Early marriage can have negative impacts on reproductive health and the lives of those involved. This study in South Bangka Regency aimed to analyze the relationship between geographic and socio-cultural factors and early marriage. Using a cross-sectional design and Chi-Square statistical test with a 95% confidence level (ρ ≤0.05), the study found that geographic factors did not significantly relate to early marriage (p=0.102). However, logistic regression analysis indicated that female adolescents living in coastal areas had a 1.49 times higher risk of early marriage compared to those living on the mainland. Socio-cultural factors, particularly education, showed a significant relationship (p=0.016), with lower education levels correlating with a higher likelihood of early marriage. Conversely, ethnicity did not show a significant relationship (p=0.147). Although cultural factors were not statistically significant, traditions and cultural norms still influence marriage decisions. Therefore, enhancing education, increasing awareness of the negative impacts of early marriage, and community interventions are crucial. Health professionals are advised to improve education and counseling on reproductive health and the effects of early marriage, adopt a proactive approach in communities, especially in coastal and isolated areas, and collaborate with schools and community organizations. Regular training and effective monitoring systems are also necessary to ensure the success of early marriage prevention programs    

Background: Children with disabilities, especially mentally retarded, have difficulty distinguishing between appropriate and inappropriate touches, which will make it difficult for disabled children to identify actions that lead to sexual harassment directed at them. Intellectual disability or mental disability is a condition where a person's intelligence development experiences obstacles so that they do not reach the optimal stage of development. Digital pop up books are very easy to understand in the learning process and are an effective medium in providing sexual education for mentally retarded children. Purpose: The aim of this community service is to increase awareness of mentally retarded teenagers about preventing sexual violence through digital pop up book media. Method: The stages include planning and preparation, implementation of service activities with workshops, Popi Dita fungame, barcode story corner hut and evaluation. The activity was held on Wednesday 7 June 2023 at SLB Samudra Lavender Bangkalan. Measuring the success of this digital pop up book media uses a pre-test and post-test with a questionnaire containing 16 short questions. Result: The results showed an increase in student knowledge scores from 4.95 to 7.36. The paired t-test obtained a p- value of 0.019 which shows that sexual violence prevention interventions can increase the knowledge or awareness of mentally retarded children regarding the prevention of sexual violence.    Conclusion: This activity was successfully carried out with high participation and enthusiasm from students in taking part in this activity. It is hoped that this pop up book can be a useful educational tool for schools in an effort to minimize the number of victims of sexual violence.

Success in achieving goals depends on choosing goals to be achieved by using resources to achieve organizational goals in accordance with what is expected. The objectives of this research include: 1). The influence of work discipline on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 2). The influence of work motivation on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 3). What is the influence of work discipline and work motivation together on the work of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive format aimed at explaining and summarizing various conditions, various situations, or various variables that arise in society which is the object of the research based on what is happening. The research method used in this research is the survey method. This research uses samples from the entire research population at the Pati Regency National and Political Unity Agency office. Meanwhile, data collection is through a questionnaire that uses a design from a quantitative description survey method to describe various conditions or variables that are the object and focus of research in real terms. The results in this research include: 1). Work discipline (X1), has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 2). Work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 3). Work discipline and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees.

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Know and analyze work discipline on employee performance. Knowing and analyzing motivation for employee performance. Knowing and analyzing employee incentives on employee performance. The population in this study were all cutting employees of PT. Garmindo District Success Core. Semarang. The research was carried out by sampling, using probability sampling techniques, obtaining a sample of 92 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results can be concluded that: Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style, work discipline, motivation and employee incentives together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Fresh or rotten meat is a different matter. Damage to the meat will produce a distorted odor, mucus, discoloration in certain areas and an undesirable taste due to the formation of metabolism. The odor is described as fishy, ​​rotten, containing sulfur and like ammonia. In this research, the author discusses a system for identifying the condition of meat based on the odor that arises from meat in three states, namely odorless odor, fresh odor and rotten odor. Fresh odor is taken from meat odor that is within 1 (one) day after being cut and rotten odor is taken from meat odor that is on the 2nd day. In this study, the test sample meat was placed in a closed container at room temperature for 2 days. Data was taken for 2 days from meat odors of known type. The sensor array consists of eight sensors made of conducting polymer material. The polymer materials used are silicon DC-200, PEG-20M, 0V-101, 0V-17, DEGA, PEG-200, PEG-1540, and PEG-6000 mixed with Carbon black. A two-layer artificial neural net consisting of eight input nodes and three output neurons, was trained using the Kohonen algorithm with a training process that was completed in 4 iterations. From 20 tests, 10 times exposure to steam from fresh odor and 10 times exposure to steam from rotten odor, carried out alternately, it was found that the system failed twice. Thus, the system success percentage reached 95 percent.

The present study was conducted during school closure during the pandemic period, from 2020 to 2022. This study aims to explore teachers’ responses to the difficulties in using the online platform, and how teachers cope with the challenges in running online classes. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study participants were seven junior high school teachers in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. They had mixed work experiences. The results of the study showed that teachers responded differently to the demand for teaching using an online platform. Most teachers conducted online classes on a pro forma basis in order to comply with government policies. They viewed themselves unprepared to participate in online classes. The study also found teachers’ difficulties in teaching online classes due to students’ lack of adequate knowledge, skills and motivation in utilizing the online platforms provided by their schools. The study concludes that there is a need for comprehensive training and support for teachers to effectively adapt to online teaching methods. Additionally, it suggests that schools should invest in improving students' digital literacy skills to enhance their engagement and success in online learning environments.    

In order to boost participation and encourage student participation in homeschooling activities in SMPN 1 Bengkulu, this research aims to: establish plans and regulations; move; control; check the effectiveness of implementation; and remove any barriers that arise during that process. This study employs documentary techniques, observations, and interviews to conduct a qualitative descriptive study. The researchers will investigate and determine whether or not the management of the PJJ program has been implemented successfully. Kushendar model analysis was employed. Data is reduced, presented, concluded from, and verified by researchers. The conclusion is as follows, based on data analysis: (1) Planning is done by creating operational work plans and objectives. (2) Methods for regulating the use of resources, methods for socializing the work plan, and mechanisms for regulating the execution of a work plan that go along with the delegation of tasks and powers are established.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of global business entites, organizational effectiveness plays an increasingly crucial role. The success or failure of an organization is heavily dependent on the quality of human resources, recognized as the most vital organizational assets. This research aims to measure human resource accounting and explore the concept of behavioral accounting in two critical contexts: human resource accounting (HRA) and social accounting. The research method employed is qualitative, focusing on past and current phenomena. Findings indicate that, from a conventional accounting perspective, human resources have not been fully recognized as assets. Human resource accounting is a novel concept in financial accounting, requiring further research. This understanding emphasizes that employees are considered organizational assets through a cost or human value approach. The implication is the need for integrating behavioral dimensions in human resource management and social aspects in accounting decision-making to enhance organizational effectiveness holistically. This research is expected to contribute to the development of behavioral accounting theory and practice, providing insights into the role of accounting in social and human resource contexts.

This study aims to explore the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems, as well as its implications for global financial reporting. The study was conducted for one month in January 2024 at STIE Ganesha, involving 20 college students. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observation. The findings show that English proficiency has a significant impact on the use of accounting information systems and understanding of global financial reporting. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing English language skills among accounting students and professionals to improve the quality of financial reporting accessed globally. This research is important because it fills a gap in understanding of the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems for global financial reporting. The implication is that a better understanding of the relationship between English proficiency and needs in the context of accounting information systems will help prepare accounting students for more success in their careers, especially in an increasingly connected global business environment. In addition, this research can also provide new insights for educational institutions and the world of work in designing curricula and training that are more relevant and effective in preparing accounting professionals to deal with future global challenges.

It is very important to carry out community service in the from of socialization or education, one of which is exercise during pregnency. This activity was carried out at posyandu desa batursari kecamatan sirampog Sub-dristrict in order to increase the knowledge of pregnant women, reduce discomfrom, and pregnency exercess can facilitate the birth process. The is in line with the government’s efforts to make the Maternal Health Program a success in the from of reducing maternal mortality. The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge for pregnant women as an effort to reduce the occurrence of complication during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period thereby reducing maternal mortality. The results obtained in this activity were that there were 21 pregnant women who took part in the socialization about pregnancy exercise at < 22 weeks and > 22 weeks of gestation and were very enthusiastic about listening to the explanation about pregnancy exercise, while pregnant women demonstrated pregnancy exercise as a only 5 probands were aged > 22 weeks. Pregnant women practiced pregnancy exercise movemonts step by step and during the interview the mother felt directly the positive impact of pregnancy exercise movements. Based on the sicialization activities and practice of pregnancy exercise, it was well received by all pregnant women, proven to be very enthusiastic during the socialization unti the question and aanswer discussion took place and showed an enthusiastic attitude during practice.

: Indonesia, as a developing country, has a fairly large teenage population. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that teenagers are residents in the age range of 10-19 years. However, one of the developments in the industrial revolution 4.0 is a big leap in the information and communication technology sector. The development of technology among teenagers has triggered quite an increase in the use of smartphones so that it can influence teenage behavior, where teenagers also participate in sexting behavior, causing concern in various circles. The term sexting refers to the sending and receiving of sexual images through some form of virtual messaging where someone sends messages or material in the form of images and videos electronically, especially via smartphones, the internet and other electronic media. With the increasing number of teenagers and very complex teenage problems, especially the most prominent problem is teenage sexual behavior, which is the beginning of teenage reproductive health problems, this service aims to increase teenagers' knowledge about sexting behavior in order to avoid sexting behavior. The method used is a pre-test and post-test after health education regarding sexting behavior. The results show that the majority of teenagers' knowledge before counseling was less than 12 teenagers or 80%. Meanwhile, teenagers' knowledge before being given counseling was lowest at Good knowledge, namely 1 person or 6.67%. Teenagers' knowledge after counseling was highest in good knowledge, namely 14 people or 93.33%. This is an appropriate benchmark for the success of counseling.

This provides additional flexibility and security for consumers who wish to invest or transact with gold. Bukalapak's success in implementing this innovative business model has been proven through the growth of active users of its application, increased transaction turnover, and increased market value. This success reflects the importance of implementing innovative business models in facing competition in the current e-commerce industry.  

Naturally, a mother hen incubates her eggs until they hatch completely. However, the success rate of natural hatching is low, and hatching can be completed with a maximum of 10 eggs. Chicken farming, more specifically the chicken egg hatching system, breeders usually use an incubator for the process of hatching chicken eggs. In the incubator, there is a lamp that has been provided which is used for the process of warming the eggs so that the eggs can hatch properly and of good quality with incandescent lamps. In general, the process of hatching eggs often encounters problems or obstacles. The obstacle that is often experienced when hatching chicken eggs is that the incubator only uses incandescent lights. Therefore, to avoid this problem, a microcontroller was designed to overcome this problem. This tool is a combination of a microcontroller with an Arduino-based temperature and humidity sensor. With this tool, after the eggs hatch, when the lights are off, the sensor can read the output in the form of the incubator temperature, which is detected by the Arduino serial display. Design methods and experimental methods were used in this research. Tool testing is divided into three types, namely temperature testing, humidity testing and egg load testing. This research explores the impact of implementing incentives at the Bu Ira basic food agency in Krian, Sidoarjo on employee performance, with a focus on sales bonuses and non-financial incentives. The research results show that sales bonuses related to target achievement provide additional motivation for employees to increase sales, especially when bonuses are linked to certain products that have higher profits. Additionally, non-financial incentives such as recognition for good performance have proven effective in building team spirit and increasing job satisfaction. The discussion involved understanding that incentive design must be tailored to the grocery store context, taking into account the unique characteristics of this industry. Sales bonuses, when tied to specific types of products, can provide a greater motivational boost for employees. Recognition of good performance can be realized in the form of promotion or additional training, providing added value in employee career development. Flexibility in incentive design, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of incentive programs are the keys to success. The results of this research provide insight for business owners and managers in the grocery agency industry to design incentive programs that suit employee needs and business goals, as well as accommodate changes in the industrial environment.

Achieving professional success relies heavily on having a network of quality contacts. Therefore, networking is key in work life. Breakfast in the morning has become a culture for Indonesian people. The breakfast culture has become an activity as evidenced by the diversity of sellers offering various types of food suitable for breakfast. Breakfast is an activity of eating and drinking between morning and 9 o'clock to meet nutritional needs. Based on the above, easy and practical rice innovation is needed. To respond to this, the author conducted marketing development strategy research on business networks carried out by the UMKM Nasi Gigit Candu. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing development strategy for the Nasi Gigit Candu business network. This research was conducted directly with the owner of Nasi Gigit Opium. This research looks for how the development of business network marketing is carried out by entrepreneurs of the Nasi Gigit Opium Business to decide on product marketing development starting from making breakfast products to products that are marketed into the hands of consumers. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods, namely by direct interviews with Nasi Gigit Opdu MSME owners and financial management.

In the context of the Hajj pilgrimage in Bali, the government's role takes center stage. The background involves a surge in the number of pilgrims wishing to perform Hajj, juxtaposed with limited facilities and supporting infrastructure in the region. The research problem revolves around assessing the effectiveness of the government's initiatives in facilitating and regulating the Hajj pilgrimage in Bali, encompassing regulatory measures, accommodation infrastructure, and pilgrim management. The evaluation of the government's role reveals that their efforts have enhanced the quality of services and comfort for Hajj pilgrims, although challenges persist regarding capacity and logistical management. In conclusion, the government's role is pivotal in ensuring the success of the Hajj pilgrimage in Bali by improving infrastructure, enacting appropriate regulations, and enhancing inter-agency coordination. The novelty of this work lies in its in-depth analysis of the government's concrete measures to enhance the quality of the Hajj pilgrimage in Bali, along with providing constructive recommendations for future improvements.

The purpose of this research is to provide suggestions to help students become more disciplined. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Teachers and students at SMA N 1 Tanjung Mutiara were used as research subjects. We used interview and observation techniques to collect data. Research findings include the strategy for developing discipline at SMA N 1 Tanjung Mutiara as follows: making a mission statement, vision statement and educational goals. regardless of the rules that apply at school. Because developing superior discipline requires applying that discipline both in the classroom and outside the classroom. The discipline of the children of SMA N Tanjung Mutiara is proof of the successful implementation and results of the program. grows in terms of self-control in behavior and friendships and study habits. There are more people who apply discipline well at school than those who don't, but there are still many people who do not apply discipline according to the school's wishes.

This research aims to find out how effective the game-based Indonesian language learning approach is in the independent curriculum. Background This research begins with the need to understand in depth the use of game-based learning approaches in the Independent Curriculum in Indonesian language subjects. Literature study method Studying previous research through literature study which is used to provide an understanding of previous results, both successes and challenges in implementing a game-based learning approach. This helps in research planning to take advantage of positive experiences and overcome obstacles that may arise.

This research discusses efforts to introduce cognitive learning theory into the 2013 curriculum in the educational environment. Her research focus is on understanding how key principles of cognitive learning theory, including concepts such as information processing, knowledge construction, and the development of higher-order thinking skills, can be integrated into new curriculum structures. Research methods include analysis of official 2013 curriculum documents, interviews with teachers, and observation of classroom learning practices. The results show that although real efforts have been made to adopt the principles of cognitive learning theory, their implementation still faces certain challenges. Limited resources, teacher understanding of cognitive concepts, and adaptation of learning materials are several important factors that influence successful implementation. Therefore, this research provides recommendations for improving teacher training, adapting learning materials, and increasing resource support so that the 2013 curriculum more effectively achieves students' cognitive learning goals.

Import substitution industrialization (ISI) is one of the industrial development strategies that has been implemented by many developing countries, including Indonesia. This strategy aims to reduce dependence on imported consumer and capital goods, as well as create jobs and increase domestic value added. In the early stages of its implementation, ISI has successfully driven industrial growth in Indonesia. However, along with technological development and global competition, ISI faces various challenges, one of which is competition from industries in other countries. Industrial competition is one of the important factors that affects industrial development. Healthy competition can encourage industries to innovate and improve efficiency, making them more competitive in the global market. This paper discusses the relationship between ISI and industrial competition in industrial development. This paper also discusses various policies that can be implemented to improve the competitiveness of Indonesian industries.
