The transformation of affirmative action policies in the digital era serves as a strategic step to improve the Gender Empowerment Index (GEM) and accelerate gender equality in Indonesia. These policies focus on enhancing women's access to economic, political, and educational sectors, leveraging opportunities provided by digital technology. However, several challenges remain, such as limited internet access, low digital literacy, patriarchal social norms, and underrepresentation of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) sectors. The government has implemented several initiatives, including a 30% quota for women's representation in parliament, empowering women-owned MSMEs through Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), and offering scholarships to increase women's participation in STEM and technology fields. In addition, affirmative policies within state-owned enterprises (BUMN) aim to promote female leadership in strategic positions. Despite some progress, the gender gap in the digital economy and the risk of gender-based violence online remain significant issues that require further attention.Policy recommendations include improving access to technology and digital literacy for women, providing incentives for companies that promote gender equality, and strengthening protection against online gender-based violence. Collaboration between the government, private sector, and civil society is essential to ensure the successful implementation of affirmative action policies in the digital era. This transformation is expected not only to enhance the IDG but also to empower women to actively contribute to inclusive and sustainable economic development.

This study examines the multifaceted impact of financial inclusion on industrial societies, focusing on its role in economic growth, social equity, digital transformation, and industrial development. Using a mixed-method approach combining systematic literature review and case studies from five industrial countries (Germany, South Korea, the United States, China, and Brazil), we analyze the mechanisms through which financial inclusion influences societal outcomes. Our findings reveal that financial inclusion significantly contributes to economic growth, with a 10% increase in inclusion indicators associated with a 0.2-0.7% rise in GDP growth rates. Moreover, we identify synergistic effects between financial inclusion and digital transformation, notably in mobile banking adoption. The study also highlights persistent challenges, including urban-rural divides and gender disparities in financial access. Cross-cutting themes emerge, emphasizing the importance of integrated policy approaches, regulatory innovation, and public-private partnerships in advancing financial inclusion. These insights offer valuable guidance for policymakers and financial institutions in designing effective strategies to leverage financial inclusion for sustainable and equitable economic development in industrial contexts.

Early marriage is a phenomenon that is rampant in society, especially teenagers. Tradition and gender inequality are the main factors of early marriage. Significant impacts are experienced by adolescents due to early marriage. This study aims to describe the impact of early marriage on adolescents caused by traditional factors and gender gaps. The research method used is literature study analysis and documentation study by observing documentary videos. Coding and tabulation processes were carried out to test the validity and reliability of the data. The results showed that early marriage in adolescents is influenced by tradition and the gender gap. This suggests factors such as family pressure, local traditions, and lack of opportunities in education may reinforce the practice of early marriage. Emile Durkheim's structural functional theory analysis also highlights how early marriage functions in maintaining social stability, but also emphasizes the need to reduce the negative impact on gender inequality. Concrete measures such as sexual education, women's empowerment, and policy changes are needed to address the problem of early marriage in adolescents.

Marriage involves individual rights such as opinion, privacy and non-discrimination. Early marriage is the practice of marriage involving one or both partners who are still young, where both are still under the legal age or generally recognized age of adulthood. Early marriage can be influenced by various factors, namely social, economic, cultural and educational pressures. Family involvement, cultural norms, and gender inequality can also play an important role in the decision to marry early. Early marriage of minors creates a number of legal problems, which involve violations of children's rights and also gender inequality. The age for marriage must be completely mature, which is 19 years for men and 16 years for women. If both of them are still young, or you could say like young onions, their marriage will always be filled with problems. Both of them still have the same high level of ego, are still children and still only think for a few days. In Indonesia, Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning early marriage, namely the minimum age for marriage. Law no. 16 of 2019, regulates the second amendment to Law no. 1 of 1974 confirms that the minimum age limit is 19 years for men, and 16 years for women. A woman is someone who has reproductive organs which are related to the ability to give birth to children. Meanwhile, a man is someone who has reproductive organs that play a role in reproduction itself. In Indonesia, the case of early marriage is still a very serious and vulnerable issue. As reported by the KEMENKO PMK, it was stated that there were around 1.2 million cases of early marriage in Indonesia. Where, the proportion of women aged 20-24 years who were married before the age of 18 was 11.21% of the total number of children. This means that around 1 in 9 women aged 20-24 years were married as children. Meanwhile, around 1 in 100 men aged 20-24 years were married as children. Due to the large number of cases regarding underage marriage, the government's role must be agile and fast in dealing with important cases like this. The government must play a role in preventing how to prevent cases of underage marriage from increasing every year.

This study was conducted to understand the impact of social media on the mental health of early adults in Bekasi. Social media has become an inseparable part of individuals' daily lives, and its impact on mental health needs further investigation. This research employs a quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires completed by 62 early adult respondents in Bekasi. Data analysis was conducted using the Independent Sample T-Test and correlation tests. In this study, we found no significant relationship between mental health and gender, indicating that both men and women are equally vulnerable to the negative effects of social media on mental health. However, there was a significant relationship between age and frequency of social media use with mental health, where older respondents exhibited better mental health conditions. Conversely, higher frequency of social media use correlated with a decline in mental health quality. These findings also indicate that excessive social media use can have a negative impact on the mental health of early adults, possibly due to factors such as exposure to negative content, social comparison, and addiction. This study emphasizes the importance of balanced and responsible social media use to maintain the mental health of early adults.

Human rights are inherent to the essence and existence of humans as creatures of God Almighty, and they are gifts that must be respected, upheld, and protected by the state, law, government, and every individual for the dignity and protection of human beings. Domestic violence (KDRT) is a violation of human rights, a crime against human dignity, and a form of discrimination that must be eliminated. The focus is on the legal protection efforts for women victims of domestic violence and the prevention and mitigation efforts against violence towards women. In conclusion, to improve this situation, integrating restitution into the criminal justice system is a solution to be considered. Therefore, while the PKDRT marks a significant step in legal protection for victims of domestic violence, integrating restitution and increasing awareness and commitment from all involved parties are crucial to ensuring better protection and justice for victims of domestic violence in Indonesia. Thus, to enhance the effectiveness of handling violence against women, good coordination among various institutions and disciplines is needed, along with strong commitment from society, law enforcement agencies, and the government to take necessary actions to create a safe and just environment for women. Recommendations for discussion include legal education and awareness, integrated protection, strengthening of medical evidence, socialization and funding, effective criminal prioritization, and restitution as an alternative. The formation of an integrated committee, strengthening gender-sensitive legal systems, education and attitude change in society, establishment of crisis centers or shelters, firm repressive actions, and integration of anti-violence norms are also suggested.

Transgenders are a minority group in society who are vulnerable to discrimination. This research aims to analyze whether the state's recognition and protection arrangements for transgender individuals in Indonesia are in accordance with human rights principles, and also to analyze how the ideal legal construction for transgender individuals is in accordance with human rights principles. In this research, the research method used is normative legal research with a conceptual and comparative approach. The results of the research obtained are that in general Indonesia has regulated the protection of human rights for Indonesian people in accordance with human rights principles. However, in this case the legal culture of Indonesian society is one of the factors why discrimination against transgender individuals still often occurs. So it is necessary to establish an ideal legal construction that is expected to be beneficial for all parties, in this context beneficial for society in general and transgender individuals in particular. An understanding of the principles of balanced human rights is needed to maintain stability in society. An in-depth study of transgender is also needed to understand and to be able to provide effective solutions in handling the transgender phenomenon in Indonesia.
