Research conducted in Kampung Buatan II, Koto Gasib District, Siak Regency. This conflict occurs because there is a source of conflict that makes this conflict appear continuously. There are demands for land, the use of wood and environmental damage. This research aims to explore and collect information about social conflict, namely the sources of social conflict that arise between the people of Kampung Buatan II and the plantation company PT. Wahana Subur Sawit Indah (WSSI) vehicle and to find out about the efforts made in the process of resolving social conflicts between village communities and the plantation company PT. Wahana Subur Sawit Indah (WSSI) vehicle. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. With a total of five subjects, they were also involved in the conflict that occurred, then it was the native people of the village who knew about the conflict and felt capable of defining and explaining a process of solving the problem based on existing facts. For data collection used were observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The theories used are conflict theory and social movement theory. Research in the field found that land conflicts were caused by companies not carrying out obligations that should be fulfilled by the company, as well as the emergence of Timber Utilization Permits (IPK), which then became a debate that led to conflict until now. The community has made various efforts to resolve the conflict, but the company still does not heed the things that have been agreed upon. Oil palm plantation companies and communities are always a record of cases of conflict that always exist and land conflicts are also classic problems and tend to drag on throughout the year.

This research aims to find out whether companies fall into the muzakki category in Islamic law. And to find out the basis of the company's zakat obligations according to Islamic law. This research was carried out using library research and paying attention to the field (Field Research). Literature study is a process of searching for various literature, the results of studies related to the research to be carried out. Literature study can be likened to a key that will open everything that can help solve research problems. The results of the research show that companies are included in the muzakki category in Islamic law, from the perspective of wealth that must be paid zakat, either as shakhshiyyah i'tibariyyah or as a substitute (representative) for shareholders. This is in accordance with Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 38 of 1999 concerning Zakat Management, Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management, and the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law. And including the decision of the Third Indonesian Fatwa Commission Ijtima' Ulama in 2009. Wahbah Zuhaili is of the opinion that factories and exploration buildings do not have zakat. The zakat is only on annual profits if it reaches the nishab syar'i and completes one year. And from the point of view of the group that is obliged to pay zakat. Namely Muslim, independent, fully owned, sufficient haul, sufficient nisab. So, a company is not a bukallaf that is burdened with various obligations, including zakat obligations. That the basis for company zakat obligations according to Islamic law is qiyas. Because in general, in corporate zakat there are similarities between activities carried out by companies and commerce, namely by selling or trading the products of a company. And because a company is essentially a business unit whose activity is trading which can take the form of a firm, trading company, CV, cooperative, PT and so on. because it is seen as based on trading or commerce activities. Therefore, the nishab is the same as the nishab for trade zakat, namely 85 grams of gold.   Keywords: Zakat, Company, Islamic Law

One tactic to achieve the goals this country seeks is economic growth. Economic development performance is measured based on a number of factors, including population growth, per capita income, unemployment, poverty level and balance of payments. However, in reality, this progress has not provided the best results because the community is still not the main beneficiary. Ultimately, all parties must rethink appropriate development plans to implement in our country considering the increasing rates of unemployment and poverty that are currently occurring. so that neglected communities no longer exist. Experts in the fields of economics, society and politics are starting to study how to achieve effective development without being plagued by unemployment and poverty. The interesting aspect of these studies actually comes from Muslim economists and thinkers. They present new options along with the development of new theories about Islamic economics. Adherents of sharia economics which are based on Islamic sharia principles are expected to behave professionally and demonstrate neatness, honesty, orderliness and regularity in their processes. This article aims to investigate how an Islamic economic perspective on development can address the problems of poverty, unemployment and equality, starting with the arguments given above.

Believing in every struggle we face today is something worth paying attention to. Recently we have seen many suicides occurring. In this case, we can assess a person's attitude in facing struggles, quite a few people now take shortcuts in dealing with problems, whereas we should be able to hope in God, no matter what problems occur in our lives. We can see a good example from the faith of a centurion in believing that Jesus would provide healing. Worldly problems can be answered by the great and extraordinary faith of this officer, who will be an example for today's congregation, so that they do not give up in facing every problem in their lives.

Marketing management strategy is a process that allows an organization or company to explore large market opportunities, increase sales, and achieve the desired level of profit. The importance of marketing management strategy also lies in its role as a vital tool in securing the company's position in business competition. The main goal of marketing is to carry out transactions, provide services, fulfill needs, and accommodate customer desires to ensure their satisfaction. The marketing function primarily involves product development. If there is a decline in the acceptance of products in circulation, additional steps in product development are needed to suit the dynamics of business development. In the context of the problems faced, the author focuses on two main problems: 1) how marketing management strategies can increase sales at the Sate Madura Cak Budi stall on Jalan Imam Bonjol and Cak Umar on Jalan Soekarno Hatta, 2) what factors support or hampering marketing management strategies in increasing sales at the two stalls. This research adopts qualitative research methods using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The main objective is to provide a detailed and structured explanation about the implementation of sharia marketing management strategies to increase sales at the Sate Madura stalls Cak Budi and Cak Umar. These two stalls apply a sharia marketing approach using the 4P marketing mix concept (product, price, promotion, place). The main supporting factors for this strategy are strategic locations that are easily accessible to consumers and communication strategies aimed at attracting customers from outside the Metro City area. However, the main obstacle for the Sate Cak Budi and Cak Umar stalls is the fairly tight competitive situation in the Metro City area.

Inventory is an important factor in carrying out a production. Many companies experience problems in terms of inventory control, one example is inventory scarcity. The purpose of this study is to optimize the need for goods so that the company will not experience problems with inventory shortages or inventory buildup. This study uses  the Min-Max method  by collecting data in the form of inventory of goods needs, ordering costs, and storage costs. The result of this study  is that the safety stock value  of 80,887-tons is useful for protecting and anticipating inventory shortages, so companies must be on guard when they are at that value. Then, the Reorder Point value was obtained at 108,165 tons. Furthermore, the value of the Minimum Inventory  is 269,879-tons and the Maximum Inventory is  378,044-tons so that companies are not recommended to have more inventory than that value.

This study focuses on solving the green economic load dispatch problem by considering the presence of green energy sources, including wind energy and solar power plants. The main objective function of the whole study is to minimize the total fuel cost (TFC) of all the thermal generating sources (TGSs) in the system. Moreover, the multiple selection of all TGSs is also evaluated. Fire hawk optimization (FHO) and the Zebra optimization algorithm (ZOA) are applied to solve the problem of achieving the best TFC value and satisfying all the constraints involved. The results indicated that ZOA can achieve a better optimal solution compared to FHO. Particularly, the results obtained by ZOA are completely superior to FHO in all comparison criteria at two load demand levels, such as Best TFC value (Best.Cost), Average TFC value (Aver.Cost), and Maximum TFC value (Max.Cost). On top of that, ZOA is the only algorithm of two applied ones providing the fast convergence capability to the optimal value of the main objective functions in two cases of load demand levels. Therefore, ZOA is an efficient search method to deal with such GELD problems.

In this research, there were obstacles or problems with students' activities and learning outcomes in less than optimal science content. The reason is due to a lack of skills in gathering information, still using conventional approaches, and one-way learning. The proposed solution is to apply a combination model of PBL, TGT, and Picture and Picture. The purpose of this research was to determine the activities and learning outcomes of grade 5 students at SDN Teluk Tiram 2 Banjarmasin, of which there were 20 students, including 7 boys and 13 girls. This research applies the PTK method and also uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. Qualitative data was obtained from teacher and student observations, while quantitative data came from personal written tests to evaluate student learning outcomes. The research results showed that teacher activity at meeting 4 reached 94% with the criteria "very good". Meanwhile, student activity reached 90% and student learning outcomes had reached the success indicator, namely a score of ≥81. Thus, this combination of models can effectively overcome this problem.

In the working area of the Sijamapolang Community Health Center, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, stunting is still relatively common. Stunting is important to handle because it concerns the quality of human resources. Stunting, apart from being a risk of hampering physical growth and susceptibility to disease, also causes barriers to cognitive development which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future. Stunting can be caused by various factors, including low nutritional intake in the first 1,000 days of life, from the fetus to a two-year-old baby. Apart from that, poor sanitation facilities, lack of access to clean water, and lack of environmental cleanliness are also causes of stunting. Poor hygiene conditions mean that the body has to fight extra hard against sources of disease, thus hampering the absorption of nutrients. Basically, stunting can be prevented from an early age. Of course, this can be done by increasing the family's insight or knowledge, especially mothers, regarding stunting prevention. By looking at the problems of these partners, the Community Partnership program aims to provide knowledge and information to the community so they can prevent and overcome the problem of stunting. The results achieved in this activity, namely, participants have knowledge about: the definition of stunting and its characteristics, the causes of stunting, the impacts of stunting, how to prevent and overcome stunting

This community service activity shows that the Puskad business incubator as part of the community can remain closely connected with the community that gave birth to it. For example, the problem of poverty which continues to haunt social life must continue to be eradicated. This can be alleviated, for example, by entrepreneurship or business development. Meanwhile, business development continued to develop over time, resulting in the rise of social media. With this service, we can see that people must share knowledge and experience with each other so that we can develop together. Therefore, answers from academics to problems and society can be displayed here. Using the participatory action research method, it was found that the way to increase the younger generation's understanding and knowledge of social media is to start with interaction. The differences that arise from social media training can be seen through the accuracy of conveying information to the appropriate target audience, equipment and communication facilities between creative actors, and budget conditions to meet the training and creativity needs of the community. The results of content creator training for entrepreneurs are: 1) Improved Communication Skills; 2) Increased Brand Awareness; 3) Increase interaction with customers; 4) Increase Conversions and Sales; 5) Marketing Cost Savings
