Garbage is defined as waste that has a solid form originating from human and animal activities that are not utilized. This study aims to find out how the waste management system is with the existence of a waste bank in the Kedungsoko Village, Tulungagung Regency. The research technique used is by means of observation, field surveys, interviews and literature studies. The result of this research is that waste management at the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) of Kedungsoko Village is carried out properly through the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank. The management stage is divided into the Waste Collection Stage, the Waste Processing Stage, and the Product Marketing Stage. Management constraints are limited tools so it is necessary to cooperate with partners. Overall management at the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank is running effectively and is able to provide benefits to the surrounding community. The Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank can be used as a guideline for waste management for the community because of good and effective management.

This research presents the Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) in Islamic Financial Institutions, which plays a part in supervision and is responsible for Islamic teachings. Based on the research findings, it is expected that the members of the board have a deep understanding in the fields of fiqh muamalah, finance, and economics. The functions and characteristics of DPS in Islamic banking are intertwined with influential networks that align with the management of Islamic banking risks, such as reputational risk, which ultimately affects other risks, such as liquidity risk. DPS has the responsibility to ensure that various products and actions of Islamic banks are in line with the principles of Sharia. This research includes relevant literature reviews. The objective of this research is to elucidate the role of DPS in Islamic banking. The analysis adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, which means the researcher needs to dissect and describe the investigated issues. Data collection is conducted through document reviews and literature sources.

This study aims to find out the model of waste handling in Ngampel Kulon village, Ngampel District, Kendal Regency, the purpose of this study is to find out the impact of handling waste management using a waste bank system, the method of this research is field research, meaning that the data used as a reference in this study are field facts that are directly related to the research site,  The results of this study are known that the waste bank system developed by empowering Karang Taruna has been able to make a positive contribution to the community to care about the household waste produced, then other results explain that handling the waste can help the economy of villagers, although not too large a contribution, in terms of education, sanitation, economy, social and culture, in terms of education,  from the efforts of educating citizens to carefully select garbage and know . environment.

This research is motivated by the role of tobacco which is one of the important agribusinesses in Indonesia and has contributed to the national, regional and community economies. Seeing this opportunity, conducting a business feasibility study is necessary to improve the Indonesian tobacco industry. This type of research is a field study. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted in Sumurpecung Village, Serang District, Serang Banten Regency. Data analysis techniques in this study include descriptive descriptions to analyze the financial and non-financial aspects. The results of this study indicate that the overall business feasibility in terms of non-financial aspects consisting of legal, marketing, technical, management, social-economic, and environmental impact aspects are declared feasible to run. Likewise, the financial aspect as a whole was declared feasible to run. Based on this, it can be concluded that the tobacco business run by Gans tobacco shop in Serang City is feasible to run based on an assessment of financial and non-financial aspects.

This research is motivated by the existence of an initial phenomenon in Jorong Setia Kec. Two Koto Kab. In Pasaman, there are still teenagers who drop out of school at school age. Temporary assumptions are caused by internal and external factors that prevent children from acquiring knowledge. Based on the problems stated above, the purpose of this research is to find out the factors that cause adolescents dropping out of school in Jorong Setia Kec. Two Koto Kab. Passover. So the authors are interested in doing this research. Research on the Causes of Teenagers Dropping Out of School in Jorong Setia, Dua Koto District, Pasaman Regency, the type of research that the author uses is field research, namely collecting data directly from research locations to support the success of a case using relevant methods. The method used by the authors in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by describing the factors of youth dropping out of school in the view of Islamic education, as key informants are adolescents who have dropped out of school in Jorong Setia, Dua Koto District. Data collection techniques that the authors use are interviews and documentation. The results of research in Jorong Setia Kec. Two Koto Kab. Pasaman is the cause of teenagers dropping out of school from internal factors and external factors, first: from internal factors, namely children just want to play compared to school. Second: school is considered unattractive because of the tasks and rules at school that they cannot follow. Third: the inability to follow lessons because the child feels that the lessons given by the teacher at school are very difficult for him and the child also does not like the way the teacher explains the lesson. Fourth: from external factors, namely the low economic status of parents so that they cannot afford to send their children to school. Fifth: lack of parental attention, namely parents are too busy with work and pay less attention to and control their children. Keenan: the playing environment, namely most children are not good at adjusting to their friends, causing children to be affected by negative things.

The research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The theoretical description in this study uses mass communication, communication processes, agenda setting theory, and program production processes. The results of this study are the production process carried out by DAAI TV Medan in making news regularly from pre-production, production and post-production. The pre-production stage here begins with a projection meeting by gathering ideas according to the vision and mission, and related to inspirational values. Production activities, namely a reporter doing live coverage of the field. Then in post-production the process of editing and merging the coverage results into one news package. The Citraloka program has an inspiring value as a means of education for the community. Its consistency as a broadcasting media broadcasting useful news is quite good. Sociolinguistic studies study the relationship between language and society, and an analysis of the use of the word obscenity in the film "Bumi Manusia" can contribute to this field by enriching our understanding of language use in social contexts. Thus, research on the analysis of the use of the word heinous in the film "Bumi Manusia" from a sociolinguistic perspective is important to do to enrich the understanding of language and society in the context of the film. The research subject is the Earth of Mankind film with an analysis of vile or swear words that has not been studied much. Meanwhile, research analysis on the use of heinous words in the film Bumi Manusia: a sociolinguistic study focuses on the use of vicious words in dialogue in the film Bumi Manusia and how the use of these abusive words is influenced by the social context, such as the speaker’s social status and the communication situation that occurs. This study uses qualitative research as revealed by Bogdan and Taylor, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the person or behavior observed by the researcher. To provide data, basic listening techniques are used with advanced free listening techniques and note taking techniques.

This research is entitled The Role of Administration in Archives Management in Gebang Private Vocational High School (SMK). The formulation of the problem in this study include: how is the role of administration in the management of school archives in Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District and how are the obstacles faced in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational School in Gebang District and the solutions. The expected benefits of this research include: adding insight and knowledge, especially in the field of education and knowing how the role of the administrative section in managing school archives at the Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District with the actual conditions in the field. This research uses the Field Research research method (field research) using a descriptive qualitative research approach. The research results obtained in this study include: The role of administration in the management of school archives is very good. The role of school administration includes, firstly, the head of administration as the person in charge of administrative operations in charge of coordinating all administrative activities, serving, assisting, and fulfilling or providing matters relating to educational information in schools. Second, is as a school education staff. The head of administration is very competent in his field and is responsible for his duties. The head of administration is already professional in carrying out his duties in the administrative section so that it is much more effective. In terms of staff development, school principals and administrative heads of Gebang Private Vocational Schools have done various things, namely involving staff in activities, such as training, upgrading, seminars and workshops. The most important administrative role is as an educational staff and as a provider of information regarding the management of records in schools, as well as being able to work together with all staff in preparing plans for managing school records. The problems that exist in the administrative section in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational Schools, first, lack of facilities and infrastructure for archive storage because the number of archives is increasing continuously. Second, schools use a lot of non-permanent education personnel. As has been explained, the head of school administration is the one who helps carry out the main work to achieve school goals. The solution needed from problems in managing school archives is first, by carrying out maintenance and prevention of damage to archive storage devices. secondly, the required facilities must have met the requirements, such as a large room, complete archive storage equipment and sufficient for storage of archives that are increasing in volume from time to time. third, the staff who manages the archives have met the requirements so that they are responsible for carrying out their work in accordance with their respective duties.

The subject of this research is the people of Kalangan Village, Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency. This is because the village is rich in culture and still preserves the tedhak siten tradition. This study discusses how the procession of the tedhak siten tradition and the cultural and social values ​​contained in a series of tedhak siten traditions is carried out by the people of Kalangan Village, Ngunut District. This study aims to find out about the tedhak siten procession in Kalangan Village and the meaning of its socio-cultural values. The method used in this journal research is descriptive qualitative research, where this research was conducted by interviews, field observations, and literature studies from various related journals. The tedhak siten procession in Kalangan Village includes, being ordered to step on the 7-colored jenang, climb the cane ladder, enter the chicken cage, choose a favorite object, grab coins or coins, bathe in flower water, and wear new clothes. Some of the values ​​contained in the tedhak siten tradition are self-confidence, generosity, always maintaining family honor, and diligent work.

The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and career development on employee performance at the Central Tapanuli Regency Transportation Service? The hypothesis in this study is that work discipline and career development have a simultaneous positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation, Central Tapanuli Regency. population amounted to 117 people and a sample of 54 people. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained from field research and literature studies. The results obtained work discipline and career development simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Central Tapanuli Regency, where Fcount (44.747) is greater than Ftable (3, 13) or (44.747 > 3.13) Partially, the work discipline variable has the most dominant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 4.056 > t-table value is 2.004. Partially the career development variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t-count value is 2.823 > the t-table value is 2.004. The results of calculating the coefficient of determination R Square of 0.554 means that 55.4% of employee performance can be influenced by work discipline and career development. While the remaining 44.6% can be influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Society demands public sector organizations to be able to manage public services and provide them in an accountable, participative and transparent manner. SAKTI or Institutional Level Financial Application System is an application that is used as a means of work units in supporting the implementation of SPAN to carry out financial management which includes the planning stages to budget accountability. The purpose of this research is to observe how SAKTI works and to analyze the system, with the implications of whether it provides convenience in the performance of work units of government agencies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the method for collecting data used is direct observation with field research and library research, and the information will be filtered through descriptive analysis methods. The research results that have been achieved are that SAKTI is a new effectiveness. The advantage of using SAKTI is that it has an open platform, so it can be accessed anywhere and anytime, and provides efficient integration. Weaknesses in the use of SAKTI is the user's understanding in technical operations, so it requires sufficient training and another deficiency is the internal control of the organization. The conclusion of this research is that in the era of technology that pressures society for optimal and in-depth digital understanding. Suggestions by the author are to integrate a digital concept in the work system of the work unit, more understanding is needed so that it does not become an obstacle.

This study aims to provide an overview of the suitability of machining engineering majors in the world of work. When the Covid-19 case is on the increase, especially in Indonesia, many graduates of vocational high schools have difficulty finding jobs according to the majors they are interested in, especially in the field of machining engineering expertise. This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods with field data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to vocational high school students in the field of machining engineering expertise so that 33 respondents can be analyzed. The results of the study show that there is suitability and incompatibility in finding work due to the impact of Covid-19, factors that can cause this such as students' lack of understanding of distance learning when affected by the Covid-19 outbreak and remote practicum which hinders the growth of students' competence that should be obtained to enter the world of work. In addition, the lack of information related to the world of work was also felt by students when the Covid-19 outbreak attacked Indonesia. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out how suitable graduates of vocational high schools are in finding jobs and in accordance with what they are interested in in their areas of expertise

The aims of the study were to improve: 1) the learning process of reading comprehension using the whole language approach, and 2) the ability to read comprehension through the whole language approach in fourth grade students at SD Negeri 6 Bontokamase, Gowa The type of research used in this research is collaborative Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were 35 grade IV students at SD Negeri 6 Bontokamase, Gowa. The research design used is the Kemmis and Mc.Taggart model. The data collection methods used in this study were: 1) tests, 2) observations, 3) documentation, and 4) field notes. Data analysis techniques were carried out in a quantitative and qualitative descriptive manner.The results of the study show that learning to read comprehension through the whole language approach can increase student activity and attention. Seen from the involvement of students in various learning activities.Learning to read comprehension uses a whole language approach improve students' KKM. The results of tests, observations, documentation, and field notes show that through a whole language approach can improve reading comprehension skills in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 6 Bontokamase, Gowa. The increase in reading comprehension skills in the first cycle was 8.18, the initial conditions increased from 62.28 to 70.46.

Utilization of cyber counseling media can also shape students' modernization attitudes. Students will be accustomed to using technology in everyday life, including in obtaining counseling services. Starting from fun testing hacking skills, to serious crimes that can harm the victim financially. One of the cyber crimes that is rife in Indonesia is a social engineering attack or social engineering. Social engineering is a manipulation technique that exploits human error to gain access to personal information or valuable data.
