This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training on the use of technology in learning, with a special focus on the use of the Kahoot! platform to improve teachers' knowledge, attitudes, and motivation at SDIT Annawawi Metro. The training was held for three days, from December 5 to 7, 2024, at the SDIT Annawawi Metro Hall and was attended by 26 teachers and the principal. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a pre-post questionnaire design. Pre-training and post-training questionnaires measuring knowledge, attitudes, and motivation towards the use of technology in learning were distributed before and after the training. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests for paired samples. The results showed a significant increase in all measured variables. The mean score on the post-training questionnaire increased significantly compared to the pre-training questionnaire, indicating that the training was successful in improving teachers' competence and confidence in integrating technology in learning. Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference (p <0.05), which supports the hypothesis that learning technology training improves teachers' knowledge and positive attitudes towards the use of technology in learning. The conclusion of this study shows that the use of technology, especially Kahoot!, effectively improves the quality of learning and can be further integrated into learning programs in schools. Recommendations for further studies include the implementation of similar training in various educational contexts and long-term evaluation of its impact on teaching practices.

In health care, the interaction between nurses and patients is essential to build good relationships, increase trust, and meet patient needs and expectations. The success of nursing services depends on the ability of nurses to communicate effectively. Agricultural tools are important for agrarian communities. However, for some people in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, very few people have businesses in the agricultural tools sector. In fact, this can be a promising business opportunity. Knowledge about making blacksmith agricultural tools is generally obtained from generation to generation. Some blacksmiths in Banyumas generally only produce agricultural tools such as kudi and work machetes, because the need for these tools never stops, is always needed by farmers or workers, and the equipment produced does not require high design, even tends to be monotonous because the main thing is its function as work equipment. That is why Science and Technology for the Community (IbM) was implemented at the Pandai Besi Kirso production house on November 6, 2025, as a method of increasing production. IbM was continued with training in techniques for selecting raw materials, making potions that can improve the quality of iron, and making a variety of new products with high quality both in terms of strength and aesthetics. It was identified that agricultural tool craftsmen generally (1) Have limitations in equipment, (2) Lack expertise in metal blending, (3) Lack of innovative product variations, not only quality but also unique ethnic ones and (4) Low management quality. The implementation of IbM is expected to be able to minimize the problems of agricultural tool craftsmen's businesses, so that the blacksmith craftsmen's community businesses can develop and have a positive impact on the existence of MSMEs in Banyumas Regency.

This study analyzes the legal responsibility of road organizers, legal protection for road users, and public participation in the maintenance of provincial roads in East Java. The background of this research is the significant road damage, covering 154 kilometers, which impacts the safety of road users and the smoothness of socio-economic activities. This research is based on Law Number 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transportation (UU LLAJ) and Law Number 38 of 2004 on Roads, which regulate the obligation of road organizers to ensure safe and adequate infrastructure. The research method used is a juridical normative approach with an analysis of legislation, using primary and secondary legal materials, with data collected through library studies and deductive analysis. The results show that the government is legally obligated to repair damaged roads, place warning signs on roads that have not been repaired, and allocate funds to prevent traffic accidents. However, various challenges such as limited budgets and geographic conditions affect the implementation of these obligations. Additionally, the Citizen Lawsuit mechanism grants the public the right to sue negligent organizers. This study recommends strengthening road maintenance management based on risk, improving transparency and accountability, and empowering the public to ensure safe roads that support regional economic growth.

This study aims to analyze the urgency of establishing an alternative institution for resolving agrarian disputes in the legal system in Indonesia. Land itself functions as a social asset and a capital asset. The role of land as a social asset is interpreted as a tool to strengthen social unity in people's lives, while capital assets are interpreted as land being an essential factor for development. The interest of every person to be able to own and control land for the benefit of life is the most basic thing why there must be serious efforts in handling agrarian conflicts in Indonesia. This study identifies two main issues, namely first, what is the urgency of establishing an alternative institution for resolving agrarian disputes in an effort to optimize conflict resolution, and second, what form of alternative dispute resolution is used in an alternative institution for resolving disputes in the agrarian sector. The research method used is normative research using a statutory approach, relying on statutory regulations as the main basis for conducting analysis and producing new concepts in handling conflicts. The results of this study indicate that although in practice there are already institutions that have the authority to resolve. However, in its implementation, there are still various obstacles, both in terms of procedural and implementation in the field. This is what then encourages the presence of a new legal system ecosystem for more concrete conflict handling in the agrarian sector.
