Youth are an important part of society and have a very strategic role in shaping the future of the country. However, youth are often less involved in the country's political and economic affairs, this creates problems that impact the quality of life of the community. Policies taken by the government often do not have a positive impact on youth, and do not prioritize their interests. This causes youth to not understand the importance of their role in shaping the future of the country and solving the problems they face. This activity aims to provide education to youth about democracy that is healthy, peaceful and in accordance with the time. Therefore, it is important to seek the role of youth in realizing democracy and a stable political economy, so that youth can play a more active role and have a positive impact on society.                                                                                                                               

This study aims to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics, venture capital, and accounting information systems with the success of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Quantitative methodology was used to validate this research. The sample size for this study was 42 SMEs from Bandar Setia Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, and Deli Serdang Regency. Questionnaires with Likert scale questions were used for this study. Multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination are used in SPSS 24 to test the hypothesis after the questionnaire is distributed and verified for validity, reliability, and the classical assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. According to the results of this study, the entrepreneurial mindset can increase the efficiency of small and medium enterprises. shows how having an entrepreneurial bent can help small and medium-sized businesses succeed. Accounting information systems have an effect on the performance of SMEs, as evidenced by research findings, indicating that adopting such systems can enhance organizational success. Data studies reveal that when a company's capital decreases, it has a negative impact on the company's success. 

Pengaruh strategi pasar internasional yang diadopsi oleh perusahaan ritel PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk (Alfamart) di Indonesia. Dalam studi kasus ini, kami fokus pada industri perdagangan modern untuk menggambarkan bagaimana strategi pasar internasional berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan dan keberhasilan perusahaan. Dari Hasil review mengenai penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa strategi pasar internasional yang diterapkan oleh Alfamart memiliki dampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan dan posisinya di pasar ritel Indonesia. Beberapa strategi yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini antara lain ekspansi geografis, diferensiasi produk, penggunaan teknologi informasi, dan kemitraan dengan pemasok lokal. Dan kami juga  menemukan bahwa ekspansi geografis menjadi salah satu faktor kunci dalam strategi pasar internasional Alfamart. Dengan membuka toko-toko baru di berbagai daerah di Indonesia, Alfamart berhasil mendapatkan pangsa pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan kehadirannya di tingkat nasional. Selain itu, diferensiasi produk dan penggunaan teknologi informasi telah membantu Alfamart menarik pelanggan dengan menyediakan produk yang beragam dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.Selain itu, kemitraan dengan pemasok lokal juga terbukti berhasil dalam strategi pasar internasional Alfamart. Dengan bekerja sama dengan pemasok lokal, Alfamart dapat menawarkan produk-produk lokal yang relevan dengan preferensi pelanggan di masing-masing daerah. Hal ini tidak hanya meningkatkan hubungan dengan pemasok lokal, tetapi juga memberikan keuntungan kompetitif bagi Alfamart dalam menghadapi pesaing di pasar ritel.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pasar internasional memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan pada pertumbuhan dan keberhasilan perusahaan ritel seperti Alfamart. Dalam konteks industri perdagangan modern di Indonesia, strategi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kehadiran pasar, meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, dan meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan ritel lainnya juga dapat mengadopsi strategi serupa untuk mencapai keberhasilan di pasar internasional.

Nganjuk is a Kabupaten in the province of East Java, Indonesia. One of the sub-districts in Nganjuk, Rejoso sub-district, Ngadiboyo village, is a potential producer of shallots. We found that the Ngadiboyo village area is a potential producer of shallots. In addition to shallots, residents use their farmland to grow commodities such as soya and green beans. However, the problem we identified with the village's economy is the need for home industry-based businesses that utilize the main crops to be sold as ready-to-consume products. On this occasion, we want to develop the sale of shallot products to increase the economic stability of the Ngadiboyo Village community. Community service is carried out with a mentoring method through attracting community participation. Assistance to attract participation is focused on developing sales through social media, product photos, and e-commerce. Sales development activities on shallot products are one of the activities to help increase community sales. Implementing this activity is expected to increase sales to help the economy. Therefore, this community service activity is hoped to change the community of shallot product sellers.

Berdasarkan data dari badan pusat stasistik (BPS), Indonesia mengalami kontransi pertumbuhan ekonomi pada tahun 2020. Hal ini menyebabkan perekonomian mengalami deflasi atau penurunan drastis karena perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia mempunyai pergerakan yang kurang stabil. Perubahan yang terjadi dipengaruhi adanya pandemi covid-19.Pemerintah indonesia mengeluarkan kebijakan guna mengurangi penyebaran virus covid-19. Namun kebijakan tersebut menyebabkan berkurangnya jumlah konsumsi rumah tangga. Konsumsi di Indonesia yang tidak terkendali menyebabkan perekonomian mengalami penurunan, untuk itu pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk memulihkan perekonomian, pemerintah melaksanakan kebijakan dan membangun kerjasama dengan masyarakat ataupun pelaku usaha UMKM sebagai peran utama pada pergerakan pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia dan mendorong percepatan efektivitas ekonomi disetiap daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji upaya perlindungan konsumen dari segi pengawasan pemerintah dalam kasus minyak goreng curah dengan logo halal palsu di Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendakatan perundang-undangan dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masyarakat, lembaga perlindungan konsumen swadaya masyarakat dan pemerintah berperan secara bersamaan dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap produk yang beredar di pasaran dalam kasus minyak goreng curah dengan logo halal palsu, sesuai dengan amanat UUD 1945 serta Undang-undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen bahwa tujuan pengawasan ini dilakukan untuk melindungi segenap bangsa dalam hal ini konsumen dalam upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan. Dilakukan penindakan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku oleh kepolisian agar memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku usaha.  

Law is a tool for regulating people's lives with a coercive nature and requires people to follow existing rules. The law is made for the benefit of the people and contains the norms of life as a guide in society. Death penalty is a punishment with the most severe sanction scale for perpetrators of extraordinary crimes such as narcotics, premeditated murder, terrorism, and crimes against state security. However, the application of death penalty in Indonesia is controversial because it violates Human Rights (HAM) and the right to life guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution Article 28A paragraph (1). Even though there is an update in the latest Criminal Code (KUHP) which regulates probation for 10 years, pros and cons still occur in the application of death penalty. Various views on capital punishment exist, in which some consider human rights and the principles of justice. However, the death penalty must be applied carefully and pay attention to human rights.

Gadgets have an important role in human life. In addition, the gadget also has a negative impact on its users. This negative impact is caused by use not in accordance with the actual function, especially children. The purpose of this service activity is 1) to provide information about children's cognitive development, 2) to provide information regarding technological developments and their impact on child development, and 3) to provide information on the impact of gadgets on children's development and solutions for dealing with children who are addicted to gadgets. The methods used in this dedication are lectures, discussions, problem solving solutions. This dedication activity was carried out at Plus Muhammadiyah Pancor Elementary School. The results of this dedication show that the participants were enthusiastic and active in discussion activities during the activity.

The pile foundation is a deep foundation that is often used in the construction of high-rise buildings and small-scale buildings. The foundation is required to have a greater bearing capacity than the load on it. This study aims to determine the maximum bearing capacity of the foundation against the work load including the additional load from the 15-story Lamongan Muhammadiyah University building which was found to be cracked. Calculation of the bearing capacity of a single pile is carried out to determine the bearing capacity of a single pile using the Mayerhoff, Reese O'neil, and Reese and Wright method. Calculation of the bearing capacity of group piles is carried out to determine the bearing capacity of piles in one group using the Converse-Labarre, Los Angle Group, and Seiler-Keeney methods. Controlling the bearing capacity of single and group pile foundations, whether they are able to withstand the load on them using the axial loads and moments obtained. The results of the calculation of the bearing capacity of a single pile foundation at a depth of 30 m using the Meyerhoff calculation method obtained the carrying capacity of a single pile permit (Q_a) at point DB-1 of 916,80 tons and DB-2 of 916,80 tons, Reese and O' neil obtained Power single pile permit bearing (Q_a) at point DB-1 of 668,67 tons and DB-2 of 668,67 tons, Reese and Wright obtained single pile permit bearing capacity (Q_a) at point DB-1 of 1.070,08 tons and a DB-2 of 1.070,08 tons, while the shamanic strength of the largest pile group foundation was obtained using the Converse-Labarre method with ultimate bearing capacity using the Reese anad Wright method, bearing configuration from the pile group capacity (Q_g) (2 x 2) obtained at point DB -1 of 9.733,45 tons and DB-2 of 9.733,45 tons, configuration (2 x 3) at point DB-1 of 13.810,45 tons and DB-2 of 13.810,45 tons, configuration (3 x 2 ) at point DB-1 of 13.810,45 tons and DB-2 of 13.810,45 tons. The results of controlling the bearing capacity of the foundation by looking at the value of the allowable bearing capacity is greater than the value of the axial load (P ≤ Q_g). From the calculation of the bearing capacity of the piles it can be concluded that the pile foundations at points DB-1 and DB-2 are safe.

Tujuan Studi ini untuk mengetahui pengaturan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen terhadap permasalahan perlindungan konsumen terhadap produk Kosmetik Sarah Sheilkha yang belum mendapat izin dari BPOM tetapi sudah diedarkan di masyarakat. Studi ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan serta bahan hukum sekunder yaitu buku-buku mengenai hukum perlindungan konsumen dan jurnal ilmiah dari penelitian sebelumnya yang pernah ada. Hasil Studi menunjukkan bahwa Produk kosmetik yang diedarkan oleh Sarah Sheilka belum mendapatkan izin BPOM untuk diedarkan Namun, karena untuk memenuhi perizinan pengedaran kosmetik di Indonesia harus tetap memerlukan izin dari BPOM.  Untuk mengedarkan sebuah kosmetik harus memenuhi standar BPOM di setiap negara. Karena dengan adanya BPOM tersebut dapat mengetahui apakah bahan - bahan pembuatan kosmetik dari pelaku usaha itu sesuai dengan pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 dengan tidak melanggar hak konsumen dan kewajiban pelaku usaha.

Hadirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen ini adalah sebagai upaya untuk memastikan kepastian hukum demi memberikan perlindungan kepada konsumen, sebab ada kalanya pelaku usaha melanggar kewajibannya sehingga hak-hak konsumen menjadi tidak terpenuhi, seperti yang terjadi dengan seorang konsumen yang tidak diberikan hadiah yang sesuai ketika membeli sebuah produk kecap sedaap di supermarket, di mana seharusnya ia mendapatkan hadiah piring keramik sebagaimana yang tertera di label produk kecap sedaap tersebut, tetapi ia justru diberikan hadiah piring kaca. Penelitian ini menganalisis terkait apakah konsumen tersebut termasuk yang dilindungi oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, menganalisis terkait hak-hak konsumen dan kewajiban-kewajiban pelaku usaha yang dilanggar berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, menganalisis terkait pertanggungjawaban PT. Wings Surya atas dilanggarnya hak konsumen tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian hukum normatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa konsumen yang dimaksud termasuk ke dalam konsumen dilindungi oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, dan terdapat beberapa hak-hak konsumen dan kewajiban-kewajiban pelaku usaha yang dilanggar yang diatur, yaitu pada Pasal 4, Pasal 7, Pasal 8, Pasal 10, dan Pasal 13 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen serta PT. Wings Surya dapat diminta pertanggung jawabannya atas dilanggarnya hak konsumen karena di produk kecap sedaap tersebut terdapat logo dengan keterangan Wings Food yang berhadiahkan gratis piring keramik tersebut, yang mana Wings Food merupakan salah satu produk dari PT. Wings Surya.

Internet  adalah suatu  akses yang sangat diminati  oleh orang-orang  di seluruh dunia. Di dalam  kehidupan  sehari-hari,  internet  digunakan oleh  manusia, salah satunya adalah jual-beli. Namun  demikian,  permasalah  yang  muncul  dari  jual  beli  online  sangat  beragam,  mulai  dari keamanan data diri hingga respon penjual yang kurang peka terhadap keluhan yang disampaikan pembeli.  Berkaitan dengan masalah  yang ada, tentunya pelaku  usaha  harus responsive,  karena respon atau  tanggung jawab  pelaku  usaha terhadap  keluhan  konsumen memiliki dampak besar bagi toko online atau online shop  itu sendiri.   Perkembangan hukum bisnis saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Selain itu,  perkembangan teknologi juga kemajuan dan hukum harus mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Di  Indonesia  mulai  berkembang istilah-istilah  suatu perbuatan  yang disebut transaksi jual-beli secara  online.  Mungkin  itu  akan  terjadi  menimbulkan  masalah  hukum.  Di  era  yang  sudah modern  ini,  banyak  konsumen  yang  lebih  memilih untuk  berbelanja dan melakukan transaksi jual-beli  melalui internet agar lebih  memudahkan, salah satunya melalui  situs Belanja Shopee. Meskipun,  pemerintah  dan  pihak  shopee  selaku  pelaku  usaha     telah  memberikan  jaminan mengenai   hak  konsumen  dalam  Undang-Undang,  faktanya  konsumen  yang  haknya  sering dikesampingkan  oleh pelaku usaha  masih banyak sehingga membuat konsumen merasa dirinya dirugikan pada saat bertransaksi di situs Shopee.Perlindungan  hukum  terhadap  konsumen  dalam  transaksi  jual-beli  online,  diperlukan untuk mendapatkan penegasan tanggung jawab sehubungan dengan praktik jual-beli online serta masalah  wanprestasi yang  disebabkan oleh  pelaku usaha.  Sejauh  mana peran marketplace  dan pelaku usaha ikut bertanggung jawab atas kerugian wanprestasi yang diderita konsumen. Shopee merupakan  salah satu  perusahaan yang mengubah  proses bisnisnya  melalui e-commerce,  yang berfokus   Pada   bidang   jual-beli   online.   Sehubungan   dengan   undang-undang  perlindungan konsumen  di  Indonesia,  telah  diatur  dalam  Undang-Undang  Nomor  8  Tahun  1998  Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. According to data collected by Bandar Lampung Police, between the beginning of the year and the end of 2022, officers handled 2,898 incidents, including 502 reports of motor vehicle theft, 247 reports of theft with aggravation, and 78 reports of theft with violence. The purpose of this article is to describe the legal policy of violent motorcycle theft. This research is a normative legal research, in this research the elements of the crime of theft with violence as formulated in Article 365 of the Criminal Code are studied. The results showed that a person who commits the crime of motorcycle theft with violence can be caught under Article 356 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the factors that cause a person to commit a violent motorcycle theft are economic factors, social environment, opportunity, and less than optimal law enforcement.

By forming an entrepreneurship program that facilitates students, they will learn directly in the world of business by selling food products. it is also wrong to support the needs of the institution in the future. the purpose of conducting this research is to find out what efforts are made on the role of santri in the economic cycle of Islamic boarding schools. This study uses qualitative research methods with an ethnographic approach. and the theoretical basis used as an analytical knife is the structural-functional theory put forward by Talcot Parson. data collection using interviews, observation and documentation

This community service aims to enhance the information systems project management skills of students through website development training. The methods employed include initial study, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the community service demonstrate the successful improvement of students' information systems project management skills through the training and website development activities. Evaluation using questionnaires reveals that all students rated the training as "good". Moreover, the community service proved to be effective in achieving the goal of enhancing students' skills. Recommendations include the continuation of sustained training, further exploration of theoretical concepts, collaboration with industry partners, and ongoing evaluation. The theoretical implications highlight the applicability of information systems project management concepts in website development.

Dalam artikel ini, literatur tentang sistem informasi akuntansi dikaji mengenai variabel yang memengaruhi sistem informasi, termasuk sumber daya manusia, bisnis, dan teknologi. Membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel adalah tujuan dari tulisan ini. Hasil penelitian literatur ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Pengaruh Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Sistem Informasi; 2) Pengaruh Bisnis terhadap Sistem Informasi; dan 3) Pengaruh Teknologi terhadap Sistem Informasi.

The background of this research is on the subject of Islamic Religious Education that teachers still rarely use the discovery learning learning model in learning so that students are not effective in participating in the learning process and when students are given assignments by the teacher, almost all students in class VII cannot do the assignments given, so symptoms or phenomena are found, especially in subjects Islamic Religious Education, namely the learning outcomes of class VII students are still relatively low and have not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, namely 75. The purpose of this research is to find out whether student learning outcomes have increased by applying the discovery learning model to the eyes Islamic religious education lessons. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, Jujuhan Ilir District, Bungo Regency, Jambi, even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, which consisted of 15 male students and 5 female students. In collecting data the author uses the method of observation, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, where the data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in the form of percentages. The results of this study are that the application of discovery learning learning models can improve student learning outcomes in the material Al-Khulafaur Ar Rasyidun The Successor of the Struggle of the Prophet Muhammad. Before the action, it was known that 8 students had completed with 40% classical completeness, in cycle I, 12 students had completed with 60% classical completeness, in cycle II, 18 students had completed with 90% classical completeness. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the discovery learning model it can improve student PAI results at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis takwil ayat mutasyabihat dalam Al-Qur'an Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dengan Surah An-Nisa Ayat 6 yang berkaitan dengan pembagian harta anak yatim. Ayat-ayat ini menyoroti pentingnya keadilan dalam membagi harta anak yatim dan memberikan pedoman bagi umat Islam dalam melakukan pembagian yang adil. Dalam masyarakat Muslim, perhatian terhadap anak yatim adalah salah satu prinsip utama dalam ajaran agama. Islam menggarisbawahi perlunya perlindungan dan keadilan terhadap anak yatim, termasuk dalam hal pembagian harta mereka. Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6 dalam Al-Qur'an memberikan arahan kepada umat Islam mengenai bagaimana harus memperlakukan harta anak yatim dan mewariskannya secara adil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir al-Qur'an. Data yang digunakan adalah ayat-ayat mutasyabihat yang terdapat dalam Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6. Untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang makna ayat-ayat tersebut, berbagai tafsir dari para ulama terkemuka dikaji dan dibandingkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa takwil ayat mutasyabihat dalam Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6 adalah bahwa pembagian harta anak yatim harus dilakukan dengan adil, menjaga hak-hak anak yatim, dan menghindari penyalahgunaan kekuasaan. Ayat-ayat tersebut memberikan pedoman yang jelas bagi umat Islam dalam melakukan pembagian harta anak yatim, dengan memastikan bahwa mereka mendapatkan bagian yang adil dan tidak terjadi penyalahgunaan harta oleh pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan harta tersebut. Keadilan dalam pembagian harta anak yatim merupakan aspek penting dalam agama Islam. Hal ini sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam yang mendorong umat Muslim untuk bersikap adil dan berbuat baik terhadap anak yatim. Pembagian harta yang adil akan memberikan kepastian dan keamanan bagi anak yatim, serta memperkuat rasa keadilan dan persaudaraan dalam masyarakat Muslim. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman terhadap takwil ayat mutasyabihat dalam Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6, khususnya dalam konteks pembagian harta anak yatim. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menerapkan prinsip-prinsip keadilan dalam praktik pembagian harta anak yatim, serta memberikan perlindungan dan perhatian yang layak terhadap mereka.
