This community service addresses the critical struggle of students at SMP Taruna Islam Al-Kautsar (SMP TI Al-Kautsar) to understand the major psychological and emotional changes during adolescence. This lack of clarity often led to confusion and challenges in self-adjustment, pointing out a significant gap in the school's existing guidance support. The main goal was to solve this by creating and implementing an Integrative Mentoring Model (IMM). This model directly explained their developmental stages using three key psychological frameworks: Kohnstamm, Oswald Kroh, and Jean Piaget. We followed a hands-on Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, where 50 adolescent students actively joined six specialized, interactive workshops and group coaching sessions over two weeks. The activity showed clear success, as students displayed much stronger self-awareness regarding their cognitive and emotional growth after the program. They reported increased confidence and began using the developmental theories to better understand their peers and manage their own changes. The IMM effectively translated complex academic concepts into practical life knowledge. This success confirms the IMM as a valuable, theory-backed framework for enhancing student well-being and adaptation in other religious educational settings.

This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method following the PRISMA 2020 Statement guidelines to identify the main models and indicators used in measuring the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The literature selection process includes the stages of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion, resulting in ten articles from reputable Q1 international journals. The analysis reveals that the most frequently used performance measurement models are integrated performance models such as the Balanced Scorecard, Performance Prism, and models based on resource capability, customer, internal process, and financial perspectives. Commonly used indicators include sales growth, profitability, market share, customer satisfaction, process flexibility, technology adoption, and business sustainability. The study concludes that although financial measures remain dominant, non-financial dimensions—such as digital capability, stakeholder engagement, and internal process effectiveness—are increasingly important for MSMEs operating in the context of global market dynamics and digital transformation. The implications of this study provide theoretical contributions to the development of MSME performance measurement frameworks and offer practical guidance for MSME managers in selecting indicators that align with the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Multicultural counseling has become an essential need within increasingly diverse university environments. Students bring various cultural backgrounds, beliefs, languages, and social experiences, which requires counseling services to respond fairly and without bias. This papper explores efforts to build bias-free multicultural counseling through three main areas: a theoretical understanding of cultural competence, practical strategies for reducing counselor bias, and an implementation model that higher education institutions can apply. The approach highlights the importance of counselor self-awareness, the ability to recognize cultural dynamics, and the use of counseling techniques that are sensitive to diversity. In addition, the papper discusses the role of campus policies and ongoing training in creating inclusive services. By integrating theory and practice, campus counseling is expected to provide a safe space for all students. A bias-free approach not only strengthens counseling effectiveness but also contributes to an academic climate that respects differences. This papper offers recommendations to help universities develop counseling systems that can respond to an increasingly plural society.

Pindang tetel is a traditional Pekalongan culinary specialty born from the creativity of the community in utilizing limited food ingredients, especially beef offal, which in the past was synonymous with lower-class consumption. This culinary dish not only serves as a daily meal, but also represents historical, social, and symbolic values that reflect how Javanese people respond to their economic conditions and the dynamics of their lives. This study aims to examine the cultural meaning, local identity values, and the transformation process of pindang tetel in a modern context, especially when the dish is marketed in the tourist area of Lake Al Kautsar, Kayugeritan. The study used a qualitative approach with a mini-ethnography method through direct observation, in-depth interviews with sellers, and informal conversations with consumers. The results show that pindang tetel has undergone adaptations in its presentation without losing its basic character, so it remains recognized as a traditional culinary dish. In the context of local tourism, pindang tetel serves as a representation of Pekalongan's cultural identity and a medium for cultural introduction for tourists. These findings confirm that traditional culinary plays an important role in shaping collective memory, strengthening local identity, and providing sustainable symbolic and social value in addition to economic value.

This study aims to analyze the representation of hegemony in the film Kupu-Kupu Kertas using Antonio Gramsci’s hegemony theory and a literary sociology approach. As a medium of mass communication, film not only conveys stories but also produces and reproduces cultural values, ideologies, and power structures that operate subtly within society. Set against the historical backdrop of 1965, the film portrays ideological clashes between NU/Ansor and the PKI, which affect not only political spheres but also everyday culture, social relations, and moral dynamics that shape the collective consciousness of Javanese society. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through content analysis of the film using an observation–note technique to identify scenes, dialogues, and visual symbols related to culture, hegemony, and ideology. The analysis focuses on revealing how dominant values are constructed and negotiated through the representation of characters, narratives, and social traditions portrayed in the film. In conclusion, Kupu-Kupu Kertas not only documents the political tragedy of 1965 but also demonstrates that hegemony operates through subtle mechanisms embedded in culture, morality, and patterns of thought. This study affirms the relevance of Gramsci’s theory in examining literary works and films as social texts that practice power while also opening space for understanding individual resistance to ideological domination.

This study examines the inconsistency of merger and acquisition (M&A) impacts on financial ratio performance across sectors and evaluation methods. This literature review synthesizes ten empirical studies published between 2022 and 2025, focusing on financial indicators before and after M&A transactions. The findings show that the effect of M&A on financial performance varies widely depending on the industry context, time horizon, and analytical technique used. Studies in the technology and telecommunication sectors demonstrate significant improvements in profitability and operational efficiency, while research involving manufacturing and non-financial firms commonly reports insignificant changes in key ratios such as current ratio, total asset turnover, return on assets, and return on equity. Methodological differences also influence the reported outcomes, where long-term observations and comparative statistical testing tend to reveal a more pronounced financial impact compared to short-term assessment. These results indicate that M&A does not uniformly drive financial improvement and its success depends on post-integration strategy, sector dynamics, and measurement design. This study highlights the necessity of standardized evaluation frameworks to ensure more reliable performance interpretation in future M&A research.

This study integrates the results of previous empirical studies that show that halal awareness, religious education, marketing strategies, and the influence of public figures play a significant role in shaping halal behavior among the younger generation. The results of the literature review indicate that Generation Z in East Java experiences complex dynamics in adopting a halal lifestyle, ranging from identity dilemmas, ethical challenges, to the influence of local culture. This phenomenological study confirms that halal lifestyle is a multidimensional phenomenon influenced by spiritual values, consumption rationality, and digital interactions. These findings are expected to provide a conceptual contribution to the study of Muslim consumer behavior and form the basis for developing a halal industry that is more adaptive to the characteristics of the younger generation..
