Digital technology has created new opportunities in marketing, including live streaming, which enables real-time interaction between businesses and consumers. The research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with the owner and manager of Hi.Prima. The findings indicate that live streaming effectively expands market reach, enhances consumer engagement, and drives purchasing decisions. Direct interaction during live streaming sessions allows consumers to obtain detailed product information, contributing to a 25-30% increase in sales. Additionally, consistency in execution and creativity in content presentation are critical factors in the success of this strategy. These findings reveal that live streaming is not only a promotional tool but also a strategy to build long-term relationships with customers. This study provides insights for business practitioners to leverage live streaming as an efficient and effective digital marketing strategy in an increasingly competitive market..

This study aims to analyze the implementation of entrepreneurship education management in achieving independent students at MAN 2 Langkat. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, employing data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the planning of entrepreneurship education at MAN 2 Langkat is designed with the aim of equipping students with practical skills and independence. This entrepreneurship program includes various practical activities such as Market Day and bazaar exhibitions, providing students with the opportunity to plan and manage their own businesses. The implementation of the program has proven effective in developing students' entrepreneurship skills, such as business planning, capital management, and product marketing. Evaluation of the entrepreneurship program shows positive impacts, with assessments focused not only on the final results but also on the processes students undergo, including initiative, responsibility, and teamwork. However, several aspects still require improvement, such as financial management and enhancing cooperation among students. Overall, this entrepreneurship program has successfully created independent students, ready to face the challenges of the business world.

E-commerce is all activities selling goods and services carried out through electronic media. Shrimp Cracker Shop, is a business that operates in the field of selling typical souvenirs. Currently, sales of goods are still carried out manually, namely by buyers coming directly to the shop or by purchasing by telephone. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research provides an accurate description and explanation of the conditions or symptoms faced. The materials used in this research are data obtained from the results of interviews and later the results of the interviews can find out what needs are needed to build a website. System Design Methods in Designing a The system definitely requires modeling so that the results of the system design that you want to achieve can obtain maximum results. What the author uses is Unified Modeling Langue (UML). Which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. In this research the author uses the Rapid Application Development system development method. The software development method in this research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model system development method. After the design is carried out, the researcher draws conclusions namely the e-commerce design of the Manda Shrimp Cracker Shop was successfully created to help promotion and sales. The results of testing the Blackbox Testing software system were declared successful, and the feasibility test using a Likert scale resulted in a score of 93% (very feasible). Overall, the results were successful and in accordance with what was designed.

Digital branding is the process of building and framing a business brand online, especially using social media such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and many more. By getting to know customers more closely, communication becomes easier than before, this is one of the keys to success for all businesses. The objectives of this service activity include knowing how to use social media in online-based business marketing and knowing how to apply social media as an online marketing medium in the era of globalization. The method used is assistance to business actors regarding the importance of applying social media as a means of promoting products among the public. The results of this mentoring activity support that business digitalization can increase the role of digital branding, through the use of social media access so that it can facilitate the reach of target markets in business development and also as a way to help increase revenue at Berdikari Kopi, and can compete globally, and contribute to the opening of jobs for the surrounding community.

The manufacturing industry plays a pivotal role in promoting workplace equality for employees with disabilities. This paper explores the historical context, current trends, and challenges faced by disabled workers in the manufacturing sector. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical research, including surveys, interviews, and case studies, the study identifies significant barriers to inclusion, such as physical inaccessibility, attitudinal prejudices, and inadequate policies. It also highlights best practices and policies that manufacturing companies can adopt to foster an inclusive environment. These include inclusive hiring practices, workplace accommodations, and training programs to raise awareness and sensitivity among employees. The research showcases successful implementations of inclusive practices in various manufacturing companies, emphasizing the economic and social benefits of such initiatives. Increased productivity, innovation, and improved workplace morale are among the noted advantages. The paper concludes with recommendations for enhancing inclusion in the manufacturing industry and suggests future research directions to continue advancing equality for disabled workers. By addressing these challenges and adopting best practices, the manufacturing industry can set a benchmark for other sectors, demonstrating that inclusivity is not only a moral imperative but also a driver of business success.

Packaged Drinking Water (PDW) has now become one of the most practical products dominating the market, offering a variety of advantages and benefits. The fierce competition among PDW producers drives consumers to be increasingly discerning and selective in making purchasing decisions. Consumer choices are often influenced by pressing needs, which have recently shifted toward a preference for more natural food and beverage products. However, amidst the fast-paced modern lifestyle, instant products remain a favored solution due to the convenience they offer. By leveraging store atmosphere strategies, this business has successfully stayed competitive and maintained its presence in the market. The relationship between store atmosphere and consumer purchase interest is significant, as first impressions often serve as a critical factor in consumer evaluations of a store. Elements such as exterior design, overall interior, store layout, and interior displays play a vital role in creating that appeal. This study aims to analyze the extent to which store atmosphere influences purchase interest in the Club brand bottled water. The research methodology involves distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents as the primary data source.

Entrepreneurship training entitled "Social Innovation in Community Empowerment: Creating New Entrepreneurs Sewing Hajatan Bags and Dasters from Used Sarong Fabric in Kayen Village, Bandarkedungmulyo District" aims to improve technical skills, understanding of social entrepreneurship, and digital marketing strategies for non-productive housewives. This program was implemented on October 27-30, 2024 at the Kayen Village Hall and was attended by 20 participants. The implementation of the activity included a pre-test stage to measure initial abilities, technical training in sewing hajatan bags and dasters, and a post-test to evaluate the results of the training. The post-test results showed an average increase of 65% in sewing skills, understanding of the concept of social entrepreneurship, and product marketing skills. During the training, several obstacles were identified, including limited tools and supporting materials, disparities in the initial skill levels of participants, and the lack of confidence of some participants in utilizing digital platforms for marketing. These obstacles were successfully overcome through intensive mentoring by a team of trainers who provided practical direction and motivation during the activity. As a concrete result, four business groups were formed, namely the Bodeh Group, the Amanah Kreatif Group, the Maju Jaya Sewing House, and the Mak Kreatif Group, which utilize digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee to support the marketing of their products. This program not only increases the capacity of individual participants but also creates a sustainable community-based entrepreneurial ecosystem. The results of the training show that the social innovation approach can be an effective solution to significantly empower the economy of rural communities. With proper implementation, this model has the potential to be replicated in other areas to overcome similar problems.

Human Resource Management (HRM) has become essential to a company's success in the global marketplace in the fast-paced age of globalisation. Global HRM is an approach that takes into account global elements like market demands, labour laws, and cultural norms. Managing scattered teams, adjusting to cultural diversity, and differing labour laws are among the difficulties. Global HRM does, however, also offer advantages, such as easier access to talent from throughout the world. This journal attempts to offer useful insights for HRM practitioners and business executives in managing human resources in the age of globalisation through in-depth examination.Literature reviews serve as the data source for the qualitative and descriptive research methodology. The study's findings emphasise how crucial global human resource management is to accomplishing corporate objectives in a variety of international marketplaces. Flexibility, efficient resource management, improving cultural sensitivity, and employee participation are some of the suggested remedies. In the age of global business, companies can improve performance and accomplish their objectives by putting in place efficient HRM strategies.

This study aims to determine how factors like profitability, capital structure, cash management, and company size affect the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2019 and 2023. Analysis is essential. The Smart PLS technique and secondary data from the financial statements of seven companies selected through purposive selection are used in the quantitative methodology of this study. Financial performance is evaluated using Tobin's Q and EPS, and the independent factors that are looked at include ROE, DER, quick ratio, current ratio, and total assets. The study's findings indicate that while business size has no discernible effect on financial performance, return on investment (ROE) has a strong positive influence. Nevertheless, capital structure (DER) has a negative impact on financial performance while company size has a positive one; neither effect is statistically significant. Additionally, cash management has a little negative impact on financial success, but business size has a positive and significant influence. However, there is a small but favorable correlation between firm size and financial performance.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of student autonomy and financial behavior on planning pocket money for students receiving the KIP-K scholarship for the Business Education undergraduate program at PGRI Wiranegara University. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 55 people selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results of linear regression analysis show that student independence has a significant influence on pocket money planning and financial behavior. At the same time, these two variables also have a significant influence on students' pocket money plans. This study shows how important it is for students to use their pocket money wisely to support academic success and financial stability. These findings will make a major contribution to the development of financial management guidelines for students, especially KIP-K undergraduate students.

Moreover, digitalization optimizes resource utilization, minimizes environmental impact, and strengthens stakeholder engagement, contributing to measurable economic, environmental, and social sustainability outcomes. The National Strategic Program stipulated in Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 109 of 2020 concerning the Acceleration of Implementation of the National Food Estate Strategic Project, which was implemented in Gadabung Village, Pandih District, Pulang Pisau Regency was implemented well, so that the community felt the direct impact in the form of a harvest area of 1,205 Ha in a bumper harvest with New Superior Varieties of Inbred and Hybrid rice. The success of Gadabung Village as part of the development of the national strategic food estate project has had a positive impact on making the area charming in the form of vast expanses of rice fields, so that the village can be developed into a tourist village. Based on this, the aim of this research is that the Regional Government of Pulang Pisau Regency makes public policies that can be directly operational, by developing the potential resources owned by the government of Gadabung Village, Pandih Batu District. This research uses a qualitative approach, the data displayed is generally in the form of actual and accurate sentence descriptions and connects the problems studied with a qualitative approach. Researchers go out into the field to research the object of study and hold direct interactions with the community with the aim of obtaining in-depth information about this matter, conducting in-depth interviews and observations. Research Results Based on documentation data, Central Kalimantan Food Estate Development activities, especially in Gadabung Village, were carried out through programs and activities, namely area planning and development of facilities and infrastructure, human resource development and farmer corporations experiencing increased capacity and business diversification. This is a form of sustainability effort for upstream-downstream agricultural businesses based on areas and agro-ecosystem suitability clusters. Increasing the welfare of the people in Gadabung Village will be better by becoming a tourist destination, because the scenery in the area is very beautiful with the support of available natural resources, traditional arts and culture of local people and immigrants (transmigration), both ethnic Dayak, Banjar, Javanese, Sunda, where people live in harmony, safety and peace. The conclusion from the results of this research is that Gadabung Village is a village where the National Strategic Program has been implemented which has succeeded in meeting its objectives, namely making Gadabung Village one of the rice barns in Central Kalimantan, with rice fields stretching across thousands of hectares, and the community feels the direct impact on improving welfare. infrastructure becomes better, the village's potential can become a support for becoming a tourist destination or tourist village.

Since early 2021, the population administration service in Bandung Regency has been supported by service innovations implementation through an online service system, with the presence of the SAKEDAP application. Hence, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bandung Regency makes use of Information and Communication Technology as an application of Agile Governance in order to deal with the dynamics of the environment. Nevertheless, at the implementation level of the newest version of SAKEDAP application, the limit of the Q-Ban is only 150 queues a day from 4,000 applicants per day. To tackle these problems, outreach should be tailored through a broad range of accessible media platforms, the recruitment of IT specialists to assure the strength of the system and the ability to increase capacity when necessary. Such measures, which, will enhance public understanding and easier access to services, are consistent with the ideals of the good governance which espouses efficiency and responsiveness. The objective of this study is to discover and analyze Agile Governance based Integrated Population Queue System Service in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bandung Regency. Observer-participant, in-depth interviews and document review were the main data collection techniques used. In addition to Good Enough Governance, business- driven, Human Focused, Based on Quick Wins, Systematic and Adaptive Approach, Simple design and Continuous Responsiveness, based on the research conducted, the researcher found the responsiveness factor or the ability factor, which is intended to help and provide fast service to customers with clear information and can support the successful implementation of Agile Governance.

Diaconal ministry is one form of church service that embodies the love of Christ in serving others. However, in practice, this ministry is often carried out in a charitable manner and has yet to fully address comprehensive and sustainable empowerment of the congregation. This study is driven by the urgent need to develop a diaconal service that not only provides temporary assistance but also effectively enhances the socio-economic independence of the congregation, particularly within the context of Gereja Isa Almasih Pringgading, where some Christian members face economic challenges due to limited access, resources, and institutional church support. The objective of this study is to analyze and describe the role of the Church Council in developing reformative and sustainable empowerment-based diaconal ministry. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews with Church Council members and service recipients, direct observations of diaconal activities, and documentation of church archives and social service reports. Data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns of service, empowerment strategies, and socio-economic impacts on the congregation. The study's findings reveal that the Church Council plays a strategic role in transforming diaconal ministry from mere charitable assistance into a structured empowerment program. Successfully implemented programs include entrepreneurial skills training, micro-business mentoring for congregation members, internal church cooperative development, and the establishment of local economic partnership networks. The impacts of these programs are reflected in increased household incomes, improved economic independence for some members, and strengthened social solidarity within the congregation. This study produces a conceptual model of empowerment-based diaconal ministry that can be replicated by other local churches to sustainably enhance congregational welfare.

This research aims to examine the management of environmental risks arising from the use of fossil energy and strategies for transitioning to green energy in the business sector. The main focus of the research is to analyze the managerial role in facing environmental regulatory challenges, as well as how leaders and managers can develop a culture of sustainability within the organization. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and document analysis on large companies in the industrial and manufacturing sectors that have adopted or are transitioning to green energy, in the period June-September 2024. The results show that companies that successfully reduce environmental risks have a clear and strong energy transition strategy, including investments in green technology and managerial training related to sustainability. The biggest challenges faced are government policy uncertainty and the high costs involved in green energy implementation. In addition, this study also highlights the important role of visionary leaders and competent managers in driving organizational culture change towards sustainability. The implication of this research is the importance of a proactive, innovative management approach and compliance with environmental regulations in the face of green energy transition.

E-commerce has become one of the significant innovations in the world of trade, offering various benefits for consumers and businesses, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to explore the benefits and limitations of e-commerce for both parties. For consumers, e-commerce provides the flexibility to shop 24 hours a day without location restrictions, reduces the need for travel, and provides quick access to product information. Consumers can also enjoy a wider selection of products, competitive prices, and services such as virtual auctions and fast delivery. These advantages open up opportunities for consumers from various economic circles to obtain the desired products more easily.  On the other hand, entrepreneurs, especially MSMEs, benefit from operational cost efficiencies, the ability to reach global markets, and the potential for specialized business success. However, there are some limitations, such as lack of security, risk of fraud, and imperfections in the visualization of products offered online. Entrepreneurs also face challenges in managing websites, intense price competition, and legal uncertainty regarding online transactions. Nevertheless, the use of e-commerce continues to grow, supported by the increasing number of internet users and technological advances. The results of this study show that although e-commerce has constraints, the advantages it offers, in terms of efficiency, market reach, and ease of access, far outweigh its limitations. Therefore, optimal utilization of e-commerce can drive economic growth, improve the competitiveness of MSMEs, and expand consumer access to products and services in the digital era.

The success and survival of MSMEs is highly dependent on their ability or capacity to manage finances effectively. However, many MSMEs experience obstacles as well as challenges so that they have difficulty in compiling correct and accurate financial statements due to limited access to resources and knowledge. This program aims to improve the ability of MSMEs in Kalitirto and Sukoharjo Villages to make simple financial statements. Through this program, it is hoped that MSMEs can understand the importance of financial statements and be able to calculate their business profits and losses. The method used is socialization to provide an understanding of the importance of financial statements for MSMEs, followed by training and assistance in the process of making them. This program can significantly contribute to improving the competence of MSMEs in the field of accounting, especially in terms of preparing financial statements.

Branch Watergate Cooperative This study aims to determine the Application of Rescheduling Policy as an Effort to Resolve Non-Performing Loans at the Bola Branch Watergate Cooperative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis, namely data collection and analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusions. The results of this study show that the causes of non-performing loans are: internal factors include: Less selective cooperatives in the analysis of credit, Lack of survey processes and the existence of family relationships. . External factors include mental factors, economic factors seen from the low income of members, member errors in calculating and not understanding well the business made so that they experience failure in managing the business, members are tempted by 3 times the share loan, and lack of communication. The implementation of rescheduling policy as an effort to resolve non-performing loans has gone well and meets the criteria. The rescheduling process was successful because most members were able to pay off the loan.
