This paper aims to present an in-depth psychological analysis of the novel "Kisah dan Hujan Pun Berhenti" by a renowned author. In this work of literature, the author explores the psychological aspects of the main characters who face various issues and conflicts in their lives. This research utilizes various psychological theories to understand the psychological changes of these characters and how they respond to various events in the story. The analysis encompasses character development, internal and external conflicts, mental disorders, and the influence of the environment and weather on the psychological well-being of the characters. Additionally, this paper delves into the symbolism and metaphors that may be contained within the novel, providing additional insights into the psychological aspects of the story. The results of the analysis show that the characters in "Kisah dan Hujan Pun Berhenti" undergo significant changes throughout the narrative, reflecting psychological aspects such as personal growth, inner conflicts, and how they cope with trauma or difficulties. The environment and weather also play a vital role in portraying the characters' emotions and driving the plot. This research offers a deeper understanding of how psychology plays a central role in shaping the narrative and characters in this work of literature. In conclusion, the novel presents the complexity of human life and invites readers to contemplate the psychological aspects of the journey.

Pregnancy is the intrauterine growth and development of the fetus starting from conception and ending until the start of labor. The length of pregnancy from ovulation to parturition is approximately 280 days (40 weeks), and no more than 300 days (43 weeks). Anxiety is a response to certain threatening situations and is a normal thing that occurs accompanying development, change, and in finding one's identity and the meaning of life. One way to deal with anxiety is non-pharmacological therapy, namely distraction techniques. This research uses a quasi-experimental research design with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of providing classical music therapy to reduce anxiety levels in pregnant women.That before classical music therapy was given a non-anxious level of anxiety, namely 9 respondents (16.7%), a moderate level of anxiety, namely 8 respondents (16.7%). Then, after being given classical music therapy, the majority of respondents had a non-anxious level of anxiety, namely 20 ( 66.7%) The level of mild anxiety was 10 respondents (33.3%). The pre-test and post-test show a significant relationship with the criteria for the level of anxiety of pregnant women with a p value = 0.000, <0.05 N = 30, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of effectiveness between classical.

Juvenile delinquency is deviant behavior carried out by teenagers that violates the law, values ​​and social norms that exist in society, because at this time teenagers are very easy to be influenced by negative things in their environment. Cases of juvenile delinquency in Indonesia have increased from year to year. Reporting from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (2019) from January to April 2019 there were 37 cases of juvenile delinquency at various levels of education, in 2017 the number was 12.9, increasing to 14 percent in 2018. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of behavioral counseling in dealing with juvenile delinquency so that teenagers can control themselves and not do things that violate social norms in society. This research uses qualitative methods based on post-positivist philosophy, while for the study of natural objects, the researcher is the key tool and data collection techniques are carried out in a combination. Juvenile delinquency is generally caused by personality factors, environmental factors (family, school, community). In this case, behavioral counseling approaches with preventive, curative and coaching efforts can help teenagers control themselves and solve problems. The behavioral counseling approach used in dealing with juvenile delinquency must be carried out optimally based on existing techniques so that it can change and eliminate bad behavior in teenagers.  

This article aims to explain and describe social work in handling cases of bullying in children through cognitive behavioral therapy. The discussion in this article was obtained through literature studies from various reading sources such as journals and books which were used to explain theories related to bullying and cognitive behavioral therapy. The current lack of education and handling of bullying is the trigger for the increasing number of bullying cases that occur every year, this shows the importance of handling bullying cases. In this case, the role of social work includes, among others, as a broker, enabler, advocate and motivator. Apart from that, in cases of child bullying through cognitive behavioral therapy, social work as a counselor plays a role in helping the learning process to create conventions in such a way that clients can change their behavior and solve their problems. By looking at the benefits of behavioral counseling mentioned above, researchers hope to minimize bullying.    

In contemporary environmental discourse, the role of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) and collaborative efforts between Public Relations (PR) practitioners and environmental experts hold significant relevance. This study explores the pivotal role of communication strategies in environmental campaigns and the collaborative mechanisms between PR and environmental specialists within various organizational contexts. Estaswara (2000) underscores the strategic necessity of integrated communication in marketing, emphasizing its transformation from a mere promotional tool to a strategic business process. The findings highlight the insufficiency of environmental awareness alone in inciting tangible action. Discussions center around designing campaign messages to effectively drive concrete and sustainable behavioral changes. Collaboration between PR and environmental experts is articulated through several methods. Firstly, monitoring emissions involves joint efforts to develop and manage  emission monitoring systems like Continuous Industrial Emission Monitoring Information System (CISPEK) and Continuous and Networked Effluent Water Quality Monitoring System (SPARING). Secondly, Performance Rating Program for Environmental Performance (PROPER) is used by PR to establish cooperation and enhance public trust in environmental management. Thirdly, effective communication and community engagement leverage social media and communal activities to disseminate information and amalgamate feedback from the public. The jurnal asserts the vital role of PR in fostering public participation, guiding communities on critical issues, and encouraging their contribution to sustainable development. By providing pertinent explanations, PR elevates societal awareness regarding crucial issues like environmental sustainability, climate change, and public health, stimulating active involvement in sustainable development endeavors..

Pesatnya perkembangan dunia bisnis saat ini, yang tercermin dari munculnya berbagai perusahaan yang bersaing dengan keunggulan masing-masing, memaksa setiap perusahaan untuk terus melakukan perubahan dan pembaharuan. Akibatnya, persaingan dalam kehidupan bisnis tetap bergerak dan mengalami dinamika perubahan yang sangat cepat. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengungkapan climate change dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur sektor dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2022. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 perusahaan yang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan climate change tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan juga kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memiliki implikasi untuk membangkitkan kesadaran perusahaan terhadap climate change yang terjadi di seluruh dunia.

This research is motivated by the importance of teachers' efforts to change teaching methods and create an attractive teaching atmosphere in the classroom so that students can actively participate in learning in a proactive way. Be active, not passive, to achieve the high learning outcomes achieved by students. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student academic achievement. This research uses qualitative methods based on field research, research data is collected through observation, interviews, documents, analysis, reduction, presentation and verification of data. The results showed that the PAI teacher's strategy to improve PAI learning is to use "discovery learning strategies" through scientific methods. Using the "Discovery Learning strategy" saw student learning outcomes gradually improve from passive learning to active learning. Students lacking enthusiasm turn into enthusiasm in learning. Through the "Discovery Learning strategy", students can find their own learning material without waiting for the teacher to explain the material.

The aim of this research was to determine whether a political party can build public trust. This research examines the media relations carried out by the Gelora Party in building public trust. The background to this research is that political parties are state institutions that have the lowest percentage of trust among other state institutions, due to the lack of fulfillment of promises made. Therefore, the Gelora Party carries out various publicity in the media, one of which is through media relations, with the aim of providing information that will be published by the media and its crew, and with various information, one of which is providing education regarding political parties to the public, so that with this effort it is hoped that change the public's view of political parties. This research uses theories that are relevant to the matter under study, namely media relations strategy theory (Iriantara, 2019:94-110), as well as public trust theory (Haning, Hasniati & Tahili, 2020:25-39). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the data collection technique used is primary data in the form of interviews with informants and secondary data in the form of documentation, both data and images. With the results of media relations research carried out by the Gelora Party in building public trust. Through the answers obtained from informants, it was stated that the media relations carried out could provide literacy about political parties to the public, build trust in the media and journalists and produce the highest percentage of popularity for newly established parties. It can be concluded that the media relations carried out by the Gelora Party have an impact on building public trust. This is also supported by Triangulation answers from senior journalists who assess the media relations carried out by the Gelora Party.

The aim of this research is to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) device technology in supporting everyday human life, especially in Luna Torasyngu's novel "Traveline Past." AI is implemented as an intelligent and flexible assistant/partner, serving not only as a mechanical tool but also as an adaptive partner that responds to user needs. Concrete examples include smartwatches, computers with complex authorization systems, sensors that read phenomena and function as weapons, databases encompassing information from the past, and the use of Nano Technology in the production of clothing that can change according to needs. The research findings provide a holistic overview of how AI technology and its related components can shape the lifestyle and interaction of humans with the environment in the future, prompting questions about the positive impact and ethical challenges associated with the integration of AI into daily life. The focus is on analyzing the role of AI-forming device technology in the novel, using a hermeneutic approach. The findings include the utilization of technologies such as 1) smartwatches, 2) computers, 3) sensors, 4) databases, and 5) Nano Technology.

This research aims to evaluate the factors influencing personnel performance in the context of a dynamic work environment. The background of the study is rooted in the challenges organizations face amid rapid changes and the complexity of the modern work environment. The research methodology employs a combination of literature analysis and empirical research to identify significant variables that either enhance or hinder personnel performance. Research findings indicate that adaptive leadership, organizational flexibility, and individual skill development play pivotal roles in achieving optimal performance in a dynamic work environment. Karang Taruna's Real Work Program in Sungon Village is a sustainable effort to improve the quality of life of the community. This research aims to explain the problems faced, the program objectives, the methods used, and the results that have been achieved. Karang Taruna Sungon has succeeded in launching superior programs in local economic empowerment, education, public health and sustainable environmental projects. Small business training and preventive health campaigns are the main focus, implemented through active member participation in a spirit of mutual cooperation. The community's positive response to the Karang Taruna initiative created a climate of mutual listening and support, even though they faced limited resources. Program sustainability is maintained through ongoing planning, member capacity development, and support from external partners and donor agencies. Despite the challenges, Karang Taruna was able to overcome most of them, gaining important lessons about adapting to local changes and community participation. The implementation of the program has had a significant impact on Sungon Village, including increasing living standards, reducing poverty levels, and higher local economic participation. Close collaboration with local government, non-government organizations and the private sector is the key to success in supporting the overall village development vision.

  This journal discusses the influence of external and internal factors on delays in implementing environmental pollution approval and control at PT Royal Coconut. Through a case analysis approach, this research explores the impact of factors such as changes in environmental regulations, public pressure, and internal company policies on the timing of environmental approval implementation. We also consider internal organizational factors, such as risk management, corporate commitment, and technical capacity in the context of pollution control. This research explores the complex interactions between these factors and their impact on the implementation process of environmental agreements, providing in-depth insights for practitioners, policy makers and researchers interested in the field of industrial environmental management. Based on the research results, it shows that the basis for evaluating the implementation of environmental pollution control at PT Royal Coconut in West Limboto District is not in accordance with the approval, when viewed from Article 1338 of the Civil Code. The research results show non- compliance in the implementation of the agreement, which includes environmental violations and non- compliance with agreed obligations. In addition, there are several identified problems related to factors inhibiting the implementation of environmental pollution control agreements originating from internal and external factors of the company. such as, lack of legal and ethical awareness in business, lack of awareness of the impact of environmental pollution, lack of government education with the community regarding the dangers posed by factory waste, and lack of openness between the community and the management of PT Royal Coconut. So in realizing implementation it must require participation from the community and local government.

This research aims to assess the effect of employing cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) counseling on enhancing the self-assurance levels among 19-25-year-old students enrolled at the Faculty of Psychology, Bhayangkara University of Greater Jakarta. The study utilized a quantitative methodology, employing questionnaires for data collection. The collected data revealed that among 30 students, 4 exhibited low self-confidence levels. These four individuals were chosen as subjects for the research, receiving CBT-based counseling to address their self-confidence issues. The focus of the researchers was solely on interventions targeting self-confidence problems through CBT counseling techniques. The counseling sessions uncovered that these students faced challenges in feeling confident when interacting with groups of people, experiencing worry and a lack of assurance in such situations. While the outcomes of the counseling using CBT did not achieve a complete 100% enhancement in the self-confidence levels of the students at the Faculty of Psychology, Bhayangkara University of Greater Jakarta, there were observable positive changes in the students' perspectives and their ability to manage their thoughts. The efficacy of the counseling could be deemed successful with a 70% success rate.

Code switching and code mixing often occur in different conversations in society, code switching and code mixing can occur at all levels of society, a person's social status cannot prevent code switching or code mixing from occurring, this is often called multilingualism. This qualitative descriptive research was conducted in the fourth grade learning process at the Simalungun Protestant Christian Church Elementary School with the aims of 1) describing the types of code switching applied by teachers in the learning process; 2) describe the types of code mixing carried out by teachers in the learning process; 3) describe the factors that cause teachers and students to exchange codes; and 4) describe the factors that cause teachers and students to mix code.The methods used are observation and interviews. The results of this research indicate that in the fourth grade Simalungun Protestant Christian Church Elementary School, code switching occurred in the form of internal code switching. Internal code changes include code changes from Indonesia to Simalungun and Simalungun code changes to Indonesia. The form of coding codes in the Simalungun Regency Christian Church Elementary School class IV consists of additional word codes, phrase codes and sentence codes. The factors causing code mixing are (1) explaining something, (2) creating familiarity, and (3) situations and conditions

The emergence and development of information technology is changing people's behavior. These changes occur in human thought patterns, feelings and actions. Social media can clearly be used by the government to guide public opinion and influence political participation. In a democratic country like Indonesia, public opinion is very important because the government cannot function without public opinion. Therefore, the author is interested in conducting research on the role of social media in the dynamics of public opinion and political participation in the digital era. The method in this article uses library research, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. The data collection technique used was internet searching and documentation studies were used. In writing this scientific work, the first data analysis technique is data reduction, which means that the analysis is carried out to summarize the data, the researcher selects data that is really important to include in this scientific work and displays the data (data presentation). The research results found that in the current digital era, social media plays an important role in political participation and public opinion. Changes in the way people communicate, obtain information, and engage in politics are some examples. Social media influences public opinion and political participation. effects, both positive and negative. Of course, the government must monitor political activities amidst the development of social media in the modern era.

This research aims to look at the contribution of marine tourism to coastal communities in Indonesia, with a focus on a maritime sociology perspective. Marine tourism is a form of tourism related to activities and destinations centered around the sea or waters. This research utilizes maritime sociology as a relevant perspective for understanding the social life of coastal communities. Maritime sociology is applied as a study involving values, norms and social interactions that are formed through the connection of coastal communities with the sea. The research method uses a qualitative library study approach. Using a literature study approach, this research explores and analyzes various literature sources related to the social impacts of marine tourism in Indonesia's coastal areas. The research results show that (1) Increased social interaction between coastal communities and tourists, creating new dynamics in social relations. (2) The values ​​and norms of coastal communities are influenced, both through cultural exchange with tourists and through adaptation to new values. (3) The social structure is experiencing changes.

The importance of physical activity for the elderly in an effort to support indicators of healthy Indonesia, namely increasing the Life Expectancy of the Indonesian people. The purpose of this socialization is to find out the elderly's routine in daily activities to support Activity Daily Living (ADL). The method used in this outreach was the lecture and question and answer method, then questionnaires were distributed before and after the counseling to determine the elderly's understanding regarding physical activity. Suggestions for this activity are the elderly in Cot Yang Village, Aceh Besar District. This socialization activity was carried out for 1 hour. The results obtained from this socialization activity were that there was a change in the understanding of the elderly regarding physical activities carried out in daily activities. At this activity Mr. Geusyik, Village Secretary and Cot Yang Village Cadres along with 18 elderly people were present. Held on Friday 12 January 2024 at the Cot Yang Village multipurpose hall, at 09:00 WIB. This socialization activity was carried out by lecturers and Diploma Three Nursing students.
