how the influence of independent factors on the dependent variable, this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis partially show that domestic rice imports in North Sumatra are negatively and not significantly affected by rice production. In North Sumatra, the price of rice is positively and insignificantly affected by rice production, while rice consumption is negatively affected and may not be significantly affected by rice imports. There is no visible effect between the variables of rice production, rice prices, rice consumption, and rice from 2009 to 2019.

. Fraction is one of the materials in mathematics subject in class VII odd semester, which students must master well. Because this material continues from elementary school. Fraction is related to every day, and many problems use the concept of fractions. The research aims to describe the errors according to Newman's procedure, which students carry out to solve the issues. The methods used in data collection were tests and interviews. The written examination was given to class VII 15 students as the subject. The test questions consist of 4 item description questions, then from the results of the written test of 5 students who made mistakes according to the Newman procedure. The results of research that have been carried out on students according to Newman's approach in solving fractions questions as indicated by the results of their daily tests, the most frequent error is the process skill error and encoding error with a percentage of 58,33%, the transformation error is 51,66%, comprehension error 41,66% and the last percentage of reading error 25 %. The causes of student errors include being unable to read correctly, not understanding fractions, and being unable to determine the formula or steps to use, such as making mistakes in the calculation process and writing wrong information or answers.

This study aims to find out and Identify the extent of the influence of educational supervision on teacher performance at PAB 1 Medan Estate Private Junior High School. Efforts to improve quality Education needs to be done gradually with reference to the strategic plan. Involvement of all components of education (teachers, principals, communities, committees schools, boards of education, and institutions) through good planning and realize the launched educational program. The supervision of education carried out by the Principal has a positive effect and significant to changes in teacher performance. In practice, the authors conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company, especially field research that discussed the upper cylinder control system based on programmable logic control in the section mill area at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction. . At this time logistics companies have a very important role in everyday life, especially in package delivery. The high level of online shopping is one of the reasons why the role of logistics is very important in our daily lives. Thus, seeing the common problems that occur in the conventional logistics delivery process, we came up with the idea to create an integrated smart locker to be one of the replacements for existing logistics outlets, we hope that with this application we can reduce the company's logistics expenses used in procuring logistics outlets and make it easier for couriers to work in the package delivery process. We created this application using a microservices architecture with the SDLC method used is Agile Dynamic System Development (DSDM). React JS framework as an interface and Express js and Laravel as an application that works behind the interface. The idea that we initiated we raised as a project within the company with the client from the company. In the end, the smart locker program made using the DSDM method has been completed and is ready to be implemented in the company and the client

The lack of habituation of Pancasila values ​​in implementing citizenship education will cause the morals or morals and character of elementary school children not to be in accordance with Pancasila values ​​that have been taught in citizenship education subjects as a form of implementation. This research is based on literature study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative critical, namely with more emphasis on the ability to analyze and study the selected literary sources. The results showed that the implementation of citizenship education based on Pancasila values ​​through habituation to cultivate character in elementary schools was carried out by getting students to pray before and at the end of learning, mutual respect for teachers, tolerance, not discriminating between friends based on their religion, not bullying friends, loving each other. and respect fellow human beings, accustomed to making decisions by deliberation, making friends with anyone.

This research aims to examine the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and the implementation of the company's Internal Control System. Data analysis used the positivism philosophy method in a family business company engaged in the manufacturing industry since 1946. Informants were determined by purposive sampling, namely, taken from the top management, middle management, and staff groups. Data analysis techniques in this study used a case study approach through interviews. Research results: GCG implementation is not following best practices by this family business company, and Internal Control System implementation has not become aware by management.

The volume of coffee exported from Indonesia between 2010 and 2020 will be reviewed in this study along with the influence of the variables coffee production, land area and exchange rate. In this study the influence of independent factors on dependent factors was assessed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis of this study revealed that Indonesia's coffee exports were negatively affected but not significantly by variables related to coffee production. Indonesian coffee exports were negatively and insignificantly affected by changes in land area. Conversely, the exchange rate (exchange rate) has a positive but also insignificant impact on the volume of coffee exported from Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to disclose influence of applicating good corporate governance to profitability in the company food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. So that the sample obtained was 14 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 with a total observational data of 4 years of observation. The data collection technique used is the source of financial statement data using secondary data taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 software tools. The results of this study indicate that the audit committee has no significant effect on profitability. Independent commissioners have a significant effect on profitability. Institutional ownership has a significant effect on profitability. This study examines the correlation between corporate governance and voluntary disclosure of information. The sample used was companies that conducted an IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. Using purposive sampling technique, 129 data were obtained. The analytical tool used was multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The study found that the number of board of directors influenced voluntary disclosure of information, while foreign  ownership, institutional ownership, management  ownership, public share ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees were not found to influence voluntary disclosure.GCG, . voluntary disclosure, foreign   ownership, institutional ownership 

The misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers is a serious concern in counseling services at MAN 4 Medan. This study aims to identify the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers, the impacts of misdiagnosis, and appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were three guidance counselors or BK teachers and ten students from grades X and XI. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers consisted of three types, namely errors in identifying problems, errors in evaluating problems, and errors in determining actions. The impact of misdiagnosis was the incorrect handling of student problems, resulting in problems not being resolved well and potentially worsening the situation for students. Appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan include improving the quality of training and supervision for guidance counselors or BK teachers, increasing collaboration between guidance counselors or BK teachers and subject teachers and parents, and increasing the utilization of information and communication technology in counseling services. In conclusion, misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers has a significant impact on students and requires appropriate handling efforts in BK services. Therefore, there needs to be serious attention to the implementation of BK services at MAN 4 Medan to avoid misdiagnosis that can harm students.
