One of the recognized stages in addressing population growth is the Family Planning Program. In essence, the results of the Family Planning Program are beneficial for the growth and development of Indonesian society. Community participation is very influential in the family planning program, especially in improving the quality of life of the community at the village level or equivalent to the family planning program and other development programs that have been adjusted by each region. The evaluation of the family planning program in Kampung Bulang sub-district aims to obtain comprehensive information on the implementation and implementation of family planning programs in increasing family resilience and welfare. In this study, researchers used descriptive research using a qualitative approach, with primary and secondary data sources. This study uses the Program Evaluation Theory according to Wirawan, where in this theory there are five indicators consisting of (1) Input Evaluation, which aims to assess the adequacy of the Quantity and Quality of the Family Planning Program. (2) Process Evaluation, which aims to see or monitor how far the activities have been carried out. (3) Output Evaluation, which aims to see whether the Family Planning Program is running well or vice versa. (4) Outcome Evaluation which aims to see the results of whether the community understands the importance of the Family Planning Program. (5) Impact Evaluation, which aims to assess changes that occur in society. The conclusion of the program researchers is that it is running well, but it must continue to raise public awareness for the family planning program. The government also needs to reaffirm family planning not only in certain circumstances but for national needs.

Land is very beneficial for human life and is a gift from God Almighty. Human life and land are closely intertwined. Humans need a piece of land not only to survive but also to die. As a result, land scarcity is increasingly appearing, even though the need for land is increasing. For human existence, land is an essential component. This is due to population growth which increases every year in direct proportion to the need for land. A number of strategies are used by the community to manage, own, and even trigger land conflicts. This shows that land also has rights, has social purposes, and that the public interest overrides private interests in its use. All land rights have social uses, according to Article 6 of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agricultural Regulations or UUPA. A grant is the gift of an item to someone where the giver is still alive. This study aims to determine the legal status of land that has been donated and then resold and what are the legal consequences arising from the land that has been granted and then resold, in Putiana Village, Orchid District, North Gorontalo Regency in a review of Law Number 5 of 1960. Based on the results of the research it is understood that the withdrawal of gift items according to the Civil Code is regulated in article 1688 which reads that a grant cannot be revoked and therefore cannot be revoked, except in 3 cases, namely if the grantee's conditions are not fulfilled by the recipient of the grant, if the person the person who was given the grant is guilty of committing or participating in an attempt to kill or some other crime against the donor himself, and if the grantor falls into poverty while the one who was given the gift refuses to provide for him. If the recipient of the grant refuses to provide a living or allowance to the grantor, after that the grantor falls into poverty. With the withdrawal or elimination of this gift, all kinds of items that have been donated must be returned to the grantor in a clean condition of the burdens attached to the item. The legal consequence of the decision to cancel a grant that has permanent legal force is that the object of the dispute, namely land, will return to the grantor and their rights. If the object of the dispute has been certified on behalf of the recipient of the grant, then with this decision the certificate becomes null and void.

Along with the development of regions in Indonesia, followed by population growth, there will be an increase in development and settlements that affect the environment to become quite dense. This resulted in limited land and water so that cultivation activities were also limited. Banjaragung Village is a village located in Bareng District, Jombang Regency. The majority of the livelihoods of the residents of Banjaragung Village are farmers. The aquaponics technique is suitable for application in Banjaragung Village because it includes simple agricultural technology in the form of cultivating fish and plants in one bucket (Budikdamber). The aim of implementing the aquaponics program is to take advantage of narrow land by making minders so that the harvest is expected to generate creative economic opportunities in society. There are two implementation methods, namely the holding of the Budikdamber Appropriate Technology socialization which was attended by PKK mothers and the BPP (Agricultural Extension Agency) Bareng and direct demonstrations. The results obtained are an increase in public knowledge about Budikdamber, can meet family food needs, and improve the community's economy.

The development of international business activities coincides with the widespread phenomenon of market globalization (Cavusgil, Knight, & Riesenberger, 2008). Market globalization refers to the growing economic integration and growing interdependence of countries around the world. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the implications of globalization for international business. The study population consists of four empirical cases: strategies of ICT producers to cope with globalization, strategies used by Brazilian companies to survive China's challenges due to globalization, strategies for globalization and corporate real estate. This method allows researchers to select cases that have the desired information or required characteristics that are useful in achieving research objectives. The internationalization of companies refers to the tendency of companies to systematically increase the international scope of their business activities, whereas globalization refers to the macrotrend-intensive economic relations between the countries of the world. Globalization is driving companies to internationalize and substantially increase the volume and type of cross-border transactions in goods, services, and capital. Also, globalization leads to the rapid spread and diffusion of products, technology and knowledge in the world. The process of globalization is a natural process which is the result of the growth and acceleration of the process of character generalization and production processes.

Ice cubes are a food product that is often consumed by the community. Ice cubes are usually mixed in drinks to add freshness. Ice cubes are made from drinking water frozen at 0°C, although low temperatures can inhibit the growth of microorganism cells, ice cubes still have the possibility of containing contaminant microorganisms. Ice cubes that can cause diarrhea are ice cubes that contain pathogenic bacteria, one of which is Escherichia coli. Therefore it is necessary to check the quality of ice cubes microbiologically. This study aims to detect the presence of Escherichia coli in ice cubes sold by food stalls in the Liliba Village, Kupang. The study of Indonesian society is always related to the condition of a pluralistic Indonesian society, both in terms of race, ethnicity and religion. In addition, the study of Indonesian society also has several sections including studies of traditional, transitional, modern Indonesian society, and studies of rural and urban communities. Traditional communities are usually referred to as rural communities, with a population of less than 2.500 people. A transitional society can be described as a society that is just experiencing growth, because in this transitional process, society is expected to be at a faster pace in understanding technological growth, which inevitably has to be able to master this technology. And in modern society, every level of society can be influenced by means of communication to convey information, such as radio and television. Meanwhile, rural and urban communities have a relationship of interdependence. With an illustration, urban communities need labor from rural communities, while rural communities need jobs created by urban communities. With the sections from the study of Indonesian society, the pluralism that has been formed long ago, can be seen clearly. Because each part of the study of society, has its own characteristics.Between village and traditional communities have the same characteristics. Because in the village community, there must be a strong sense of bond as well as traditional society. Whereas urban society has the same characteristics as modern society, because every urban society has an open view of new things, so it is not difficult for them to move forward to become a modern society. However, before achieving this, they must go through several phases, among which the first phase is called the colonial phase because it places leaders as foremen, the second phase is referred to as the developmental phase of administration and management because of the emergence of administrative and secretarial academics, the third phase is referred to as This phase is referred to as the global leadership phase, because leadership studies have begun to appear in specific fields.

The Power of the State Apparatus As a government institution in the perspective of moving the State Capital becomes part of the practice of social reproduction. Various considerations wrapped in political consensus are a challenge for bureaucrats. It is suspected that his involvement in carrying out his duties and responsibilities simultaneously has an impact on the domino effect that arises as a response to transcendental transformation. The grand factor driving the transfer of IKN is such as population agglomeration on the island of Java, which has an impact on economic stagnation which is increasingly apprehensive. In other words, the underdevelopment experienced by regions outside Java will soon be resolved. The symptom of duality in the structuring of agent behavior becomes so essential considering that the agent, namely the bureaucrat, is the key person as well as a vessel for social reproduction. Thus, it is hoped that Giddens' conception in the corridor of internal bureaucratic structuring in the search for resources as a nation accelerator can be realized properly. This is in line with the transformation of community development which requires institutional elements to accommodate all levels of stakeholders. Giddens' concept emphasizes how patterns of power relations, systems and structures unite in building the evolution of a theologically patterned society. The duality approach between the possessors of power and their powers will influence each other on an ongoing basis. More than that, the connection between political phenomena in creating opportunities will be very radical when an actor expects to optimize the capacity of his actions to influence other elements. Various speculations from minority groups to the voice of environmental elements over the transfer of the national capital are purely based on an oligarchic profit-sharing project. This skeptical assumption overshadows the fact that the development transformation synergy is fraught with risks for the possibilities that will occur. Especially regarding investment-motivated funding for the state capital project, it will confront the role of bureaucrats in a metaphorical setting in the growth of national economic capacity. It is claimed that the megaproject will participate in mobilizing supporting resources that cannot be separated from the comparison of science and technology development.
