This research addresses water supply issues at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Semarang, Noodle Division. The Submersible Pump often experiences damage, such as Short Circuits due to phase failure. To address this, a Phase Failure Relay (PFR) was added to control the pump. The study employs observation, literature review, and interviews to evaluate the impact of PFR on pump control and safety aspects. The research findings indicate that the addition of PFR successfully prevents damage, with the potential for reducing repair costs, providing a practical solution in controlling the Submersible Pump at PT. Indofood.

Human resources (HR) is a crucial factor in any organization. The success of an organization is greatly influenced by the quality and quantity of its human resources, which impact performance achievements. One of the issues faced by PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia Kp.Sumut during the author's internship is the insufficient quantity of employees. The aim of this research is to empirically understand the increase in both quantity and quality of human resources (HR) as a solution to the issues at PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia Kp.Sumut. This study utilizes a descriptive method, where the problem-solving procedures investigated depict the condition of the subject or object based on observable facts. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research findings, several conclusions can be drawn. To address the issues of quantity and quality of HR at PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia Kp.Sumut, the company needs to enhance HR through recruitment, selection, human resource planning, and performance evaluation.

Cases of violence against children have recently occurred so frequently that they have become a topic every day and are often underestimated in their environment. Violence against children carried out by irresponsible people can cause physical, psychological misery or suffering, depression and anxiety. Children are a generation of youth who are the nation's successors and should be protected by parents, family, society, local government and the state. Child protection is a form of activity to guarantee and protect children and the child's right to have a meaningful life, to get health services for themselves and children must also get a decent life in terms of shelter, clothing, nutritious food as food for the child's growth and development and care. medical services to a high standard if the child is sick or has an accident. Therefore, in the Unpad’s PKM (Integrated KKN-PPM) activity, it is generally intended to assist the village government in carrying out one of its tasks, while specifically intended to help the management of Al Bayun TBM to become a child learning facilities. The Model chosen for the implementation of its activities is the quadruple helix collaboration. While the method of activity is in the form of assistance, counseling to the community related to literacy, and technical guidance in managing TBM. PKM can be held as planned and generally, the set of activities in TBM management can be carried out properly. This is inseparable from the collaboration between the government, universities, publishing business actors, and civil society.  The four collaborating parties can play their respective roles so that the aims and objectives of PKM activities can be achieved. This success also shows that with collaboration, the problems faced are more likely to be handled and all limitations can be completed

Mangrove ecotourism has become one of the popular destinations in nature-based tourism. Pasar Raya Village, which is surrounded by beautiful mangrove forests, has taken the initiative to develop mangrove ecotourism and turn it into a "Mangrove Tourism Village." This study aims to design a comprehensive, sustainable, and attractive mangrove ecotourism planning in Pasar Raya Village. The study involved an in-depth analysis of the mangrove ecotourism potential, including the natural wealth, biodiversity, and environmental uniqueness of Pasar Raya Village. In addition, the involvement of local communities and stakeholders became an integral part of this planning. the construction of trails, jetties, and guided paths to allow visitors to explore the mangrove forest safely and comfortably. The outcome of this planning is the transformation of Pasar Raya Village into a sustainable mangrove ecotourism destination, which not only provides an exceptional experience for visitors but also empowers the local community and safeguards the important mangrove ecosystem. The success of this project depends on close collaboration between the government, community and private sector in a joint effort to maintain the natural beauty and biodiversity of Pasar Raya Village.

A company's success or failure is determined by the strategy, theory and marketing management applied. This research was conducted to find out what marketing strategies for easy mudharabah savings products are used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Juanda to increase the number of customers. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods, using primary data, namely the researcher took data directly by interviewing the Marketing Funding BSI KCP Medan Juanda and secondary data secondary data obtained from documents, scientific journals, books and literature related to the research problem. The results obtained were that BSI carried out a marketing strategy, one of which was by implementing the 4p marketing mix, namely (product, price, promotion, place). BSI must be able to estimate strategic locations, collaborate with other agencies, expand market share, improve quality and innovate.

The purpose of this research is to examine initiatives to enhance the quality of public services. in order to achieve service standards that are on par with international standards for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This study employs a qualitative method with a case study at a local government agency. that has been recognized as the agency with the best quality public services. In-depth interviews with government officials were used to acquire data., employees and customers, as well as analisis of documents related to the implemented public service improvement program. According to the study's findings, local government agencies have succeeded in improving the quality of public services by implementing a number of strategic initiatives and programs. Among them are the effective use of information technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness accessibility of public services, training and human resource development to improve employee skills and professionalism, and implementing strict service standards to measure and ensure customer satisfaction. Marketing in a company is a function that determines the company's success in making a profit. One activity that has an important role in marketing is the distribution of goods and services. Apart from that, determining prices is also important in increasing sales. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of distribution and price on increasing sales. This type of research is qualitative using a literature review method whose sources are obtained from the latest journals in the last 5 years. The results of this research are that distribution can increase product sales. Distribution plays an important role in determining the sales volume that a company can achieve. Price can influence increased sales. If the company is correct in determining the price of its product, it will have an impact on increasing sales of the product.

Everyone has certain goals in life and wants to achieve these goals. If this life goal is not achieved, then people will try to rearrange their lifestyle. Premarital coaching is a knowledge and skills-based training program that providesand information related to marriage. Like how to maintain and maintain the integrity of the family. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to understand and explain the meaning behind reality. The aim of this research was to measure the effectiveness of improving the quality of premarital coaching in the RW 5 hall, Morokrembangan subdistrict, Surabaya city.

Education is one of the main means to develop the potential or abilities possessed by the younger generation of a country, so that they can become qualified individuals and benefit society. The purpose of the research is to find out what factors influence the interest of vocational students to continue their education to college. This research was conducted descriptively quantitatively and used frequency distribution to analyze responses from 47 students of class XII Computer & Network Engineering Department at SMK Islam Assalafiyah. The results of the analysis show that the majority of students have a higher interest in continuing their education to college, and internal factors, especially the drive to achieve a successful career, are the main causes of this interest.

This study used qualitative methods using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and prior literature, and using purposive sampling techniques.

Control and monitoring systems that use the Internet-of-Things (IoT) can be found in everyday life, for example, in smart home applications, smart transportation, and smart cities. IoT-based monitoring of environmental conditions both indoors and outdoors is generally carried out to reduce the risk of unwanted events. One example of an unwanted event is a fire. Fires can occur in houses, office buildings, rice fields, or forests. In order to help provide early warning of a flame that can cause a fire, this study aims to design and implement an IoT-based fire detection and warning system using the NodeMCU ESP8266 and a flame sensor. The sensor used is an infrared sensor that will detect infrared light radiation coming from a fire. The test results show that the system successfully detects the presence of fire up to 50 cm from the fire sensor and can be monitored via thinger.io. Additionally, notifications from thinger.io via e-mail and Telegram to users were successfully executed.

The problem of poverty is a very complex problem in Indonesia, therefore changes need to be made from all parties, both together and in coordination. The community empowerment initiative is one of the strategies for overcoming poverty. YBM PLN UID North Sumatra is a zakat amil institution in various regions which then has a very important role in carrying out the economic empowerment process for the community so that they are able to live independently and empowered. The purpose of this research is to find out the program, program implementation and find out the results of the program as well as the role obtained by YBM PLN UID North Sumatra in empowering economic society. Then this researcher used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This method is a method that aims to depict or describe actual events in the field. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that YBM PLN plays a role as an agent of change and leader or mentor in empowering the community's economy with the programs created by YBMPLN in an effort to empower the community which are currently running well, even providing an extraordinary positive impact on the beneficiaries. From these indicators of success, it can be seen as follows, namely: increasing people's income, increasing people's abilities and potential.

This research introduces an image encryption scheme combining several permutations and substitution-based chaotic techniques, such as Arnold Chaotic Map, 2D-SLMM, 2D-LICM, and 1D-MLM. The proposed method is called Half-Inverted Cascading Chaos Cipheration (HIC3), designed to increase digital image security and confidentiality. The main problem solved is the image's degree of confusion and diffusion. Extensive testing included chi-square analysis, information entropy, NCPCR, UACI, adjacent pixel correlation, key sensitivity and space analysis, NIST randomness testing, robustness testing, and visual analysis. The results show that HIC3 effectively protects digital images from various attacks and maintains their integrity. Thus, this method successfully achieves its goal of increasing security in digital image encryption

In the rapidly evolving digital era, we have access to technology that can simplify and improve student attendance management. The use of information technology can provide a more efficient, accurate, and practical solution in recording student attendance. The app was developed using MIT App Inventor, a platform that makes it easy for users to create Android apps without in-depth programming knowledge.
