Cooperative learning has been known as an effective learning method in increasing student learning motivation. This research aims to present a literature review of cooperative learning strategies and their impact on student learning motivation. Cooperative learning methods involve interaction between students to achieve joint learning goals, thereby encouraging them to actively participate in the learning process. Literature studies show that cooperative learning strategies, such as team learning, pair learning, and group discussions, can increase student learning motivation through increasing a sense of responsibility, mutual trust, and cooperation between students. In addition, cooperative learning can also increase student involvement in the learning process, strengthen social relationships between students, and help students develop important social skills. The results of this literature review indicate that the implementation of cooperative learning strategies can make a positive contribution to student learning motivation. Therefore, it is recommended that educators consider using cooperative learning strategies in designing learning that can effectively increase student learning motivation.

This research aims to map the economic potential in the Central Kalimantan region using the integration of three analytical methods, namely Hierarchical Cluster Analysis, Shift-Share, and Dynamic Location Quotient. Through this approach, this research identifies economic sectors that have comparative and competitive advantages at the local level and have the potential for further development. Hierarchical Cluster Analysis is used to group regions based on similar economic characteristics, while Shift-Share Analysis helps in determining sectors that contribute to regional economic growth. Dynamic Location Quotient is applied to assess changes in the comparative advantage of economic sectors over time. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for stakeholders in formulating appropriate regional economic policies to encourage sustainable economic growth in Central Kalimantan.

This community service was carried out for the community in Negeri Antara and Pancar Jelobok Villages, Pintu Rime Gayo District, Bener Meriah Regency. The problems faced are the poverty level and the quality of uninhabitable houses (RTLH) for low-income people (MBR). The research objective is to provide socialization of self-help housing stimulant assistance (BSPS) in overcoming poverty levels and improving the quality of uninhabitable houses and handling integrated housing and slum areas. The method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with a sampling technique that uses purposive sampling technique. The results of the research are that the people of Negeri Antara and Pancar Jelobok Villages, Pintu Rime Gayo District, Bener Meriah Regency are very enthusiastic and feel helped by the existence of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) so that they are provoked/motivated to make livable houses with the assistance provided by the government.

The ability to think critically is an important skill in the 21st century. The Mathway application offers various features that can help students learn mathematics. This research aims to systematically review the literature on the use of the Mathway application on students' critical thinking abilities. This research uses a literature review method by searching for relevant scientific articles in various databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and ERIC. The research results show that using the Mathway application can help improve students' critical thinking skills. This is proven by several studies which show that students who use Mathway in their learning have higher scores on critical thinking ability tests compared to students who do not use Mathway.

This article discusses the management of labor costs in the public sector with a focus on the management of non-permanent employees (PTT) and outsourcing alternatives. This research highlights problems in personnel management, especially employee expenditure costs that must be borne by government agencies. This study reviews cost control systems, labor costs, and methods for managing honorary staff costs in government. The findings show that outsourcing is more efficient than recruiting PTT or temporary workers as a solution to control labor costs. Additionally, this paper recommends Activity Based Costing (ABC) method for public sector organizations to provide valuable information related to detailed cost data. This research shows that decentralizing recruitment in local governments can improve efficiency, effectiveness and fairness, but can also lead to corruption and disparities in the distribution of human resources. Cost control, outsourcing, and the use of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) can help public sector organizations manage costs and increase operational efficiency. To achieve better governance, operational efficiency and effective cost control, public sector organizations need to consider the various strategies and methods described in this research.

Creative learning is innovative and inventive that's vital for children. Qahal Ceria Jayapura is a non-profit community that helps to build children's character and creativity. Qahal Ceria faced obstacles in designing creative learning. This community services takes form in assisting teachers to design creative projects and materials. We designed 2 projects, coloring drawings and making ornaments using simple and natural materials. We expect these projects as references and hoped to motivate teachers for further development. 

Background: Combustio or burns are damage to the skin or tissue that can occur due to contact of body parts with objects such as fire, hot liquids, electricity, chemicals and radiation. Combustio is still a serious case in Indonesia causing millions of people to die, namely more than 265,000 people every year. A non-pharmacological treatment that can be done to reduce pain in post-debridement burn wounds is giving lavender aromatherapy. Lavender aromatherapy is an aromatherapy in which the content of linalyl acetate and linalool can stimulate the release of endorphin hormones so that it can have a relaxing effect and is thought to help overcome discomfort disorders such as anxiety, can lower blood pressure and also pain. Method: The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a case study approach. Results: After the intervention of giving lavender aromatherapy using a diffuser for 3 days, the result was a decrease in pain in combustio post debridement surgery patients which was carried out every Monday and Thursday in the operating room with complaints of decreased pain, pain scale: 1, the patient looked relaxed and in the Paired Sample t-Test with a significance level α: 0.05, the results of data processing obtained a sig. (2-tailed) of 0.02. Conclusion: Lavender aromatherapy can reduce the level of pain during post-operative debridement combustio.

Traditional traders, especially clothing traders, have experienced a decline in sales amidst the development of modern markets and online sales. The research raised a case study in the Wlingi Blitar market, the largest market in the Blitar district, East Java. Research using a qualitative approach is presented descriptively, resources are obtained through in-depth interviews and also documenting, making observations, and using secondary data to obtain in-depth information so that a complete picture is obtained regarding the topic of traditional markets, modern markets, and digital transformation which has given rise to online sales. The research results stated that clothing traders experienced a decline in sales caused by the emergence of many modern shops in the Wlingi area and its surroundings and due to the rise of online sales. Some market sellers can transform sales digitally by selling their products online, but some traders need help to do this, so sales experience a decline. 

This research proposes the use of a decision support system based on the Profile Matching method to determine the thesis supervisor. This method is effective in making decisions that are in accordance with the concentration of the thesis title, functional position, and educational level of the lecturer. This research refers to the concept of a decision support system that offers several alternative choices to assist management in making decisions efficiently. The Profile Matching method is carried out with the stages of variable weighting, factor grouping, and total value calculation. This research also refers to related studies that have been conducted previously to build a more effective and efficient system in determining supervisors. The research method used is Research and Development with a waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model. The results showed that the use of a decision support system with the Profile Matching method can provide recommendations for supervisors in accordance with the criteria set. Product testing using Aiken's V and ISO/IEC 25010 standards also shows that this system is feasible to use with good validity values and quality that meets standards. In conclusion, the decision support system with the Profile Matching method can help speed up and improve efficiency in determining thesis supervisors in the PTIK study program at UIN Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Suggestions for further development are to consider integration with web technology for ease of access and use.

Learning strategies are approaches or methods used to teach and help students understand subject matter more effectively. Learning is the main key in Education, of course the use of the right strategy will have a positive impact on the development of learning and understanding of students.success in Education is certainly the main concern of all of us, In this study will discuss the differentiation learning strategy where this differentiation learning strategy is a learning model where educators provide an approach that allows overcoming learning difficulties faced by students.

Social media has become an essential tool in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in this digital era. This research aims to investigate the role of social media in supporting the growth and success of MSMEs. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study explores the various benefits obtained by MSMEs from the use of social media, including increased visibility and market reach, more intensive customer interactions, and enhanced brand awareness and business image. However, this research also identifies several challenges faced by MSMEs in leveraging social media, including limitations in digital knowledge and skills, as well as managing limited time and resources. Based on these findings, this study concludes that it is important for MSMEs to equip themselves with the necessary digital knowledge and skills, and to develop targeted and sustainable marketing strategies through social media. Additionally, support from government and non-profit organizations in the form of training, resources, and technical assistance can also help MSMEs harness the full potential of social media for their business growth. By overcoming these challenges, MSMEs can maximize the benefits of social media in supporting the growth and success of their businesses in an increasingly digital market.

This research aims to examine the impact of using the Paylater application on the lifestyle of people who are still not wise in using the paylater application. This research uses a quantitative approach method with the target population, namely the general public who use PayLater services or have used Paylater before. 114 respondents were selected using a questionnaire method using a Google form to conduct an online survey and collect data. The research results show that people rarely use paylater applications in daily use. Because paylater services have negative impacts, such as getting into debt if you use paylater excessively, then impulsive purchases due to easy access to paylater can encourage unplanned impulse purchases and other losses. And unwise use of paylaters can have a negative impact on people's lifestyles and people's finances. This research contributes to the understanding of the negative consequences of paylater for unwise users. This aims to help paylater service providers to increase education and financial literacy for their users, as well as encourage stricter regulations to minimize the potential for paylater abuse.

The purpose of writing This For understand the review of Islamic law regarding the practice of buying and selling breast milk (ASI) in Ujung Pandang District, Makassar City. The theoretical benefit of this research is that it is hoped that this research can provide a useful contribution to the development of knowledge regarding the buying and selling of breast milk in society and the attitude of the government and religious figures towards the practice of buying and selling breast milk (ASI) in handling it and practically, it is hoped that this research can help provide ideas for the community and readers regarding the buying and selling of breast milk from the perspective of Islamic law. The research method is empirical juridical research. The results of this research show (1) An overview of Islamic law regarding the practice of buying and selling breast milk (ASI) in Makassar City, especially in Ujung Pandang District, namely that it should not allow buying and selling breast milk (ASI), because there are many disadvantages (damage/danger). Because the buying and selling of breast milk (ASI) which is carried out through the Indonesian Association of Breastfeeding Mothers (AIMI) does not have recorded data so the source of breast milk (ASI) is not clear between the sellers and buyers of breast milk (ASI). (2) Factors that influence the practice of buying and selling breast milk are as follows: 1. Economic factors, where the perpetrators of buying and selling breast milk (ASI) are breastfeeding mothers who are still young and some of them are not able to produce breast milk. (ASI) is good, where the perpetrators of buying and selling breast milk (ASI), especially respondents who sell breast milk (ASI), experience financial shortages, so they choose to sell breast milk (ASI) through the Indonesian Breastfeeding Mothers Association (AIMI). 2 the religious factor, which is due to a lack of education and support from the family so that many perpetrators of buying and selling breast milk (ASI) do not really understand the importance of religious knowledge in carrying out the practice of buying and selling breast milk (ASI). Mangrove forests are coastal forests where the water rises at high tide and falls at low tide. Mangroves are found in tropical and sub-tropical coastal areas in the world, including Indonesia and one of them is on the coast of North Sumatra. Mangrove forests are very important to protect because they function to protect coastlines, habitat for plants and animals, store carbon, source of food and fuel, absorb pollutants, and of course greatly help the economy of the surrounding communities. The existence of mangrove forests on the coast of North Sumatra is very concerning and has a negative impact on the environment and surrounding communities, especially local fishermen. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study techniques. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impacts and strategies for controlling mangrove damage on the coast of North Sumatera..  

Peers play a very important role in character formation, especially students' disciplined character. One of the roles of peers is to provide encouragement or motivation to other friends. The aim of this research is to find out the role of peers in forming disciplined character and the impact of the role of peers. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative methods using words or narratives to analyze and describe certain phenomena. The results of this research are that peers can help in forming a disciplined character, in the end a person must have internal motivation and personal commitment to remain disciplined.  

Exhibitionism is the behavior of showing body parts or vital organs to others to achieve sexual satisfaction. This is done to get sexual satisfaction by masturbating while imagining. Exhibitionism itself is included in the category of sexual preference disorder (paraphilia). This research aims to analyze whether the application of mental rehabilitation sanctions can be carried out against the perpetrators of exhibitionism. The type of research used is normative research which is based on applicable laws and regulations and analyzes problems from a case perspective. The results of the research obtained by the author in conducting research on the application of mental rehabilitation sanctions have the potential to reduce the level of recurrence of exhibitionism behavior. Mental rehabilitation programs that include psychological therapy, counseling, and social support can help offenders to understand the root causes of their behavior and develop strategies to overcome these tendencies.

In the current era of development, globalization is something that almost all individuals cannot avoid. Globalization is an illustrative form of interaction between various individuals in certain types of fields. The emergence of globalization is due to the existence of modern-industrial civilization which is driven by the increase in western culture which has had quite a significant influence. The existence of globalization creates a very fast and unstoppable flow because various information comes from various corners of the world. There are many things that can result from globalization, both positive and negative. One of the negative impacts caused by the influence of globalization is promiscuity. So it is necessary to take preventive measures before this happens and harms many parties. Students from the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Raden Rahmat Islamic University, Malang themselves chose to hold youth reproductive health outreach activities with the aim of helping and improving the condition of teenagers related to their reproductive health. So that it makes them aware and more diligent in caring for it. Health education carried out in Powocho school grounds or vocational high schools in Thailand itself begins with holding joint sports activities and continues with indoor counseling activities. This information activity on adolescent reproductive health is of great interest to students and it is hoped that it can be used as a lesson and make students more aware of the importance of their reproductive health and also more diligent in caring for and maintaining their health.

The purpose of this service is to help produce an innovative drink that has many properties, explore the properties possessed by sappan wood and Indonesian spices in the drink, learn to design a creative and innovative business, help develop MSMEs in the region. The service method carried out is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) because the area already has MSME assets in the form of wedang secang which needs product innovation to further expand the market. The results of this service increase sales of wedang secang MSMEs through new product innovations of secang with added milk.
