Agencies or companies consider that an organization's success can be achieved only by having employees who have high competence. However, in reality, many highly competent employees cannot work optimally. This can be seen from the lack of employee enthusiasm for working (dedication) and low enthusiasm for completing work (vigor), so employee engagement with the organization is weak. This research aims to determine the influence of perceived organizational support and job characteristics on employee engagement. Data collection was carried out using the perceived organizational support scale created by Eisenberg (1986), the Hackman & Oldham (1976) job characteristics scale, and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale created by Schaufeli et al. (2003). The results of this research show that perceptions of organizational support and job characteristics simultaneously influence employee engagement of Civil Servants in District X amounted to 61.6%, while changes in employee engagement were caused by other factors amounting to 38.4%.

Technology in the financial sector plays a crucial role in human life, as evidenced by the widespread use of electronic money. The advent of cashless payments, such as QRIS, can enhance financial management for businesses and contribute to their success. This research aims to compare the income of MSMEs before and after implementing QRIS in their operations. The sample size used in this study consists of 35 MSMEs at To’Pao Art Market, selected through saturation sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using the Paired t-Test. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference in MSMEs' income before and after the adoption of QRIS. This is supported by the Paired t-Test, which yielded a significance value (α) of less than 0.05 (0.007 < 0.05). The average income before using QRIS was 20.77, whereas after implementing QRIS, there was an increase in the average income to 21.60. Based on the results of the paired t-test, it can be concluded that the use of QRIS has a positive impact on MSMEs' income."

Educational facilities are an important factor that must be a concern for anyone working in the world of education. In general, educational facilities include all facilities that are directly related to teaching and learning activities, for example: buildings, study rooms or classrooms, teaching aids or equipment, tables, chairs, etc. Meanwhile, infrastructure is what indirectly supports learning. Basically, educational facilities can be classified into four types, namely land, buildings, school equipment and furniture (site, building, equipment and furniture). In order for all these facilities to make a significant contribution to learning, they must be managed well. Organic waste is an environmental problem, especially in the villages of Pandeyan, Grogol, Sukoharjo, so there is a need to solve this problem through direct community activities. One solution is the socialization activity on organic waste processing through magot cultivation in Pandeyan village. With this socialization, it is hoped that the community will gain further understanding regarding magot cultivation as an effort to process household organic waste to make it more useful. The socialization activity was conducted at the Pandeyan village office on August 30, 2023. To measure the success of socializing organic waste processing through magot cultivation, an evaluation was carried out using a questionnaire method distributed to participants. From the questionnaire results, it was found that 88.9% of the total participants understood magot cultivation. Meanwhile, if you look at the potential of organic waste in each household participating in this socialization, it is possible to process it through magot cultivation. However, there is still a need for assistance and further understanding regarding magot cultivation because there is still a stigma that maggots have a maggot-like shape and are not suitable for cultivation.
