This study aims to explore how users' perceptions of the chatbot on the Shopee platform influence user satisfaction and loyalty. The research employs a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews to gather users' experiences and views on their interactions with the chatbot. The findings reveal that three key factors—clarity of responses, ease of access, and relevance of information—are crucial in determining user satisfaction. Users who found the chatbot's responses clear and easily understood, along with quick access, were generally more satisfied with the service provided. However, despite achieving user satisfaction, loyalty to the platform has not been fully established. This is due to the chatbot's limitations in building emotional connections with users and its inability to handle more complex issues. While the chatbot is effective in providing automated solutions for simple problems, it lacks the empathy and personalized attention necessary when users encounter more intricate issues or require a deeper level of interaction. These findings highlight that although chatbots can enhance the efficiency of basic customer service, they cannot fully replace human interaction, particularly in customer service contexts that require emotional engagement and a deeper understanding of the user's needs. To foster stronger user loyalty, a combined approach involving both technology and human interaction is essential. The chatbot can address routine issues, while more complex matters should be referred to customer service representatives who can offer empathetic and tailored solutions. The recommendation from this study is for Shopee platform developers and sellers to strategically optimize chatbot use while maintaining human interaction that is adaptable, in order to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.

Subcontractor selection is a crucial factor in determining the success of a construction project. The selected subcontractor not only plays a role in expediting the completion of the work but also influences the overall quality, cost, and timeliness of the project. Mistakes in decision-making, such as selecting a less competent subcontractor, can result in delays in completion, increased project costs, and even decreased construction quality. Therefore, a systematic, measurable, and objective method is needed to support the subcontractor selection process. This study aims to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method as an approach in a decision support system for subcontractor selection. AHP was chosen because it can decompose complex problems into simpler structures by determining criteria weights and comparing alternatives. The criteria used in this study include expertise, work experience, timeliness of work, equipment availability, and bid price. By assigning weights to each criterion, the selection process can be carried out more transparently and measurably. The case study was conducted at PT. Tatha Group, a company engaged in the construction services sector. In this study, AHP was used to prioritize alternative subcontractors to be selected to assist in project implementation. The research results show that the AHP method produces clear, structured results and supports more accurate decision-making. Thus, the application of AHP not only minimizes subjectivity in assessments but also provides accountable recommendations for selecting the best subcontractor for the project's needs.

Asynchronous motors, commonly known as induction motors, are widely utilized due to their robustness, reliability, and efficiency in both industrial and household applications. These motors typically operate by converting electrical energy into mechanical energy through the interaction between a rotating magnetic field and the rotor. Under normal operating conditions, the rotor speed is always slightly less than the speed of the magnetic field, which is known as "slip." However, when the slip becomes negative, meaning that the rotor speed exceeds the speed of the rotating magnetic field, the motor begins to function as a generator. This condition occurs when the motor is driven above its synchronous speed by an external mechanical force, causing the rotor to generate electrical power. Using an asynchronous motor as a generator offers several notable advantages. One of the key benefits is its ability to produce a pure sine wave voltage, which is crucial for various applications that require stable and high-quality electrical power. Since these motors do not use brushes, they are free from the problems associated with brush wear and maintenance. Moreover, they do not generate radio frequency interference (RFI), making them suitable for environments sensitive to electromagnetic disturbances. The use of an asynchronous motor as a generator also provides the ability to function as a rotary phase converter. This is especially beneficial in applications where three-phase power is unavailable, but the load requires it. To facilitate this process, a capacitive voltage is required to induce excitation in the rotor. The capacitive current is supplied by an additional capacitor, which is installed in parallel with the motor output. This capacitor helps maintain the necessary phase shift and enables the motor to generate the required three-phase power.

The presence of scattered waste in the environment has a significant impact on both environmental sustainability and human health. In Indonesia, the accumulation of waste has reached alarming levels, amounting to approximately 175,000 tons per day, or the equivalent of 64 million tons annually. Household activities are one of the main contributors, producing a wide variety of waste, including organic and non-organic materials. Poto Village is among the areas receiving particular attention regarding this issue due to the challenges it faces in waste management. Improper management of waste not only leads to air, water, and soil pollution but also increases the risk of various health problems within the community. One of the programs designed to address this problem is the 3R program, which emphasizes three main principles: reduce, recycle, and reuse. The purpose of this community service initiative is to improve public knowledge and awareness of effective waste management through the application of 3R practices. The activities were carried out in three main stages, namely preparation, education, and discussion through a question-and-answer session. The process began with a socialization activity that introduced the objectives, purposes, and sustainability aspects of waste management efforts in the village. The educational session was attended by 30 participants, consisting of housewives, farmers, and entrepreneurs, who represented key groups within the community. Furthermore, interviews with local cadres revealed that waste is collected weekly by garbage trucks, indicating the village’s commitment to environmental management. Participants responded enthusiastically throughout the educational sessions, showing a strong interest and positive reception toward the information provided. As a follow-up step, future activities could include hands-on training in waste management using available media and tools, which would allow participants to apply the concepts learned in a practical and sustainable manner.

The use of credit by the public is generally driven by the need and desire to meet certain requirements that cannot be fulfilled with cash. Credit makes it easier for people to meet their various needs, especially for those who do not have enough funds at the time. However, in practice, there are often obstacles such as payment delays, breaches of agreed-upon deadlines, and discrepancies in the recording of installment payments. These issues can create problems for both the creditor and the debtor. This study aims to examine the use of the credit concept by the community and analyze how credit helps fulfill the needs of the community. The study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research approach. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and document gathering. The collected data were then analyzed by presenting the data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the use of the credit concept by the community in Rantau Panjang Estate to meet their needs has fulfilled the conditions of a muamalah agreement in accordance with the principles of buying and selling. First, the people involved in the transaction, namely the seller and the buyer, must meet the requirements of being rational, consenting freely, and agreeing mutually. Second, the agreement between the seller and the buyer must include the price and the payment period that both parties have agreed upon. Third, the object or goods being sold must have utility and be clearly defined in terms of its nature, size, and type. Fourth, the price must be clear, with the credit price being higher than the cash price. Additionally, the use of credit by the community in Rantau Panjang Estate has also applied the principles of the Islamic market mechanism, such as Ar-Ridha (mutual consent), healthy competition, honesty, transparency, and justice. This indicates that the credit transactions conducted are in accordance with the rules of Islam and can serve as a fair model for all parties involved.

Child marriage remains a serious problem in Indonesia despite the revision of the Marriage Law, which raised the minimum age for marriage to 19 for both men and women through Law No. 16 of 2019. This practice remains widespread, especially in rural areas with a high prevalence due to economic and cultural factors, the existence of marriage dispensation mechanisms, and low legal literacy. The phenomenon of child marriage has multidimensional impacts, including reproductive health risks, high school dropout rates, low quality human resources, economic vulnerability, and psychological problems that can ultimately lead to high divorce rates and intergenerational structural poverty. Through Community Service Activities (PKM), prevention efforts are carried out by providing legal education and outreach regarding the risks of early marriage. Methods used include lectures, presentations, modeling, role plays, and small group discussions involving teenagers, parents, traditional leaders, and religious leaders. The results of the activities showed a significant increase in legal understanding, where 85% of participants were aware of the minimum age for marriage according to the latest regulations. Furthermore, there was increased awareness of the negative impacts of child marriage and a growing commitment from community leaders to continue ongoing outreach. The conclusion of this activity confirmed that marriage law education is an effective strategy in raising public awareness. However, preventing child marriage cannot rely solely on legal outreach; it needs to be strengthened through cross-sector collaboration, integration of materials into the school curriculum, family economic empowerment, and strengthening the role of religious and traditional leaders in shaping social opinion. Therefore, efforts to prevent early marriage require a more holistic, participatory, and sustainable strategy to protect children's rights and realize the development of a quality future generation.

The development of digital technology has provided many conveniences, especially in terms of access to information, communication, and financial services. However, behind these benefits there are great risks, one of which is the misuse of personal data that is rampant through the practice of illegal online loans (pinjol). This phenomenon is a serious threat to society, especially students, who are often targeted due to the lack of digital literacy and lack of awareness about the importance of personal data protection. Illegal loans not only cause financial losses, but also have an impact on psychological and social pressure. This Community Service activity was carried out at STISIPOL Silas Papare Jayapura with the main goal of providing legal and practical education regarding personal data protection as well as preventing illegal loan trapping. Activity methods include interactive legal counseling, group discussions, and case study simulations tailored to student experience. Gunungsari Village, Windusari District, is one of the areas facing quite serious challenges in efforts to develop basic literacy in school-age children. The main problems faced are low interest in reading, limited access to adequate reading materials, and learning methods that are still conventional. These conditions have implications for many children who are not able to read and write fluently despite having received an elementary school education. In response to this situation, the community service team took the initiative to implement a literacy program that uses an interactive learning approach through the development of a literacy park. This program is not only designed to be a learning platform, but also to create a learning atmosphere that is fun, contextual, and involves the active participation of children. Various activities are implemented, including storytelling, the provision of a reading corner, educational games such as math games, vocabulary quizzes, and the provision of simple rewards to maintain high learning motivation. This program activities are carried out periodically with the involvement of the school, the surrounding community, and also the village government, so that its sustainability has the support of various parties. The results of the implementation show a significant increase in children's literacy skills. Not only are they reading more fluently, but they are also better able to comprehend story content and write simple ideas. Furthermore, the children appear more confident in expressing themselves, are more active in every learning activity, and are beginning to demonstrate positive reading habits. A culture of literacy is also slowly growing through the existence of child-friendly and inclusive literacy parks. This proves that a fun, community-based literacy approach is highly relevant in rural areas with limited resources and can be a simple yet impactful means of educational transformation for children's futures.

International trade involves cross-border buying and selling activities between countries, which in practice requires various transportation documents to ensure legal certainty and smooth operations. One of the main documents used is the Bill of Lading (Konosemen), which is a dated letter issued by the carrier as proof of receipt of goods to be transported to a certain destination and delivered to a specified recipient. The Bill of Lading has three essential functions: as a receipt of goods, as evidence of ownership, and as proof of a transportation contract. However, in practice, there are still frequent problems that hinder the optimal function of the Bill of Lading. One notable case is APL Co. Pte. Ltd. v. CV. Dua Sekawan Sejati, which involved discrepancies between the goods shipped and those stated in the Bill of Lading. This study adopts a normative juridical method by examining applicable legal provisions and theoretical concepts related to the law of contracts and transportation. The findings show that discrepancies between the goods shipped and those listed in the Bill of Lading constitute a breach of promise or default under Article 1320 of the Indonesian Civil Code. The Bill of Lading, in this case, serves as a legally binding transportation contract that obligates both parties to fulfill their respective responsibilities. Failure by one party to comply with the terms of the contract results in legal consequences in the form of claims for compensation by the aggrieved party. This research emphasizes the importance of accuracy and accountability in the issuance and use of Bills of Lading in international trade to avoid disputes and ensure legal certainty. Strengthening the regulation and enforcement of Bill of Lading functions is crucial for protecting the rights of parties engaged in cross-border trade.

In the midst of increasing organizational competition, issues of low organizational commitment remain prevalent, including at the Office of Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing, and Settlement Areas of Bali Province, as indicated by a high absenteeism rate and ineffective work behaviors. These problems are suspected to be influenced by inadequate training methods, low self-efficacy among employees, and a lack of job satisfaction. The present study explores the extent to which employee training and perceived self-efficacy contribute to fostering organizational commitment, with job satisfaction positioned as an intervening construct. Conducted within the context of the Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing, and Settlement Agency of Bali Province, the research engaged a workforce population of 610 individuals. Through the application of the Slovin formula, a representative sample of 86 respondents was identified. Data were gathered through a combination of structured questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and document review. Analytical processing was undertaken using path analysis to model the causal relationships among variables. The empirical evidence revealed that both training initiatives and self-efficacy perceptions have a favorable and statistically significant relationship with employees’ commitment to the organization. These two factors were also found to positively affect job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction emerged as a critical determinant that reinforces organizational commitment. The analysis further supports the mediating role of job satisfaction, demonstrating that the influence of training and self-efficacy on organizational commitment is also conveyed indirectly through improved job satisfaction levels. The findings of this study highlight the importance of investing in employee development through effective training programs and boosting self-efficacy to enhance job satisfaction.

Community diagnosis is a strategic step that aims to identify fundamental problems in the community, determine problem priorities, and formulate appropriate solutions to overcome them. One of the identified health issues is a significant increase in cases of mumps (epidemic parotitis), an acute infectious disease caused by the mumps virus, a member of the Rubulavirus genus. This increase in cases was recorded in the Puskesmas work area from the beginning of the year to November 2024. This phenomenon raises concerns regarding the potential for widespread health problems at the community level. Therefore, this intervention activity was carried out with the hope of reducing the incidence of mumps in the Puskesmas work area. The methodology applied in this activity includes data collection through mini surveys, analysis of health determinants using the Blum Paradigm, determination of problem priorities through the Delphi method, and identification of root causes using a fishbone diagram. Based on the results of this analysis, the interventions implemented include counseling on mumps and preventive measures, as well as demonstrations of proper hand washing. The results of the intervention showed a significant increase in knowledge, where all participants (n=40, 100%) obtained a post-test score of ≥ 7, indicating a good understanding of the material presented. In the demonstration session, a number of participants were also able to demonstrate the steps for washing hands according to the correct procedure. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the increase in mumps cases in this area was closely related to community lifestyle factors. Therefore, this intervention is expected to not only increase community knowledge about mumps, but also encourage the implementation of clean and healthy living behaviors, especially in the practice of washing hands, as a preventive measure to reduce the number of transmissions and accelerate case handling.

This study aims to analyze cash management practices in Batik MSMEs in Cirebon Regency using a qualitative approach that combines direct observation and in-depth interviews with business owners. The study found that most Batik MSMEs still rely on manual cash management systems, which ultimately poses various challenges, particularly in terms of unstructured financial recording and minimal cash flow planning. This condition makes it difficult to communicate receipts and expenditures in real time, potentially leading to errors in fund management and disrupting business financial stability. Furthermore, the study revealed variations in cash receipt recording methods, such as daily or weekly recording, which are inconsistent across MSMEs. This impacts transparency and effective financial control. The lack of thorough cash flow planning also makes it difficult for business owners to deal with insufficient liquidity, especially when there is a surge in sales or sudden needs. As a result, some MSMEs experience problems meeting their payment obligations on time, including to suppliers and employees. The findings of this study highlight the importance of financial literacy education for Batik MSMEs so they can understand the basic concepts of cash management well. Furthermore, the use of digital technology, such as simple financial recording applications, is highly recommended to improve efficiency and accuracy in cash flow management. This technology implementation is expected to assist MSMEs in making more informed financial decisions and supporting the long-term sustainability of their businesses. Therefore, this study provides strategic recommendations for local governments and MSME support institutions to provide adequate training and technological facilities to strengthen financial management capacity in the batik MSME sector in Cirebon Regency.
