In a hotel, it requires various needs in the form of operational goods, food ingredients, beverage ingredients or assets and this is where the role of the Receiving Officer is needed in the procedure for receiving goods. The process of receiving goods documents that require time for the approval of the General Manager makes it difficult for the Receiving Clerk to receive goods because when receiving goods the Receiving Clerk does not bring Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions because they are still in the process of approval and the Receiving Clerk's limited understanding of the quality of goods also hinders the procedure for receiving goods. this can be detrimental to the hotel. Guided by the Receiving Job Description, if the Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition documents are still in process, this will also hinder the Receiving Clerk in checking the quality and quantity of incoming goods. By using the interview method with 3 informants, which was given to several employees at the Ministry of Finance, so that the author is more accurate, it is also guided by the Literature Study studied. The author manages these sources of information into a result of field facts, so that the writer can provide conclusions on the problems that arise and provide advice to management. The data collection method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation, in order to obtain accurate data and documents. This study aims to find out how extracurricular activities carried out at SDN 244 Guruminda and SD Plus Al Ghifari can help develop students' character and skills. The research used a descriptive analysis method with the research subjects being the deputy head of the school in the field of curriculum and students. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews and observing extracurricular activities at school. As a result, extracurricular activities at school are able to have a good impact on students in the form of developing students' character and skills. Extracurricular activities carried out outside the classroom provide a variety of learning that is not only fixed in the classroom. Extracurricular activities provide learning experiences outside the classroom for students to become independent human beings, able to work together, able to solve problems, be creative, and always behave well. Therefore, schools as educational units should always carry out extracurricular development activities in order to create students who have good character as a provision to more easily survive life in the future.

This study aims to determine the causes of women becoming victims of violence due to alcohol in the family environment. The research method used is an empirical legal research method using a descriptive approach and qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there are two factors that cause women to become victims of violence due to drinking alcohol in Gorontalo City, namely internal factors consisting of the personality of the woman (victim) and the personality of the man (the perpetrator). While the external factors themselves consist of economic factors and infidelity factors. For victims, with the facts that occur in the field where alcohol is a trigger for domestic violence, it is for the victims, in this case the wife, to continue to provide awareness to her husband in order to place limits on the actions taken. And the perpetrators too so as not to exceed the limits of awareness in terms of drinking liquor so that families at home do not become victims of violence for actions due to excessive consumption of liquor.

A situation that is very unbalanced between consumers and business actors is a big potential that can lead to disputes between consumers and business actors. The government has issued laws that regulate consumer protection, in particular Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The goal is to provide protection to consumers. This research is intended to: (1) to find out the role of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in resolving Finance disputes (2) to find out what are the obstacles faced by the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in resolving Finance disputes. This research uses the type of empirical legal research, using a literature approach and research in the field. The sources of legal materials used are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials.The results of the study show that first, the Gorontalo City Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) has carried out its role, totaling 11 (eleven) of which is resolving consumer disputes in 3 (three) ways, namely mediation, conciliation and arbitration, opening consultations on consumer protection, if there is a violation the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK) the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is required to report to investigators, the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is required to receive complaints in writing or in writing, the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is tasked with conducting inspections and research related to consumer disputes, BPSK summons business actors suspected of violating the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK), the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) has the right to present expert witnesses, witnesses or someone who is deemed to know of violations of the Consumer Protection Act (UUPK), examine the truth evidence, ascertaining whether or not there is a loss on the part of the consumer. The second research result is, What obstacles are faced by BPSK Gorontalo City in resolving Finance disputes in Gorotanlo City, these obstacles are divided into two parts, namely Internal and External. For internal ones, there is an inclusion of a standard clause, asking for help from investigators to summon business actors who do not want to attend invitations from the Gorontalo City Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK), finally, financial constraints, namely the Gorontalo City Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) still cannot manage their funds in grants (self-managed).

Banking institutions have the function of collecting and distributing public funds, with reference to the BSI KCP Singkil bank with a sharia system that uses a murabaha contract, so that the existence of partner-to-blessing financing as a welfare effort for Civil Servants (PNS), causes controversy with the concept of conventional banks with a system interest with its murabahah concept. This study aims to determine the financing of Mitraguna Blessing with a murabaha contract for the welfare of Civil Servants (PNS) of Aceh Singkil Regency in Islamic banking. This research is a type of field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative, data collection using interview techniques Bank BSI KCP Singkil. The results of this study: 1). Most customers from civil servants in Aceh Singkil district take out the BSI Singkil blessing partnership financing with the aim of improving their lives, such as building a place of business, buying garden land, building a house, renovating a place of business or renovating a house and buying a vehicle. 2). Mitraguna Berkah Financing with a Murabahah Agreement Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. for civil servants at the stage of the disbursement process, the use of this murabaha contract is in accordance with the legal basis both in sharia and positive law.

Usaha Maju is a private company engaged in trading. This company has been around for a long time in Gempolsewu Dk Tegal Kapang District, Rowosari District, Kendal Regency, which is adjacent to TPI Tawang. Usaha Maju does not yet have an information system to assist companies in recording financial statements and merchandise inventory. In managing the old report data, it is still done manually, namely using a notebook in recording the data. data processing is carried out twice, namely when purchasing goods and at the time of sale, resulting in less effectiveness in bookkeeping and financial reporting in the company. Recording of inventory financial reports is still often the difference between the financial statements of purchases and sales. With the problems and background above, the authors finish by implementing the "Inventory Information System Using the Web-Based Fifo Method at PT. Forward Enterprises” in order to facilitate the company in recording the Financial Statements of inventory and also improve companies in the field of Technology. This application uses sublime text 3 software as a text editor and MySQL database.

Khatmil Qur'an is a culture in various Islamic boarding schools that study the Qur'an, but the agenda of each pesantren is different in line with the tradition of the pesantren. Interestingly at the Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school, there is a cultural carnival that presents various cultural attributes from various regions in Indonesia. So this article aims to find answers to the big question, "how is Islamic education based on religious moderation through expressions of cultural carnivals on the haflah khatmil Qur'an agenda at the Al-Asya'ariyyah Islamic Boarding School, Wonosobo". Through field research it was found that the cultural carnival at the al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school was used as a strategy for the pesantren to provide education to the community, that cultural essences needed to be preserved because they conflicted with religion. The fact that the Koran actually instructed the Prophet Muhammad to teach Islam in a gentle and tolerant way. Thus, the expression of cultural carnivals in Islamic boarding schools is the maturity of the scholars in presenting the Qur'an and hadith as part of the embodiment of religious moderation-based education.

One of them is by making digital-based learning media, the application of learning using digital media can make it easier for students to receive learning in a fun way. So it is necessary to have a workshop for teachers in making digital-based learning media using a website called wordwall at UPTD SDN Purwamekar. This service in the form of a workshop shared with educators at UPTD SDN Purwamekar how to apply the creation of digital learning media on the wordwall website. Based on the results of the questionnaire given, 80% of the participants who attended did not know this wordwall website, and 20% already knew but had never used it. As a result of this workshop, the participants who attended came to understand and were able to apply wordwalls to learning activities.

The development of the globalization era at present leads to technological advancements in various fields, encompassing economics, social aspects, education, and health. Technological progress brings forth both positive and negative impacts on the environment. One of the negative impacts of technological advancement on the environment is environmental degradation resulting in a decline in the quality of the living environment. The environment constitutes a unified system wherein there exist interrelated interactions among living organisms, objects, and resources. An individual's attitude can determine the favorable or unfavorable conditions and situations that occur within the surrounding environment. The environment must be maintained in terms of cleanliness and beauty with a strong sense of responsibility and a heightened awareness in environmental preservation. However, based on observational findings, it is evident that the attitude of environmental concern among students at a certain State Elementary School in Purwakarta is still lacking. To cultivate a sense of environmental concern, a service initiative is conducted with the aim of providing education regarding environmental awareness, particularly for elementary school students. The outcomes obtained from this service initiative prove to be highly beneficial for the students, as they become more conscious of safeguarding and maintaining the environment around them.

In the increasingly more business cafe competition in the era of today, every businessman or businessman in the field of beverages and food must be able to maintain the continuity of the business they run. In order to survive and be successful in the field of food and beverages, an entrepreneur must be able to consider from what makes consumers interested in stopping by the café. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of service, price and atmosphere of café on purchasing decisions (case studies at Nabs Café in Mojokerto City). This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents with the help of data processing IBM SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that partially the variable service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially the atmospheric café variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, simultaneously the effect of service quality, price and atmosphere of the café has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (case studies in NABS Café in Mojokerto City).

In Indonesia, more and more individuals are doing business activities. Business is an activity carried out by one individual. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses engaged in trade, which involve entrepreneurial activities. UMKM Kitchen Keyra is one of the businesses engaged in the field of food that is easy to develop, which is located on Jalan Kebonagung Village, Kec. Kab. Castle Mojokerto. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of corporate image on customer satisfaction and to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction. This study uses quantitative methods, with a sample of 100 respondents with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The results show that product quality variable (X1) partially and significantly influences consumer satisfaction (Y) with t count 7.801 > 1.98498 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, service quality (X2) has a partial and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with t count 2.531 > 1.98498 and a sig value of 0.013 <0.05, and corporate image (X3) has a partial and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with t count 16.567 > 1.98498 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, while simultaneously product quality (X1), service quality (X2) and corporate image (X3) have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction ( Y) Keyra Kitchen SMEs with f count 292.834 > 2.70 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05

In marketing communications there is a marketing mix, one of which is promotion. Content marketing is said to be a marketing strategy by creating or creating content that is solicitation with the aim of providing information to potential customers. With a good and appropriate content marketing strategy then create a positive and good image for a product or service brand in order to attract buying interest from target consumers. This study used the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique (stratified random disproportionate sampling), with the target of students of the Social and Political Faculty of Balitar Blitar Islamic University, a total population of 140 students and a sample of 136 students. Data collection techniques were field observations, literature studies and questionnaires. The results of the research from various tests that have been carried out on 140 respondents to answer the statements that have been submitted, in this study there is a conclusion that the relationship between Marketing Content (X) and Purchase Intention (Y) has a positive or significant effect.

This study aims to examine the implementation of the "pingitan" tradition in Javanese traditional marriages and to analyze the perspective of Islamic law on this tradition. The research method used is a qualitative approach and is included in the category of field research. This approach involves data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results of the research show that "seclusion" is a practice in which the bride and groom are required not to leave their homes or travel far for a certain period of time after the wedding, in order to avoid risks. This tradition has been controversial in society, with some considering it irrelevant in the modern era. However, from an Islamic legal perspective, this practice is permissible because it is in line with the principles of Islamic shari'ah.

Sub-District of Senori, Tuban Regency. Generally, the proposal (marriage proposal) that takes place in the village involves men proposing to women, different from that of the village where a woman takes the role as the proposer. This marriage proposal activity conducted by women is called "ngemblok". The tradition of ngemblok is one of the cultural heritages passed down from ancestors. The research method used by the researcher is qualitative research with field research as its type. The results of this research show that: 1) the implementation of the ngemblok tradition in the marriage proposal process in Katerban Village, Senori Sub-District, Tuban Regency, consists of several stages starting from bringing offerings such as tape (fermented cassava), bugisan (a type of traditional cake), rengginang (rice crackers), jenang (a type of sweet food), and mandatory alu-alu (traditional grinding stone) as symbolic food. 2) The Islamic legal perspective on the ngemblok tradition states that there is no prohibition for women as proposers. In this era of digital revolution, technological developments have occurred in an evolution in media technology and one of them is the personnel management information system. The management information system assists in carrying out the duties of all State Civil Apparatuses within the Civil Service Agency and Human Resources Development in the city of Padangsidimpuan. Judging from the importance of SIMPEG, this research will analyze how SIMPEG is implemented in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Padangsidimpuan City. The aim is to find out the SIMPEG implementation process and the obstacles experienced, as well as how it impacts the community related to the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of the City of Padangsidimpuan. The research method used was by distributing questionnaires filled in by employees. The results of this study are that the application of SIMPEG in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in the city of Padangsidimpuan is in the effective category which makes it easier for employees to carry out their work and speeds up administrative processes, especially in the field of staffing.
