The background of this research is that in an institution engaged in the health sector, because in an institution human resources are very important in achieving success. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of work ethic and individual characteristics on employee performance. This research uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 41 employees from a population of 71 Prambon Health Center employees. In this study, the results showed that work ethic and individual characteristics partially had a significant effect on the performance of Prambon Health Center employees. While simultaneously the two variables have a significant effect on the performance of Prambon Health Center employees.

The instilling of religious and moral values ​​in early childhood is not limited to intellectual aspects alone, but also includes familiarization with life in society and daily activities. Belief in a religious teaching that is considered effective for children and the younger generation occurs through religious teaching practices taken from the environment, TPA and society. The key parameter is how children as the nation's successors must learn and practice the spiritual worship they need and how this becomes their religious identity and character, such as in worship and being able to read the Koran well and correctly. The aim of the coaching carried out in this service is to increase awareness and transfer knowledge to provide insight to children at the TPA in Durian village, Padangmiri sub-district, Pesawaran district. The method used as an analytical tool in this research is a participatory research method between children and researchers which aims to encourage better living conditions. From this research it can be concluded that the TPA children in Durian Village after participating in community service are able to practice and apply the teachings of worship, especially when carrying out spiritual worship, namely performing ablution, praying and reading the Qoran.

The canteen is one of the most important parts because it is the main support for employee consumption. They play an important role in providing official food to employees in hotels. The importance of the quality and taste provided is very influential for the satisfaction and comfort of all employees. In providing services, the canteen must serve optimally so that the service will be well received without any dissatisfaction. Data collection methods were collected in 4 ways, namely literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation studies in order to obtain accurate data regarding the satisfaction of canteen staff towards employees. The results obtained from this study are that employees are still dissatisfied with the variety of food menus on weekends. Meanwhile, on weekdays, the variation of the food menu is quite satisfying. A company is said to be successful if employee satisfaction can be guaranteed, and the presence of inhibiting and supporting factors is one of the factors that can be a success of a company or not in its application. The results of this study are that increasing employee satisfaction with canteen services in a company greatly influences the welfare and satisfaction of employees in the company, so it is important for the human resources department to prepare all the facilities needed by employees and also provide excellent service to all employees.  

Human resources have a role that can determine the success of all activities in the school. Teachers are the spearhead in efforts to improve the quality of services and educational outcomes. Therefore the school seeks to prepare human resources to face the changing times. Information technology (IT) has experienced a very rapid increase in the current developments, as can be seen from the use of technological equipment whose sophistication continues to increase with the reach being achieved is increasingly expanding. In the world of education, the application of information technology is needed to support the operational activities of educational institutions such as schools. The sample for this service is 20 teachers at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamic Center Ponorogo. The activity begins with coordination with partners, planning and implementing community service activities. It is hoped that the results of this service activity with the development of digital information technology will be able to develop the learning process and help promote institutions, especially for partners, containing issues and focus of service, goals of service, methods/approaches/strategies of service research, and results of community service.

Students' motivation to learn can be seen if the student tries to make an effort diligently to achieve what he wants. A student who has good motivation will get good results too. Learning motivation is like a machine, if there is a driving force then the machine will operate according to what the operator wants. Likewise with motivation, if there is a driving force then there is an effort within a person to carry out certain activities to achieve a goal. However, motivation is not always shared by everyone. In his book, Soemanto defines motivation as a change in energy within a person which is characterized by effective encouragement and reactions in achieving a certain goal.   What is meant by learning motivation is an urge that arises within students to act or carry out an activity or business because of a goal, need or desire that must be satisfied. Looking at some of the explanations above, the author sees that the lack of student motivation in learning is a significant problem because remembering the objectives of learning and the efforts made by the teacher do not bring the results as expected. Thus learning is considered less successful. In this research, the type of research used is classroom action research (PTK). The research location is Elpida Noelbaki Elementary School, which is located at Jalan Sahabat no. 01, Oehau Hamlet, Noelbaki Village, Central Kupang District, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The subject of this research is a religious education subject teacher for grade 2 elementary school students. The methods used in the research are interviews and observation. The teacher's treatment at the initial stage of learning has an impact on the growth of students' learning motivation. This is characterized by enthusiasm in following lessons. As many as 88.8% of students showed an enthusiastic attitude in participating in lessons. The teacher's treatment at the initial and final stages of learning has an impact on increasing student learning motivation. This is characterized by enthusiasm in following lessons. As many as 100% of students showed an enthusiastic attitude in participating in the lesson. Based on the implementation of the first to third cycles, it is known that the application of teacher social competencies such as teacher interaction, social skills, sympathetic attitudes and the teacher's adaptability towards students in following lessons will increase student motivation in learning. Students look enthusiastic and enthusiastic in receiving lessons in class.  

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Indonesian in building Baduy communication with intercultural tourists. This study uses the research method used is qualitative research based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to examine the condition of natural objects. The instruments used in this study were observations, interviews, field notes and documentation. The data collected is by interview technique. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that the Baduy people can speak Indonesian and use Indonesian to communicate with tourists. Apart from that, we also analyze that the Baduy people learn Indonesian from their parents and tourists because they don't go to school. The effectiveness of using Indonesian makes the communication that exists between the Baduy people and tourists run smoothly and better. In this study, researchers tried to interact with 9 Baduy people and 7 of them stated that almost 20% were fluent in Indonesian, 50% could speak Indonesian but were not fluent and 30% of the Baduy people passively used Indonesian. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that approximately 70% of the Baduy people can use Indonesian well and can interact fluently with tourists or outsiders. As explained above, being said to be effective means successfully conveying the message each speaker raises. This can make it easier to communicate and interact easily with outsiders besides the Baduy because not all tourists can use the native language of the Baduy tribe, namely Sundanese. With the effective use of Indonesian it is very clear that it can help to communicate easily and fluently.

Reliable and high-performance Internet access is essential to support practical activities in the IBN Lampung Computer Laboratory. Dependence on a single ISP often leads to connection disruptions, reduced service quality, and interruptions in the learning process. This study aims to design and implement a Mikrotik-based load balancing system to improve Internet performance by utilizing two ISP links and providing an automatic failover mechanism when one link becomes unavailable. The research employs the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) approach, which includes network requirement analysis, multi-WAN topology design, implementation of load balancing and failover configurations on Mikrotik, and performance testing. The results show that the load balancing system successfully distributes traffic more evenly, enhances connection stability, and provides more consistent Internet speed. Additionally, the failover mechanism works effectively and ensures service continuity when an ISP experiences downtime. In conclusion, the implementation of a Mikrotik-based load balancing system effectively improves Internet access quality and supports smoother laboratory activities.

Covid-19 hit many countries in the world including Indonesia. The Covid-19 outbreak is not only a national problem within a country, but is already a global problem. Covid-19 originated in the Wuhan area of ​​China. The spread of Covid -19, which is so fast and deadly, is transmitted through physical contact through the mouth, eyes and nose. The spread of Covid-19 is out of control, the government invites the public to participate in keeping the spread from spreading by limiting social or physical contact. Community participation is the main key to success in preventing the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak. Social distancing and physical distancing are implemented to cut the chain of spread of the virus.Some people have consciously followed this social restriction mechanism, but some have not participated. This paper examines community participation in preventing the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Handling the spread of this virus can be carried out well if the community participates in following the government's advice to always maintain a safe distance from one another, one of which is to stay at home. Covid-19 is an epidemic virus and has the potential for a public health emergency. In the Bangorejo sub-district itself, the government and various local community institutions in dealing with this epidemic have implemented several programs and policies to minimize and prevent the Covid-19 outbreak, but in reality some people do not heed the appeals and directions from the government or social institutions.

In this research, in stabilizing the economy in an area in Surabaya and targeting market operating procedures, the Government and PT. Jatim Grha Utama also has a role in advancing the economy of the people of Surabaya. The government continues to push for price stabilization measures to reduce the prices of a number of foodstuffs which show an upward trend until the end of the year. As a concrete step to ease the burden on the community in meeting their basic food needs, the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy has taken several comprehensive and holistic steps to analyze and overcome the various problems mentioned above through policy and tactical steps. The strategy for developing Prince Benowo's tomb tourism in Wonosalam District, Jombang has become the focus of discussion. One strategy that stands out is the use of social media platforms such as YouTube and other platforms. In this context, interesting and informative video content, official YouTube channel, collaboration with local YouTubers or influencers, live streaming, and social media-based campaigns can be used to promote the tomb. In addition, other strategies include improving infrastructure, environmental management, providing adequate facilities and information, developing educational and cultural programs, as well as involving local communities and partnerships with related parties. Implementation of this strategy aims to create a good tourist experience, boost the local economy, and strengthen the cultural and historical identity of the village. Periodic evaluation and monitoring is required to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy and improvements where necessary. Thus, it is hoped that Prince Benowo's tomb tour will become an attractive, sustainable tourist destination, and provide benefits to the local community.

The Community Service Program (PKM) has successfully conducted a training on Dashboard Development and TikTok Business for the Small and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) Shofi Group. This training was facilitated by the Informatics Engineering Department of Trisakti University and has received an excellent rating based on feedback from the participants. As part of this training, a visualization dashboard was successfully integrated into the Shofi Group's website, allowing them to monitor sales data more efficiently and effectively. In addition, participants also learned about the use of TikTok Business as a tool for marketing their products. Positive feedback from Shofi Group indicates the significant benefits of this training, in terms of assisting MSMEs to adapt and utilize digital technology in their business development. These results underline the importance of similar programs in supporting SMEs to compete in the digital era. It is hoped that the success of this PKM can lay the foundation for similar initiatives in the future, supporting more MSMEs in leveraging the potential of digital technology.

The internet has been a highly influential phenomenon in recent times, impacting technological advancements and various fields of knowledge. Internet development also directly affects the growth of websites. Initially, websites were not very popular due to limited services. However, they are now widely used and offer various services, such as news portals, email providers, and social media platforms. The use of computerized systems becomes more convenient when integrated with information systems based on websites, offering a user-friendly interface for data input and accuracy. In the current internet era, websites are essential for both government and private institutions, providing information to the public without constraints of distance and time. The Sukalaba Village Government Office, located in the Gunungsari subdistrict, is a government institution that serves the community. However, it faces challenges in its services, primarily related to the lack of easy access for the public to obtain information. This research aims to systematically and structurally develop the Sukalaba Village Government Service website. The process involves needs analysis, planning, content development, website design, implementation and testing, training, and launching. Through this approach, it is expected that the website will enhance service quality and increase transparency of information for the community. The website is expected to be an effective platform for the public to access essential information about their village and participate in its development. The creation of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has successfully improved service quality and information availability for the community. The interactive and responsive design ensures easy access to information through various devices. With the website's launch, the community now enjoys fast and convenient access to relevant village-related information, encouraging greater transparency and community participation in the development process. In conclusion, the development of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has significantly improved service quality and information transparency for the community, benefiting both the village government and its residents.

This service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Physical Education teachers (PJOK) in identifying the athletic talents of their students by using the Identification of Special Athletic Talents (TID) application. The partner institution is the MGMP PJOK SMP in Jayapura District. The methods used include seminars and training sessions. Data collection techniques include observation and evaluation of training results, with data analysis through pretest and posttest evaluations. The results of this dedication are as follows: (1) Most of the participants were not familiar with the Athletics-specific Talent Identification (TID) application before the training, and (2) Quite a number of participants understood and were proficient in using the Athletics-Talent Identification (TID) application. especially after getting explanations and hands-on practice. The conclusions drawn from this dedication are: (1) Substantially increasing the knowledge and skills of the MGMP PJOK SMP related to the use of the Special Athletic Talent Identification (TID) application for athletics, (2) The establishment of collaboration between FIK UNCEN and MGMP SMP PJOK in Jayapura Regency, and (3) The successful implementation of community service as a lecturer's academic task.

Learning outcomes refer to the successful attainment of educational objectives by students who actively engage in the process of learning. Nevertheless, it is evident that student learning outcomes remain subpar, hence necessitating the implementation of a learning model aimed at enhancing student learning outcomes. The Group Investigation (GI) Learning Model is an educational approach that has been shown to enhance student learning results. The primary objective of this study was to assess the impact of implementing the Group Investigation (GI) Cooperative learning model and the direct learning model on the learning outcomes of eighth-grade students at SMP N 6 Tondano. Specifically, the study focused on the topic of straight-line equations. The research employed a Quasi-Experimental Design as its chosen methodology. The present study comprised two classes, namely class VIII B as the experimental group and class VIII A as the control group. The sampling methodology employed in this study was Cluster Random Sampling. The methodology employed in this study involves the utilization of written tests for the purpose of data collecting. Based on the findings of the study, the statistical analysis using the t-test yielded a t-value of 2.5709, while the critical t-value (t-table) was determined to be 2.0322. Consequently, the calculated t-value exceeded the critical t-value (t-count > t-table). This implies that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected in favor of the alternative hypothesis (H1). Based on the findings, it can be inferred that students who were exposed to the Group Investigation (GI) cooperative learning model exhibited superior learning outcomes compared to students who were subjected to the direct learning model. This observation was made specifically in the context of studying straight-line equations among eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 6 Tondano.

Currently, the MSME financial reporting standard uses SAK EMKM (Standard for Financial Accounting for Micro, Small and Medium Entities). MSME accounting is expected to make and create more structured financial reports. The purpose of this research is to find out how SAK EMKM is applied in preparing financial reports for MSMEs, and to find out what are the obstacles encountered in preparing SAK EMKM-based financial reports. The design used is literature review, articles are collected using search engines such as Google Scholar and Garuda. Based on the research results collected and the author's analysis, it was found that there are still many MSMEs in Indonesia that do not make or use accounting information to run their business. Therefore, when asked about the amount of their assets, they could not provide any information. Small business owners lack accounting knowledge and many of them do not understand the importance of accounting for business continuity and business success.

Leaders of Islamic Boarding Schools are people who have great influence in a boarding school. As a manager the principal plays a role in managing the educational resources they have. The school principal must be able to bring change to the school he leads to become a quality school by utilizing resources, especially teachers. Teachers are required to master pedagogic, professional, social, and personality competencies, for this reason the real role of the school principal is needed to improve teacher competence. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study aims to identify and describe the role of the principal as a manager in implementing strategies through collaboration and communication at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Tebing Tinggi District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District in terms of Planning, Organizing, Actuating aspects. , Controlling (Supervision), as well as the efforts made by the principal in improving the competence of teachers at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School which includes; school principals' support for teacher competency improvement programs; and facilities provided in an effort to increase teacher competence. The results of this study are that the leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has carried out its role as a manager by carrying out management principles which include Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. Planning (Planning) is carried out by the principal by drafting a school program based on the foundation's policy. Organizing is done by dividing the tasks to each school personnel to jointly run the program that has been made. Actuating (Motivating) is the principal's activity to move each personnel to consciously support the program being run. While Controlling (Supervision) is an activity carried out by the principal to determine the success of the program that has been implemented. The leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has provided full support for the teacher competency improvement program by providing opportunities for teachers to continue their studies and involving teachers in various trainings, workshops, and also training. The government as a provider of public services needed by the community must be responsible and continue to strive to provide the best service for the sake of improving public services. On the other hand, community satisfaction is a measure of the success of public services provided by public service providers. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach to determine the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. The results showed that the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Telanaipura District, Jambi City, was seen from the aspects of physical facilities, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, that is, the Public Services section in Telanaipura District, Jambi City had not fulfilled adequate service facilities to provide services to the community. The community is satisfied with the services provided by Telanaipura District, Jambi City in the reliability aspect regarding reliability in handling any community complaints. Employees in terms of helping people who need services, especially people who are confused about services, have been seen between officers and visitors who communicate with each other. Security in Telanaipura District, Jambi City, has shown efforts to improve the quality of its services in relation to providing a sense of security for the community. The empathy given by the Telanaipura District, Jambi City, is to give a pleasant impression.

Langkat Regency is one of the districts in North Sumatra Province with interesting tourist destinations to visit. This makes Langkat Regency potentially able to develop tourist attractions.  One of the tourism objects that has the potential to be developed is in Pasar Rawa Village. This service activity aims to increase the knowledge of the Pasir Rawa Village community regarding the role and function of Mangroves as a tourist attraction. This beach tourism potential will attract visitors if it is planned according to the safety and comfort of visitors without damaging the ecology. The method of approach offered in community service is socialization with lectures and discussions. The results of this study increase understanding of the role and function of Mangrove forests as an attractive tourist attraction and the strategy of promoting potential village tourism can be implemented well. Where the community can understand the magnitude of coastal potential that can be used as a source of tourist objects. The high enthusiasm of the community in community service activities is a benchmark for the success of this service.

In the increasingly more business cafe competition in the era of today, every businessman or businessman in the field of beverages and food must be able to maintain the continuity of the business they run. In order to survive and be successful in the field of food and beverages, an entrepreneur must be able to consider from what makes consumers interested in stopping by the café. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of service, price and atmosphere of café on purchasing decisions (case studies at Nabs Café in Mojokerto City). This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents with the help of data processing IBM SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that partially the variable service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially the atmospheric café variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, simultaneously the effect of service quality, price and atmosphere of the café has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (case studies in NABS Café in Mojokerto City).
