The aim of this research is to determine the development of business feasibility studies for Community House MSMEs. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The object of this research is Community House MSMEs. The results of this research are that Rumah Masyarakat MSMEs have a business license and are legally registered, the market and marketing aspects of Rumah Masyarakat have good market and marketing strategies so that now their products have been sold to various regions in Indonesia and even abroad such as Malaysia and Singapore, from the technical and technological aspects, community houses also have a system that runs well so that production and sales activities run smoothly, then the management aspect of Community Houses has a clear organizational structure and job description and also has definite criteria for recruiting candidates. employees, from the financial aspect Rumah Masyarakat started its business with the trust of its relationships, and as seen from the income and sales of RumahCommunity products which continue to increase, RumahCommunity can be said to be feasible and successful in running its business.

Alingbao is a food and beverage business in the city of Padang. The concept of cultural acculturation combines the traditional food of a race, namely Minangkabau and Chinese. This design aims to optimize the function and structure of Alingbao packaging, maximize the shape and visuals of the packaging so that information and brand awareness of the product is conveyed to consumers and potential consumers. This design uses the 4D method which consists of Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate with the development results in the form of pop-ups. The analysis method used is SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). The main media in this design are three packages consisting of primary and secondary packaging. The supporting media for this design are social media, menu price lists, cups, hanging banners, aprons and tape. The main and supporting media in the design have also gone through a feasibility test in the form of a prototype. Meanwhile, the feasibility test indicators themselves consist of packaging layout, packaging visual elements, structure, function and packaging materials. This aims to ensure that the packaging is suitable and suitable for use.

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, and capital structure on firm value in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index with corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable. The research design used is the casual design method. The population used in this study were companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2019-2021 period. purposive sampling technique was used in sampling so that 41 companies were obtained by analyzing data as many as 123 samples. The data analysis technique used is panel data analysis using the E-views program. The results showed that dividend policy has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, capital structure has a negative and significant effect on firm value, corporate social responsibility cannot moderate the effect of dividend policy on firm value, corporate social responsibility can moderate the effect of capital structure on firm value.

Determination of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2014 Number 244, Supplement to State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5587) in which several provisions in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government have been amended by Government Regulations In lieu of Law (PERPPU) Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, has automatically replaced Law Number 32 of 2004. The research carried out by the author uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, in particular by adopting the case study method. The focus of this research is to reveal information related to the research object with the aim of measuring its level of effectiveness. Based on the results of observations made by researchers, there are findings obtained from the Management of BUMDES Bahari Makmur, starting from reporting, management, information and communication, BUMDES activities, namely: Condition: there is no Good and Correct Financial Reporting, including Financial Reporting According to Regional Regulations No. 09 of 2013, there is no BUMDES organizational structure. Cause: lack of village government involvement, where BUMDES itself is an increase in the village budget. Consequence: BUMDES Bahari Makmur is not functioning as BUMDES is a Village Institution that must exist. 1. It is hoped that the Palang Village government should improve BUMDES reporting and reactivate BUMDES so that the village can get original income. This is important because BUMDES itself is mandatory. 2. It is hoped that the Palang village government can provide information about financial reporting and BUMDES management so that readers can get information about BUMDES management. 3. It is hoped that future researchers will be able to explore in more detail and expand the BUMDES financial management process with Regional Regulation Number 09 of 2013, because in this research it is limited to management and reporting, not access to financial reporting and BUMDES management.

Psychosexual theories view that the concept of self and the direction of sexual orientation of a person is formed from the early stages of childhood development - childhood, at which stage a person is strongly affected by the concept of oneself regarding the direction of sexual orientation. In the future, so, all of the psychosexual processes that have been undergone by those confused looking for sexual orientation, have finally found justification because of the compulsion of psychosocial narcissism themselves.

Universities certainly have a lot of important documents stored. Documents stored include scientific works in the form of journals. The journal that is kept has an identity so that if needed it will make it easier for people to find it. A library is a place to store scientific work, both in the form of journals and for storing other documents. The problem currently occurring is that there are so many documents or journals stored that it takes a long time for people who want to find information related to journals. The aim of this research is to provide a solution to make it easier for people who want to find information about many journals. The method proposed in this research is to use the information extraction method. Information extraction is the search for structured information such as entities and attributes. The stages carried out start from collecting the dataset which is then carried out preprocessing where this stage takes the form of converting documents with PDF extensions to documents with HTML extension. Apart from that, at this stage data cleaning is also carried out, meaning that at this stage it will be possible to create new paragraphs. Therefore, the new paragraph needs to be removed. Then the next stage is rule-based information extraction based on keywords and rules. The results of this research are that none of the 50 journal abstract documents failed so that the accuracy obtained was 100%. So the information extraction in this research can be used to search for information from journal abstracts.

This article discusses efforts to improve gross motor skills in young children in the RA SABILAL MUHTADIN school environment. This research focuses on the implementation of a special program designed to stimulate gross motor development through structured play activities. Research methods include observation, intervention, and evaluation of children's progress over a certain period of time. The results show that this approach was successful in significantly improving children's gross motor skills, making a positive contribution to their physical development in a formal education environment.    

This journal research aims to see the implementation of teacher perceptions in curriculum development. This research uses quantitative research by collecting structured data through measurement instruments such as questionnaires. From the results of observations through questionnaires or systematic observations regarding this curriculum change, first, this curriculum change has an effect on learning styles, for example, if previously teachers only relied on books and blackboards when teaching, now it is all digital and of course this also makes it easier for teachers to teach and makes it easier for students to receive material from the teacher and can also influence learning models or methods. Meanwhile, changes to the curriculum can improve the quality of education. With this curriculum change, there are also challenges faced by schools, one of which is that teachers need to be prepared to utilize technology effectively in the learning process and also how to implement it. So, in conclusion, this curriculum change is indeed important but must be adjusted to the curriculum and current developments. The large number of MSMEs in the city of Bandung, especially in the food sector, makes the city of Bandung a destination for people outside the city for culinary delights. One of the culinary delights that is currently popular and sought after by many people is spicy noodles. Ngonah Mie UMK is an UMK that makes and innovates products from spicy noodles. This MSME not only produces processed spicy noodles but also various other types of food or snacks such as aci meatballs and dumplings. Ngonah Noodles UMKM has a good structure and system in all aspects that support its business. Even though it was founded not long ago, this ngonah noodle business is actually able to compete with competitors who sell similar products.

The problem of self-love is still a social issue in society. Somethinc complements management company by creating a #RespectMyBody campaign as a form of concern for that issue. Through this campaign, Somethinc invites people to take care of their bodies as a form of appreciation and self-love. Through the #RespectMyBody campaign, Somethinc released a new product in the form of bodycare. Therefore, it is necessary to rebuild brand awareness. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the message of the #RespectMyBody public relations campaign has on bodycare Something brand awareness. The theory used in this research is Persuasive Public Relations Campaign Messages (Message Structure, Message Content, Framing, Language, Emotional Attraction). As well as Brand Awareness (Brand Recall, Brand Recognition, Purchase Decision, Consumption). This study uses a quantitative approach and survey method by distributing questionnaires to 98 samples determined using Taro Yamane calculations with probability sampling techniques. The measurement results for the X variable were 3.66 and the Y variable was 3.64. Meanwhile, the influence is 62.3%, while the remainder is 37.7%. By proving that there is an influence, the results of the hypothesis test obtained tcount 20.326 > ttable 1.661, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means the regression coefficient is significant, namely that there is an influence between the #RespectMyBody public relations campaign message on Somethinc bodycare brand awareness.

This research method uses a qualitative method, namely in the form of data described through words, not through numbers. Meanwhile, the technical data analysis used is the literature study method or literature study. Recognition of the existence of a transcendental structure interprets the reality of the existence of pure ideas, the source of which is outside the human self, has far and wide implications for life.

The problem of corruption in Indonesia has become a public conversation, both through the news, electronic media and social media. This is related to corruption cases and corrupt behavior that occurs everywhere. In fact, in almost all regions of Indonesia with various types and modes. Corrupt behavior has penetrated every element of the nation, even though we all know that corruption is immoral behavior. The large number of corruption cases requires efforts to prevent them, one of which is by strengthening anti-corruption attitudes. Strengthening anti-corruption attitudes is one way of education in forming a mental attitude in a person who is structured to behave anti-corruption. The aim of strengthening anti-corruption attitudes is broad and comprehensive depending on age, education and environment, as long as a person is able and able to receive character education. The importance of strengthening anti-corruption attitudes at SMP IT Gunungpati among teachers and students has led the Semarang State University service team to help overcome this problem by strengthening anti-corruption attitudes among students in the form of service "Strengthening Anti-Corruption Attitudes for Teachers and Students at SMP IT Gunungpati". This service focuses on (1) Providing teachers and students with an understanding of the importance of fighting corruption in the future; (2) Providing reinforcement to teachers regarding learning to instill anti-corruption values ​​in their students; (3) Providing training in implementing strengthening anti-corruption attitudes in daily life as a student; (4) Provide dedication to the implementation of anti-corruption characteristics within a certain period of time.The results of this service will later be published in the Regular National Journal with ISSN (Non Sinta) as well as print and electronic mass media and video. The objectives that are the objectives in implementing this community service activity are (1) Teachers and students have an understanding of anti-corruption character; (2) Teachers have anti-corruption character values ​​that can be applied to students; (3) Students understand how to implement anti-corruption characteristics; (4) Students are able to become initiators of the implementation of anti-corruption characteristics.

Purine substances are natural substances which are one of a group of chemical structures that make up DNA and RNA derived from the body's own production and from food. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge and behavior of the elderly to the prevention of increased gout at the Tampahan Health Center, Tampahan District, Toba Regency. This research was conducted from  Oktober to Desember 2023. Behavioral relationships. This research is a quantitative study using a Cross-sectional Design. The population in this study were all gout sufferers who came for treatment at the Tampahan Health Center, Tampahan  District, Toba Regency. The sample size was 35 respondents using a questionnaire. Data analysis used Chi-square test with significance level = 0.05. From the results of research on 35 respondents showed that the majority were knowledgeable enough as many as 20 people (57.1%), the majority of behavior was in the good category as many as 17 people (48.6%). While the majority for prevention in the good category were 27 people (80.0%). There is no relationship between the knowledge of the elderly about gout and the prevention of increased gout where X2 count < X2 table and there is a relationship between the behavior of the elderly with gout on the prevention of increased gout where the chi-square test X2 count > X2 table. For the elderly with gout to further increase their knowledge about preventing an increase in uric acid and pay attention to their health, especially in reducing consumption of high-protein foods and diligently self-examination to the health center.

Surabaya Single Windows (SSW) Alfa is an innovation program for licensing and non-licensing services from the Surabaya City Government. Surabaya Single Windows Alfa is a development application from a previous application called Surabaya Single Windows which was launched in 2013. With the SSW Alfa application, residents of the city of Surabaya can process service requests online. Gubeng Village consistently serves residents by using the digitalization system provided by the Surabaya City Government. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the Surabaya Single Windows Alfa digitalization service program in Gubeng Village, Gubeng District, Surabaya City based on the theory of Successful Program Implementation according to George Edward III which consists of Communication, Disposition, Resources and Bureaucratic Structure. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by collecting observation and interview data. The research results show that the Surabaya Single Windows Alfa program has been running well. However, in its implementation there are still several obstacles that hinder the implementation of the program. The inhibiting factors found in this research are the need for equal understanding of the application of Surabaya Single Windows Alfa for human resources in Gubeng Village and the lack of socialization to the community regarding the Surabaya Single Windows Alfa program. This results in many people still not understanding the terms or documents required for the application.

This study was conducted to analyze the classification of emotions of the main character in the novel 00.00 by Ameylia falensia using David Krech”s theory. The purpose of this tudy is determine the emotional  structure of the main characters in the novel that is the object of research. The concepts of gulit, seld-punishment, shame, hatred, and love become the main quotes in the novel 00.00 by Ameylia Falensia. The results showed that the main character in the novel experienced a wide range of emotions related to family problems and events. This study uses a comprehensive literary research methology to identify the emotional structure of the main characters and clasisify the emotions of the main characters in the novel that became the object og research. Thus, it can be concluded that the emotion of all Lengkara characters that is dominant arises in Lengkara, namely the emotion of sadness wich leads to aspects of losing something important to cause disappointment. While the less dominant emotion appears in Lengkara, namely the emotion of the concept of guilt which is characterized by aspects contrary to ethics and moral values.

This research aims to (1) determine the Inspectorate's supervisory function in preventing misuse of Village Funds and (2) to analyze and formulate what factors influence the Inspectorate's function in carrying out its function as a supervisory element to prevent misuse of Village Funds in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This type of research is empirical research, namely research that examines community behavior that arises due to the existence of a legal rule, or vice versa, the formation of a legal rule due to behavior in society by conducting field research and literature review. The results of this research show that the prevention process carried out The Regional Inspectorate prevents misuse of Village Funds by supervising and controlling the management of Village Funds. Factors that influence its effectiveness are legal substance: There are no regional regulations or regent regulations regarding supervisory procedures. Legal structure: The number of auditors is still limited. Legal culture: An inspection process that does not fully reach the field. Where the law applies: There are 7 sub-districts and 83 villages in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Infrastructure: Limited facilities for mobilization and the absence of an online site as a source of information and public complaints. The research conclusion shows that the supervision carried out by the Regional Inspectorate of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency has not been effective.

In presenting news, every media, especially online media, is required to always present news presentations that are able to attract readers in such a way. Issues in the news are conveyed through various media, one of which is online media. Likewise, Tempo media not only presents literacy media in the form of magazines, but also online media. The development of globalization and information has made it easy for various issues to spread, such as the issue of the existence of various gender terms currently, one of which is gender neutral which has become a news issue and is also an issue taken up by researchers. One of the gender neutral statements occurred in one of the UNHAS students as reported by Tempo.co. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques use observation and documentation. The aim of this research is to analyze the framing in the news about the expulsion of Hasanuddin University students who claim to be gender neutral by the online media Tempo.co using the Pan and Kosicki model based on the classification of four syntactic, script, thematic and rhetorical structures. The results of this research are that if it is concluded from Pan and Kosicki's four structures, there are several points in the news published by Tempo.co, namely first, the pros and cons of gender neutral recognition by a student. Second, the lecturer's attitude violates the code of ethics. Third, Tempo.co's stance is pro gender deviation.

Mental health is a very important aspect of an individual's well-being, and societal understanding plays a central role in shaping attitudes and responses to mental health issues. This research applies a psychodynamic approach to deepen society's understanding of mental health. This approach involves understanding psychodynamic concepts, such as unconscious conflict, self-defense, and personality structure, to explore the root causes of mental health problems in society. A psychodynamic approach is used to discuss how unequal access to resources and education can influence society's understanding of mental health. Empowerment strategies and increasing self-awareness are also recommended to overcome internal conflicts that can affect an individual's mental health.

This research attempts to uncover the manipulation of lexical relations in building cultural humor by applying embedded case study that uses qualitative methods to analyze data from the YouTube Shorts of the ISMO account. The data was purposively collected from popular videos on the channel. The analysis reveals that stand-up comedians use lexical relations, such as hyponymy, meronymy, antonymy, and homonymy, to create cultural humor through hook and punchline. Unlike previous studies, this research explains how lexical relations are constructed in humor with a hook-punchline structure. It also shows how certain types of lexical relations can be utilized by breaking them down into hook and punchline keywords or by combining them directly through stories or narratives. This information can serve as a reference not only for the audience but also for comedians to develop more creative methods of building humor.

 The purpose of this study research is to determine the financial position of the retail company, namely PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk in the last few years. The company's profit and loss report can be reviewed in the financial report to determine the company's financial condition. Each company has its own financial reports which aim to provide very useful information for both external and internal parties. Financial reports must be prepared in a structured and systematic manner.
