Permen ATR/BPN 9/2019 is a provision regarding the implementation of roya electronically so that registration and deletion of roya can be reached easily, quickly, simply and at low cost. Roya which is done manually is different from electronic. The difference is that the file from the applicant is scanned and registered through the website and is directly corrected by the roya executor, not through the land counter. So that the Notary/PPAT does not have to come to the Land Office. After obtaining the certificate of land rights then it is given back to the certificate holder in this case is the creditor. If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? And what are the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors in the Implementation of Electronic Mortgage Elimination at the Land Office of Batang Regency?. The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The sociological juridical approach emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. The implementation of the abolition of roya with the HT-el System at the Land Office of Batang City has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Application files that do not comply with procedures are known from the results of the inspection of the Land Office, if not checked, the HT-el certificate will be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. Obstacles in HT registration with the HT-el System occur in PPAT, Banks as creditors and the Land Office. This obstacle arises during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. The electronic roya removal is carried out by the applicant, namely the debtor, proxy or representative by filling out an electronic application. If seen in practice, the Elimination of Roya electronically electronically or online is carried out through PPAT intermediaries at the PPAT office because PPAT who has a user name and password when accessing the registration system for the Elimination of Roya electronically in order to serve the needs of the community for the Elimination of Roya electronically through the online system still has both external and internal constraints.   Keywords: Deletion, Roya, Online

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges. The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. This thesis is expected to be a material for consideration by the Judicial Commission in order to increase the number of liaison officers in the regions for the effectiveness of work and the realization of the ideals of a clean judiciary at the Semarang District Court. Keywords: Judicial Commission, Judicial Clean Judge

Manufacturing industry currently plays an important role in meeting the needs of society. The social concern factor, namely Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSR) and governance, namely Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is disclosed in the company's financial statements can affect the value of the company. This research was conducted to prove the role of disclosure of these two factors for the value of the company in the future. This study uses a population of manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The results of linear regression testing indicate that CSR disclosure has a positive effect on firm value and GCG disclosure has a positive effect on firm value. This shows that disclosure is an important thing to consider in assessing the company. The more disclosure of the value of the company will increase. The control variables in this study are cash holding, cash value and firm size, only company size has a negative effect on firm value. So that small companies are more able to increase the number of CSR and GCG disclosures compared to large companies. This shows the ability to master the conditions of small companies is more efficient and effective than large companies.

Transportation includes several things in relation to moving from one place to another such as road infrastructure, modes of transportation, to the management of its management. The existence of the terminal cannot be separated from the transportation component, especially the public transportation system. The existence of terminals is often accused of being the cause of congestion, this is due to incomplete planning for land use patterns, road network patterns, population distribution patterns, movement needs, operational systems and service levels that lead to a low level of terminal effectiveness. This study aims to determine the effect of the role of the department of transportation, infrastructure, and employee performance on the effectiveness of the Magersari type C terminal in Magelang City. Data was collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 75 respondents, namely public transport drivers at the Magersari type C terminal. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this study is as follows:Y = 2,048 + 0,314X1 + 0,198X2 + 0,258X3 + µ. The results of multiple linear regression showed that there was a partial positive effect on the role of the transportation agency on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 3.195 > ttable 1.99346), infrastructure to the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.598 > ttable 1.99346) and employee performance on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.882 > ttable 1.99346). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the correlation coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) = 0.538 which means that the variables of the role of the transportation service (X1), infrastructure (X2), and employee performance (X3) have an effect of 53.8% on the effectiveness of the terminal (Y ) and 46.2% (100% - 53.8%) influenced by variables outside this study.

Monitoring is a process of monitoring and analyzing information based on certain indicators. Every company engaged in distribution and promotion must carry out monitoring activities. Including PT. Single Paint Factory, Djaja Indah, Kediri Branch, which also continuously monitors the sales results of the sales consultants who work in several partner stores. The process of reporting sales results that have been carried out so far is still using conventional methods so that sometimes it interferes with the monitoring process due to delays in sending reports. To make this easier, the author makes a website-based monitoring application to help smooth the monitoring process of Sales Consultant sales results. To produce a quality application, the author uses the goal question metrics method as a method for measuring application quality. Goal Question Metric (GQM) is a method used to define application measurement models. The application of the GQM method in this study was carried out with the initial stage of factor analysis of the application quality model based on the ISO 25010 Quality Model. The standard of living of the fishermen in Bandengan Village in general still lives below the poverty line. The condition of the houses which are semi-permanent as permanent residences even though the houses are close to each other accompanied by an environment that is still dirty and the unpleasant smell of fish waste whose drainage is not smooth adds to the poor environment. Healthy . Due to the slum and unhealthy environmental conditions, the fishermen of Bandengan Village are still able to survive in order to make a living even though they only fish to meet their daily needs.Regarding the position of deeper sea depths, generally fishermen have not been able to determine the exact position of fishing areas or have not mapped out exactly which areas have deeper depths and are thought to have lots of fish. From the data obtained, most of the overall fish catches have not increased. From the results of the analysis, this is because half of the fishing groups' fish catches have increased and half of the fishing groups' fish catches have experienced a decrease. Therefore, AMNI Maritime University has made the fishing community in Bandengan Kendal Village a Development Partner in order to improve the economy of the fishing community through optimizing fishing.
