Public companies must maintain sustainability, as it is related to their value. A company's value can be measured by its share price; a higher market price indicates a company's financial performance and investment returns for investors. A phenomenon has been observed in the consumer non-cyclical sector, which experienced declines and fluctuations in value from 2020 to 2024. This phenomenon indicates that falling share prices lead to a decline in company value. This study aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility, Tax Avoidance, and Dividend Policy on Company Value in companies in the Consumer Non-Cyclical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2024 period. The study sample consisted of 10 companies with 50 data observations selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression with the help of EViews 12 software. The results of the study indicate that (1) Corporate Social Responsibility, Tax Avoidance, and Dividend Policy as a whole have an effect on Company Value, (2) Corporate Social Responsibility partially has no effect on Company Value, (3) Tax Avoidance partially has no effect on Company Value, (4) Dividend Policy partially has no effect on Company Value. These findings prove that Corporate Social Responsibility, Tax Avoidance, and Dividend Policy together are able to influence company value, even though each variable does not have an effect on company value.

Financial performance is an important indicator for assessing the sustainability and growth prospects of a company, where a sustained negative net profit may indicate financial and operational problems (Aminah, 2015). The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk for the period 2019-2023 based on NPM, ROA, and ROE. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data was sourced from the official website of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk for the period 2019-2023. The results show that all profitability ratios, namely Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE), are in an unfavorable condition and far below the standards set by Bank Indonesia (2004), namely NPM 3%–9.5%, ROA 0.5%–1.25%, and ROE 5%–12.5%. NPM was consistently negative from -276.74% (2019) to -373.12% (2023), indicating that the company has not been able to generate net income from its revenue due to high operating expenses. ROA was also negative throughout the period, ranging from -112.57% (2019) to -167.33% (2023), indicating that assets have not been utilized efficiently. Similarly, ROE recorded negative values from -162.02% (2019) to -253.41% (2023), reflecting that shareholders' capital has not been optimally managed and has not provided returns, so that overall financial performance requires a more effective financial management strategy.

This study aims to analyze the impact of women’s dual roles and work stress on the work quality of female employees in the Production Division of PT Unggulrejo Wasono, Purworejo. The background of this research arises from the phenomenon of married female workers who must balance household responsibilities with factory production demands, a condition that often leads to stress and decreased work performance. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings reveal that dual roles significantly influence work quality, with many female employees experiencing physical and mental fatigue that lowers concentration, accuracy, and productivity. Work stress is triggered by excessive workloads, high production targets, uncomfortable working conditions, and limited interpersonal support. There are three findings: (1) negative impacts on female employees without family support; (2) dual roles serve as a motivator when supported by spouses or parents; and (3) fluctuating effects depending on household and work conditions. The research implications affirm that PT Unggulrejo Wasono's efforts to address dual roles and work stress remain limited but somewhat helpful. Counseling programs and stress management training have had a positive impact on some female employees, although the effects are not yet widespread due to the absence of structural policies such as workload adjustments or childcare support. As a result, the work quality of employees who receive support tends to be more stable, while those without support remain vulnerable to decreased productivity and increased absenteeism. Therefore, while the existing  efforts  are beneficial,  their  effectiveness  needs  to  be improved  to  achieve broader  positive outcomes.

This study analyzes the performance of the Dual Modulus RSA algorithm in securing text data using Python. The rapid growth of digital technology has increased the risk of data security threats, making efficient and secure encryption essential. Dual Modulus RSA is a modification of the classic RSA algorithm that uses two different moduli in the encryption and decryption process, thus increasing security levels because attackers must factorize two moduli simultaneously. This research uses an experimental quantitative approach by measuring the execution time of encryption and decryption processes with variations in plaintext length (5, 10, and 15 characters). Implementation was carried out using Python 3 with the time.perf_counter() function for microsecond-precision measurement. The results show that the Dual Modulus RSA algorithm successfully encrypts and decrypts all test plaintexts correctly. Encryption time ranged from 0.0212 ms to 0.0823 ms, while decryption time ranged from 0.0422 ms to 0.0955 ms. There is a positive linear relationship between plaintext length and processing time. Decryption is consistently slower than encryption due to the larger private key exponent (d1=2753, d2=3533) compared to the public exponent (e=17). The main factors affecting performance are exponent size, dual modulus overhead, CPU caching effects, and Python interpretation overhead. This study recommends using Dual Modulus RSA with hybrid encryption for practical implementation to balance security and performance.

The rapid growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) has driven numerous innovations in wireless communications that not only demand technical efficiency but also raise philosophical questions about the nature of scientific knowledge. One such innovation is Physical Layer Network Coding (PLNC), a communication technique that utilizes signal interference as a source of information to enhance system performance. This paper examines the philosophical dimensions of science within PLNC, focusing on three fundamental aspects: ontology, epistemology, and axiology. Ontologically, PLNC represents a new paradigm in wireless communication that reinterprets interference not merely as noise but as an opportunity. Epistemologically, knowledge of PLNC is derived through scientific methods such as mathematical modeling, experimentation, and simulation—yielding intersubjective and verifiable truths. Axiologically, PLNC holds practical value in terms of energy efficiency, data reliability, and contributions to the sustainability of IoT ecosystems, while also raising ethical considerations regarding privacy and information security. Thus, this study demonstrates that the development of PLNC cannot be separated from philosophical reflection, emphasizing the profound interconnection between technological advancement, scientific methodology, and human values.
