Not only for Islamic educational institutions, but more than that, in addition to Islamic educational institutions, they can also study and apply Islamic education management. Not only madrasas have the right to apply Islamic education management, but public schools can also apply it to improve the quality of the school itself. Islamic education management that is applied in the operations of an educational institution (school) and used as a complement to the implementation of national education management will definitely support the achievement of improving the quality of educational institutions. Because it is indeed a complement and perfecter, if the management of Islamic education is applied in line with the management of national education, an increase in the quality of educational institutions can be immediately realized. The need for efforts to apply management of Islamic education in an educational institution (school) as an effort to improve the quality of educational institutions is not without reason. The sampling technique for this study was simple random sampling of 30 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviews and for the physical work environment variable, measurements were added using a measuring instrument. The data generated from the questionnaire were analyzed using a multiple linear regression statistical test, while the results of measurements with measuring instruments were calculated and compared with the stipulated values in the Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 5 of 2018 concerning Occupational Health and Safety in the Work Environment. The research results from the hypothesis test obtained the F count > F table (23.160 > 3.32) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted by the physical work environment (X1) and non-physical work environment (X2) simultaneously effect on work productivity (Y). The second hypothesis is also accepted, there is an influence of the non-physical work environment (X2) on work productivity (Y), this is based on the t test obtained t count > t table (4.413 > 2.052) and a significance value of 0.0000 <probability 0.05. However, the first hypothesis is rejected, the value of t count <t table (-1.251 <2.052) and a significance value of 0.222 > probability 0.05, it can be concluded that there is no effect of the physical work environment (X1) on work productivity (Y).

The low students' avarage number of mathematical critical thinking skills in class VIII SMPN 1 Candung ranged from 82.14% to 89.29%. To overcome this problem, researchers tried to conduct research by applying the EXO OLO TASK learning model in learning mathematics. This type of research is pre-experimental research with the research design The Static Group Comparison Design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Cawang. The samples in this study were students of class VIII.2 as the experimental class and VIII.1 as the control class. The instrument in this study was a test of students' mathematical critical thinking skills in the form of an essay test. The results of the study using the t-test obtained t_count=1.92 > t_table=1.674, so H0 was rejected. For Minitab software testing at a significant level of a = 0.05, Pvalue = 0.002 is obtained, meaning Pvalue <a, so H0 is also rejected. So it can be concluded that students' mathematical critical thinking skills using the EXO OLO TASK learning model are better than students' mathematical critical thinking abilities using conventional learning in class VIII SMPN 1 Cdungung.

Archives as a memory center and as a source of written information must be available when needed in order to provide effective service. Therefore, in managing archives, the archiving system must be considered with the state of the organization in achieving its goals. The effectiveness of archiving management is also influenced by employees working in the archiving unit, the facilities used and the funds available for maintaining archives. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely research that describes research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Satpol PP employees 320. The sample in this study used a Nonprobability sampling sample, a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity/chance as the accidental sampling technique, namely anyone he meets becomes a sample. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding work facilities and archiving management. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 1.0 program. 19 The results of the study show that work facilities significantly influence archive management with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Work Facilities Variable (X1) of 0.949 with a sig value of 0.000, it illustrates that Work Facilities have a positive and significant influence on archive management, meaning that the more complete the work facilities owned by the agency, the easier it will be to manage its archives.
