The purpose of this service is to improve the compliance of Individual Taxpayers (WPOP) in reporting Annual Tax Returns in the Sidoarjo area through a mentoring program. The method used includes education and direct assistance carried out by tax volunteers from the University of Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo, with a technical guidance approach for filling out tax returns and tax socialization. The results of the service showed a significant increase in the number of WPOPs who reported their tax returns on time and with more accurate data. This assistance also succeeded in reducing tax return filling errors and increasing community understanding of tax obligations. The impact on the community includes increased tax literacy, ease in the reporting process, and increased awareness of the importance of taxes for development. This program is expected to become a sustainable model to support tax compliance in other areas

This research is used to know the importance of business legality, even the challenges and opportunities faced in running a business. This research was conducted from March to June 2023 which is located in Pakunden Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City by Group 40 KKN-T MBKM Univesity of East Java "Veteran" National Development. In this community service activity, a group of 40 conducted a survey of each MSME actor and made observations to find and study information related to the work program. After that, conducting counseling to one of the Quin Koi Farm MSME actors to discuss the importance of having business legality. The importance of holding counseling and mentoring activities is used so that business actors can manage their business in a sustainable manner. These activities can be carried out by local related parties such as the cooperative, urban village, and other parties. The information technology-based licensing system used to make NIB is faster and simpler, namely through Online Single Submission (OSS).

Education has an important role not only in the transfer of knowledge but also in the formation of students' character and social skills, such as cooperation skills. At SMP 8 Palangkaraya, efforts to improve the cooperation skills of grade VII students were made through an arts-based project, namely P5 Tari Nusantara. The project aims to provide direct guidance to students in the learning process, not only in the technical mastery of dance, but also in the development of social skills such as planning, communication, and collaboration. Through this activity, students are expected to be able to develop mutual respect, share responsibilities, and complete tasks effectively in groups. Structured mentoring also involves teachers and parents to ensure the skills taught can be applied in daily life. As a result, the project is expected to be an effective model for improving cooperation skills and enriching students' learning experience at SMP 8 Palangkaraya.

The Indigenous Papuan People (OAP) in Matara village still have several couples who only marry based on customary law so that they do not have legal certainty in the aspect of marriage as evidenced by a marriage certificate. The purpose of this service is not only to provide assistance and legal counselling on the importance of marriage registration but also to realise the orderly administration of population in Matara village through marriage through church marriage and civil registration. The implementation method is carried out in various stages, including starting from data collection, counselling and procedures for implementing marriage. The results of the service are 6 (six) couples who have performed traditional marriages but have not been recorded in the civil registry because religious marriages have not been held and recorded under state law

This comprehensive mentoring and training program is designed to transform the traditional knowledge of the community in Junjangan village, Batang Tuaka District about herbal plants into contemporary health solutions. Through a comprehensive educational approach, this program aims to empower people to use herbal plants as an effective and natural alternative treatment. This mentoring includes identification of local knowledge, practical training and ongoing support to ensure appropriate and sustainable implementation. The results of this program show a significant increase in the community's understanding and skills in processing and utilizing herbal plants for health. Apart from that, this program also contributes to the preservation of traditional knowledge and improves the welfare of the people of Junjangan village, Batang Tuaka District, Riau Province. This article provides in-depth insight into the impact of the program as well as the challenges faced in this transformation process.

Children with special needs refer to they who had educational need and additional needs because of certain physical, mental, or emotional condition. They needed special teaching approach and additional sources to support their learning process. Therefore, this community service aimed to teach student using Si Raca App. The method consisted of three main stages, namely 1) preparation stage, 2) implementation stage, and 3) evaluation stage. The subjects of this community service were children with special needs who got difficulties in early reading. The subjects were 4 students with different special needs. This service was conducted at SLB Negeri Tambahrejo. Data was collected using observation, interview, and documentation. Results of this community service showed that in the preparation stage, initial assessment about students' backgrounds was conducted. In the implementation stage, it was focused on the use of Si Raca App. It was started from introducing alphabets using visual and audio media. In the evaluation stage, it utilized word puzzles in Si Raca App. These puzzles were designed to test children's skill in recognizing and arranging words. It could be concluded that three stages of this comnunity service supported the reading skill development of children with special needs using Si Raca App.

Data matching of Population Identification Number (NIK) as Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) needs to be done. This is an order from Law (UU) Number 7 of 2021, Presidential Regulation Number 83 of 2021, and Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 112/PMK.03/2022. Regarding the implementation of data matching of NIK to NPWP which must be accelerated. The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) has set the time for matching NIK to NPWP to be fully implemented in mid-2024. Tax Volunteers support Taxpayers (WP) in matching Population Identity Number (NIK) and Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). Matching NIK NPWP functions as part of the steps to improve tax compliance and administration in Indonesia. The purpose of this comparison is to inform the truth and reliability of personal data and tax information of Indonesian citizens.

The stunting problem is a global nutritional problem faced by most countries in parts of the world, including in developed countries though. In developing countries, the number of children in rural areas who experience stunting is more than 50% or almost 1.5 times greater than children in urban areas. In Indonesia, the prevalence of stunting toddlers decreased from 24.4% in 2021 to 21.6% in 2022. In Indonesia, stunting is called dwarfism, meaning that there is impaired physical growth and brain growth in children. This devotional activity is carried out to train midwives in an effort to improve the midwife's ability to prevent and detect stunting events. The implementation of the Activity is carried out in a hybrid way, where participants follow 40 participants online. The methods used are lectures, discussions and simulations. The implementation of this activity is in partnership with IBI Manager Soppeng Branch. The results showed that participants filled 40 posts, of which 73.01% of the participants had good knowledge. Activities carried out in an orderly manner according to the activity plan.

The Community Service Program (PkM) titled "Design of the Multi-Purpose Building at Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Sawit Boyolali" was initiated to address the need for infrastructure in the form of a multi-purpose building. The scope of the activity includes the planning and design of the building so that it can adequately accommodate various activities according to the required capacity and comfort, while also meeting technical building standards. The method used consists of four main stages. First, gathering data on the site, user needs, and the necessary building technical standards. Second, conducting an analysis of space planning and programming. Third, formulating the design concept. Fourth, developing the design into technical drawings or Detailed Engineering Drawings (DED) and preparing a cost estimate (RAB). The final goal of this PkM is to produce a Design Document for the Multi-Purpose Building for PCM Sawit Boyolali.

Community service activities at the Dharma Jati II Orphanage are communicative English language assistance that emphasizes speaking skills. The problem that arises in partners is that there is no English language training and development provided by the orphanage. The desire of the orphanage administrators in improving children's English skills, especially in speaking, is very large considering the importance of mastering English as an international language in this era of globalization. The purpose of this community service is to provide English language assistance to orphanage children so that they are able to improve their English skills, especially in speaking. The method used goes through three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The results obtained from the assistance are a good method to use is role playing with occasionally slipping games that are fun for the orphanage children. In the future, this activity will be carried out more often to help orphanage children improve their English language skills, not only speaking skills, but also in 3 other English language skills, such as reading, writing, and listening.

Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) is a scholarship given by the government to high school graduates and equivalent who excel but have economic limitations to continue their studies at university level, both at state and private universities. The Indonesian government has issued the KIP-K since 2020 as a form of educational assistance. In North Maluku Province, especially on Sula Island, there is still minimal information regarding KIP-K. This service activity aims to share information regarding the benefits of higher education and how to obtain a KIP-K scholarship for students who have financial limitations. This community service is carried out at SMAN 1 Kepulauan Sula, MAN 1 Kepulauan Sula, SMAN 7 Kepulauan Sula, SMAN 9 Kepulauan Sula and SMAN 11 Kepulauan Sula. This activity was carried out in two stages, namely socialization and mentoring. The implementation of this activity went well, smoothly and was full of enthusiasm from the participants, especially students who wanted to continue their studies at university level. The final result of this socialization and mentoring is that the participants have succeeded in creating their own accounts, filling in data and registering for KIP-K.

Potensi masalah pada mitra terdapat pada fasilitas sekolah terutama perpustakaan di SMP ISLAM DARURROHMAN memiliki perpustakaan tetapi tidak terawat dan berdebu sehingga, mahasiswa diawal kegiatan melakukan revitalisasi serta merapikan buku-buku. Selain itu, ketersediaan buku-buku yang tidak memadai antara buku fiksi dan non fiksi mengarahkan mahasiswa untuk melaksanakan kegiatan donasi buku tetapi tidak berjalan lancar. Rendahnya minat dan motivasi literasi dan numerasi siswa yang rendah, dibuktikan dengan hasil Pre Test AKM yang rendah di numerasi disebabkan karena beberapa hal, sehingga meminta mahasiswa untuk mendekati siswa dan menanyakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa seperti pelaksanaan private class agar siswa tidak malu dan semangat untuk belajar dan terbiasa beradaptasi dengan hadirnya kakak mahsiswa. Kekurangan tenaga pendidik guru, salah satunya di SMP ISLAM DARURROHMAN, membuat mahasiswa masuk ke kelas tanpa pengawasan dan pembimbingan. Dalam hal ini mahasiswa dipercaya langsung untuk melakukan pengajaran di sekolah. Sehingga sebagai DPL meminta siswa untuk berkoordinasi dengan guru pamong untuk membimbing mahasiswa dalam proses mengajar tersebut. Hal tersebut biasanya terjadi di hari Minggu karena sekolah penugasan 2 liburnya hari Jumat. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dialami mitra, maka solusi yang telah ditawarkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini meliputi: (1) Observasi lapangan untuk memperoleh data awal tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, (2) Analisis kebutuhan mitra dan menawarkan solusi penyelesaian, (3) Membuat perancangan pelatihan dan pendampingan, (4) Membuat materi yang berkenaan dengan Literasi, Numerasi, dan Adaptasi Teknologi (5) Melakukan pelatihan pengenalan Literasi, Numerasi, dan Adaptasi Teknologi, (6), Melakukan workshop tentang Literasi, Numerasi, dan Adaptasi Teknologi, (7) Melakukan pendampingan pada mitra dalam Literasi, Numerasi, dan Adaptasi Teknologi. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini maka dapat diperoleh simpulan bahwa Kegiatan kampus mengajar angkatan 6 ini merupakan program yang baik untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar di luar kampus dan belajar sambil berdampak serta program-program yang sudah disusun mahasiswa dapat diimplementasi dengan dukungan pihak sekolah penugasan. Pengalaman kampus mengajar 6 ini, dampaknya tidak hanya dirasakan oleh siswa sekolah penugasan tetapi juga pihak sekolah serta mahasiswa.

This research is motivated by the support of to apply for Halal certification through MIT-18 Post-109 UIN Walisongo Semarang KKN Students. This service aims to help micro, small and medium enterprises in Krajankulon village to apply for Halal certification independently through the Free Halal Certification Program. The activity carried out by MIT-18 Post-109 UIN Walisongo Semarang KKN students lasted for one month starting from July 2024 involving 15 stakeholders. The methods used include lectures, questions and answers, and online registration tutorials in collaboration with Pendampingan Produk Halal (PPH) of the Ministry of Religion of Kendal Regency. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' awareness and understanding of the importance of Halal certification, as well as the acceleration of the business legalization process through an easily accessible and free independent declaration system. This support is expected to increase the value of products and support business sustainability through strong legitimacy. Micro, small and medium enterprises play an important role in the Indonesian economy, especially in Muslim-majority societies where halal products are highly regarded. Halal certification is not only important for consumers, but also makes products more competitive in the market. However, there are still many in Indonesia that have not received halal certification, including in Krajangkulon Village, Kendal Regency. This is due to lack of information, lack of understanding of the certification process, and administrative obstacles such as obtaining a Company Identification Number (NIB). Therefore, this study highlights the importance of intensive support and socialization to increase awareness and understanding of Halal certification in order to support sustainable economic growth and provide assurance to consumers.

This article discusses the importance of business legality, especially in obtaining Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and Halal Certificates for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gentong Village, Pasuruan. Gentong District has many MSMEs that play an important role in the local economy, but face challenges in understanding and managing business legality, which results in limited access to wider markets. This article highlights the mentoring program carried out using the Service Learning method, which involves direct interaction between academics, students and MSME actors. This program aims to increase the understanding and skills of MSME players in managing NIB and Halal Certificates, as well as overcoming bureaucratic obstacles which often become obstacles in managing business legality. Through this approach, MSME players are expected to be able to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their businesses. This article also examines relevant theories, such as Legitimacy Theory, Social Capital Theory, and Market Access Theory, which support the importance of business legality in building reputation, expanding markets, and reducing legal risks. The results of this mentoring program show that with adequate business legality, MSMEs in Gentong Village are able to expand business networks, increase credibility, and access larger market opportunities, both at the local and international levels. Thus, business legality is not only an administrative fulfillment, but also an important business strategy for the growth and sustainability of MSME businesses amidst increasingly tight market competition.

This study evaluates the educational assistance program carried out by KKN Post 50 students from UIN Walisongo Semarang in Wungurejo Village, Kendal, with the aim of improving the quality of education and children's learning motivation. This program includes various activities such as KKN Teaching, Scholar Village, and KKN Edu-Competition, which adopts the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method to encourage active interaction between students and the community. Despite the challenges of equal distribution of participants, activities such as calligraphy and smart learning succeeded in attracting the interest of children, who felt that it was helpful in understanding the subject matter and was more motivated to learn. Positive responses from parents and teachers show that the presence of KKN students contributes to overcoming the shortage of educators and increasing children's enthusiasm for learning. The results of the evaluation show that this activity is effective and has a positive impact, and it is hoped that it can continue to be developed to improve the quality of education in the village.

The existence of micro businesses for a country is important and is an indicator for assessing societal civilization. In reality, the current conditions in society are that there are still many micro business actors who do not know and have not registered a business permit, one of which is the residents of Kilasah Village, Kasemen District, Serang City. This can happen because of the lack of literacy regarding business legality and the benefits of NIB. So under these conditions, tum PkM provides assistance in making NIBs to MSMEs in Kilasah Village as a solution to the problem of not developing their businesses. The implementation of PkM goes through four stages, namely the observation stage of partner problems, the preparation stage, the implementation stage which contains providing education and motivation for registering business legality, as well as filling out the NIB form directly to the MUI. The result of this activity is that through the mentoring program for making NIB business legality, MSME actors in Kilasah Village understand NIB and understand the benefits of legality of their business. Through the mentoring program for making NIB business legality, MSME actors in Kilasah Village understand and can practice the steps and flow, as well as procedures for making NIB. The results obtained prove the success of the PkM team in helping assist MSMEs residents of Kilasah Village in creating Business Identification Numbers (NIB) that can develop their businesses with standardized products.

The Community Service Program (KKN) of UIN Walisongo in Sendang Dawung Village, Kendal Regency, aims to develop the local economy by strengthening Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Intensive discussions with the village community identified various local potentials, such as agricultural products, handicrafts, and traditional processed foods. However, challenges faced include limited capital, restricted market access, and a lack of managerial skills. To address these issues, a series of workshops and mentoring programs were designed, covering business management training, product quality improvement, business digitalization, and ongoing support. Additionally, collaboration with various local stakeholders, such as the Cooperative and MSME Office and financial institutions, was established to enhance support for village MSMEs. The results of this program are expected to increase the competitiveness of MSME products, open up broader market access, and ultimately improve the welfare of the Sendang Dawung Village community

This community service aims to optimize the use of temulawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza) which is abundant in Karanganyar Village, Pasuruan, through the innovation of making temulawak ice cream as a complementary food in Posyandu Toddler activities. Although temulawak is known to have various health benefits, its use in this community is still very minimal. This program began with a needs analysis conducted through interviews and observations, identifying challenges in utilizing local rhizome plants and the need for complementary food innovations. The results of this analysis encouraged the development of temulawak ice cream using cryoadoption techniques to maintain nutritional content and provide optimal health benefits. The community service method was carried out with a participatory approach involving residents of Karanganyar Village, Posyandu cadres, and village officials. This process includes education, training, and implementation of temulawak ice cream in Posyandu activities. Evaluations were carried out on the taste, texture, and children's interest in the ice cream. The evaluation results showed that 80% of respondents really liked the taste of temulawak ice cream, 70% considered the texture soft, and 90% showed high interest in this product. This program is expected to increase the utilization of local rhizome plants, introduce healthy food innovations, and strengthen community awareness and participation in health programs. Overall, this service shows success in optimally utilizing local potential and providing a positive impact on public health and community empowerment, with the hope that this innovation can be a model for the development of similar products in other areas

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities that are very helpful in improving the community's economy. In carrying out MSMEs activities, it is important for business actors to carry out legality and product branding in the business they are running. In Karanganyar village, there are several MSMEs that have not yet carried out legality and product branding, so the solution provided is to provide counseling and assistance to carry out legality and product branding. The purpose of legality and product branding in MSMEs is to provide a strong foundation for the sustainability of a legally protected business, increase trust and competitiveness in entrepreneurship, market access will be wider, and increase added value and loyalty. The result of the assistance activities in managing the legality and branding of MSMEs products in Karanganyar village is that MSMEs get a Business Identification Number (BIN), and receive assistance in making product photos and designing banners.

The trend of thrifting has exacerbated the problem of fabric waste in Indonesia. Therefore, sustainable efforts are needed, such as activating fabric waste processing activities in the community. The Gulon Asri Jebres waste bank is a place for community service activities carried out by the UNS interior design study program to develop interior products that have more value for fabric waste materials. This community service activity emphasizes the development of interior product designs made from fabric waste. Development activities are accompanied by lecturers and interior design students from the start of making sketches until later they become ready-to-sell products using a design thinking approach. The products produced include chairs, laundry baskets, curtains, cushions, and plant hangings.
