The solutions for the problem of less optimal strategy implementation in BBI Sukamaju need to be found, and as the first step, efforts are needed to evaluate the chosen strategy, to review and to re-evaluate the situations (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and business threats), and also to update the formulated strategy so that it suits the developments of the external environment in order to support the efforts of function development of Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) on Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Ciamis at Supplying of Quality Fish Seeds in Ciamis Regency. This study explains the steps for choosing the right strategy based on the Routweer concept approach by comparing the performance of the strategy before the new strategy is introduced, which is the development strategy or known by the name Restructurisation. By using a semi-structured interview method, SWOT analysis and QSPM, there will be found an effective strategy that can help achieve the organization’s objectives effectively and efficiently to support the vision, mission and the goals of regional development. From this research, based on QSPM calculation results, it can be concluded that the strategy improves coordination with various work partners (7,8), increases the partnership with UPR to increase the seed production, increases the cooperation with universities, research institutes and other partners (6,25), and becomes a priority strategy.

In order for students to have national character in accordance with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, the government issued a project program to strengthen Pancasila student profiles to support the implementation of character education for elementary school students. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification, and conducting data validity. The results of this study are 1) school program policies to develop character education are the realization of the school's vision and mission as well as project programs to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. 2) the process of implementing the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile based on the Kepmendikbudristek guidelines No. 56 of 2022 Guidelines for Implementing the Curriculum. 3) the obstacles faced are in terms of the family economy and the lack of facilities from schools. 4) efforts made in dealing with obstacles, namely by evaluating consistently, making modules, annual programs, semester programs adapted to programs that will be implemented in schools.

Public service is one of the main roles of the government to meet the needs of its people. The implementation of public services will also adapt according to the needs of the community and develop in line with changes in social life. This makes the government always try to foster motivation in creating effective and efficient services so as to provide convenience for the public. The purpose or research of this is to find out and explain how the implementation of One For Eleven Innovation in Solok City and to know and analyze the inhibiting factors that influence the implementation of One For Eleven innovation seen from product innovation, process innovation, research method innovation, strategy or policy innovation and system innovation . This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the One For Eleven innovation research in Solok City based on indicators of innovation are included in an innovation. This innovation is included in product innovation because there is a renewal of service media, including in process innovation where there are differences in service flow. This innovation is also included in the innovation of service methods where changes in service delivery. This innovation includes strategy or policy innovation because it has a vision, mission and goal of forming an innovation from the existing reality. In addition, this innovation is also included in system innovation, namely the existence of novelty in the interaction of implementing actors in managing innovation, but the implementation of innovation and its utilization by the community is not optimal because there are still many prospective brides who do not know about this innovation. The lack of socialization of innovation by implementers to the community so that there are still many people who do not know about this innovation. Then the difference in the domicile of the bride and groom as a requirement in obtaining this innovation has caused not all bride and groom to receive the One For Eleven innovation service. Lack of coordination between implementing agencies causes executors not to understand their duties.

One way to create quality human resources, we need a system to determine exemplary employees. One way to determine employees by using a decision support system. Decision support systems are made to determine exemplary employees in a company based on predetermined weights. The method used in this system is Simple Additive Weighting because it has the advantage of being able to determine the weight value of each attribute. The results obtained from calculations using this system are the names of exemplary employees who have been sorted according to their ranking from the top to the bottom and this system can be used by companies to make it easier to give rewards or appreciation in determining exemplary employees.

Strategic management is an important approach in managing an organization to achieve its long-term goals. This involves formulating the vision, mission, and goals of the organization, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve these goals.SWOT analysis is a tool used in strategic management to identify internal and external factors that affect the performance of an organization or a project.SWOT analysis assists organizations in formulating strategies by considering internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as existing external opportunities and threats.  The application of information technology systems will be beneficial if the application is in accordance with the goals, vision and mission of the organization by establishing business strategies and information technology systems strategies related to SWOT Analysis.The research method used is the SWOT Analysis Technique including IFE, EFE, and TOWS.  The IFE matrix shows that Cafe D'Sruput has strong organizational characteristics internally while the EFE matrix shows the weaknesses of cafe D'Sruput, so that cafe D'Sruput can carry out market development, product development and innovate in developing business at cafe D' Slurp.

The global era with the rapid and great advancement of information system technology, challenges teachers to have the ability to adapt themselves by improving scientific abilities and cutting-edge skills. But the most important thing is the ability to nurture students by sticking to sharia 'and can make them as noble ethical people. Efforts to strengthen tarbiyah and teacher training in Islamic educational institutions must make maximum efforts so that digital technology tools do not lull and deprive students of the right to get full control of teachers. This is the main mission of Islamic educational institutions so that the development of intelligent ethical humans can be reached by Islamic educational institutions. The three strategies that researchers offer in an effort to strengthen the conception of tarbiyah and teacher training in him and apply it to teacher professional performance activities are: (1) Understand and realize the achievement of tarbiyah and teacher goals; (2) Understand and apply the types of education and teaching; (3) Development of teacher soft skills so that they can become role models for students.

Education plays an important role in efforts to improve human quality, both social, spiritual and intellectual. Likewise with the existence of the Miftahul Ulum Suren Jember Islamic Boarding School whose vision and mission refer to the vision and mission of the Islamic boarding school. The Vision and Mission, among other things, seeks to develop students to become Muslims so that they become Muslims who are ready for life. For operationalization to achieve the output expected by the vision and mission, there needs to be a program realization at the girls' Islamic boarding school that must support it. One of the programs of the women's Islamic boarding school is the development of improving muhadatsah skills. From this program it is hoped that students will be able to speak Arabic actively. Because basically female students are able to perform muhadatsah optimally. The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out and describe the problems of improving muhadatsah skills at the Miftahul Ulum Suren Jember Islamic boarding school both in terms of implementation and evaluation. The research method used in this research is approach, determining research subjects, data collection methods (observation, interviews and data analysis.

The problem in this study is whether the use of rhetorical and figurative language styles in Ustad Maulana's da'wah at Islamic events is beautiful, and its implications for Indonesian learning in high school. The purpose of this study is to describe the rhetorical and figurative language style in Ustad Maulana's da'wah at Islamic events is beautiful, and its implications for Indonesian learning in high school. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The source of research data is the speech in Ustad Maulana's da'wah at the Islamic event was beautiful for the period 2015-2016. In this study, the data collection technique is the listen and record technique, and the sampling technique is purposive sampling (random). Based on the results of the overall analysis, the author concludes that the language style in Ustad Maulana's da'wah at the Islamic event is beautiful is a rhetorical language style including repetition, alliteration, apostrophe, asindeton, pleonasm, tautology, erothesis or rhetorical questions, prolepsis, correction, and hyperbole, then figurative language styles include equations or similes, metaphors, and allegories. The implications of language style on Indonesian language learning in high school are the learning material for grade XI students in odd semesters about analyzing content, structure, and language in lectures. Indonesian is also used in da'wah activities, both by ustadz and missionaries in Islam, as well as by evangelists in Christianity. Indonesian used to convey religious teachings and to communicate with people who do not know religion. The use of Indonesian in da'wah makes it easier for preachers to convey religious messages to the wider community. In addition, Indonesian is also used in mass media, such as television, radio, and newspapers to convey da'wah to the public.    

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) have 17 goals from 2015 to 2030. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) are in line with the vision and mission of President Joko Widodo and Vice President Ma'aruf Amin in the 2020-2024 National Medium Term Development Plan. Then it was aligned into the Lingga Regency Medium Term Development Plan 2021-2026. The background of this research is to measure how far the Lingga District Social Service has implemented poverty alleviation in implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) Program to reduce poverty in Lingga District. The method used in this research is using a qualitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data sources and using data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the Van Meter Van Horn Theory with six indicators, namely policy standards and targets, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, attitudes of implementers, inter-organizational communication, social, economic, and political environment. The results of the research are based on the first indicator, namely the standards and policy targets have a direct impact on coastal communities in Lingga Regency so that they are said to be poor. The second indicator is resources, the existing resources are in accordance with the standards set even though there are some human resources who still commit fraud. Indicator. The third is that the characteristics of implementing organizations have implemented existing policies in a firm and disciplined manner towards beneficiaries. The fourth indicator is the attitude of the implementers to accept the policy, it's just that there is a lack of response from Social Service employees and supervision is carried out. The fifth indicator is that communication between organizations has been established, it's just that the executors rarely come into the field for various reasons. Thus causing fraud. The sixth indicator, namely the social, economic and political environment, has been implemented with the government's efforts to improve the welfare of the community. The conclusion of this study is that the Lingga District Social Service has implemented a poverty alleviation program based on the Sustainable Development Goals Program in Lingga District.

Museum Misi OSF (Ordo St. Fransiskus) bertindak sebagai sebuah fasilitas pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk membina calon guru agama Katolik dalam aspek karakter dan spiritualitas. Museum ini didedikasikan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang ajaran dan nilai-nilai Katolik kepada calon guru, agar mereka dapat menjadi pengajar yang berkualitas dan mampu membimbing siswa dalam pengembangan karakter dan kehidupan rohani.   Museum Misi OSF menyediakan berbagai sumber daya yang beragam, termasuk seni religius, artefak bersejarah, literatur teologis, dan materi pembelajaran yang relevan. Para calon guru dapat menjelajahi koleksi ini melalui tur interaktif, pameran, dan kegiatan pembelajaran lainnya. Museum ini juga menyelenggarakan program pendidikan khusus yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang ajaran Katolik, sejarah Gereja, dan praktik spiritual.  Melalui pengalaman  Museum Misi OSF, calon guru iman Katolik dapat mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang hidup dalam ajaran Katolik dengan karakter dan spiritualitas. Mereka  belajar tentang nilai-nilai seperti cinta, kerendahan hati, pengampunan, dan pelayanan kepada orang lain yang menjadi dasar kehidupan yang layak untuk beriman.   Selain itu, Museum Misi OSF juga menawarkan ruang bagi calon guru untuk berefleksi dan berefleksi. This study aims to analyze the philosophy of Christian education related to the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers in the context of an independent curriculum. The main focus of this study is to introduce the basic concepts and principles of Christian education philosophy that are relevant to understanding the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers. This study also identifies the contribution of Christian educational philosophy to the development of an independent Christian curriculum. This study uses a descriptive analysis method to study the relevant concepts and principles of Christian education philosophy. Various theoretical sources, such as Christian educational philosophy literature and the Bible, are used to support the analysis. This research reveals that the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers emphasize the recognition of God's divinity, love as the main principle, the integration of faith and knowledge, the formation of Christian character, and the spiritual dimension of education. In implementing their vision and mission, Christian religious education teachers can use content selection that supports Christian values, integrated teaching strategies, and relevant assessments. In this way, they can create learning experiences that reflect their vision and mission and help students develop strong Christian character.

. School as an organization certainly has a culture of organization which becomes an important role in the realization of the vision and mission of school. The culture of school organizations is the norms adopted and implemented by all components to achieve the vision and mission of the school effectively. This study aims to describe the culture of school organizations in SMK Negeri 1 Medan for preparing superior human resources and programs to support  the culture of school. The approach of this study was quantitative observation, interview and documentation were used as the instruments of eliciting the data. The research subjects included elements of school residents, namely the deputy headmaster, teachers, and students. The results of this observation showed that (1) SMK Negeri 1 Medan has three superior cultures namely the culture of discipline, cooperation, and the culture of industrial work, (2)  there are several programs for students in the application of school culture, (3) there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the realization of an effective school organization culture.  According to observations, the culture of school organizations in SMK Negeri 1 Medan can be said to be effective.

The application of responsibility accounting has a very important role, with the aim of evaluating work results and generating feedback so that future cooperative operations can be better. Accountability accounting can help assess financial performance so that the proper use and use of financial resources can be identified. With performance appraisal it can be known the condition of the cooperative in evaluating the results of activities so that it can be used to measure success in KUD Tani Wilis. This study aims to determine the application of profit center responsibility accounting in assessing financial performance. In this study the data used are primary data in the form of an overview, vision and mission, as well as cooperative organizational structure, and secondary data in the form of profit center accountability reports. Sources of data collection in the form of interviews and documentation with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the application of responsibility accounting in KUD Tani Wilis is inadequate because it is not fully in accordance with the requirements of responsibility accounting. The results of financial performance in terms of profit center based on the analysis of Gross Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, and Net Profit Margin show unfavorable financial performance results. Cooperatives need to implement responsibility accounting in accordance with responsibility accounting requirements by separating controllable and uncontrollable costs, as well as providing account codes for these accounts in the accountability report so that it makes it easier for cooperative managers to control costs and see who is responsible if irregularities occur. Cooperatives must also pay more attention to the increase in cost of goods sold, and minimize production costs and operational costs as well as optimize sales/revenues and evaluate business costs or operational costs, so as to increase profits. By evaluating business costs or operational costs carried out by cooperatives in an effort to increase efficiency where economic resources can be used effectively so that costs are not wasted so that the profits obtained are more optimal and can improve the financial performance of cooperatives.  

The spiritual crisis among Sunday school children has become a serious concern in the context of Christian religious education. This article examines the important role played by Christian religious education teachers in overcoming this crisis. In a modern context full of challenges, children often experience spiritual isolation, loss of religious values, and difficulty implementing Christian principles in everyday life. Christian religious education teachers have a responsibility to provide guidance and inspiration to these children. This article examines strategies and methods Christian religious education teachers can use to help Sunday school children overcome spiritual crises. Some of the strategies described include the use of interesting Bible stories, interactive and creative teaching, building empathetic relationships with students, and encouraging reflection and application of Christian values in everyday life. Christian religious education teachers must also be able to tactfully face children's questions and doubts, and develop a deep understanding of children's spiritual and developmental needs. Through their role, Christian religious education teachers can be role models and sources of inspiration for Sunday school children in strengthening their faith and dealing with spiritual crises. In carrying out their duties, teachers must have a strong commitment to the mission of Christian religious education and pay attention to the social and cultural changes that affect children's lives. This article aims to inform and motivate Christian religious education teachers in carrying out their roles more effectively and relevantly amidst the spiritual crisis of Sunday school children. Through collaborative efforts between the church, parents and the Christian community, it is hoped that Sunday school children can obtain a solid foundation of faith and be able to overcome the spiritual challenges they face in their lives.
