Digital transformation has changed the paradigm in the world of education, having a significant impact on learning and teaching methods. This article discusses key aspects of this transformation, such as greater information accessibility, the development of 21st century skills, digital literacy, and various forms of online, distance, personalized and lifelong learning. Digital assessments have also become an important element in measuring student progress. This transformation not only brings opportunities, but also challenges that require collaboration, innovation and interesting learning experiences. The importance of understanding the implications of digital transformation in the world of education is emphasized to face rapid technological changes. The research method used is library research which comes from books and journals, so that the truth can be verified. Technological advances will bring many changes, information will arrive very quickly, learning will be easy to do, making interaction easier.

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the personnel control system at PT ABC Surabaya. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method while data collection methods are carried out through interviews, documentation and observation. The research results show that the implementation of the personnel control system at PT ABC Surabaya has been implemented effectively except for the placement element.

Covid-19 is a virus  that can cause disease,  both in humans and in animals, in humans it can cause respiratory tract infections such as Middle East Respiratory Syndroma (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndroma (SARS). Research purposes to find out description of the level of satisfaction of nurses in treating covid-19 patients. Type of qualitative research with descriptive research design. The total population is 31 nurses who area in isolation rooms A and B with  total sampling. The results showed that the highest nurse satisfaction was very satisfied as many as 18 people and there were 12 nurses with a satisfied level of satisfaction and the lowest was dissatisfied with 1 person. So it was concluded that most nurses were very satisfied in handling covid-19 . Suggestions are that nurses are expected to continue to provide mutual support and motivation in providing services to patients, in order to get satisfaction in serving and patients also feel satisfied with the services provided.

PAK teachers not only act as resource persons in the learning process, but more than that is to provide good examples as their contribution to shaping the spirituality and character of students. The purpose of this study is to find out how the contribution of PAK teachers in schools to the formation of spirituality and student character in the era of disruption. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The author collects and analyzes information from various literatures such as books, journals and other scientific articles and draws conclusions. The success of a PAK teacher in the formation of spirituality and student character starts from himself by becoming a role model both in terms of spirituality, intellectual, moral and social aspects.

SPADA Untirta is an online learning system implemented at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (UNTIRTA) to make it easier for Untirta students to learn both face to-face and online. SPADA Untirta has many benefits in increasing student learning activities. However, despite the many benefits that SPADA has, there are several things that can hinder the use of SPADA. The aim of this research is to determine the use of SPADA Untirta communication technology in improving learning activities and to find out what obstacles and things cause the use of SPADA Untirta to be hampered. The method that researchers used in this research is a qualitative research method. The technique that the researcher uses in this research is a phenomenological study research technique where the researcher wants to understand the direct experience of the person being studied. Phenomenological studies focus on in-depth descriptions of how individuals experience a phenomenon or event. In this research, researchers used phenomenological theory. This theory emphasizes a deeper understanding of the life experiences of individuals or groups and observing the meaning of the phenomena they experience.

Meanwhile, the most prominent personality aspect of the character Alister is the id aspect, so Alister has a personality that tends to be difficult to control himself and easily influences situations. The novel Teluk Alaska by Eka Aryani is suitable to be used as literature teaching material in high school, it can clearly help and support as a means of supporting the enrichment of students' reading in addition to certain novels which are used as learning material by literature teachers. It can be seen from the perspective of language, mental maturity (psychology) of students, and cultural background.

In an effort to deal with opportunities for crime in the world of e-business, companies must prioritize information security, strict policy implementation, education and training for employees, as well as partnerships with security and government agencies. This research uses a qualitative literature study method by obtaining secondary data through published journal articles with the question "Are there many opportunities for crime in the utilization or use of e-business?". Based on this, it is clear that there are still many opportunities for crime in the digital business world and continue to occur, where the crimes that often occur are fraud, hacking, as well as cybercrime and cyberfraud.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal protection for consumers in the inclusion of food labels according to Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection. This research is an empirical juridical research. This research framework departs from the conception of the law on consumer protection which contains legal protection for consumers in the inclusion of food labels according to Law No. 8 on consumer protection. This research is an empirical juridical research on five resource persons. The data is analyzed descriptively-qualitatively. Based on the results of the research, the criteria for food label violations according to Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection are label falsification, false information, expiration, incomplete labels, inappropriate quality, unsubstantial health claims, illegal labels, lack of compliance with regulations, and health hazards. Legal protection for consumers in food labeling violations according to Law No. 8/1999 on consumer protection, which aims to protect the rights and interests of consumers and encourage healthy and fair business practices. Violation of this law can result in legal action and sanctions against business actors who violate consumer rights. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of waste management in Oesapa Village in terms of Kupang City Regional Regulation No. 4/2011 on the implementation of reducing household waste and similar household waste. This research is an empirical juridical research where this research was conducted in Oesapa Village, Kelapa Lima Sub-district, Kupang City. This research uses interview guidelines for fifteen resource persons. The data was analyzed descriptively-qualitatively. The purpose of this article is to determine the forms of leadership in the elderly. The elderly group is the last stage of maturity in a person's life, which requires some kind of Christian education or church teachings, but not everyone reaches that age, so this age is often called the golden age. Most people think they don't need special education as they get older. What is meant by elderly is a person who has reached the age of 60 years and whose physical strength has weakened to such an extent that they are no longer able to earn a living. their strength or endurance and work are already limited. Spiritual formation for the elderly is very necessary to strengthen the faith of the elderly in their old age, whose physical abilities are increasingly decreasing, causing many problems for the elderly. Therefore, by using qualitative methods and a literary approach it can be concluded that the forms of spiritual education given to the elderly are: visits to nursing homes, counseling, worship/fellowship for the elderly, catechism before death, visits to nursing homes. leading prayer and meditation, involving the elderly in services and helping the elderly when they are sick. That's what coaches really need to give to seniors.    

Indonesia as a country with various religions, tribes, cultures, races, customs and so on has values that are believed to be true. Therefore, this research will discuss the importance of character education for generation Z, as well as the role of family, school, and society in building good morality and ethics in generation Z. The method used in this research is a research study. The method used in this research is a literature study. The data collected will be analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are: 1) character education is very important to be given by someone from an early age because it can shape the person to grow up with good character; 2) the role of family, school, and society is also very influential in shaping a person's character, because from the environment, people will see and imitate what is taught in the environment. The purpose of this study is to analyse the juridical review of the inheritance of a convert heir to a non-moslem sibling in the perspective of Islamic inheritance law in Indonesia. This research was conducted using descriptive analytical normative legal research, using secondary data obtained from literature studies as the main data and using primary data, namely related legislation as supporting data, research data collection techniques using library research, and data analysis using qualitative juridical data analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the judge's legal considerations when examined based on Islamic law, the siblings are already Catholic. A person who is of a different religion from the heir is cut off from the right to inherit because it is hindered by law, this is as the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and Article 171 letter c KHI. Article 172 KHI also states that a person's Islamic faith, apart from being seen from the Identity Card, can also be seen from confession or practice or testimony. The settlement of inheritance of different religions can be found through the Ijtihad method.

The problem in this research is that many social media users give opinions or views that the female artist with the real name Chintya, who is an Indonesian citizen living in Germany or better known as Bunda Corla, is a transgender. This was conveyed clearly on social media Instagram and Tiktok without supporting evidence. This is an activity of defamation, an attempt to influence other people to believe in their opinions or views to the detriment of one party. If we look at the criminal law and violations of the misuse of the right to freedom of expression on social media and the criminal sanctions for criminal acts of defamation under the guise of freedom of opinion, this already refers to 3 crimes, defamation, unpleasant acts and violations of human rights. . Persons involved in defamation cases can be charged with criminal penalties for acts of insult and/or defamation on the internet. Especially for internet users, criminal threats through Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 of the ITE Law. Through this provision, internet users can also be subject to coercive measures considering the maximum penalty is 5 years in prison.
