The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Placement (X) consisting of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Tanah Grogot District Court Office Class II. The sample in this study were employees at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office using a saturated sampling technique and the number of samples obtained was 34 people. Employees as samples in this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 13 statements. The responses to this questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability before carrying out multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of testing the instrument, namely the questionnaire, show that the 13 statement items are valid because rcount > rtable is (0.339). Apart from that, all statements are reliable because Cronbach's alpha (α) > 0.60 (0.905 > 0.60). The regression equation obtained is Y = 1.460 – 0.133 X1 + 0.398 X2 – 0.133 X3 + 0.551 X4. The multiple correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.762, which means a strong correlation between the variables Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y). The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) value of 0.522 or 52.2% shows the large contribution of the Placement variable (X) which consists of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) to the variable Employee Performance (Y) was 52.2%, while the rest was explained by other variables not included in this research amounting to (100-52.2) % = 47.8%. Simultaneous testing (F test) shows that Fcount > Ftable (10.012 > 2.70) or p-value (Fcount) > α (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the placement variables which consists of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office. Partial testing (t test) shows that the value of tcount > ttable on Job Knowledge (X2), namely 3.198 > 1.699 and Work Experience (X4), namely 3.138 > 1.699, there is a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, while the value of tcount < ttable for Education (X1) and Work Skills (X3) has no significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) in the Clerk's Office at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office. In the Placement variable (X) which consists of the four variables studied, the dominant variable is Job Knowledge (X2) as evidenced by the highest t-count value of 3.198 and the lowest significant value of 0.003.

Permasalahan dalam produksi pengolahan tembakau dalam penelitian ini adalah industri pengolahan tembakau dan nilai ekspor industri pengolahan tembakau Sumatera Utara. Industri pengolahan tembakau mengalami fluktuasi dalam pengolahannya, serta juga nilai ekspor industri pengolahan tembakau mengalami fluktuasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perkembangan industri dan nilai ekspor pada industri pengolahan tembakau Sumatera Utara pada Kantor Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral. Peneltian ini dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Energi dan Sumaber Daya Mineral Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah analisis deskriptif sederhana. Sebagian besar data ekspor berupa series data yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan gambar. Tahun penelitian adalah tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tahun 2022 Industri pengolahan tembakau di Sumatera Utara mencapai dengan berat 35,1 ribu ton. Jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2021, industri pengolahan tembakau mengalami kenaikan 25% dan 35%. Sedangkan tahun 2022 nilai ekspor industri pengolahan tembakau di Sumatera Utara mencapai dengan nilai ekspor sebesar 250,6 juta USD. Jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2021, nilai ekspor industri pengolahan tembakau mengalami kenaikan 21% dan 19%.

Pasar modal Indonesia merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Bahkan ekonomi modern tidak dapat berdiri tanpa pasar modal yang kuat, berdaya saing global, dan terorganisir dengan baik. Selain itu, pasar modal juga digunakan sebagai indikator pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara. Hal inilah yang membuat Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Jawa Tengah 1 memperkuat strateginya dalam mengembangkan minat masyarakat untuk berinvestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pengembangan minat investasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Jawa Tengah 1. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research) melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala kantor dan staf trainer Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Jawa Tengah 1. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, strategi pengembangan minat investasi yang dilakukan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia Kantor Perwakilan Jawa Tengah 1 adalah strategi sosialisasi dan edukasi serta menggunakan media sosial.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji  pengaruh literasi keuangan dan sikap keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui perilaku keuangan pegawai Pegawai Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai (KPPBC) Tanjung Emas. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai (KPPBC) Tanjung Emas dengan jumlah 249 pegawai, ukuran jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebesar 154 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian diperoleh jika literasi keuangan,sikap keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, perilaku keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan, Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel perilaku keuangan dapat memediasi pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi, dan perilaku keuangan dapat memediasi pengaruh sikap keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi.

Human resources are important because they affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. One of the things that needs to be considered in HR management is employee performance. High employee performance is of course highly expected by every company because it will encourage the development of the company. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze employee job satisfaction in an effort to improve employee performance in the Regent's Office in the field of Economics and Natural Resources, Aceh Singkil Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research show that there is a sense of injustice felt by honorary employees. Because they feel that the existing compensation system is not transparent enough. This is of course a separate note for the agency to be able to measure how satisfied employees are with the existing compensation system. In creating job satisfaction, the management of the Regent's Office for Economics and Natural Resources, Aceh Singkil Regency, through the HR department, has focused on creating job satisfaction through three aspects, namely good HR management, a supportive work place and atmosphere, and an organizational culture that is in accordance with the agency's needs.

The East Java Communications and Informatics Service (DISKOMINFO) is located in Ahmad Yani street number 242-244, Surabaya, Indonesia. DISKOMINFO East Java has an important role in collecting, processing, and disseminating information in the province. One of DISKOMINFO’s main tasks is to monitor, evaluate and report public information and communications. This includes tasks such as collecting statistical data, managing administrative information, and tracking the performance of the East Java province. To be able to briefly create yearly reports for the Province of East Java and distribute them to the public and relevant parties, it is therefore required to form an information distribution medium. Kantor Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (DISKOMINFO) Jawa Timur berlokasi di Surabaya, Indonesia, di Alamat Ahmad Yani nomor 242-244. DISKOMINFO Jawa Timur memiliki peran yang penting dalam pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan penyebaran informasi di provinsi tersebut. Salah satu tugas utama DISKOMINFO adalah memantau, mengevaluasi, dan melaporkan informasi dan komunikasi publik. Ini mencakup tugas-tugas seperti mengumpulkan data statistik, mengelola informasi administrasi, dan melacak kinerja provinsi Jawa Timur. Oleh karena itulah diperlukan media penyebaran informasi yang dibentuk agar dapat menyusun dengan singkat laporan-laporan tahunan provinsi Jawa Timur kepada masyarakat dan pihak terkait.

This research aims to find out whether audit tenure, KAP size, audit rotation, and audit delay have an effect on audit quality in manufacturing companies with the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2022, either partially or simultaneously. The type of data in this research is quantitative with secondary data. The sample used in this research was 30 food and beverage companies with 128 financial reports. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The analytical methods used in this research are logistic regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that audit tenure has a positive and significant effect on audit quality, while KAP size, audit rotation and audit delay do not have a significant effect on audit quality.

This study examines the implementation of the marketing strategy for Sharia KPR Bank Muamalat Stabat Branch and the challenges it faces. In this study, primary and secondary data from interviews, observations, and documentation were used in descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that Bank Muamalat disseminates information through various mass media, both print (daily newspapers and magazines) and electronic (radio and television). Billboards, a type of outdoor advertising used by Bank Muamalat, are seen as a good tool to promote outreach.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of service quality and the image of the South Kuta District Office on community satisfaction in the South Kuta District area. Sampling techniques in research using techniques purposive sampling involving 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Testing the quality of the instrument is done by analyzing the validity and reliability of the instrument. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that 1) partially the quality of service at the South Kuta sub-district office has a significant effect on community satisfaction; 2) partially the image of the South Kuta District Office has a significant effect on community satisfaction; 3) simultaneously the quality of service and the image of the South Kuta District Office have a significant effect on community satisfaction. The simultaneous contribution of service quality variables and the image of the South Kuta District Office to community satisfaction is 94.3%.

Abstract. This research aims to determine the analysis of employee welfare at the Head Office of the Director General of Taxes, South Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. This qualitative research was obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through books, previous research and articles related to research. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the South Jakarta tax head office has carried out all existing management stages or cycles, but not all welfare in the prosperous life cycle has been well maintained. This can be seen from the extensive work and information system changes carried out by tax office employees.

In the current era of globalization, the rapid growth and development of sharia banking in Indonesia has given rise to competition between sharia financial institutions which is getting tighter from year to year, therefore both state and private banks are launching various strategies to attract potential customers or existing customers. Are interested so that they remain loyal customers. Service quality and customer satisfaction are one of several factors that influence customer loyalty. Service quality is expected to provide encouragement to customers to maintain a strong relationship with the bank. Customer satisfaction shapes customer perceptions and can then position the product in their minds. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of customer service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia, IAIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Caash Office, Jambi City. The Number ofsamples in this research was 100 people and used a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. Multiple Regression Analysis is used as a data analysis technique. The research result show that service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on data analysis in this research, these variables are valis and reliable. When testing classical assumptions with a normal distribution, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity do not occour.

This study aims to determine the effect of office facilities and work motivation on the performance of village officials in Sumay District, Tebo Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods obtained from primary and secondary data, the population in this study were village officials in Kec. Sumay, Tebo Regency. The sample in this study used a simple experimental technique in small numbers to determine the effect of office facilities and work motivation on the performance of village officials in Sumay District, Tebo Regency. The results of this study indicate that the office facilities variable has an influence on the performance of village officials with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.005, then the work motivation variable also has an influence on the performance of village officials with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.005.

Companies or agencies/organizations must have quality human resources (HR) to achieve good performance results so that the company or agency/organization can achieve its goals. One way for companies/agencies/organizations to improve employee performance is by paying attention to the employee's work environment in the office to create a comfortable atmosphere for employees in carrying out their work. This research aims to find out how the work environment influences employee performance. This research used a simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling), with a sample of 34 respondents from the Office of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) representing the province of South Sulawesi. This research uses quantitative, descriptive methods and the analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis in this research show that from the analysis of the coefficient of determination the R-square value is 0.380, meaning that 38% of employee performance is influenced by the work environment, the remaining 62% is influenced by variables other than the work environment. Likewise, the results of the t test (hypothesis) show that the t-count is greater than the t-table (4.433 > 1.691) and the significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then H0 is accepted (there is an influence of variable Y). Thus, companies/agencies/organizations need to consider the work environment as a factor that can improve performance.

The achievement of a company's goals can be determined from the maximum planning that has been carried out. This effort can be made by identifying the resources owned, such as office facilities and infrastructure. This research aims to determine the implementation and obstacles to maintaining office facilities and infrastructure at PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco. This research method uses qualitative descriptive research. The population and sample in this study were employees of PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed descriptively using triangulation techniques. The research results show that maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure at PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco has been optimized. Maintenance carried out is in the form of routine, preventive and repressive maintenance. The maintenance schedule is determined once a year centrally. There are six times for maintaining office facilities and infrastructure, namely daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, six months and annually. Barriers to maintaining office facilities and infrastructure are the age of the existing office facilities and infrastructure and the lack of employee awareness of the use of office facilities and infrastructure.

This study uses quantitative and qualitative data sourced from primary data and secondary data with descriptive analysis methods, validity and reliability tests and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the incentive variable (X) had an effect on the performance (Y) of employee work productivity at the Wara Barat sub-district office in Palopo City.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment , job satisfaction  on performance at the Dompu sub-district office. The type of research used is associative research in the form of causation with a quantitative approach. The population and respondents in the study were 43 employees. The data collection method used is the census method. Data collection tool is a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS versions 25 and 26. The results of the data analysis show that (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Dompu sub-district office. (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Dompu sub-district office.

Intellectual capital disclosure in Indonesia is still voluntary so that intellectual capital is rarely disclosed by companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ownership concentration, the size of the Board of Commissioners, the size of the Audit Committee, the reputation of the Public Accounting Firm on intellectual capital in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period.. Using purposive sampling as a technique for sampling. Based on the established criteria, 10 companies were obtained as samples. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of banking companies listed on the IDX. The analysis technique uses Moderated Regression. The results of the  concentration of ownership, the size of the Board of Commissioners, the size of the Audit Committee, the reputation of the Public Accounting Firm have an effect on intellectual capital disclosure.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan kinerja pegawai pada kantor Badan Perencanaan dan Penelitian Kabupaten Sikka dari apsek waktu (Time Line) dan pengawasan (Need For Supervison) belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja pegawai, Fasilitas Kerja, dan Karakteristik Pekerjaan; (2) menganalisis pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja dan Karakteristik Pekerjaan terhadap kinerja pegawai  baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Badan Perencanaan dan Litbang Kabupaten Sikka, berjumlah 56 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja pegawai pegawai, Fasilitas Kerja dan Karakteristik Pekerjaan dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Fasilitas Kerja dan Karakteristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Fasilitas Kerja dan Karakteristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja pegawai Kantor Badan Perencanaan dan Litbang Kabupaten Sikka  sebesar 25,2%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja pegawai,   Etos Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi; (2) menganalisis pengaruh Etos kerja dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Sikka, berjumlah 56 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F  dan uji t. Hasil  analisis  deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja pegawai, Etos Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Etos Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Etos Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,408 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi variabel etos kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 16,7% pada kantor badan perencanaan, penelitian dan pengembangan kabupaten sikka.
