For organizations, the most important asset is human resources, because basically human resources are the driving factor in every activity within the company. For an organization to carry out its activities to achieve its desired goals, it requires good management, especially human resources, because human resources are the main capital for planning, organizing, coaching and mobilizing other resources in the organization. Human resource management is a part of organizational management that focuses on the elements of human resources. The level of job satisfaction is the company's focus in retaining its employees. One of them is PT Bank Mandiri Taspen which is a private company that provides banking services for retirees. PT Bank Mandiri Taspen is a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri and PT Taspen which was founded on November 3 1992. Currently the company is trying to improve employee performance by paying attention to employee job satisfaction.The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of employee job satisfaction in terms of the work environment, work commitment and compensation on employees of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KC Jakarta. The type of research used is descriptive and the method used is quantitative research methods. with the population being all employees of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KC Jakarta. The sample used in this research was 75 respondents. The research data used is primary data, which was obtained through distributing questionnaires to samples or research respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the work environment contributes to job satisfaction. Work commitment contributes to job satisfaction. Compensation contributes to job satisfaction. Then the work environment, work commitment and compensation simultaneously contribute to job satisfaction.

This research aims to find out the governance exists at the Sisingamangaraja Palace and the efforts to improve the management of the Sisingamangaraja Palace in Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach with an emphasis on the natural environment (naturalistic setting) on the economy, culture, religion, environment, political conditions which will be told in detail and the data comes from primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. As for the results; from this research is that the governance at the Sisingamangaraja Palace is as follows: 1). Cleanliness of Sisingamangaraja Palace; 2). Manufacturing of hygiene and maintenance boxes; 3). Providing accommodation; 4). Procurement of guides; and 5). Provide facilities. Efforts made to improve the management of the Sisingamangaraja Palace include planning the management of the Sisingamangaraja Palace, organizing the management of the Sisingamangaraja Palace, implementing the management of the Sisingamangaraja Palace, and supervising the management of the Sisingamangaraja Palace

Zakat Management Details the Management of Zakat Given from an Institution to Prospective Zakat Recipients Required in Distributing Zakat. To ensure that the practice of zakat is in accordance with sharia principles, the management of zakat distribution is carried out. In this research, the author tries to make research and analysis regarding the management of zakat distribution at the North Sumatra Regional Unit PLN Baitul Mall Foundation which includes planning, organizing, distributing zakat, as well as monitoring the validity of muzaki when receiving zakat, such as the validity of muzaki in terms of where one lives and the family. , and education. The results of this study will show that the North Sumatra Regional Unit PLN Baitul Mall Foundation has become a leading organization for distributing ZIS (zakat, infaq, and shadaqoh) in the PT PLN (Persero) environment in order to make mustahik become muzaki.

In distributing zakat, zakat management is required which details the management of zakat given from an institution to prospective zakat recipients. Management of zakat distribution is carried out to make it easier for Amil to be directed in terms of zakat distribution in accordance with sharia principles. The results of this research will show that the North Sumatra Regional Unit PLN Baitul Mall Foundation has become a superior ZIS (zakat, infaq, shadaqoh) management institution that is trustworthy, professional and transparent within PT PLN (Persero) in empowering mustahik to become muzaki.

The background to this research is that companies consist of a number of individuals who work together to achieve various goals in the fields of business, profession, social, and so on. One important thing is to provide the best service to external parties by carrying out written communication between agencies related to the company. The importance of the employee's role in managing employee activities cannot be ignored. This can be done in large or small scale companies, or even in the company's activities themselves. Communication between employees, involving planning, organizing, determining, distributing and delivering activities, is a very important factor for the success of a company, one of which is in terms of correspondence. The aim of this research is to understand, identify and analyze the effectiveness of employee performance in managing correspondence at the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province. This research is a type of qualitative field research. To collect data, the methods of observation, interviews and documentation were used. The results of the research are: The leadership of the Madrasah Head in carrying out educational program innovations is going well because in the process he has implemented four educational management functions which are emphasized in the field of infrastructure, namely by carrying out planning (planning), organizing (deliberation and evaluation) carrying out motivating (mobilization). /action) and carrying out control (supervision). The planning, evaluation, motivation and supervision carried out by the head of the madrasah resulted in very significant changes and progress in improving the quality of education at MTs Tarbiyatus Shibyan, this was due to the process of innovating good education programs. This research is a qualitative research and the subject of this research is the principal and students. Data are obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative analysis. The results showed that (1) The principal's strategy in disciplining students in state junior high schools 2 Plandaan, carried out by planning in creating empathic behavior, organizing by prioritizing good communication, implementing learning discipline activities; coaching and supervision of teacher performance, providing motivation, awarding and evaluating learning discipline activities. (2) obstacles in the principal's strategy in disciplining students at SMP Negeri 2 Plandaan are accompanied by the lack of parental attention and the lack of awareness of students accepted by students, Different student backgrounds. Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) is used as the final assessmen of graduates learning outcomes at the end of the study program. Factors that can influence the differences in learning achievement between each student can be categorized as internal factors and external factors. In this research, emphasis will be given to internal factors related to learning styles. Learning style is a characteristic possessed by individual in acquiring, organizing, and processing received information. The aim of this study is to examine the association between student learning styles and the Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA). The sampling technique in this study is total sampling, and the method used in this study was the chi-square test of independence as the statistical method, and field study for data collection and analysis. The data used in this study was obtained from students of the Agribusiness Department at the Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire in which respondents are given the choice of GPA level above 3.5 or below 3.5, and also learning styles with the levels of learn by seeing, learn by hearing, learn by reading/writing, or learn by doing, which are disseminated through social media and analyzed to draw conclusions. In this study, a total of 67 respondents were collected. Based on the processed and analyzed data, the result of H0 is not rejected, and it can be concluded that there is no association between learning styles and GPA produced.

The objectives of this research are: 1) to determine the Principal's management planning in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung; 2) to determine the organization of the Principal's management in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung; 3) to determine the implementation of the Principal's management in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung; 4) to determine the Principal's management supervision in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method using a natural qualitative approach. The subjects in this research were taken directly from parties who are directly related to the implementation of Principal Management in improving the function and performance of teachers. In seeking this information the researcher will interview: (1) Principal, (2) Deputy Principal, (3) Teacher and can develop according to the needs of researchers. The results obtained in this research are: 1) The planning process for improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung began with holding meetings covering all school activities, including curriculum, student affairs, infrastructure and public relations; 2) Organizing activities at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung are carried out by considering the 5W and 1H principles, with the aim that the activities to be carried out can be right on target and efficient; 3) To improve teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung, various steps were taken, including involving teachers in workshops, IT in-depth training, developing report-based assessments, developing an Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), training in developing learning implementation plans (RPP), technical guidance (bimtek) for learning, preparation of literacy questions, preparation of DUPAK, as well as personal coaching for teaching staff; 4) Improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung is carried out through two supervision systems, namely internal supervisors and external supervisors.

Publikasi Hasil Pengabdian dan Kegiatan Masyarakat 2023 Asosiasi Periset Bahasa Sastra Indonesia

Community service activities carried out by the Community Service Team for teachers at SMKN 2 Semarang City aim to provide knowledge and skills regarding increasing teacher professionalism through the development of digital-based time management, namely Google Calendar. The direct benefit of this community service activity is that it provides additional knowledge, skills and experience for SMKN 2 Semarang teachers in increasing their professionalism in performance through well-designed time management. The expected derivative benefit is an increase in teachers' ability to develop themselves because planning, organizing and implementing activities based on performance targets will be able to improve the quality of work and ultimately will be able to increase the professionalism of the teachers themselves. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training by providing material and practices for developing digital-based time management via the Google Calendar platform. The target audience for this community service activity is representatives of teachers at SMKN 2 Semarang and 20 teachers who are members of the MGMP MPLB Semarang City. The activity methods used in this community service are lecture, question and answer, discussion and practice methods. Evaluation of activities used in community service is the knowledge and skills aspect. The service activity ran smoothly and all participants felt satisfied and happy with this activity because it increased their knowledge and skills in digital-based time management.

Students have challenges during the learning process, particularly when it comes to descriptive writing. Most students struggle with coming up with ideas, organizing them, and writing paragraphs. Pinterest media is one of the appropriate media for students to enhance their writing. The aim of this research is to assess the impact of utilizing Pinterest visuals on the writing proficiency of seventh-grade students at SMP N 3 Jepara in composing descriptive text. Additionally, it seeks to identify any notable disparities in students' descriptive writing abilities before and after they are instructed using the Pinterest picture media approach. Data is collected via pre-test, post-test, and questionnaires. This study focused on a single group as the main data and it used a pre-experimental quantitative design. This study's sample size is VII H which has 24 students. Students are required to undergo both a pre-test and a post-test for their writing assessments. These test outcomes are subsequently subjected to analysis employing SPSS statistical software version 22. The findings reveal significant disparities, as evidenced by a hypothesis testing value of 0.000, which is less than the significance level of 0.05. This outcome leads to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis, which asserts that "There is a significant influence of using Pinterest media on student's ability in writing descriptive text at VII H students of SMP N 3 Jepara".

Based on the research results, it was found that: 1) The implementation of the SRA program policy at MAN 1 Gresik takes place in a Bottom Up manner based on the principles of child-friendly schools, namely non-discrimination, the best interests of children, non-violence, and respect for children by integrating several existing programs such as adiwiyata school programs, population alert schools (SSK), safe schools, inclusive schools, BPOM school snacks, UKS, Gerakan Ayo Membangun Madrasah (GERRAM). 2) Implementation of child-friendly school management begins with the planning stage and analysis of the situation and conditions, organizing and forming a team according to ability, implementing the principal's program as a role model, and evaluation is carried out directly and indirectly for 3 months once and once a year is done programmatically. 3) The implications of the SRA program are very positive for all school community members, the school environment, so that character, communication, and cooperation are well formed so that it becomes an educational institution categorized as BARIISAN (clean, safe, friendly, beautiful, inclusive, healthy, beautiful and comfortable) The creation of positive discipline which is the development of discipline and has a lot of achievements both academically and non-academically, the proof is that 105 out of 382 class XII students in 2023 have been accepted at PTN through the SBMPTN route, MAN 1 Gresik also won the title as the 2nd place in the Population Alert School at the East Java level.

This study use a qualitative approach with the type of case study in Sekolah Penggerak SMP Bilingual Terpadu Junwangi Krian Sidoarjo. As for the data collection tehniques, used observation,interview and documentation tehniques. The stages in the data analysis use the stage of condensing data analysis,data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, checking the validity the data is through. Participation extensions source triangulation and technical triangulation. The result of this study are 1) The teaching materials LKPD (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik) name’s ‘Alima arranged by crew MGMPS,The books have ISBN  from self publish of institution “Bendera Al Amanah Pers”, review, poetry, anthology, class mading and outdoor mading; 2) The education report, design budget of school, build the literacy organizational structure ,meeting literacy team and MGMPS Indonesia teacher and the literacy cost; 3) Organizing with literacy organization structure,The coordinator has responsibility wih headmaster’ SK,The communication with students of OSIS; 4) The implicationts are giving facility in the library or out library, the student must visit library and give a present to active student,the school have library car,ISBN’s book Publish’Bendera Al Amanah Pers’and overseas book,the class mading,MGMPS mading,race in the school and outside,assessment team,daily literacy,monthly literacy,yearly literacy,start a bookfair,education repot of teacher and rew 5) ard; The evaluations with education instrument of national assessment and evaluation with intern meeting and big meeting.

This study aims to determine production management in maintaining customer loyalty and what obstacles are faced in the sopto talang bakung index food stall business. The type of research method used is qualitative research with the object of research at the sopto index food stall. In the process of collecting data in this study using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study show that production management applied by owners of sopto index food stalls such as production planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling production in maintaining customer loyalty is done well and in accordance with the Islamic economic perspective and the constraints faced by sopto index food stalls are inflation of raw material prices, places and production equipment used are still traditional and when they want to develop new products.

This study explores the crucial role of educational management in Christian Religious Education (CRE) and emphasizes its significance in shaping the curriculum and objectives of CRE programs. It delves into the integral relationship between educational management and CRE, highlighting the need for systematic adherence to educational management principles within religious education. Effective educational management ensures the clear communication and achievement of goals and objectives in CRE. By organizing the curriculum, setting standards, and implementing teaching strategies, educational management fosters an environment conducive to the spiritual growth and development of students. Moreover, educational management provides guidance for educators in delivering CRE effectively. Through proper planning, coordination, and evaluation, educational management aligns the teaching-learning process with the overall objectives of education. It also facilitates resource allocation to support the implementation of CRE, ensuring that educators receive necessary training and support. The study concludes that integrating sound management principles into CRE is essential for creating meaningful learning experiences that nurture students' spiritual growth. It emphasizes the importance of recognizing the impact of educational management on the quality and effectiveness of CRE programs. Overall, the study underscores the imperative for educators and stakeholders in religious education to embrace best practices in educational management. By doing so, they can create an environment where students thrive both spiritually and academically, contributing positively to their communities and the world at large.

This research was motivated by the motivation of students at SMAN 3 Tasikmalaya was not optimal. this is related to optimizing the management of science laboratories. The objectives of this study are: 1) Optimization of science laboratory management in an effort to increase student learning motivation; 2) obstacles faced in optimizing the management of science laboratories in an effort to increase student learning motivation; 3) Obstacle management solutions to optimize the management of science laboratory facilities in an effort to increase student learning motivation. Research data was obtained from informants, namely principals, laboratory heads, science teachers and students. The data collection tools used in this study are interviews, observations, documentation studies, and carrying out triangulation, then the data is processed by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verifying data. The results of this study show that the optimization of science laboratory management in an effort to increase student motivation at SMAN 3 Tasikmalaya in terms of planning aspects; organizing; implementation (actuating); and controlling, has been well optimized. However, there is an aspect that needs to be improved, namely the need for an evaluation to be carried out related to the management of the science laboratory, because there are still students who have not shown an increase in their learning motivation

Leaders of Islamic Boarding Schools are people who have great influence in a boarding school. As a manager the principal plays a role in managing the educational resources they have. The school principal must be able to bring change to the school he leads to become a quality school by utilizing resources, especially teachers. Teachers are required to master pedagogic, professional, social, and personality competencies, for this reason the real role of the school principal is needed to improve teacher competence. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study aims to identify and describe the role of the principal as a manager in implementing strategies through collaboration and communication at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Tebing Tinggi District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District in terms of Planning, Organizing, Actuating aspects. , Controlling (Supervision), as well as the efforts made by the principal in improving the competence of teachers at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School which includes; school principals' support for teacher competency improvement programs; and facilities provided in an effort to increase teacher competence. The results of this study are that the leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has carried out its role as a manager by carrying out management principles which include Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. Planning (Planning) is carried out by the principal by drafting a school program based on the foundation's policy. Organizing is done by dividing the tasks to each school personnel to jointly run the program that has been made. Actuating (Motivating) is the principal's activity to move each personnel to consciously support the program being run. While Controlling (Supervision) is an activity carried out by the principal to determine the success of the program that has been implemented. The leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has provided full support for the teacher competency improvement program by providing opportunities for teachers to continue their studies and involving teachers in various trainings, workshops, and also training. The school principal facilitates the needs of teachers in an effort to increase teacher competence by providing scholarships to teachers to carry out further studies, allowances and other educational facilities.
