This study aims to apply the concepts of ISAK 35 to the field of education. This study aims to determine the implementation of school financial management from the prespective of ISAK 35. This study also uses descriptively presented qualitative data types, uses primary and secondary data sourses, and uses data collection techniques in the form of interview and concluded that SMPN 32 Gresik’s management and financial records remained rudimentary, limited to recording school financial income and expenditure, and did not comply with ISAK 35 financila reporting.

In this era of globalization, business organizations must continue to improve the level of professional services in their respective fields. The use of PLN Mobile in the customer service department at PLN ULP Medan Baru has the potential to provide significant benefits in improving service quality and customer satisfaction. This application is expected to bring positive changes by providing easy access to information for customers regarding billing, blackouts, and other important information. The purpose of this research is to analyze the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru. This study uses a qualitative approach to explore an in-depth understanding of the benefits of using PLN Mobile in the customer service department at PLN ULP Medan Baru. A qualitative approach allows researchers to understand customer perspectives, views, and experiences in depth and contextually. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted by the researchers, it can be obtained that the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good and very useful for customers at PLN ULP Medan Baru, Medan City to meet their electricity needs, complaints and complaints, however, socialization that has not been evenly distributed has resulted in there being PLN ULP Medan Baru customers who have not used the PLN Mobile application. The five dimensions of customer service used by researchers according to Tjiptono (2014: 18), namely the Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy dimensions at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good.

Collaborative KKN is a service activity by students consisting of several universities. Our KKN location is in Kepatihan Village, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency. The main work program carried out by KKN Collaboration 229 students is to help Kepatihan Village MSMEs in the field of packaging and branding. Through the PANACOTTA work program, the KKN 229 group carries the theme of entrepreneurial development, entitled "Packaging Update and Branding Optimization". The purpose of this research is to find out strategies and help Kepatihan MSME players in optimizing packaging and branding. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The data analysis process is carried out with workshops/socialization and assistance from the data that has been obtained. The results of this research show that the Kepatihan community's MSMEs can increase community productivity, which is largely purely handmade. Collaborative KKN 229 students help and assist the community to optimize packaging and branding. For example, making logos, stickers, videos, banners, and social media. In terms of marketing, many of the communities sell their products door to door.

The research aims to reveal and describe the Aesthetics of Hoyak Badarai Plate Dance Sarai Sarumpun Studio in Padang City. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods of analysis. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are data collection, data reduction, data model and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the aesthetics of Piriang hoyak badarai Dance 6 principles, namely the principle of organic unity. Theme Principle, Theme Variation Principle, Balance principle, Development principle and Level Layout principle which are also associated with elements in dance, where dance elements are also divided into 2, namely the main elements such as movement and supporting elements in dance such as floor patterns, dancers, dance accompaniment music, makeup and clothing, property and performance venues. Appearance is one of the fundamental parts that all art objects or art events have.  For art performance, there are three elements that play a role, namely talent, skills, and facilities or media. This element was used to study it as the Aesthetics of Piriang Hoyak Badarai Dance at Sarai Sarumpun Studio in Padang City. Piriang Hoyak Badarai dance is a dance that illustrates the nature of community cooperation in working on rice fields starting from hoeing until rice returns to the granary. This is the background behind the creation of Hoyak Badarai Dance. And the source of the gerkana itself is taken from the Minangkabau Basic Motion.

This study aims to determine the contribution of the government and society in Alor in preventing water pollution in Kali Lipa. Kali Lipa is one of the rivers in Alor which only has a little running water with very dense piles of garbage. The research location is in Lipa, Kalabahi Tengah sub-district, Teluk Mutiara sub-district, Alor district. The data in this study were obtained through field research. Field research was carried out using direct research. The results showed that environmental data to maintain environmental health and social conditions in the field had not been served. In addition, the research results show that the water conditions in the field research contain pollutants. However, the government and the community have not contributed enough to reduce the impact of pollution in the river. In this case, it is necessary to contribute laws and regulations to reduce water pollution.

The research conducted has the aim of knowing and seeking an overview of the quality of public services in the field of administration regarding the perspective of good governance in public services at the Rembang Village Office, Blitar City. Research conducted using qualitative methods with a case study research approach (case study). Data collection techniques were carried out using participatory observation methods, conducting interviews with selected informants and conducting literature studies and examining data sources from documents related to research. From all the data that has been collected, the researcher processes it using data collection, data condensation, data presentation (information display), and verification of research or conclusions, then the researcher checks the validity of the data using 1) Credibility test which consists of technical triangulation techniques, data source triangulation, time triangulation, 2) transferability tests in which researchers compile research reports by providing detailed, systematic, and reliable descriptions, 3) reliability tests are carried out through a series of audit processes by supervisors and, 4 ) Objectivity Test (Confirmability) in which the results of this study were tested through a series of examination processes carried out by the supervisor and the team of examiners through the final exam. Based on the results of the study, 1) the quality of public services in the administrative field at the Rembang Kelurahan Office is already good with evidence of the facilities, facilities and infrastructure provided by the Rembang Kelurahan Office being sufficient and supporting public services in public services at the office. In addition, professionalism, timeliness and speed in providing appropriate services are important factors regarding improving the quality of public services; 2) Administrative public services at the Rembang Village Office apply the principles of good governance, namely participation, rule of law, and transparency in public services by involving the community in all service activities, starting from the policy formulation stage to the evaluation level. This can improve the quality of public services and strengthen public trust in the government; 3) Supporting factors in public services in the field of administration at the Rembang Village Office, namely: a) adequate facilities and infrastructure; b) there is professionalism in providing services, as well as being responsive to customers, c) services that are in accordance with operational standards and are not complicated. While the inhibiting factors for public services at the Rembang Village Office are a) the lack of completeness of the requirements brought by the community; b) the public's lack of understanding of the requirements when applying for documents; c) the dissemination of information related to public services is still limited in order to improve public services through quality.

This research was carried out based on data saying that Elzatta in the period from year to year experienced an increase in percentage as the brand with the best quality, it's just that in 2019 it experienced a slight decrease in numbers, this might have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the Indonesian nation at that time and of course slightly affected the brand process at Elzatta. Thus, based on the results of the initial observations and analysis above, which found a uniqueness in Elzatta using a sharia marketing strategy for their products, the researcher was compelled to describe this phenomenon, namely related to the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by the Elzatta store so that it continues to exist in the face of real world business competition This research uses a type of qualitative research by using data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is by filtering the data, presenting the data, and cross-checking the data. While testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that: 1. Elzatta's product sharia marketing strategy was carried out with three main strategies, namely: (1) Market segmentation; (2) Targeting and Positioning; and (3) combination strategy which includes: strategy in maintaining the product; price range strategy; strategy in choosing a point of sale; strategy in the field of product promotion; strategy in HR management; strategy in the easy shopping process; strategy in the marketing process through social media. 2. Supporting factors for the sharia marketing strategy for Elzatta products are due to several factors, namely: Maintaining service quality; Understanding customer needs and company needs through SWOT analysis; Neat employee appearance; Responsiveness in helping customers online/offline; Providing supplies/training to employees/SPG; Sensitivity to the development of global business competition. 3. The inhibiting factors for Elzatta's sharia marketing strategy are internal and external factors. Internal reasons, including: capital, promotion constraints in the field. Meanwhile, these external factors include: price competition and the promotion strategy of Elzatta Jambi's competitors.

The government as a provider of public services needed by the community must be responsible and continue to strive to provide the best service for the sake of improving public services. On the other hand, community satisfaction is a measure of the success of public services provided by public service providers. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach to determine the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. The results showed that the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Telanaipura District, Jambi City, was seen from the aspects of physical facilities, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, that is, the Public Services section in Telanaipura District, Jambi City had not fulfilled adequate service facilities to provide services to the community. The community is satisfied with the services provided by Telanaipura District, Jambi City in the reliability aspect regarding reliability in handling any community complaints. Employees in terms of helping people who need services, especially people who are confused about services, have been seen between officers and visitors who communicate with each other. Security in Telanaipura District, Jambi City, has shown efforts to improve the quality of its services in relation to providing a sense of security for the community. The empathy given by the Telanaipura District, Jambi City, is to give a pleasant impression.

The Revitalization Development of the Leles People's Market Building Phase III is a government development project overseen by the Garut Regency DISPERINDAG. The construction of this market building began in mid-2021 and was planned to be completed within 120 days of the project plan, however, there were obstacles that resulted in the realization of the construction process requiring additional time to complete the construction. The method used in this study is the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method, the purpose of which is to find the fault tree of various errors that will result in the occurrence of unwanted events and the Event Tree Analysis (ETA) method is used to estimate and assess the probability of each consequence. can arise from an event in anticipation of its various consequences. This research methodology uses the concepts used in the survey using questionnaires and interviews with informants/respondents involved in the Catfish Market Revitalization project. There are two main intermediate events that cause delays in the development of the Revitalization of the Leles Garut People's Market, namely structural work / architectural work and work on the completion of side buildings. The result of identifying the total value of the minimum cut set combination probability for the Top Event of 0.9998 is the overall result of the total combination calculation of the minimum cut set. The results of the Initiating scenario impact analysis which has a "High" risk level caused by the Owner due to Rework work in the field, Changes to work plans, Delays in project work targets, There is some work that requires additional working hours.

This research is motivated by the phenomena that occur in orphanages where the ability of foster children to understand religion is considered to be lacking because of insight and knowledge and lack of attention, affection from parents, lack of facilities and infrastructure in religious guidance activities and religious guidance activities at orphanages.  Muhammadiyah Aisyiah is not optimal.  To answer this statement, this researcher uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research study design.  In this study, researchers used observation and interview methods as a means of collecting data from primary and secondary data sources.The conclusions that can be drawn from this study are (1) that the results of the worship guidance activities at the orphanage are quite good, because now the children have started to understand what is being taught and immediately apply it in their daily lives.  (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of religious guidance. The supporting factors are: the willingness of foster children is quite high, and the existence of an orphanage prayer room that supports the implementation of religious guidance.  While the inhibiting factors for religious guidance activities are the lack of supporting facilities for study rooms, lack of funds to support religious guidance activities, lack of time for prayer guidance activities and a lack of teaching staff.

The process of receiving goods documents that require time for the approval of the General Manager makes it difficult for the Receiving Clerk to receive goods because when receiving goods the Receiving Clerk does not bring Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions because they are still in the process of approval and the Receiving Clerk's limited understanding of the quality of goods also hinders the procedure for receiving goods. this can be detrimental to the hotel. Guided by the Receiving Job Description, if the Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition documents are still in process, this will also hinder the Receiving Clerk in checking the quality and quantity of incoming goods. By using the interview method with 3 informants, which was given to several employees at the Ministry of Finance, so that the author is more accurate, it is also guided by the Literature Study studied. The author manages these sources of information into a result of field facts, so that the writer can provide conclusions on the problems that arise and provide advice to management. The data collection method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation, in order to obtain accurate data and documents. The research used a descriptive analysis method with the research subjects being the deputy head of the school in the field of curriculum and students. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews and observing extracurricular activities at school. As a result, extracurricular activities at school are able to have a good impact on students in the form of developing students' character and skills. Extracurricular activities carried out outside the classroom provide a variety of learning that is not only fixed in the classroom. Extracurricular activities provide learning experiences outside the classroom for students to become independent human beings, able to work together, able to solve problems, be creative, and always behave well. Therefore, schools as educational units should always carry out extracurricular development activities in order to create students who have good character as a provision to more easily survive life in the future.

This study aims to determine the causes of women becoming victims of violence due to alcohol in the family environment. The research method used is an empirical legal research method using a descriptive approach and qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there are two factors that cause women to become victims of violence due to drinking alcohol in Gorontalo City, namely internal factors consisting of the personality of the woman (victim) and the personality of the man (the perpetrator). While the external factors themselves consist of economic factors and infidelity factors. For victims, with the facts that occur in the field where alcohol is a trigger for domestic violence, it is for the victims, in this case the wife, to continue to provide awareness to her husband in order to place limits on the actions taken. And the perpetrators too so as not to exceed the limits of awareness in terms of drinking liquor so that families at home do not become victims of violence for actions due to excessive consumption of liquor.

A situation that is very unbalanced between consumers and business actors is a big potential that can lead to disputes between consumers and business actors. The government has issued laws that regulate consumer protection, in particular Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The goal is to provide protection to consumers. This research is intended to: (1) to find out the role of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in resolving Finance disputes (2) to find out what are the obstacles faced by the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in resolving Finance disputes. This research uses the type of empirical legal research, using a literature approach and research in the field. The sources of legal materials used are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials.The results of the study show that first, the Gorontalo City Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) has carried out its role, totaling 11 (eleven) of which is resolving consumer disputes in 3 (three) ways, namely mediation, conciliation and arbitration, opening consultations on consumer protection, if there is a violation the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK) the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is required to report to investigators, the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is required to receive complaints in writing or in writing, the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is tasked with conducting inspections and research related to consumer disputes, BPSK summons business actors suspected of violating the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK), the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) has the right to present expert witnesses, witnesses or someone who is deemed to know of violations of the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK), examine the truth evidence, ascertaining whether or not there is a loss on the part of the consumer. The second research result is, What obstacles are faced by BPSK Gorontalo City in resolving Finance disputes in Gorotanlo City, these obstacles are divided into two parts, namely Internal and External. Banking institutions have the function of collecting and distributing public funds, with reference to the BSI KCP Singkil bank with a sharia system that uses a murabaha contract, so that the existence of partner-to-blessing financing as a welfare effort for Civil Servants (PNS), causes controversy with the concept of conventional banks with a system interest with its murabahah concept. This study aims to determine the financing of Mitraguna Blessing with a murabaha contract for the welfare of Civil Servants (PNS) of Aceh Singkil Regency in Islamic banking. This research is a type of field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative, data collection using interview techniques Bank BSI KCP Singkil. The results of this study: 1). Most customers from civil servants in Aceh Singkil district take out the BSI Singkil blessing partnership financing with the aim of improving their lives, such as building a place of business, buying garden land, building a house, renovating a place of business or renovating a house and buying a vehicle. 2). Mitraguna Berkah Financing with a Murabahah Agreement Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. for civil servants at the stage of the disbursement process, the use of this murabaha contract is in accordance with the legal basis both in sharia and positive law.

Usaha Maju is a private company engaged in trading. This company has been around for a long time in Gempolsewu Dk Tegal Kapang District, Rowosari District, Kendal Regency, which is adjacent to TPI Tawang. Usaha Maju does not yet have an information system to assist companies in recording financial statements and merchandise inventory. In managing the old report data, it is still done manually, namely using a notebook in recording the data. data processing is carried out twice, namely when purchasing goods and at the time of sale, resulting in less effectiveness in bookkeeping and financial reporting in the company. Recording of inventory financial reports is still often the difference between the financial statements of purchases and sales. With the problems and background above, the authors finish by implementing the "Inventory Information System Using the Web-Based Fifo Method at PT. Forward Enterprises” in order to facilitate the company in recording the Financial Statements of inventory and also improve companies in the field of Technology. This application uses sublime text 3 software as a text editor and MySQL database.

Khatmil Qur'an is a culture in various Islamic boarding schools that study the Qur'an, but the agenda of each pesantren is different in line with the tradition of the pesantren. Interestingly at the Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school, there is a cultural carnival that presents various cultural attributes from various regions in Indonesia. So this article aims to find answers to the big question, "how is Islamic education based on religious moderation through expressions of cultural carnivals on the haflah khatmil Qur'an agenda at the Al-Asya'ariyyah Islamic Boarding School, Wonosobo". Through field research it was found that the cultural carnival at the al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school was used as a strategy for the pesantren to provide education to the community, that cultural essences needed to be preserved because they conflicted with religion. The fact that the Koran actually instructed the Prophet Muhammad to teach Islam in a gentle and tolerant way. Thus, the expression of cultural carnivals in Islamic boarding schools is the maturity of the scholars in presenting the Qur'an and hadith as part of the embodiment of religious moderation-based education.

Khatmil Qur'an is a culture in various Islamic boarding schools that study the Qur'an, but the agenda of each pesantren is different in line with the tradition of the pesantren. Interestingly at the Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school, there is a cultural carnival that presents various cultural attributes from various regions in Indonesia. So this article aims to find answers to the big question, "how is Islamic education based on religious moderation through expressions of cultural carnivals on the haflah khatmil Qur'an agenda at the Al-Asya'ariyyah Islamic Boarding School, Wonosobo". Through field research it was found that the cultural carnival at the al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school was used as a strategy for the pesantren to provide education to the community, that cultural essences needed to be preserved because they conflicted with religion. The fact that the Koran actually instructed the Prophet Muhammad to teach Islam in a gentle and tolerant way. Thus, the expression of cultural carnivals in Islamic boarding schools is the maturity of the scholars in presenting the Qur'an and hadith as part of the embodiment of religious moderation-based education.
