This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the basic differences between bonds and sukuk, as well as the implications for Muslim investors in choosing investment instruments that comply with sharia financial principles. The money method used is descriptive-analytical with a qualitative approach to compare bonds and sukuk from a sharia financial perspective. Data was obtained through literature studies from journal literature and official documents related to these two financial instruments. The results of this research are first, although sukuk and bonds are almost similar, if examined more deeply, the two have contradictory characteristics. The main difference is in the use of sharia principles in sukuk while bonds do not. Second, conventional bonds do not require collateral assets, while sukuk must have collateral assets. Third, sukuk is not a debt and receivable instrument that charges interest (riba) like bond transactions, but just like sukuk bonds are part of an investment instrument. Fourth, in terms of offering price, maturity, bond principal at maturity, and rating between sukuk and bonds there is no difference.

The purpose of this study is to assess the comparative financial performance between conventional and Islamic banks in Indonesia by considering factors such as profitability, liquidity, operational efficiency, and credit risk. Using a qualitative approach and literature review method from various credible sources, the results show that conventional banks tend to use ROA, ROE, CIR, and NIM as the main profitability indicators; Islamic banks also use NPF and FDR. CAR and NIM affect Islamic banks' profitability positively against ROA, while BOPO affects conventional banks' ROA negatively. In terms of liquidity, Islamic banks have an advantage due to the yield principle applied. This is indicated by the current ratio, quick ratio, money ratio, and loan-to-deposit ratio, which show their ability to meet short-term obligations better compared to conventional banks. BOPO shows the operational efficiency of Islamic banks thanks to the principles of fairness and sustainability, while conventional banks excel in revenue management from assets and investor capital. The profit-sharing system in Islamic banks lowers credit risk compared to conventional banks. Although the operating principles of the two types of banking are different, this study found that each type of banking exhibits strengths and weaknesses in terms of profitability, liquidity, efficiency, and credit risk. It is hoped that these results will aid the growth of the Indonesian banking industry and help bank management and relevant stakeholders make informed decisions.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the perspective of capu reke (void marriage) after paluk kila (exchange of rings) in Manggarai Marriage Customary Law. This type of research is empirical normative legal research. The sources of legal materials used in this research are primary and secondary legal materials. The method of processing legal materials through 3 (three) stages, namely editing, coding and systematization of data which is then analyzed descriptively qualitative. The results of this study found that: (1) The meaning of capu reke (capu = eliminate, cancel, break and reke = promise) which is literally interpreted as eliminating or breaking promises with other parties. Paluk kila (paluk = exchange; kila = ring). The Manggarai indigenous people interpret this paluk kila as being known to the extended families of both parties, as well as an acknowledgment from the tongka (witness/spokesperson) that the couple is true and ready to become a woe nelu (new family). (2) The perspective of capu reke (void marriage) after paluk kila (exchange of rings) in this ceremony is very sacred and from this problem the traditional ritual which is considered very magical and highly respected seems to be played with. (3) The legal consequences and customary sanctions that arise are: If the man decides first, the sanction is that the man must pay or cover the woman's shame in the form of saung leba (money) with a buffalo (kaba ngalu tau rangga). If, on the other hand, the woman decides first, the sanction is to give twelve Manggarai traditional cloths and one podo wa'u pig (returning the male clan). The legal consequences that arise are also the status of the child in this capu reke event who has the right to take care of the father (lut wa'u) and get inheritance rights from the father even though the custody is in the mother. The suggestions for the results of this study are (1) It is better if the marriage promise that is later denied or canceled is regulated more clearly in the law, even the rules must be clearer about the marriage promise and the legal consequences of the agreement that was made before the marriage. (2) Prospective couples are required to make a marriage agreement in order to better understand all the consequences that will be accepted after the marriage agreement takes effect between them.

Profiling of corrupt perpetrators is done by looking for information such as office or profession, educational level, employment history and criminal background. Because increased tax receipts are not proportionate to the extraction of benefits to the public, it creates mistrust and reluctance to meet tax obligations. It endangers national security in many aspects, such as social, cultural, moral, political, and legal. Literature Review is an in-depth study of a particular topic with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this writing is to discuss and analyze further about the profiling of perpetrators and the massive impact caused by the case of Rafael Alun Trisambodo PNS class III in the General Directorate of Tax Kemenkeu who served as Head of the General Division of Kanwil DJP South Jakarta. His motive for corruption and money laundering was to enrich himself, his family, or anyone else by abusing office. The conclusion of this writing is that efforts to combat corruption are still not optimal as many sides tempt wealth and take advantage of opportunities.

Financial transactions cause the emergence of legal relationships between two or more parties. In order to expedite the flow of financial transactions, it is required to produce evidence in the civil sector, therefore the participation of Notaries is required as a public official who has the task of making authentic deeds. The deed in question is an authentic deed made by or before a notary according to the form and procedures stipulated in the Law. In making authentic deeds, it is not uncommon for Notaries to meet with parties who are perpetrators of money laundering crimes with the aim of obtaining protection under the confidentiality provisions of the Notary profession. Isn't the Notary only responsible and authorized to make authentic deeds and other powers, all related to documents, then where are the suspicious transactions carried out by his clients? This problem must be studied in more depth to see how the Notary applies the principle of prudence in getting to know the presenters and the legal consequences of authentic deeds that do not apply the principle of prudence in getting to know the presenters.
