Learning is the core of the educational process. In it there is interaction between various components, namely teachers, students and learning materials or learning resources. The interaction between these three main components involves facilities and infrastructure such as methods, media and the arrangement of the learning environment so as to create a learning process that allows the planned goals to be achieved. This research aims to determine the planning and implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning at Elementary School 1 Padang Panjang Barat. This type of research is qualitative research. With a descriptive qualitative method using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Next, to test the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques. Then, to analyze the data, researchers divided it into four components, including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that Islamic Religious Education Learning at Elementary School 1 Padang Panjang Before carrying out Islamic religious education learning, the teacher or educator begins by creating teaching modules and lesson boundaries. There are three learning activities carried out, namely: the teacher saying hello and prayer, student attendance and conveying the learning objectives for the preliminary activities, the teacher's core activity begins by explaining Islamic Religious Education material, and the final/closing activity begins with the students together making conclusions and the teacher giving questions and answers to the students one by one individually. random as material for evaluation and assessment of the learning of the meeting and ended with a joint prayer.  

Low rates of exclusive breastfeeding pose a threat to children's growth and development, affecting the quality of human resources. The majority of breastfeeding mothers discontinue breastfeeding within a few weeks postpartum due to perceived insufficient breast milk and dissatisfaction of the infant during breastfeeding. The objective of this community service activity is to enhance the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of postpartum mothers regarding breastfeeding their infants. The methods employed included lectures and question-and-answer sessions with mothers. This activity took place in the Postnatal Care Room of Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital, Takalar Regency, on March 20, 2024, with the participation of six postpartum mothers. The results of education and support provided to postpartum mothers on exclusive breastfeeding using leaflets and flip charts showed that prior to the intervention, only 2 mothers (33.33%) had good knowledge, and after the education and support, this number increased to 5 mothers (83.33%) in the post-intervention test. Therefore, through education and support, motivation and behavioral changes in exclusive breastfeeding practices among postpartum mothers can be enhanced

One of the educational institutions that is involved in managing correspondence is UPT SMPN 34 Gresik. Because UPT SMPN 34 Gresik still applies manual accounting methods, it requires a lot of paper for recording and as a result there is a buildup of archival data. Researchers propose the use of a MySQL database and a design process to create a web-based letter filing system to overcome these problems. Fall out. After this research is completed, a web-based letter filing system will be developed at UPT SMPN 34 Gresik with the aim of increasing efficiency, speeding up the archiving process, and ensuring accurate and safe document storage. The web-based technology letter filing system is expected to simplify administrative tasks and improve school policy and human resource management, based on insights from observation, interview and literature study methodologies. The aim of this research is to be able to provide UPT SMPN 34 Gresik with comprehensive and long-term answers to its demands.  

The learning process at SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru is still dominated by traditional learning methods, such as lectures and questions and answers. This causes a lack of student interaction and participation in the learning process. In addition, the assessment method used is still dominated by written tests, which are less able to measure students' abilities thoroughly. Based on observations and interviews with teachers and students of SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru, several problems were found in the learning and assessment process including 1) Lack of student interaction and participation in the learning process. 2) The assessment method used is less able to measure students' abilities thoroughly. 3) Students' grades do not reflect their abilities optimally. 4) The learning process is less interesting and fun. One solution to overcome these problems is to utilize the Quizizz online learning platform. Quizizz is an online learning platform that allows teachers to create and conduct interactive quizzes for their students.

Southeast Asia is a region that is considered to have minimal conflict between countries, but on the other hand, the conflicts that arise tend to come from internal problems. In this case, on February 1 2021 the Myanmar military regime issued a coup statement on the Myanmar government. This of course creates a nightmare in society where the coup is considered to destroy people's daily activities. It didn't just stop there, the coup carried out by the military regime was also noted to have violated a number of human rights. In this case, the researcher seeks to highlight the effectiveness of ASEAN's role as a regional organization in efforts to resolve the coup that occurred in Myanmar through the perspective of the ASEAN Way which is based on the principle of non-intervention. Through qualitative method analysis using literature sources, the author tries to answer to what extent the ASEAN Way norms can resolve the conflict that occurred in Myanmar.

This service aims to analyze how to build good time management for housewives. The implementation method used in this PkM activity is by conducting face-to-face meetings with participants consisting of housewives. Providing training and discussions as well as conducting live questions and answers. The training uses lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. This aims to increase participants' awareness and understanding of the importance of building educational institutions that have competence and competitive advantage. Meanwhile, in the evaluation or assessment stage, participants will be given feedback about the service program that has been implemented. In this case, it will be a consideration for the service team in order to provide benefits for Sei Krio housewives. Based on the results of the service activities for housewives, suggestions are given, including: 1. Be more enthusiastic, especially for housewives, so that the time they have can be used correctly and effectively. 2. To continue to actively participate in training and competency development activities. 3. Community service activities like this can be carried out regularly either in the same location or in different locations to increase thrifty and saving behavior for children.

This training on SWOT Evaluation for Cooperative Development is intended to increase the enthusiasm, knowledge, skills and capabilities of the Management, Head of Business Units and Chair of the Simprug Garden Cooperative in managing and developing cooperative businesses. The approach to implementing this activity includes material presentations, question and answer sessions, and group discussions (FGD) regarding business development strategies by applying SWOT analysis. Training material includes SWOT analysis, cooperative management, cooperative business management, cooperative management values, and business development strategies. A total of 20 training participants, consisting of the Management, Head of the Simprug Garden Cooperative Business Unit, and cadre members, participated in this activity. Evaluation is carried out through pre-test and post-test material as well as assessment of the results of Group Discussions related to "formulating cooperative business development strategies using SWOT analysis." The results of the training showed that 83 percent of participants reported a significant increase in their knowledge, while 17 percent felt a sufficient increase in knowledge, enthusiasm, skills and capabilities related to management and cooperative business development strategies. Participants responded positively to the material, especially on business development strategies through SWOT Analysis. The results of the group discussion show that the business development strategy involves: SO strategy (market renewal, business expansion); WO strategy (development and cadre formation, applying for KUR); ST strategy (participating in training, taking advantage of post-pandemic opportunities, seeking additional funding sources); and WT Strategy (promotional intensification). Participants showed enthusiasm in increasing their understanding of setting strategic priorities through group business development and proposed holding further training related to SWOT Analysis and other materials related to cooperative activities

This community service aims to explore and improve knowledge, insight and literacy of driving safety on the road. The methods used were socialization, counseling, lectures, questions and answers, providing examples of traffic cases and implementing transportation safety materials to 75 participants consisting of lecturers, STIE Ganesha students, online motorcycle taxi drivers (ojol) and the people of the Ciputat area. The findings of this activity are that this program is very useful and useful for increasing awareness and safety of driving on the road. Participants can find out the role of each institution of the Traffic Communication Forum in the city of South Tangerang, namely the Transportation Office, Public Works Office, Police Satlantas, PT Jasa Raharja Banten Branch and Hermina Hospital Ciputat Branch and the Indonesian Devensif Team. Participants did not understand the details of the provisions of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, so a more comprehensive understanding of road traffic is needed to reduce the number of traffic accidents. After socialization, the participants' insights increased. Understanding in motorcycle driving safety is broadening. As parents, it is expected to be able to guide families and children to be aware of safety riding to avoid road accidents. Efforts to prevent traffic accidents, by (a) increasing public awareness of traffic safety, (b) improving the quality of road infrastructure, (c) increasing traffic law enforcement and (d) improving traffic safety education and training.

This research is conducted with the aim of discussing and analyzing answers to problems such as the forms of actions that can be categorized as criminal acts of film piracy and the qualifications of criminal acts of film piracy on TikTok social media and how criminal liability for acts of film piracy in the TikTok application with regard to positive law in Indonesia. This research method is normative juridical method. Normative juridical method is a legal research method that focuses on library materials or secondary materials. With the approach used by researchers is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Based on the results of the research, benefits were obtained. The benefits obtained can be seen from the increase in likes and followers. Then the researcher also concluded that the act of piracy is categorized as a qualified offense with criminal aggravation which is included in the category of voorgezete handelings. In overcoming the existing problems, researchers argue that Tiktok also needs to be held accountable considering the losses caused are not small. However, researchers found that the legislation, especially Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright, does not separate sanctions for individuals and corporations. According to the author, there needs to be a separation of sanctions because the comparison of losses caused by actions taken by individuals and those taken by corporations is different.

 Learning media is one aspect of increasing the success of learning. Using creative and interesting learning media will certainly make it easier for students to accept lessons. Kahoot! is a learning media in the form of a game that can be accessed on the website. The purpose of this outreach is to see whether the learning media Kahoot! useful for increasing students' interest in adding vocabulary. The methods used in carrying out this socialization are lecture methods, application use demos and question and answer sessions. The series of socialization activities include: (1) Students do practice questions regarding vocabulary manually (without game teaching media) (2) Then go to the step of providing an explanation about the Kahoot! learning application! (3) During this explanation session students will be explained the steps for using the Kahoot! application, (4) Followed by a question and answer session, (5) After the question and answer session several students are selected to come forward to try the Kahoot! (6) Students download the Kahoot! on their smartphone/laptop and work on the questions given. (7) Students do practice questions regarding vocabulary in the Kahoot! application. This socialization was carried out at the Pekanbaru Professional Development Vocational School. The subjects of this socialization are students of class X Tourism Travel Business with a learning time of 2 hours.

The emergence of turnover generally begins with turnover intentions (intention to leave) from employees. There are several factors that influence a nurse's intention to leave their job, namely individual characteristics such as age, gender, education level, length of service, marital status, work status, socio-economic conditions, and level of satisfaction. Objective: to determine the factors that influence nurse turnover intention. This type of quantitative research uses a cross sectional design method with a sample size of 105 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used the chie square test. Results: The turnover intention rate for nurses at Azra Hospital is quite high, namely 54.3%, the majority of nurses answered that they were dissatisfied with compensation 61%, supervision 50.5%, career development 56.2%, coworkers 50.5%, organizational policies 51.4%. Nurse characteristic variables such as age, marital status, work status, length of service and satisfaction variables regarding compensation, supervision, career development, co-workers and organizational policies have an influence on nurse turnover intention at Azra Hospital. Conclusion: The high level of nurse turnover intention is influenced by nurse characteristic factors, such as young age, marital status, work status as a contract employee, and length of service. The level of dissatisfaction in aspects of job satisfaction, especially those related to compensation, supervision, career development, coworkers, and organizational policies, can trigger nurse turnover intention.

The target of this service is the community, especially around Wonoplumbon Village, Mijen District, where many of the residents are construction workers, and need knowledge of Light Steel applications to improve work competence in the world of construction. The methods used are lectures, questions and answers, and hands-on practice on how to cut, join, install screws, make roof trusses, and make sills with Light Steel materials. After this activity it is hoped that the community will understand more in theory and practice about Light Steel materials.

There are thousands of law firms that have been established and spread across the Indonesian territory in both litigation and non-litigation fields, which can be the solution or answer to this inequality. The type of research is juridical-normative and employs a legal approach to research. The interpretation method involves an interpretation-systematic approach that analyzes qualitative data. Since ancient times, soap operas have presented many continuous stories, the content of the stories is very diverse. Many soap operas have high ratings. One of them is the soap opera that will be discussed in this research, namely the soap opera Street Children A New Beginning which aired on GTV. This soap opera has also been criticized by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) because there are many scenes that should not be published. The KPI believes that this soap opera contains many violations committed by teenagers. The aim of this research is to measure the street children broadcast program A New Beginning on GTV, measure the behavior of teenagers in RW 011 North Meruya Village and measure the influence of the Street Children Program A New Beginning on GTV on the behavior of teenagers in RW 011 North Meruya Village. The theories used in this research are broadcasting, broadcast media, broadcast programs, types of programs, watching and soap operas as well as adolescent behavior theory. This research uses a quantitative approach and survey research mode. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 75 predetermined respondents. Sampling used the Startified Random Sampling Technique. This research is shown by the average value of respondents' answers for variable (X) of 3.63, this value is classified as high (Agree) and the average value of respondents' answers for variable (Y) is also classified as high (Agree) at 4.03. The quite large influence of soap opera program broadcasts on adolescent behavior can also be assessed at the (R) correlation of 0.806 which is classified as very high and R square 0.649 or 64.9% influence while the remaining 35.1% is influenced by other factors.

Community service activities are social activities aimed at the community as one of the chess dharma of higher education. In order to achieve the chess dharma of higher education, FEB UHAMKA lecturers carry out community service activities for SMA Plus Assa'adah students. This activity is intended so that students have a deep understanding of preparing a curriculum vitae (CV) so that they have a basis for entering the world of work. The activity was carried out using the lecture method, this method was chosen so that the delivery of material could run effectively. Participants who attended the implementation of this activity were 129 students of SMA Plus Assa'adah. Participants were given the opportunity to ask the speaker, so that things that were not understood could be answered optimally.

Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that students' learning outcomes in mathematics have increased. This is indicated by the increase in the class average score, namely at the time of pre-action 51.63 increased to 85.90 in cycle I then increased again in cycle II to 89.09. From the observation data obtained before carrying out the action, students seemed less active in learning. After being given action students look more active both in question and answer activities and during group activities.

This article reflects an introduction to empowerment innovations through drawing, coloring and general knowledge questions and answers in orphanages. The activity implementation method involves a training and mentoring approach, by providing theory, direct practice, and question and answer sessions. The results of the drawing and coloring activities show the participants' success in carrying out these activities neatly. Meanwhile, general knowledge question and answer activities also went well, showing the children's active participation. During the activity, the empowerment team aims to make a positive contribution by increasing the skills, knowledge and creativity of orphanage children. Material assistance, providing new skills, and creating a positive environment are the focus of the team. Awareness of the need for donations and support from the community was also raised as an important aspect. The conclusion of this activity emphasizes that through collaboration between the orphanage, the empowerment team, and the community, an environment that supports the development of orphaned children can be created. Financial and material support is a key factor in ensuring the education and welfare of children at the Al Falah Kemayoran Foundation. Thus, this empowerment activity can be considered a positive step in creating changes that have an impact on the quality of life of children in orphanages.

So, the South Tangerang City Government is implementing a program to build Uninhabitable Public Houses (RUTLH). This research aims to determine how much influence government public relations has in the RUTLH development program on the image of the South Tangerang City government. The main theory used in this research is the government public relations theory according to Cutlip, Center and Broom (2015:5-6), then the South Tangerang City Government Image theory according to Kanaidi (2010:33). The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who had been counted. Sampling used the Stratifight Random Sampling Technique. This research is shown by the average value of respondents' answers for variable (X) of 3.27, this value is classified as high (Agree) and the average value of respondents' answers to variable (Y) is 3.14 which is also predominantly high (Agree). The considerable influence of Government Public Relations and the Image of the South Tangerang City Government can also be seen from the (R) correlation value of 0.759 which is said to be high or strong and the R Square value of 0.576 or 57.6% is influential while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other things. .
