The Indonesian capital market is experiencing significant growth, encouraging investors to consider shares as the main investment option. Fundamental analysis is important in assessing company performance, especially in the property and real estate sectors which are important for the Indonesian economy. This research aims to analyze the influence of fundamental factors such as Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Book Value (BV) on the share prices of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2021-2023 period. Using a panel data regression model with a random effects approach, the results show that BV has a partially significant positive effect on stock prices, while ROA, ROE and DER have a partially significant negative effect. These findings provide insight for investors in identifying key factors that influence share prices, so that they can help in making better investment decisions in the property and real estate sector.

This condition also affects the contribution of the tourism sector to the national economy. This research was conducted to observe the impact of factors in the gravity model and intra-industry trade, including relative distance, GDP per capita, tourism sector integration, and exchange rates on tourism demand in Indonesia from ten countries during 2017-2022 on 60 data samples with observation techniques and panel data regression model observations. Results were obtained which stated that the relative distance variable and GDP per capita had a negative effect on Indonesian tourism demand, conversely the integration of the tourism sector had a positive effect on Indonesian tourist demand, while the exchange rate variable had no significant impact on housing tourism demand in Indonesia from ten countries in 2017-2022.

This study aims to analyze the optimization of monetary policy and fiscal policy (current policies) in stabilizing the economy, precisely in overcoming the unemployment rate during the pandemic in the 6 lowest unemployment countries. Where monetary variables (Money Supply, Exchange Rate and Real Interest Rate), fiscal policy (Government spending), and economic stability (Inflation, GDP, and Wages). This study uses secondary data or time series, namely from 2008 to 2020. The data analysis model in this study is the ARDL Vector Panel model. The results of the IRF analysis showed that the stability of the variable response was formed in the 8th period or medium term and the 15th or long-term period, where the response of other variables to changes in one variable showed variations both from positive to negative responses and vice versa, and there were variables whose responses remained positive to negative from short to long-term. The results of the FEVD analysis show leading indicators as operational targets. Then the results of the ARDL Panel analysis show that in terms of the Inflation Panel, the Amount of Money Supply, Interest Rates, Gross Domestic Product, Government Expenditure, Exchange Rates, and Wages are able to maintain economic stability, precisely at the unemployment rate in the 6 lowest unemployment countries, in the short and long term.

Snack bar is a stick-shaped snack made from flour, seeds and nuts. This research aims to determine snack bar products made from a mixture of millet flour ad arrowroot flour with the addition of walnuts, including physical properties (L*a*b* color values), chemical properties (water, ash, fat, protein and crude fiber contents), and sensory properties based on hedonic test. This study was experimental using Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with the percentage ratio treatments of millet flour and arrowroot flour consisting of formula S1 ((20%:80%); S2(30%:70%); S3(40%:60%); and S4(50%:50%). The data obtained were processed using the Variance Analysis with a confidence level of 95% (α=0,05), and Duncan’s follow-up test. Snack bars have color values L* 41,660-52,580; color a* 6,6317-9,0667; color b* 19,9017-23,9667. The results of proximate analysis showed that snack bars contains 13,7176-17,8433 of water; 0,8459-1,4455% of ash; 5,8175-7,3264% of protein; 20,5320-24,2649% of fat; 48,7558-50,1120%; and 3,6339-5,1826% of crude fiber. Millet flour increases ash and protein content, but fat and crude fiber content decrease. Based on the hedonic test, it is known that panelists liked the taste and texture of S4 snack bar with an average score 3,94 and 3,68; while for the aroma in the treatment of S3 snack bar with an average score of 3,97 and the color in the treatment of S2 snack bar with an average score of 3,97 (hedonic test scale 1=very dislike, 2=dislike, 3=neutral, 4=like, 5=very like). Snack bars combination 30% millet flour:70% arrowroot flour have the best chemical characteristics (value 1,167) and the best sensory characteristics on snack bars from combination of 50% millet four:50% arrowroot flour (value 0,745) based on the DeGarmo effectiveness index test.

The main objective of the company is to maximise the value of the company. But a company can fail to increase company value, if it is not careful in applying the factors that affect company value. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dividend policy, institutional ownership, managerial ownership and audit committee on firm value proxied by TobinQ. The sample of this study is state-owned companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2021 with a total of 24 companies using purposive sampling method. Using the classic assumption test analysis method and hypothesis testing and multiple analysis, the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression panel data with the best model, namely the fixed effect model. The results showed that the t test for dividend policy was 2.375568 and the t table was 1.697 where t count> t table and a significant probability number of 0.025 <0.05 which means that dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value. While institutional ownership, managerial ownership and audit committee have no significant effect on firm value. The F test results explain that the selected model is suitable for use in research. Then the results of the regression coefficient test (R²) indicate that the predictive ability of the 4 independent variables is 82.98%, while the remaining 17.02% is influenced by other factors outside the model which is not significant.

Good audit quality is an important factor in ensuring the integrity and reliability of an entity's financial reports. This research aims to examine the influence of free cash flow and audit committee effectiveness on audit quality. Free cash flow reflects the availability of financial resources for a company to finance operational and audit activities. Meanwhile, an effective audit committee can ensure adequate oversight of the financial reporting and audit processes. This research uses panel data which includes companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2022 period. Free cash flow is measured using the ratio of operating cash flow to total assets, while audit committee effectiveness is measured using a composite score that includes the audit committee's independence, expertise and activities. Audit quality is assessed based on proxies such as the size of the public accounting firm, auditor industry specialization, and audit fees. The research results show that free cash flow and audit committee effectiveness have a significant positive influence on audit quality. Companies with high free cash flow tend to have adequate resources to pay higher audit fees, thereby encouraging auditors to carry out a more in-depth and quality audit process. In addition, an effective audit committee can ensure good oversight of the financial reporting and audit process, thereby improving audit quality. These findings provide important implications for companies and regulators in improving audit quality through managing free cash flow and establishing effective audit committees. Future research can explore other factors that influence audit quality and include relevant control variables.

The variables in this research are exchange rate, GDP, credit interest rates, money supply, foreign exchange reserves. This research uses secondary data taken from WorldBank in 2005-2022. The data analysis technique used is the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) panel. The research results from the ARDL model analysis show that the countries that are able to become lead indicators for KURS tariff stability are Indonesia and Malaysia. This is because all the variables or indicators in the research, namely (Foreign Exchange Reserves, GDP, JUB and Credit Interest Rates) in these countries have a significant effect on the KURS, while CDV, GDV and JUB do not have a significant effect on the KURS. in the Philippines, only the SBK variable has a significant effect on the KURS in the Philippines. If we look at short-term and long-term stability, the Unemployment Rate variable, both short-term and long-term, has a significant effect on KURS stability.
