Therefore, the prevention of disease in the area is difficult to be solved. These problems can lead to the spread of the disease becomes wider and it can increase the number of deaths and physical disabilities. The presence of a web-based geographic information systems is able to help in overcoming the spread of the disease in a particular area. The geographic information systems can be applied to mark an area in determining the points of the transmission. Using the current health facilities, the data can be performed on the information systems and to find the areas that do not have proper health facilities. Geographic information system is produce the spread of diseases that determine how the diseases spread and help the areas that do not have health facilities to receive medical countermeasures from the parties concerned. It can give welfare to people who need help to have a proper health.

The Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train is known to the public as an express train that meets people's needs and is highly praised for its service, comfort and supporting facilities. The construction of the Jakarta-Bandung express train is a government initiative to modernize transportation within the city, and has a significant impact on economic development and community mobility. This is considered very effective in overcoming traffic jams and minimizing losses for the government.

This Community Service Program aims to provide information about the legal protection of doctors, and health workers in providing optimal health services. The results of community service outline various factors such as workload, availability of medical facilities and equipment, as well as policies that value work-life balance, into important aspects discussed. In overcoming the challenges of high workloads and maintaining quality of services, it is important for hospitals and relevant stakeholders to create a supportive environment, including providing adequate facilities and implementing policies that take into account doctors' work-life and personal life balance. The benefits of this program provide richer insight into legal protection issues and convenience in practicing medicine in hospitals and their impact on the quality of health services provided by doctors.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of infaq and alms funds in improving social welfare from an Islamic macro perspective. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The main technique in this research is to collect data using a literature review technique which is a technique for collecting several articles which will be used as a reference by the author in preparing the article. The results obtained from this research are that infaq and alms activities have a religious purpose in overcoming social problems. Infaq and alms funds not only play a role in social life, but also support economic growth and strengthen social, economic and spiritual aspects in society in accordance with Islamic principles.

The aim of this research is to address the role of the KUA in overcoming unregistered marriages (Nikah Siri) in Kota Tengah District, Gotontalo City and the factors that hinder the role of the KUA itself in unregistered marriages (Nikah Siri). This type of research is Normative Empirical research using a qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing information and interpreting qualitative data.          The research results show that the role and efforts of the KUA have not been effective in dealing with unregistered marriages (Nikah Siri) even though they have implemented a government program, namely the marriage guidance program (Binwin), which provides pre-marital guidance and the formation of sakinah families in order to build superior human resources and reduce the divorce rate. by providing counseling about marriage registration and sakinah families to prospective couples who are about to get married and also by conducting outreach to the wider community. The factors that hinder the KUA in preventing unregistered marriages for couples who are not legally married in Kota Tengah District are caused by 2 factors, namely, internal factors, namely the lack of competent human resources who can provide socialization to the community, and the lack of adequate facilities and other factors. Other external factors include indifferent attitudes, non-compliance with the law, and low legal awareness in society. Therefore, we must work together with agencies such as the KUA in building character and also informing millennials about the impacts of having a relationship before marriage so that there is no such thing as an unregistered marriage. 

First year university students would experience a transition period from high school to college. This transition period was a challenge experienced by new students. Several aspects that were influential in overcoming these challenges include achievement motivation, adaptability, and self-efficacy. The aim of this research was to determine the description of achievement motivation, self-efficacy and adaptability in First Semester Students of D3 Keperawatan Politeknik Negeri Indramayu. This research was a descriptive observational study, with the research subjects was 1st semester of D3 Keperawatan Politeknik Negeri Indramayu, totaling 94 students. Data collection techniques in the research used the Achievement Motivation Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale, and Adaptation Ability Scale. The research results showed that the level of achievement motivation, adaptability, and self-efficacy of 1st semester of D3 Keperawatan Politeknik Negeri Indramayu is quite adequate.

This research aims to provide a solution to the importance of literacy in the digital era, to explain the importance of literacy in the digital era in dealing with hoaxes or false information on social media as well as strategies for increasing literacy in the digital era. Hoaxes can have a very detrimental impact, both on individuals and society as a whole. Therefore, it is important for people to always check the veracity of information before sharing it or taking action based on that information. With digital literacy, people can understand and manage information spread on social media. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The literature study method involves collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature that are relevant to the research subject. Literacy in this digital era is the key to overcoming various challenges. Digital literacy is important in dealing with hoaxes, including the ability to identify hoaxes, evaluate the authenticity of information sources, understand the context of information, use tools, question information, and maintain online privacy and security. Digital literacy helps individuals become more intelligent, critical and responsible in consuming and disseminating information in the digital world.

This research aims to explain the importance of literacy as a form of character education in overcoming moral degradation in elementary schools. Moral degradation, a decline in attitudes and behavior in elementary school students, is caused by a lack of instilling a spirit of character in students. There are many cases and problems regarding morals in the surrounding environment. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are based on library sources such as journals, articles and books. Then, the results obtained show that literacy activities in elementary schools as a form of character education according to various literature sources can be very useful, especially for overcoming moral degradation in elementary schools. Apart from that, as an Indonesian citizen, you need to have good attitudes and behavior as a form of love for your nation and state

The strategy for determining the price of educational services is a plan or approach used by an educational institution to determine the price of the educational services they offer to students. This research method uses the literature research method, namely a literature study approach to search for and collect literature related to strategies for determining the price of educational services. The focus of this article is1) Basic Strategy for Determining Prices for Educational Services, 2) Targets of the Strategy for Pricing Educational Services, 3) Techniques for Determining Prices for Educational Services, and 4) Pricing Model for Educational Services. The main determining factor in determining prices is the objectives of an educational institution. These goals can be in the form of maximizing profits, maintaining the continuity of education, achieving a large market share, creating leadership in terms of quality, overcoming competition, and carrying out social responsibility.

This research discusses the handling of problematic funding at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. Based on observations in the field, many consumer financing problems, especially for certain products, arise due to various factors. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan in handling problematic financing for consumer products, as well as the factors that cause these problems and the steps that must be taken if these problems arise. Again. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology, and the findings show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan's approach to overcoming problematic financing in consumer financing products is to develop the company's human resources (HR), providing advice to clients via telephone and face-to-face conversations. visits, and perfecting the company website, all that remains is for the client to submit a Warning Letter (SP), chat with the client, develop a financing restructuring strategy, and finally implement the final handling strategy by selling the client's assets or collateral. Financial problems at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan are not caused by internal bank problems, but external factors such as customer lifestyle, layoffs, requests for other financing, unreliable customers, and work at bad companies. If an opportunity arises, problematic consumer goods are being refinanced at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. This is done by assessing the money given, talking to all financial units, and avoiding problems with previous financing.

The Facebook group "Complaints about Missing Campus" is an online forum that allows students to share experiences, concerns and stories about their university life. The aim of this research is to analyze the social interactions that occur within this group, as well as to understand how this group plays a role in meeting the social needs of its members. This study uses content analysis methods and online observation to collect data from posts, comments and interactions between members in the "Complaints about Ngampus" group. The results of the analysis show that this group is a significant platform for members to share their feelings, experiences and suggestions regarding study issues, campus life and other social aspects. Social interactions within this group reflect multiple types of social support, including emotional, informational, and evaluative support. Members share their stories, offer advice, and provide moral support to each other. These groups also facilitate the formation of social bonds and friendships among their members. The Facebook group "Complaints about Dismissals" can serve as a safe place to express discomfort, pursue solutions together, and build a supportive social network among college students. Social interaction in this group plays an important role in overcoming the challenges of college and campus life, and helps improve the social and emotional well-being of its members.

The minimum wage is very effective as a tool to reduce income inequality. Apart from limiting the minimum wage in general, this policy also has an effect on increasing income and plays an important role in overcoming income gaps. Apart from the minimum wage, micro-spending also influences income inequality. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of minimum wages and micro expenditure on regional income in Indonesia. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is secondary data for 1 period, namely 2022, obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The variables used are Regional Income (Y), Minimum Wage (X1), Micro Expenditures (X2). The classic assumption test uses the SPSS for Windows version 25 program. The estimation results show that the provincial Minimum wages affect poverty in Indonesia, education affects poverty in Indonesia, and health affects poverty in Indonesia. Local minimum wages, education, and health influence poverty in Indonesia.

In Tanjungpinang City, there are several piles of waste from household production located on the roadside. Not only waste from household production, but also waste that is left over from building materials. The accumulation of garbage on the roadside of Tanjungpinang City is increasingly unstoppable and new spots are always appearing wildly (Hanani, 2021). Therefore, this study aims to determine the role of the Tanjungpinang City Environment Agency in overcoming littering and its management. The method used to obtain data is the literature study method. The results showed that to deal with this waste problem, the Tanjungpinang City Government (Pemko) through the Environmental Agency distributed garbage cans and uniforms to the Waste Bank and Climate Village Programme (Proklim) from four sub-districts throughout Tanjungpinang City.

Educational support tools include devices and materials that support the effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching and learning process. Its function involves delivering information in an interesting and interactive manner, facilitating the understanding of the material by learners, and increasing their active involvement in learning. However, along with technological advances, educational tools are experiencing rapid development. This provides opportunities for learning that are more accessible to various groups. However, challenges arise in the form of educational gaps. Schools in remote areas, for example, may face limited access to the internet, computers, or mobile devices that are essential to the learning process. Therefore, the role of educational tools is crucial in creating inclusive education, overcoming gaps, and ensuring that every individual can access learning in this digital era.

MSMEs Ning Saudah is an instant herbal medicine product business located on Jalan Penjaringan Sari, Rungkut District, Surabaya. The owner of the business is named Nur Saudah. This research explores the role of product and packaging innovation in improving branding in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the instant herbal beverage sector, with a focus on the case study of MSME "Ning Saudah". Instant herbal drinks have great potential in the modern consumer market who is increasingly concerned about a healthy lifestyle. The challenges faced by MSMEs involve price competition, changes in consumer trends, and ambitions to expand market share. This research aims to analyze the influence of product and packaging innovation on increasing the branding of "Ning Saudah" MSMEs. The implementation method involves a two-month Merdeka Entrepreneurship (WMK) internship, with steps such as product analysis, research and development, production, packaging innovation, testing, marketing and evaluation. The research results show that through product and packaging innovation, "Ning Saudah" MSMEs succeeded in strengthening the attractiveness of the product and creating a strong brand image. A well-planned marketing and branding strategy also contributes to increasing product visibility. This internship program not only provides benefits for MSMEs in overcoming challenges, but also provides valuable experience for students.

The aim of this research is to overcome the boredom of residents in the Class 1 Detention Center in Surabaya. This research analyzes group counseling that uses art therapy. This research was conducted at the Class 1 Detention Center in Surabaya and used descriptive qualitative research methods. Observations and interviews were used to obtain research data using data analysis techniques, namely descriptive comparative. The subjects in this research were residents of the Surabaya Class 1 Detention Center. The research results showed that group counseling with art therapy was effective in overcoming the boredom of Class 1 Detention Center residents in Surabaya. This service is carried out in four stages, namely initiation, transition, activity and termination. The effectiveness of the service is demonstrated by the enthusiasm of the inmates in participating in the service and making the best use of art in art therapy.  

Pamsimas is a program implemented by the government to help the community in providing drinking water and overcoming difficulties in getting clean water. This research aims to determine the influence of Pamsimas Management on Customer Satisfaction of Community-Based Drinking Water (PAMSIMAS). The Pamsimas program is one of the programs implemented by the Indonesian Government. The aim of this research is to find out about the "Influence of Pamsimas Management on Customer Satisfaction in Gempolrejo Village, Sumberjo Hamlet, Tunjungan District, Blora Regency" to see how the Pamsimas program is in terms of its management, researchers want to know what strategies management uses to overcome water problems during the dry season. and the level of community satisfaction. Researchers use data collection techniques with techniques; interviews, observation, documentation and using qualitative data analysis techniques. Indicators of the success of the Pamsimas program are: Fulfillment of clean water needs every day and a good level of community satisfaction. Research results related to the success and strategy of providing community-based drinking water in Gempolrejo village, Sumberjo hamlet. The program is said to be successful because Porgam's objectives have been achieved, but there are still obstacles in several aspects, such as a lack of water during long dry periods and a lack of community satisfaction. In this case, support from the government and society is really needed.

This article discusses the perspective of pastoral counseling in addressing bullying among late adolescents aged 15-18 years that affects the psychological well-being of adolescents. Bullying is a significant social problem among teenagers and can have negative impacts on their psychological well-being. The purpose of this research is to explore the role of pastoral counseling in helping adolescents cope with the psychological effects resulting from bullying. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach, depicting the characteristics of late adolescents aged 15-18 years who are vulnerable to bullying and its impact on their psychological well-being. The research findings indicate that pastoral counseling can provide emotional support, moral guidance, and reinforcement of religious values that assist adolescents in overcoming the pressures of bullying. The implications of this research are that the perspective of pastoral counseling is relevant and beneficial in aiding the protection and recovery of adolescents affected by bullying. It is hoped that this article will provide further understanding of the role of pastoral counseling in addressing bullying among late adolescents aged 15-18 years.

This PKM is carried out at the Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Department of DKI Jakarta Province. Jl. H. Naman No.1 RT.1/RW.3, Pd. Klp., District. Duren Sawit, East Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Currently, employees of the Department of Manpower, Transmigration and Energy are facing various cases of implementing conflicts in the industry that have come but have not been able to overcome them all because the leadership style, organizational commitment and employee performance have not been implemented correctly. Human resource management is a process of dealing with various problems within the scope of employees, employees, workers, managers and other workers to be able to support the activities of an organization or company in order to achieve predetermined goals. To overcome a number of problems faced by this group, solutions with optimal HR management strategies are needed. The methods used in providing community service counseling and training are pretest, lecture, media outreach, and posttest. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that this service activity provided positive results. Because this activity can help employees of the Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Department understand the need for HR management and leadership style, organizational commitment, employee performance in helping with implementation cases in overcoming conflicts in industry so that they have the quality and quality of being a mentor. So that you can implement and solve all the problems that exist in the industry.
