Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: (1) aspek struktural Cerpen Nasihat-Nasihat karya A.A Navis(2) aspek psikologis Cerpen Nasihat-Nasihat (3) Psikologi Pengarang (4) Psikologi Pembaca. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah Nasihat-Nasihat karya A.A Navis diterbitkan oleh Gramedia pada tahun 1986. Data penelitian ini berupa kalimat yang mengandung unsur struktural dan psikologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumen, teknik simak dan teknik catat. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis isi sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) aspek struktural pada Cerpen melipui; (a) penokohan, (b) Alur dalam cerita mengunakan alur maju, (c) latar pada cerpen ini meliputi, latar tempat (kamar, ruang tamu, bis, minangkabau, kantor, padang) , latar waktu pada malam hari dan pagi hari (2) Aspek psikologi struktur kepribadian tokoh dalam cerpen nasihat-nasihat karya A.A Navis memiliki tiga unsur, yaitu id, ego, dan superego. Ketiga struktur kepribadian tersebut memengaruhi tingkah laku, pola pikir, dan kejiwaan para tokoh utama dalam cerpen nasihat-nasihat. Dari analisis psikologi di atas, diketahui bahwa para tokoh memiliki ego yang kuat.

Banking is one of the business entities that collects funds from the people in the form of savings and distributes them back to the people in the form of credit or in the form of savings in order to raise the standard of living of the people. The population of this study are banking companies registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique in this study uses the panel data regression method, with a total of 50 banking companies that issue financial statements according to predetermined criteria. The results of this study indicate that the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) variable simultaneously has a significant effect on bank lending. Meanwhile, Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Assets (ROA), Net Performing Loans (NPL), and Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO) have no significant effect on bank lending.

Akta kelahiran adalah hak anak dalam mendapatkan identitas hukum. Pemenuhan atas hak anak dalam mendapatkan akta kelahiran merupakan kewajiban bagi pemerintah daerah untuk dapat merealisasikannya. BPS Kota Semarang mencatat jumlah penduduk usia 0-19 tahun sebanyak 127.834 jiwa. Diantra jumlah tersebut terdapat usia 0-18 tahun termasuk dalam kategori anak. Undang-undang nomor 35 btahun 2014 merumuskan anak adalah penduduk usia 0-18 tahun. Persentase kepemilikan Akta Kelahiran Kota Semarang pada tahun 2021 sebesar 80,44 persen. Jumlah ini jika menilik dari target nasional sebera 80 persen telah memenuhi syarat. Jika dilihat dari sebaran berdasarkan kecamatan, terdapat 7 kecamatan yang  kepemilikan akta kelahiran berada di bawah rata-rata yaitu Kecamatan Semarang Utara, Gayamsari, Pedurungan, Semarang Selatan, Gungungpati dan Tugu. Upaya meningkatkan cakupan persentase ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan organisasi Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) di Tingkat Kecamatan. Peran organisasi ini cukup vital karena memiliki unit organisasi terkecil hingga Rukun Tetangga (RT). Permasalahan yang masih dihadapi oleh masyarakat dalam pengurusan akta kelahiran ini menyangkut budaya. Pengurusan biasanya dilakukan setelah puput pusar yaitu 40 hari sejak dilahirkan, padahal pemerintah daerah sudah mempermudah layanan hingga one day service. Tujuan pemberdayaan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus PKK dalam meningkatkan cakupan akta kelahiran anak.

Terdapat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi kesehatan mental anak, termasuk faktor eksternal dan internal.Tujuan: mengetahui hubungan perkembangan sosial dengan kesehatan mental pada anak usia sekolah.Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional pada 65 responden. Teknik sampling probability sampling.Instrumen penelitian ini mengguakan kuesioner, analisa yang digunakan dengan uji chie -square.Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara perkembangan sosial dengan kesehatan mental pada anak usia sekolah (nilai p 0,001 < 0,005).Kesimpulan:.Jumlah Responden penelitian sebanyak 65 orang siswa SDN Karangwuni dengan usia 7-8 tahun sebanyak 21 orang (32,3%), usia 9-10 tahun sebanyak 24 orang (37.0%)., usia 11-12 tahun sebanyak 20 orang (30,7%)2. perkembangan sosial dengan ketegori cukup sebanyak 37 responden (56.9%) dan kategori baik sebanyak 28 responden (43.1%)3. Untuk kesehatan mental menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan mental dengan kategori normal sebanyak 42 responden (64.5%) dan kategori tidak normal sebanyak 23 responden (35.4%). Maka terdapat hubungan antara perkembangan sosial dengan kesehatan mental pada anak usia sekolah menggunakan Uji Chi-square dengan didapatkan bahwa nilai p- value 0.01.

Deixis is a pragmatic study that examines the relationship between the structure of language and the environment in which the language is used. The phenomenon of deixis or use is most often seen in everyday conversation in the form of verbal language. Deixis is also found in the conversation of characters or figures in literary works such as films. The study entitled "Deixis in the Film Bumi dan Manusia by Hanung Bramantyo" examines the use of deixis in the film directed by Hanung Bramantyo with the title "Earth and Man". Persona, time, place, social, and discourse deixis are the five categories of deixis studied in this study. Researchers used analytical methods in the form of pragmatics with qualitative techniques to analyze the data that had been collected. The data used in this study include fragments of speech from film conversations, both words and phrases containing deixis, including personal deixis, time deixis, location deixis, social deixis, and discourse deixis. Watching movies, capturing data, recognizing, categorizing, analyzing, formulating, and presenting data are the stages of analyzing in this research. Data analysis illustrates that the film directed by Hanung Bramantyo with the title "Bumi dan Manusia" has a deixis in the form of person, time, place, social, and discourse.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat emotional quotient  siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Nganjuk, (2) untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat kenakalan remaja pada siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Nganjuk, (3) untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara emotional quotient  dengan kenakalan remaja siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Nganjuk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi. Penelitian korelasi adalah suatu penelitian yang melibatkan tindakan pengumpulan data guna menentukan apakah ada hubungan dan tingkat hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam hal ini menunjukkan bahwa emotional quotient  mempengaruhi pembentukan kenakalan remaja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) hasil analisis aspek emotional quotient  dalam kategori tinggi yaitu 19 responden sebanyak 47%. (2) hasil analisis aspek kenakalan remaja dalam kategori rendah yaitu 20 responden sebanyak 50%. (3) hasil korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif antara emotional quotient  dengan kenakalan remaja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi -325 dan p=0,000 < 0,05. Artinya semakin tinggi emotional quotient  maka semakin rendah kenakalan remaja

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada gambaran kontekstual  TK Darmawanita Kromasan Ngunut Tulungagung  sebagian anak masih kurang dalam hal kreativitasnya.  anak yang belum mampu mengaplikasikan pelepah pisang untuk dijadikan sebuah karya yang dibuat oleh anak itu sendiri, karena kurangnya kemampuan anak dalam berpikir lebih kreatif dan kurangnya pemahaman anak dalam membuat sebuah kesenian menggunakan bahan alam tersebut. Serta perlu adanya peningkatan seni karya pada anak dalam pembuatan media bahan alam pelepah pisang untuk dijadikan sebuah hasil karya yang dihasilkan oleh anak itu sendiri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini jika ditinjau dari lokasi sumber datanya termasuk kategori penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara (interview), dokumentasi.

This study aims to 1) find out the description of the ability of human resources in the Regional Water Company of Kab. Jeneponto, 2) to know the description of the performance of employees in the Regional Water Company of Kab. Jeneponto and 3) determine the effect of human resource capabilities on improving employee performance at the Regional Water Company of Kab. Jeneponto. This research is a survey research with a total population of 67 employees in the Regional Water Company of Jeneponot Regency. Sampling in this study used a stratified proportional random sampling technique, by taking 40% of the total population so that the number of samples was 26. The results of the study show that 1) The description of the ability of human resources in the Regional Water Company of Jeneponto Regency is in the medium category, 2) the description of the performance of the employees in the Regional Water Company of the Jeneponto Regency is in the medium category and 3) The influence of the ability of human resources on the performance of the employees in the Regional Water Company. Drinking Jeneponto Regency shows a significant correlation.

This research is descriptive research which aims to determine students' interest in participating in extracurricular activities at Nusawungu State Vocational School students. The design used in this research is associative research with descriptive analysis methods. The population is all Class 2 students of Nusawungu State Vocational School, the total population is 279 people. Samples were taken using the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique, namely a tiered random sampling method taken from 10% of the total population. So the sample used could be as many as 30 students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of descriptive data, percentage analysis using a computer application through the SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of validity and reliability tests, all data is declared reliable because the correlation value (Cronbach's Alpha) on average 0.830 is considered good for use. Normality test The data was also declared normal with an Asymp value = 0.974 (p>0.05). Thus, the results obtained can be concluded that students' interest in taking extracurricular sports lessons at the Nusawungu State Vocational School shows the high category with the results obtained being 78.53%.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of learning creativity and emotional intelligence on economic mathematics learning achievement of students at Stie Ganesah Jakarta. This research is a quantitative survey research with a correlation approach. The respondents in this study were first semester students of the STIE Ganesha Economics study program. The data were obtained by giving the students' learning creativity and emotional intelligence questionnaires. This is evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.011 <0.05 and t count = 2.696. The magnitude of the correlation number is 0.389 with a determination of 0.151. This means that the magnitude of the relationship between X1 and X2 variables to Y is 0.389 with a medium category. The magnitude of the effect of X1, X2 on Y is 15.1% where the variables of learning creativity and emotional intelligence together affect the variable of student achievement in mathematics economics by 15.1% while the rest is influenced by other variables.

In the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum, attitude competence is one of the main components of learning, but there are not many quality measurement attitude competency instruments. The purpose of this study was to obtain quality disciplinary attitude assessment instruments for class X students. This type of research is research and development using the Borg & Gall model. The stages of the activities carried out are the identification of potentials and problems; Gathering Information; Model Development; Model Validation; Model Revision; Model Trials; Model Revision; Wider Trial; and Final Model Revision. Based on the results of the research and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that there is no difference in the learning discipline of students between those who live with their parents and students who live in the dormitories. This is because students are adults and can be independent, and already have responsibilities even though they are not with their parents. The results of the calculation of the average score of learning discipline of class X students at MAN 3 in the 2016/2017 academic year Bantul is 96.2466 and is included in the high category.

The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly along with the discovery and development of knowledge in the field of information and communication so as to create tools that support the development of information technology, ranging from communication systems that are unidirectional and two-way (interactive). Every machine that is able to receive data, process data, store data, and produce output in the form of text, symbols, numbers and sounds can be categorized as a computer. CV. This study aims to determine the level of financial health in Rachma Jaya Savings and Loans cooperatives by using the CAMEL method of financial health research models that serve as benchmarks for cooperative inspection objects conducted by supervisors. The subjects in this study were the leadership of KOSPIN accounting department, the object of the research was analyzing financial statements such as the Profit and Loss report, Balance Sheet Reports, Cash Transaction Reports and Journals on KOSPIN during each period. This research is a type of descriptive research by means of which financial statements are used. For data collection techniques using documentation. Analysis of the data used is the CAMEL.CAMEL analysis itself consists of five criteria, namely Capital (Capital), Asset (Assets), Management (Management), Earning (Rentability), Liquidity (Liquidity). The results showed that the level of financial health that would indicate favorable or detrimental conditions for cooperatives. In this study, the results obtained in the 2017 period were 74.3. These results are in the numbers 60-80 on the accuracy of the predicate, so Rachma Jaya Semarang savings and loan cooperatives are included in the category HEALTHY ENOUGH. Then this indicator needs to be improved again so that all indicators on financial performance, especially those related to the level of health of the cooperative's financial well maintained.So this research resulted in Accounting Information System for Savings and Loans Cooperatives Using the Camel Method as a Health-Based Analysis of the Cooperative web-based (Case Study of Rachma Jaya Cooperative).
