This study aims to find out the problems faced by student-teachers in implementing online learning. A case study was chosen as the research design because the current research focused on understanding the issues faced by teaching practicum students in improving their performance when teaching using the online learning strategies. The researcher collected data through three types of data collection techniques, namely, interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of this study show that online learning is not effective and cannot run well in learning activities in online classes. Furthermore, the results of data analysis show that students cannot develop appropriate and interesting online learning materials because they do not fully know how to develop appropriate materials due to the absence of special training for them to be able to teach and develop suitable and interesting materials during online learning activities. The findings also show that the use of online learning platforms has an effect on students' teaching performance because the lack of student participation in the implementation of online classes is more felt by students. The implication of this study is that it is crucial for educational institutions to provide comprehensive training and support in utilizing diverse online platforms for teaching purposes, ensuring that students are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality virtual instruction.

The application of E-Kios as a form of population administration service innovation which aims to make it easier for the public to carry out population administration requests is still not optimal due to problems with internal and external factors, for internal factors this service is carried out directly on the service destination website, not through the E-Kios website and in the environment. External E-Kios communication is still not running well because it only relies on poster stand displays in sub-districts, sub-district health centers and RW halls. The implementation of E-Kiosks uses Edward III's Implementation theory, namely: communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure so that services using E-kiosks can be easily noticed and used effectively.

Learning material for solo singing at SMP Pertiwi 2 Padang has been carried out according to the students' abilities with designs planned by the teacher. Learning to sing solo is an activity that trains singing skills in accordance with breathing skills, resonance, mastering the melody, pronunciation, breaking up song sentences and expressions. In singing solo there are no problems faced by students as students and teachers as educators. The problems that often occur are the time dimension, space dimension and melody which are often not harmonious so that students' abilities are very limited, due to a learning tradition in the form of imitating what the teacher does which is what the students emulate. Learning to sing solo at SMP Pertiwi 2 Padang, to be precise in class IX, the teacher carries out learning to sing solo using an unclear method. The method is a method used by educators in front of students to achieve learning objectives well, but after the researcher observes the end of the lesson, the students are asked by the teacher to sing a song. The time dimension and space dimension are not harmonious. Then there is a tendency that it is doubtful that solo singing learning will not be as expected which depends on 3 things, how the teacher designs the RPP, KD and IPKD which are not yet relevant and the lesson material is not developed according to the expected development.

Cocoa pod shell waste is the largest waste generated from cocoa plants that will cause problems for the environment if not processed properly. Further processing is needed in order to reduce pollution problems. Fresh cocoa fruit shells have a good nutrient content of 88% dry matter, 11.71% crude protein, 20.79% crude fiber, 11.80% fat and 34.90% extractable material without nitrogen (BETN). However, cocoa pods have a disadvantage when given as sole feed, due to the presence of theobromine in cocoa pods. This substance can inhibit the growth of rumen microbes. It is better to do fermentation first to increase digestibility and livestock liking of the feed. Protein content in cocoa pods can play a role in helping the growth or formation of body cells, especially in young cows and support production needs in adult cows. The crude fiber contained in cocoa pods is a complex carbohydrate that is needed by livestock in launching the digestive process. Meanwhile, fat contained in cocoa pods can play an important role for the growth and development of livestock and become a reserve source of energy. Fat serves as a carrier of vitamins in the body, especially vitamins A, D, E, and K because these vitamins are the type of vitamins that can dissolve in fat.

STIKES Kesdam IV/Diponegoro as one of the health universities has great potential in the form of human resources (HR) to play a role in the development of the target area in the health sector. The results of an interview with the Head of the Sekaran Community Health Center revealed that of the 5 sub-districts managed by the Sekaran Community Health Center, Sukorejo Sub-District is an area that has complex health problems. Health problems related to the elderly need attention that is no less important. The health of the elderly under the management of the elderly posyandu in the Sukerejo Deliksari sub-district area has been going well. It's just that this area related to handling the cognitive health problems of the elderly still needs more attention. One of the cognitive function disorders in the elderly is dementia. There is no health care related to dementia in this area, this is because elderly posyandu cadres consider the problem of dementia or senile dementia to be natural and normal for the elderly. So promotive and preventive efforts are needed by holding community service related to cadre training in early detection of elderly people with dementia health problems.
