In its implementation, passengers of Citilink Airlines at Bandung Husein Sastranegara International Airport still have several problems when using this service that leads to the implementation of online check in is not optimal. The purposes of this study are to examine: 1) The constraints experienced by passengers when traveling online check in, 2) Efforts to optimize implementation of online check in. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation techniques, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. To prove the validity of the research data, source and method triangulation tests were carried out. The results showed that the common problems experienced by Citilink Airlines passengers at Bandung Husein Sastranegara International Airport when using online  check in are unstable signal, error on website, fault input of booking code and the passenger's last name, as well as the passenger's lack of understanding and enthusiasm for the online check in itself. . As for the procedures for buying piled up land, consumers must first buy a D.O (Dilevery Order) card at the cashier according to the size of the fleet being brought (large or small) then process the payment, then the fleet enters the loading process queue, then the D.O card is given to the operator excavator for loading piled up soil into the fleet tank, after the loading process is complete the fleet leaves. After receiving payment money from consumers, the cashier records sales transactions in the sales transaction book and then re-records the administration section into the master book for reports on the production of sales results which will be given to the person in charge. As long as the sales data management system is still recorded manually by the administration into the ledger, this risks causing delays in the preparation of reports because all sales transactions have to be re-recorded. Data is lost (stolen or corrupted). When sales files and sales reports are needed for re-checking, officers will have difficulty finding files in the master book, because they have to open the pages of the main book which are quite thick. There was a problem in September 2018 where the daily sales report was damaged by rain and the cashier had to re-record all daily transactions.

This study aims to find out and understand the regulation of the citizenship status of a person who enters into mixed marriages in Indonesia, and to know and understand this regulation from a human rights perspective. The method used is normative research using a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The results of the research show that the provisions of Article 26 of Law no. 12 of 2006 concerning Citizenship basically provides for restrictions on human rights related to a person's freedom to choose citizenship status. These provisions stipulate that as a result of mixed marriages, Indonesian men or women lose their citizenship status because according to the law of origin the foreign husband or wife has given citizenship status. In addition, this provision also contradicts Article 28E paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which basically states that everyone is free to embrace religion and worship according to their religion, choose education and teaching, choose a job, choose citizenship, choose a place to live in the territory of the country and leave it. and has the right to return. and also Article 26 paragraph (1) of Law no. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights which basically states that everyone is given the right to own, replace, obtain or maintain citizenship status.

Human resources referred to are the provision of resources both in terms of quantity and quality of medical personnel and health workers. So far, it can be easily found that the local government has difficulty in fulfilling these personnel, especially specialist doctors. In several years, the formation of civil servants with the formation of medical specialists did not register. This is of course the obligation of the government, both the central and regional governments, to provide these resources so that not only can the hospital be built, but the human resource aspect cannot be fulfilled.

The problems of Islamic education that are developing in schools today are numerous, one of which is capitalism Islamic education, education that the rights of each individual person are limited by financial ability. That is the high cost of private education, which in fact is an Islamic educational institution that usually has the word Islam behind the name of the school, such as Islamic elementary school, Islamic junior high school and the like. make education has come out of its true purpose. The paradigm of Islamic education does not distinguish between social groups in society, because learning is the right of every individual, everyone has the right to get a school education. It is time for us to implement the "social justice" paradigm, using the "human empowerment approach". approach to placing humans as humans. Humans are not adapted to goods. Humans are independent-autonomous beings, have potential that can be developed and realized. So it's fair that education will be implemented if we are all serious about transforming education with the concept of "humanizing humans".

Abstract. The background of this research is the students' low memory for class VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman, which the researchers can see from the low UTS scores and the way students learn during the SKI learning process. In learning the teacher still uses the lecture method so that students tend to feel bored and not focus on following the learning process. One effort that is thought to be able to overcome this is by applying mind maps to the SKI subject for class VIII students at MTsN 3 Pasaman. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of applying mind maps to students' memory in class VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman. This research is a quasi-experimental quantitative research with a true experimental research design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII at MTsN 3 Pasaman. Sampling was done randomly or Random Sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 68 students. Students of class VIII 3 as the experimental class and students of class VIII 6 as the control class. The instrument used by the researcher was the results of the students' SKI posttest in the form of multiple choice of 25 questions with the material on the Intellectual Glory of Muslim and Ulama Sciences during the Abbasid Daulah period. The results showed that the proportion of mastery of the experimental class students was higher than the proportion of mastery of the control class students. In the experimental class, the number of students who completed there were 27 people with a proportion of 79% and those who did not complete were 7 people with a proportion of 21% of the number of students in the experimental class, namely 34 students. Whereas in the control class, 1 person completed with a proportion of 3% and students did not complete 33 students with a proportion of 97% of 34 students. so that there is a 35.5% effect of applying the mind map on students' memory in grade VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman. From the results of the hypothesis test tcount = 8.762 and ttable 1.6909. Because tcount > ttable means that H0 is rejected at the significant level α = 0.05. From these results it can be written reject H0 and accept H1, meaning that there is an influence of the application of the mind map media on students' memory on the intellectual triumph of Muslim scientists and scholars during the Abbasid dynasty in class VIII MTsN 3 Pasaman.

There are so many cases where the perpetrators are more than one person, which occur in our society. Often there is debate in imposing punishment on the direct makers and the indirect makers of criminal acts. To impose a sentence on a case, the judge must know which maker is directly or indirectly and bases his decision apart from the law and also considers the demands of the public prosecutor. Sometimes the perpetrators of the crime of participation are not touched at all by the law so that what they should be prosecuted by law is not even processed. The purpose of this study is to examine the criminal responsibility of the perpetrators of the crime of counterfeiting. The research conducted is normative legal research. Based on the results of the research the defendant was proven guilty of committing the crime of "making and using fake documents" as stipulated and subject to criminal penalties in Article 264 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code and second article 264 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code. The crime of inclusion is regulated in Article 55 and Article 64 of the Criminal Code
