The world of education in indonesia is currently experiencing a change in services due to the covid 19 pandemic and is required to make changes to the way of teaching, and other administrative services in the context of the indonesia education world, the massive changes in services resulting from the impact of the covid 19 pandemic have greatly disturbed students, teachers and parents. They are required to make changes to the way of teaching and learning and guide quickly and accurately.The role of the teacher is now very important because the learning prosess cannot be faceto-face anymore. The teacher must really do everything possible so that students can understand the material presented online.This study aims to determine:( 1) the role of teachers in improving PAI learning outcomes during the covid 19 pandemi at SD No. 1 Seminyak for the 2019/2020 school year, (2) learning outcomes during the covid 19 pandemi at SD No. 1 Seminyak 2019/2020 academic year, (3) inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of online learning in Islamic education subjects during the covid 19 pandemic at SD No. 1 Seminyak in the school year 2019/2020.This type of research is descriptive kwalitatif, the informan is determined by purposive method, while the key informants are the principel, religion teacher, home room teacher, students, student guardians and the data committee is analyzed by data reconstruction stages, data presentation, and verification conclusion.The results showed; (1) teachers are require to play a deeper role in online learning during the covid 19 pandemi, the online learning process delivered material through learning videos in the whatsap grop, make google absences from monitoring students to memorize short surahs via whatsapp or video calls to provide motivation and encouragement to students. (2) Pai's study results during the covid-19 pandemic are less than maximal because teachers cannot monitor students directly and many obstacles in online learning. (3) supporting factors in the implementation of online learning, namely, the availability of mobile quota and internet networks. While the inhibiting factor in online learning, namely, aconomi limitations, internet network is sometimes not as stable.

Poverty is one of the problems that often occurs in a country, this problem has become the world's attention because the whole world certainly experiences the problem of poverty affecting its citizens even though the impact is different from one country to another, especially Indonesia certainly experiences the problem of poverty among its citizens. , With this, one Islamic teaching is actually sufficient to be a solution to the differences, namely the concept of zakat being an obligation, where rich people are the main actors and poor people are the main target so that zakat can be carried out. Before discussing zakat, let's first understand what actually is zakat? , and what is the real purpose of enforcing zakat? Zakat linguistically has the meaning of increasing or developing, while zakat according to the term is the name for a special property, owned by certain people and given to certain people. According to Dr. Nuruddin Al Khodimy in his book al-Ijtihadul Maqosidy states that one of the most important goals of zakat is to increase love between the needy and the poor so that there is no distinction between the two so that they can unite in the bonds of brotherhood in Islam. Poverty that occurs, especially in Indonesia, can actually be overcome when zakat is truly implemented and truly carried out.

Community service activities for Muhammadiyah Elementary School Teachers in Polokarto Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency have been carried out. The background of this activity is the information obtained that the teachers in the school still use books and blackboards especially for subjects related to Science so that students become less creative and innovative thinking. activities carried out in the form of ongoing activities, namely training in the use of props style, motion and energy as many as 10 kits, presentation of the results of the practice of using props and the process of dissemination to students. The results obtained that all participants in understanding the teaching aids that have been trained, seen from the activeness of the participants, the ability of participants in the presentation and the results of dissemination to students in their respective schools

The purpose of this study is To determine the types of Birds (Aves) which can be used for the preparation of the learning media in the form of Interactive Multimedia Area of the National Park of Merbabu Mountain, Selo district, Boyolali Regency, The form of this research is RnD interactive multimedia, research Methods using point count method by applying random sampling in the taking of the shooting point. Data collection with the point count through the 4 replications. Large population is the entire Aves in the Area of Merbabu Mountain National Park.Results and conclusion the types of Aves found in the Area of Merbabu Mountain National Park as many as 12 Family 17 species and 156 individuals.Assessment of the third expert stated that the learning media in the form of interactive multimedia is Very Feasible to used as media of learning are valid. Masalah makanan haram dan halal merupakan perkara besar dalam Kitab Suci, baik dalam Perjanjian Lama maupun Perjanjian Baru. Tokoh-tokoh dalam Kitab Makabe seperti Eleazar serta seorang ibu dengan anak-anaknya lebih rela mati daripada harus makan makanan haram. Meskipun secara mengejutkan tidak banyak dibahas dalam Perjanjian Baru, tema haram dan halal ini pun disinggung dalam situasi yang serius dan dengan pernyataan- pernyataan yang mutlak, baik dari Yesus sendiri maupun dari para rasul. Injil Markus secara spesifik juga membahas soal ini dalam pasal 7. Pembahasan Markus ini, selain mencatat salah satu pernyataan doktriner Yesus yang paling mutlak, menyumbangkan pula alasan-alasan teologis dan praktis yang matang. Haram dan halal menurut Yesus dalam Injil Markus dikembalikan kepada maksud dan tujuannya yang hakiki, yang tidak pernah hanya soal fisik, melainkan memiliki nilai teologis yang intrinsik. Kutipan dari Kitab Yesaya dalam perikop ini menjadi kunci utama untuk memahami dimensi teologis yang mendasari ajaran Yesus mengenai haram dan halal. Rupanya nilai terhakiki dari dimensi teologis ajaran Yesus tentang kemurnian itu terletak pada universalitasnya. Untuk pembahasan kali ini, saya tetap memilih metode analisis naratif dengan fokus pada analisis karakter berdasarkan interaksi mereka dalam percakapan.

AbstrakSebagai tugas akhir mata kuliah PAR, mahasiswa melakukan penelitian langsung ke lapangan untuk mengimplementasikan keilmuan yang telah didapat terpada masyarakat. Mereka melakukan penelitian di TPQ AL-Magfiroh di Denpasar. Kondisi TPQ yang terletak di Mushola Al-Magfiroh telah berdiri sejak tahun 2019 dengan jumlah peserta didik 145 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan acuan teori Zuber dan pendekatan metode PAR, dengan tahapan observasi, pengumpulan data, monitoring/aksi, dan evaluasi. PAR bersifat transformatif dan memberdayakan komunitas lokus penelitian, sehingga menghasilkan program kerja, yaitu mengajar di TPQ tersebut dengan metode Yanbua dan bersama wali murid memberikan semangat pada siswa berupa buku dan alat tulis, padakegiatan kenaikan jilid. Evaluasi penelitian adalah menemukan kondisi kelas kurang kondusif dan kurangnya tenaga pengajar. Sebagai bahan tindaklanjut, mengkondisikan penambahan dan meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pengajar. Abstract As a final assignment for PAR subject, students have done conduct research directly into the field to implement the knowledge they have gained in the community. They conducted research at the AL-Magfiroh TPQ in Denpasar. The condition of TPQ which is located in Al- Magfiroh Mosque has been established since 2019 with 145 students. This research uses Zuber's theory reference and PAR method approach, with stages of observation, data collection, monitoring / action, and evaluation. PAR is transformative and empowers the research locus community, so that it produces a work program, which is teaching at the TPQ with the Yanbua method and together with the guardians of students encourages students in the form of books and stationery, on the activities of increasing volumes. The evaluation of the research is finding the condition of the class is less conducive and the lack of teaching staff. As follow-ups are material, condition the addition and increase the quality of the teaching staff.

Pada saat pembelajaran tematik PKn dalam konsep bangga sebagai anak Indonesia banyak sekali siswa kelas III SD Muhammadiyah Blora yang mendapatkan nilai yang kurang optimal. Dari hasil observasi, guru menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang kurang variatif sehingga kurang menunjang keaktifan siswa dan kurang fokus terhadap materi pelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran, dengan menggunakan model problem based learning diharapkan membantu siswa dalam memperbaiki dan meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Adapun tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengindentifikasi langkah-langkah dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui model problem based learning dalam pembelajaran tematik PKn. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan di SD Muhammadiyah Blora dengan jumlah siswa 35. Hasil penelitian ini banyak mengalami peningkatan pada aktivitas dan hasil belajar.dari hasil obeservasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I yaitu 57%, dengan kategori cukup dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 84%, dengan kategori Amat baik. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada pra siklus 36, siklus I 75,2, dan siklus II meningkat menjadi 92, Sehingga dari hasil yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning pada pembelajaran tematik PKn pada konsep bangga telah berhasil dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa. Rekomendasi kepada guru sebagai acuan untuk menyusun RPP dalam meningkatkan kemampuan profesional dalam mengajarkan materi PKn bagi siswa di kelasnya, serta memperluas wawasan dan pengetahuan guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran problem based learning, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, PKNABSTRACTAt the time of thematic civic learning in the concept of being proud as Indonesian children, there were many grade III students at SD Muhammadiyah Blora who received suboptimal grades. From the observations, the teacher uses learning methods that are less varied so that they do not support student activity and are less focused on subject matter. Therefore, to improve the learning process, using a problem based learning model is expected to help students improve and improve their learning outcomes. The specific purpose of this research is to identify the steps and improve student learning outcomes through the problem based learning model in the thematic learning of Civics. This type of research used was Classroom Action Research conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Blora with a total of 35 students. The results of this study experienced an increase in activity and learning outcomes. From the results of observation of student activity in the first cycle that was 57%, with enough categories and had increased in the second cycle to 84%, with a very good category. While the average value of student learning outcomes in pre-cycle 36, cycle I 75.2, and cycle II increased to 92, so that from the results it can be concluded that learning using the problem-based learning model of learning in the Civics thematic learning on the concept of pride has been successful with increasing student learning outcomes. Recommendations to teachers as a reference for developing lesson plans in improving professional abilities in teaching Civics material to students in their classrooms, as well as broadening teachers' insights and knowledge in applying problem based learning learning models.Â

Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

English learning for children called English for Young Learners (TEYL) is developing in various parts of the world, especially in developing countries including Indonesia. This policy began in Indonesia since the enactment of the 1994 Curriculum, and its implementation continues to be increasingly necessary. This is related to the government's efforts to prepare reliable and quality students, who will be able to compete at the national and international levels. English has become a very important language in the international community. Therefore, everyone is expected to be able to learn, master and understand English well. In Indonesia, English occupies an important priority as the first foreign language that must be studied and mastered by students and has been taught in schools ranging from kindergarten to university level. In learning English, there are four (4) language skills that must be learned by students, namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing. One of the important language skills to be learned by students is speaking. One element of language that needs to be improved to support speaking skills is vocabulary. Vocabulary plays an important role in word recognition. The more English vocabulary that is owned and mastered by students, the better they are at understanding various learning materials delivered in English. Mastery of a large and extensive English vocabulary can also improve students' ability to communicate using English. The introduction of English vocabulary in SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar can use learning media that is fun, easy and effective. The learning media is Word Webs. The Word Webs media has the benefit of increasing students' knowledge of English vocabulary and strongly supports speaking skills. Word Webs learning media is a learning media that can be used in the teaching and learning process of English especially Vocabulary. Through this Community Service Activity or Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, learning English using Word Webs media at SDN 01 Suruh Karanganyar feels more fun and memorable. This will make students feel enthusiastic and happy in learning English provided by using Word Webs media. This media can also help teachers in teaching English vocabulary to support students' speaking skills with fun.

This research was conducted to find out the understanding of the Meratus Dayak Catholics in the Parish of Ave Maria Tanjung on the Relevance of the Rite of Aruh for the Eucharistic Ceremony in the Catholic Church at Ave Maria Tanjung Parish. Through this study, it is hoped that Meratus Dayak people preserve the local culture that has been handed down and purify it based on Catholic Church teachings and deepen their faith with cultural adjustment in the thanksgiving of the Catholic Church. The method used in this research is qualitative method using phenomenology approach. Data obtained by interview, observation and documentation. The research steps include, conversation with informant, informant profile, theme determination, implication, synthesis, prospect or possibility that will happen.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) Berbasis ICT Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Dan Hasil Belajar Pkn Siswa Kelas V di SDN 01 Suruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Efektifitas pengimplementasi media pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) Berbasis ICT dapat dikemukakan sebagai berikut, terdapat peningkatan keaktifan, minat dan motivasi yang mengarah pada peningkatan hasil belajar PKn dengan menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 01 Suruh Kecamatan Tasikmadu. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari beberapa temuan di kelas, yaitu (1) siswa terlihat antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PKn, (2) siswa sudah mampu mengatasi kesulitan belajar dengan berdiskusi dengan teman yang lebih paham akan materinya dan belajar bertanya sehingga mampu memahami materi PKn dengan baik, (3) guru telah mampu melaksanakan metode pembelajaran PKn dengan nuansa baru yang inovatif dan kreatif sesuai perkembangan zaman. Teaching media in the form of interactive multimedia has the ability to save audio visual data, make multimedia especially interactive learning as a supporter of the learning method that was once conveyed through books and direct explanations that are not easily digested by children, so expect the use of interactive CD media that aims to improve learning outcomes can explain that learning media interactive able to provide more interesting and interesting information a lot of fun In collecting data, the method used by the author is by using observation and survey methods. For the making using the Adobe Auditions CS5, Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe programs Flash CS5, CorelDraw X5, Format Factory, is expected in the presence of media interactive learning can increase children's interest in learning.

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan kebutuhan para guru di TK Negeri Gemolong akan variasi metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh para guru TK Negeri Gemolong. TK Negeri Gemolong terus melakukan pengembangan baik fasilitas maupun SDM. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pihak sekolah yaitu menjalin kerjasama dengan tim pengabdian Program Studi Bahasa Inggris UNISRI untuk mengadakan workshop tentang metode pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak-anak dan secara bervariasi diimplementasikan di kelas membuat anak-anak belajar tanpa beban dan tidak mudah bosan. Metode pelaksanan pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara ceramah dan praktek latihan menggunakan metode Whole Brain Teaching dengan rekan sejawat. Tim pengabdian UNISRI memberikan teori dalam bentuk ceramah, memberi contoh penerapan Whole Brain Teaching di kelas, kemudian para guru diminta menirukan dan mempraktekkan penerapan metode tersebut. Hasil dari pengabdian ini diharapkan bahwa kesadaran akan pentingnya penggunaan metode yang tepat dapat meningkat. Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

Multimedia-based learning media is a method of learning that can interact with its users besides having animated explanations of material. The problem at SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus about learning mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD is the difficulty of understanding the tools in the AutoCAD application, it becomes unattractive and difficult to understand the material in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive learning media for machine engineering drawings using AutoCAD semesters I and II as media to assist student learning processes, providing alternative learning media to help teachers choose the right learning model for students. This type of research method uses the R&D method, the methods used include descriptive, evaluative and experimental methods. Descriptive method is used to collect data about existing conditions, evaluative methods are used to evaluate the trial process of developing a product and the experimental method is used to test the efficacy of the product produced. The results of this study are application programs, applications that have been designed can be used as an alternative to solving problems in SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus. By using electronic media in learning media, the benefits of creating alternative solutions from existing problems, namely in the form of Machine Engineering Image Learning Application, are able to provide complete video tutorials according to the basic competencies that the authors take from the source of mechanical engineering drawing books.

The role of teachers in Islam is very important. So the teacher is also called ustadz because it has a high commitment in carrying out its duties so that the quality of the work process can lead to the attitude of the continuous development of students. Besides, teachers are also referred to as mualim. He as a life sources in charge of transferring science both theoretical and practical. Teachers can also be referred to as murabbiy who prepare his students as creatures, because of the creativity that, he will be able to prepare himself well, so that the results of his creation does not cause damage to himself, others, and the environment. Also, the teacher as a murshid, he must be a role model, as a role model must certainly place himself properly and full. As a model the teacher can set an example for his or her students. In many ways the teacher is also placed in a position as mudarris, who acts as a dispenser of science and eraser of ignorance. In this perspective the teacher's sensitivity must always grow when he sees the reality of his students as it is with different kinds of differences. But from the fact it is realized also, that all students are believed to have the potential of each, so the teacher must be able to develop each potential that existed in the student. The last teacher as muaddib, this very important task a teacher is required to prepare children to be educated to be responsible people, so the quality of human civilization the better in the future. Because of the important role of teachers in Islam, the integral qualifications of the teaching profession can not be ignored either qualitatively or quantitatively so that the challenges of the times are always well answered.   Peran guru dalam Islam adalah sangat penting. Atas dasar itu setiap guru perlu berbekal kompetensi dengan imaji kreativitas. Sehingga guru juga disebut seorang serbabisa, multitalent. Wajar kemudian mendapat berbagai julukan, seperti disebut sebagai ustadz karena mempunyai komitmen tinggi dalam menjalankan tugasnya agar mutu proses kerjanya  mampu membuahkan sikap pengembangan anak didiknya yang terus menerus. Selain itu guru juga disebut sebagai mualim. Ia sebagai kamus kehidupan yang bertugas menstransfer ilmu pengetahuan baik bersifat teoritis dan praktis. Guru dapat juga disebut sebagai murabbiy yang menyiapkan anak didiknya sebagai makhluk kreator, karena dari hasil kreativitasnya itu, ia dapat menyiapkan dirinya dengan baik, agar dari hasil kreasinya tersebut tidak menimbulkan kerusakan pada dirinya, orang lain, dan lingkungannya. Juga, guru sebagai mursyid, ia menjadi panutan, sebagai panutan tentu harus menempatkan dirinya dengan tepat dan purna. Sebagai model guru dapat memberikan teladan bagi para anak didiknya. Dalam perspektif ini kepekaan guru mesti selalu tumbuh pada saat menyaksikan realitas para muridnya seperti adanya dengan berbagai macam perbedaan. Namun dari kenyataan tersebut perlu disadari juga, bahwa semua murid tersebut diyakini mempunyai potensi masing-masing, sehingga guru pasti mampu mengembangkan masing-masing potensi yang ada pada muridnya tersebut. Yang  terakhir guru sebagai muaddib, tugas yang sangat penting ini seorang guru dituntut untuk menyiapkan anak dididiknya menjadi orang-orang yang bertanggung jawab, sehingga kualitas peradaban manusia semakin baik pada masa mendatang. Karena pentingnya peran guru dalam Islam itu, maka kualifikasi integral profesi guru tidak dapat diabaikan  baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatifnya sehingga berbagai tantangan zaman selalu terjawab dengan baik.

Selain itu juga karena sistem pendidikan Pesantren mempunyai tugas yang lebih berat dibandingkan dengan lembaga pendidikan lain. Pembaharuan sistem Pesantren dituntut bukan hanya menghasilkan lulusan yang berkompeten dibidang ilmu pengetahuan dan tekhnologi (IPTEK) namun juga mempunyai keimanan dan ketakwaan (IMTAQ) yang berkualitas sehingga terbentuk pribadi yang membanggakan, terampil, kreatif dalam segala hal serta mampu bersaing dalam kehidupan nyata.

After doing research in KB and TK Anak Pintar, it can be seen that there are obstacles that are owned by TK B teaching teachers in delivering the material. The obstacle faced is where children are easily bored with conventional learning methods used by teachers plus there is no learning media at the school. To anticipate these obstacles, learning media are needed that can increase children's interest in learning and can eliminate the boredom of conventional learning. The purpose of this study is to find out how and the benefits of Macromedia Director MX 2004 in the world of education. The method used in the Research and Development (research and development) method, starts from (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) learning media design, (4) learning media validation, (5) revision of learning media, ( 6) trial of learning media, and (7) application. The results showed that the developed media had fulfilled the requirements and fulfilled the requirements to be used, this was seen from the results of the validation carried out by media experts namely 90% and material experts 92.5% and Kindergarten B teachers 92.5%. By displaying 6 learning materials that are accompanied by 5 questions in each material, it is also equipped with instructions for use, profiles of teachers and KB staff and Kindergarten Smart Children and also vision and mission.
