Bu Sabar Kendal Restaurant is a restaurant with distinctive Javanese cuisine. This study aims to determine the effect of product taste and price on loyalty to RM. Bu Sabar Kendal. The method used in this study is descriptive-quantitative. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling and the number was calculated using the Lemeshow formula because the population was large and the number was variable. Research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and questionnaires filled out by respondents. The data measurement scale used the Likert scale. The data obtained was processed using editing, coding, and tabulation techniques. Hypothesis testing was performed using SPSS software, including validity testing, reliability testing, linear regression analysis, t-testing, F-testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results are as follows: 1) The taste variable (X1) has a high cumulative response value of 84.33%. 2) The cumulative value of the product price variable (X2) is 85.70%, which is in the high category. 3) The loyalty variable (Y) has a cumulative value of 76.63%, which is in the high category. The statistical test results show that the respondents' answers are valid and reliable. The taste variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty variable (Y). This means that if the taste is improved, loyalty will also increase. The product price variable (X2) has a negative and significant effect, meaning that if the product price is lowered, loyalty will increase. The taste variable (X1) and product price variable (X2) together have a simultaneous effect on the loyalty variable (Y). These two variables account for 50.2% of loyalty, while 49.8% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Background: The government has implemented a program to increase the use of Long-Term Contraceptive Methods (LTCM) with a national target of 28% in 2024; however, the current achievement is only 23.5%. Batam City is one of the government’s priority areas to increase contraceptive use, but several factors, such as satisfaction levels and health service quality, are still considered low. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between health services and types of contraceptive methods with the satisfaction level of family planning acceptors in Rempang Cate Sub-district, Batam City. Methods: This quantitative research used an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of fertile couples (PUS) in Rempang Cate Village. A total of 34 respondents were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through observation sheets and questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-square test. Results: The findings show that among 17 acceptors with poor health services, only 1 (5.9%) was satisfied, while among those with good health services, 16 were satisfied, and 1 (5.9%) was dissatisfied. Statistical analysis using SPSS showed a p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between health services and family planning acceptor satisfaction. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between health service quality and the satisfaction of family planning acceptors, but no significant relationship was found between the type of contraceptive method and satisfaction.

The use of technology in data management has become the key to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of company performance. PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk has implemented a computerized employee attendance system through the Employee Self Service (ESS) application. However, so far there has been no evaluation regarding the level of user satisfaction with the application. This study aims to measure ESS user satisfaction to provide input in future application development. The method used is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) which includes five variables: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS application. The results of the t-test showed that the Format variable had the most significant influence (t = 4.281), while the other variable showed an insignificant influence individually. However, through the F test, an F value was obtained of 3.791 with a significance of 0.003, which shows that simultaneously all EUCS variables have a significant effect on user satisfaction. These results are expected to be the basis for companies to improve the performance of ESS applications and support the overall work efficiency of employees.

In recent years, the Indonesian government has actively promoted digital transformation in public service delivery, including in rural and remote areas. However, digital adoption among communities in these regions remains inconsistent and often hindered by infrastructural and socio-cultural constraints. This study aims to assess the digital readiness of rural communities in adopting mobile-based public service information systems, with a specific focus on understanding the social and technological dynamics that shape their engagement. Employing a mixed methods approach with an explanatory sequential design, the research began with a structured survey involving 150-200 respondents per location, followed by in-depth interviews with key informants such as village officials, service operators, and local users. The quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS to identify general patterns in digital readiness based on the Technology Readiness Index and the Digital Readiness Framework, while qualitative insights were thematically analyzed using NVivo to uncover contextual factors. The findings reveal that while some respondents exhibit a moderate level of digital optimism, barriers such as unstable internet access, limited digital literacy, and fear of misusing technology significantly affect adoption rates. Furthermore, social support from family members emerged as a critical facilitator in overcoming these challenges. This study contributes to the discourse on inclusive digital transformation by highlighting the importance of integrating community-based support mechanisms into system design and policy planning. The implications suggest that successful digitalization efforts in rural areas must go beyond infrastructure development and address the social readiness of users through culturally sensitive and participatory approaches.

Adolescence represents a critical developmental stage marked by biological, psychological, and social dynamics. Within the educational context, adolescents often face high academic demands that may trigger stress, academic burnout, and excessive use of social media. This study aims to examine the influence of academic burnout, stress level, and social media usage intensity on academic self-efficacy among students at SMK Negeri 2 Depok Sleman. A total of 72 respondents participated, and data were analyzed using linear regression with SPSS 25 for Windows. The results revealed a constant value of 74.539, a t-value of 4.375 (p = 0.000), an F-value of 0.657, and an R² of 0.028. These findings indicate that the three variables contribute only 2.8% to academic self-efficacy, while 97.2% is influenced by other factors beyond this study. It is concluded that academic burnout, stress level, and social media usage intensity do not have a significant simultaneous effect on adolescents’ academic self-efficacy.

Sustainable development is one of the main priorities in an effort to maintain a balance between economic growth, environmental sustainability, and social welfare. Green financial instruments such as Green Bonds and the implementation of Green Budget Tagging have emerged as important strategies in supporting the sustainable development agenda in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of green bonds and green budget tagging on the achievement of sustainable development. The method used is a quantitative approach with regression analysis, where green bonds and green budget tagging are independent variables, while sustainable development is the dependent variable. The data used are annual time series data from 2018-2023. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study indicate that partially Green Bonds do not have a significant effect on sustainable development in Indonesia (statistical t significance value 0.970 > 0.05). Green Budget Tagging has a significant effect on sustainable development in Indonesia (statistical t significance value 0.021 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence sustainable development in Indonesia (F-statistic significance value 0.034 < 0.05). This finding indicates that optimizing green bond issuance and implementing green budget tagging can strengthen green financing and ensure budget allocation is more focused on sustainable programs. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of the government and related institutions' commitment to expanding green financial instruments as a key pillar in supporting inclusive and environmentally sound development in Indonesia.
