This review aims to describe and reveal violence against female characters in Ameylia Falensia's Nobel. This research utilizes the psychoanalysis method, namely to find out how the deviation in the character and what causes it. In this scope, the researcher took a study that focuses on one of the literary works entitled focused on one literary work entitled 00.00 a pair of wounds that ended in grief written by Ameylia Falensia that ends with grief written by Ameylia Falensia. The results of this study found that there were several cases of psychological and psychological violence. Where the victims generally get a sense of trauma and fear that can trigger a person to do activities that are not in accordance with a person's activity is not in accordance with his reasoning so that it always ends with murder.

The problems that occur in the world of education do not only revolve around the socio-economic sector, but have also penetrated the legal realm, as can be seen from the many cases that have arisen in the school environment related to violence perpetrated by unscrupulous teachers against their students. Teachers who should be at the forefront in fortifying and protecting children at school actually do the opposite. The problem raised in this research is: what is the impact of physical violence by teachers on children in the school environment. This research is directed at empirical legal research and the approach used in this research uses a statutory regulation approach and a case approach. This research was carried out at Gorontalo Police. The results of the research and discussion explain that the impacts felt by students as a result of physical violence committed by teachers are divided into 3 (three), namely physical, psychological and social impacts.

Empathy education is considered an integral solution to address this issue by instilling the ability to sense and understand the feelings of others from an early age. This article also outlines the concept of bullying, its effects on perpetrators and victims, as well as its long-term impacts. Furthermore, empathy education is discussed in-depth as a preventive and remedial strategy for bullying. Empathy is not only taught to children but is also applied to those responsible within the school. Through theoretical studies, this article correlates the concept of bullying with a lack of empathy and details the significance of empathy education in the development of students' characters. Empathy education is deemed essential as it influences positive behavior, enhances the quality of social interactions, and fosters meaningful relationships.

At this time, one of the electronic mass media that’s still loved by the majority people in the world is television, when other mass media such as radio and newspapers are starting to be abandoned and losing their popularity amidst the crazy impact of globalization and modernization, television is still showing it’s existence, through the variety shows by various national broadcasting institutions. In this case, children and teenagers occupy the top rank as the largest number of television viewers in Indonesia. Children and teenagers are a group of people who have a fairly fast learning ability, they can easily follow and learn what they see, hear and through what they experience, so in this case it can be concluded that television is an electronic audio visuals media make a significant contribution to children's learning and growth. But, what if the majority of television shows are not child-friendly, such as the many scenes of pornography, sexuality, physical and mental violence that are still freely shown, not in accordance with the age rating and standard broadcast hours set by the KPI? This research uses a qualitative research method with an approach using a literature review method, which means this research is guided by research journals and several books that have similar discussions, to find out the role of broadcasting law in protecting children against violent and pornographic content on television.

In recent times, literature has become a popular subject among the people. Because there is a lot of beauty in it, and also never far from the relationship between society and individuals and between individuals and events. Literature produces many works called literary works. Literary works are not only in the form of novels and poetry but can also be in the form of movies. The author chose this data source so that people can be more aware of concerns. There are two objectives in this study, the first is to find out what types of worries are contained in My Name is Khan movie, and the second is to analyze how the main character in My Name is Khan movie struggles against the stigmatization of Islam as a terrorist religion. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, a qualitative descriptive approach is a research approach where the data collected is in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers. Because it occurs naturally, the research results are of course also scientific and measurable. In this method, the researcher tries to describe the facts obtained to provide clues about the problem being studie d.This movie shows us the reality that there are still many people in this world who have thoughts like this. Superficial and judging someone only based on their identity without wanting to know what it is. This still often happens in our lives, people who are discriminated against just because of their religion are considered to be wrong. The types of religious discrimination in the movie My Name is Khan that are visible and proven in the previous chapter are Harassment by insulting Islam directly and Bullying with physical violence experienced by the characters in My Name Khan movie. Harassment experienced by the characters in My Name is Khan's movie. Words in the form of swear words. Swearing in the case of this research is used by a person or group to express all forms of dissatisfaction and anger toward the situation they are facing. After analyzing the data in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that Khan’s struggle against the stigmatization of Islam was by meeting the President of the United States, Barack Obama. Women have a deeper attachment when in a romantic relationship because they have an orientation towards having a mutually supportive relationship with their partner and gaining love and intimacy (Wiraswati, 2014). Violence against women is prone to causing post-traumatic stress disorder or PTSD. PTSD includes the emergence of unwanted intrusive thoughts, avoiding activities related to the traumatic experience, and exhibiting excessive emotional and physiological reactivity. In this study, interviews were conducted based on the PSSI-5 and mapping of the severity of PTSD symptoms using the Davidson Trauma Scale on three respondents. The research results showed that two respondents showed sub-clinical PTSD symptoms, while one other person showed high PTSD symptoms that interfered with daily activities. All respondents showed the emergence of PTSD symptoms including the emergence of repetitive intrusive thoughts without intention, avoiding stimuli that resemble traumatic events, feeling emotional dullness, and showing increased reactivity.

Religious moderation plays a crucial role in Indonesia, a society with diverse beliefs and religious backgrounds. Religious leaders, with government support, strive to prevent violence and intolerance in Indonesia. One approach used is interfaith moderation. The concept of moderate Islam becomes a significant religious perspective in addressing diversity in Indonesia. To strengthen the role of Islamic schools (madrasah) in combating radicalism and extremism, religious moderation needs to be incorporated into the madrasah curriculum. The aim of this approach is to mediate between two extreme poles while emphasizing the importance of internalizing religious teachings on one side and understanding the context of religious texts on the other side. To examine this issue, the research was conducted using qualitative methods, particularly a case study. This method aims to find meaning, investigate processes, and gain in-depth understanding of individuals, groups, or situations. In analyzing the data, the researcher applied an interactive model. Data analysis activities include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research results indicate that religious moderation instilled in students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Khairat Kwandang, North Gorontalo Regency, not only occurs in formal settings but is also integrated into every learning session. One form of moderation practiced by students is providing advice to fellow students, fostering a sense of care among them.

Violence against children is an arbitrary act that can harm children both physically and psychologically. One of the causes of domestic violence against children is early marriage. Children who witness domestic violence or are victims of violence themselves have long-term physical and mental health risks. Children who witness domestic violence between their parents are also at higher risk of committing domestic violence in the future. The solution to preventing early marriage and child domestic violence can be to collaborate with relevant agencies and institutions in the field to hold youth training regarding the impact of early marriage and parenting training for parents regarding how to raise their children well.

The service's goal is to promote public understanding of domestic violence prevention and build awareness among the inhabitants of Mojorejo Village. Counseling activities in the community are motivated by phenomena that occur in the community. The problem of domestic violence itself is actually a problem that often occurs in married life, but some people do not consider what they experience as an act that is wrong in the eyes of the law. Therefore, the community needs to be given an understanding of domestic violence, so that if it occurs or experiences domestic violence, the victim can take legal steps. The method used is a participatory method which is expected to play an active role in legal counseling activities in the form of; Lecture on the Socialization of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence; Legal counseling regarding the material of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence;  Question and answer session about domestic violence through mediation.

This analysis is aimed to make the readers aware of being able to respect for the value of independence and all effort to struggle it during the Apartheid era which is long and painful. There are some problems which become the focus of this study, First is unequal systems, bad treatments, and violence done by the White to the Blacks, and their effects. Second the Black’s survival and struggle to achieve their independence during apartheid system. The writer chooses Post Colonialism approach to analyze this film because it has the nearest and strongest relationship with the message inside the film, The writer also focuses on the White’s colonialism to the Blacks and Blacks’ effort to abolish Apartheid system as one of colonialism discourse applied on their land.

Violence is an expression carried out by someone as a form of solidarity or a reaction from someone to another person's actions. Violence as justification refers to the use of justifications by criminals to neutralize feelings of guilt for their violent actions. The aim of this research is to explain someone's violent actions as a form of solidarity with a friend using neutralization theory. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach carried out through data collection techniques by in-depth interviews with informants located in correctional institutions. The results of this research show that violence can occur because of a person's sense of concern for his friend as a form of solidarity.

Unwanted sex-related behavior, such as demands for sex and other physical and verbal sexual abuse, is known as sexual violence or harassment. These actions certainly have a significant and broad impact on people's lives, especially children and teenagers. The impact of sexual violence can last long after the experience ends and is closely related to the life circumstances of children and adolescents both during and after sexual interactions. Finding factors that influence the prevalence of sexual violence among adolescents is the aim of this research. In this study, 390 samples were randomly sampled using a cross-sectional strategy. Chi square was used in univariate and bivariate analysis. The analysis findings show that gender, age, knowledge, peers, and information media are the variables that have the strongest relationship with adolescent violence (p value <0.05). Sexual violence against teenagers is taught in schools, and as a preventive measure, local governments should expand their services for victims of sexual harassment.

For Social Welfare Students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of North Sumatera, Field Work Practice (PKL) 2 is one of the compulsory courses that aims to implement social welfare theories at the mezzo or macro level. Practitioners carry out PKL 2 at Aliansi Sumut Bersatu (ASB). Practitioners carry out mini projects to educate the types of sexual violence according to Law Number 12 of 2022 on the crime of sexual violence with 12 clients. Practitioners carry out social work mini projects at the mezzo intervention level and groupwork intervention methods using the generalized intervention model stages or general stages of social work consisting of engagement and intake contracts, assessment, planning, intervention, termination and evaluation. This mini project activity shows that clients already know the types of sexual violence according to Law Number 12 of 2022.

Bullying is an act that is not commendable and can cause enormous harm. Bullying is an aggressive behavior carried out by someone who is stronger to someone else who is weaker by committing acts of violence, humiliation, intimidation, exclusion, and even slander, which causes the victim to experience physical and psychological disorders. Bullying behavior can be caused by family, peers, social media, and environmental factors. Lack of parental and teacher supervision in educating children, setting bad examples for children at home, following peers to bully, following trends, following inappropriate behaviors in social media, and following bullying behaviors that occur in the surrounding environment are things that can cause bullying behavior to occur in children. Advise the perpetrator properly and make the perpetrator not repeat this again and immediately apologize to the victim. Provide more in-depth education to the perpetrator so that there is a change in behavior in the future and if he does it again, he will impose strict sanctions on the perpetrator so that he will be reported to the police.

Community empowerment is a fundamental pillar of national development aimed at enhancing social welfare, social justice, and active public participation in the development process. This Community Service Program aims to strengthen community understanding and capacity, particularly among women members of the PKK organization in Rimba Sekampung Village, regarding the strategic role of community empowerment as a national development priority. The activity was conducted on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Jalan Belimbing, Rimba Sekampung Village, Dumai City. The implementation method employed socialization through counseling and persuasive guidance using a non-formal and participatory educational approach. The program focuses on women's empowerment, community participation in development, and the prevention of social issues such as sexual violence and bullying among children and adolescents. The results indicate an improvement in participants' awareness, understanding, and active involvement during discussions, as well as a strengthened commitment to act as agents of change within their communities. This program contributes positively to reinforcing the role of women as strategic partners of the government in promoting inclusive, equitable, and sustainable national development.

This community service program aims to strengthen the role of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) organization in Rimba Sekampung Sub-district as the frontline in preventing and addressing sexual violence and adolescent bullying. The methods applied include socialization and persuasive educational approaches through counseling sessions, interactive discussions, and case consultations involving PKK members as community partners. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ knowledge, awareness, and social sensitivity regarding the forms, causes, and impacts of sexual violence and bullying among adolescents. Furthermore, the program enhances the capacity of PKK members to foster family resilience and create a safe, harmonious, and value-based family environment to support sustainable child and adolescent protection.

This research aims to describe the perceptions of Sociology of Religion college students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra towards victims of sexual violence at Indonesian universities. In general, perception is a person's way of looking at something. This research uses a quantitative descriptive type and approach. The population of this study was 281 Sociology of Religion college students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, with a margin of error of 10%, and a sample of 74 people. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. Questionnaires are a data collection technique with a perception measuring tool in the form of a Likert scale. The results of the research reveal that the perception of Sociology of Religion college students at the North Sumatra State Islamic University towards victims blaming for sexual violence in Indonesian universities is negative. Respondents are know victim blaming well, victim blaming is often found in cases of sexual violence, where women are the ones who are vulnerable to becoming objects of sexual violence. This is characterized by siding with victims of sexual violence, such as sympathy and empathy for victims, victims must receive protection, victims of violence do not deserve to be blamed, and justifying incidents of sexual violence as not being caused by the victim's behavior. Meanwhile, other neutral responses revealed that the way women dress and their body shape are the causes of sexual violence. This means that women who wear closed or open clothing both have the opportunity to become victims. Furthermore, neutral responses to victims of sexual violence always exaggerate the cases at hand. On the contrary, the news media tends to exaggerate so that it leads to opinion, which ends up making it difficult for the victim to reveal the case they are facing because of concerns about giving the victim a negative stigma.
