The development of internet technology has initiated the era of industrial revolution 4.0 in the current digital era, where easy and fast access to information has changed the marketing paradigm. The aim of this research is to find out how effective digital marketing strategies are for tenants to reach new markets, the challenges they face when implementing them, how tenants understand the behavior and preferences of target markets in a digital context, and evaluate how effective digital marketing strategies are. In addition, the role of content and platforms in expanding the market will be discussed. This research method is descriptive qualitative, data collected through structured interviews and direct observation with tenants. The research results show that content that is innovative, informative and relevant to the target audience is very important for the success of a tenant's digital marketing strategy. Additionally, it is very important to understand the behavior and preferences of the target market. Tenant measures the success of their strategy by looking at web traffic, revenue, leads, and customer engagement. Primary focus is given to creating high-quality content and developing effective marketing strategies by understanding customer behavior and using appropriate technology. Digital content marketing strategies have proven effective in increasing tenant brand visibility in new markets. This research provides deeper insight into the digital marketing strategies used by tenants, as well as how these strategies can be adapted to the needs and preferences of the target audience to achieve marketing goals.

The success of maternal and child health can be seen from the indicators of maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR). One of the causes of maternal mortality is bleeding that occurs due to anemia during pregnancy. Anemia conditions can be prevented by antenatal care (ANC) checks, and can help make labor run physiologically. Objective To provide comprehensive midwifery care to the patient, family, community or closest friends in order to get appropriate care.This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. In the first visit pregnancy care found the incidence of Mild Anemia, at the second visit found the incidence of Mild Preeclampsia. In the care of childbirth, there were cases of premature rupture of membranes and chepalopelvic disporpotion so that delivery was carried out by Sectio Caesarea. And in the care of newborns, postpartum and family planning there are no problems and the condition of the mother and baby is normal. Based on the comprehensive care provided to Mrs. K, there were no gaps in the care of pregnancy, puerperium, newborn, and family planning, but in the care of childbirth there were some gaps between theory and practice.

The solution that can be applied to the community to deal with the impact of global warming today is the concept of "go green". However, the problem is that the application of this "go green" solution has not been widely applied in the community, especially in communities that are directly adjacent to and dependent on forests. Therefore, the the academic community of the Faculty of Forestry, Winaya Mukti University conducted forestry counseling on go green in community service activities to provide awareness to people living in villages bordering forests in Sumedang Regency, precisely in Citaleus Village. This research was carried out using the method of counseling and practicing planting forestry plant seeds. The results of this research succeeded in achieving a satisfactory level to provide and introduce knowledge about going green and the practice of implementing it by planting forestry plant seeds for the people of Citaleus Village, Buahdua District, Sumedang Regency. This success is evidenced by the positive response from the analysis results received by the service team.

Administration is very necessary for the continuity of the teaching and learning process in the world of education. All of that cannot be separated from the activeness of those who master the administration in the school. People often underestimate the field of administration, even though if the administration is held by less skilled people then the administration will be messy and will not run properly. People who hold administration are people who have been trained in their field (people who have received knowledge or training). Administration is not only in financial terms but also in our neatness and order in bookkeeping. Administration is not only carried out within a certain time but every day systematically. The success of education in schools must be supported by orderly, directed, and planned school administration services. Where in its implementation must follow the direction of the development of an increasingly modern era and growing technological media. For this reason, there needs to be a clear and programmatic division of administrative tasks in each school to create a better school later.

study aims to know, study, explore and describe the administrative model of procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure in elementary schools more organized and efficient so that it can support the success of students in the learning process. This research was conducted by qualitative methods, research conducted at the Future Islamic School Integrated Islamic School, with the subject of principals, teachers, educators and students. This research data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research that the author conducted show that the model of the procurement system of facilities and infrastructure, schools can provide a more optimal environment for the learning process of students As well as the importance of technology by involving all school staff as a means to accelerate the monitoring process, and optimize the management of infrastructure facilities, this writing is expected to be the basis for improving the governance of goods in similar schools.

In our life, to choose what is good and to act rightly always required human freedom. Human freedom must be created peace and justice in order to open mind and heard for the common good for all.  All people of God are witness for social justice teaching support for beautiful and meaningful life such as appreciation for the human person dignity’s, awareness of equality, equal participation, and human solidarity. This research use a qualitative method through a literature study in order to acquire data and discover the problem more profoundly. Researchers believe that the successful process of internalizing ethics aims to make life, not just a life that lasts from time to time, but a life that is organized regularly and ultimately reaches the aim of life. This research will answer the “question” is virtue ethics necessary or only an accessory for human beings’ life.  Then, researchers will go further to describe the important values or practices of virtue ethics in daily life. Finally, this research proposes the practical implication based on the critical reflection and suggestion. This implication is an indication for every person to believe that the process of internalizing Ethics is an important way of life.

The student worksheet, also known as LKPD, is a crucial element in the educational process inside schools. Nevertheless, several LKPDS fail to satisfy the requirements of being feasible, valid, and successful in enhancing the abilities of science process learners. Furthermore, the absence of stimuli in the LKPD to foster critical thinking among learners is a pressing issue that requires attention. The objective of this project is to create a Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) focused Learning Kit and Performance Dashboard (LKPD) that may enhance the scientific process and creative abilities of fourth-grade children in primary school, specifically in relation to plant matter. The study employed the ADDIE Development paradigm, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The findings demonstrated that the STEAM-oriented LKPD created had a positive impact on enhancing the science process abilities and fostering creativity among fourth-grade pupils in relation to plant matter. Furthermore, the enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge and the level of scientific literacy also exert a beneficial impact on the science process abilities of individuals. Teachers and learners also evaluate the LKPD for its viability and practicality

This study is a qualitative literature review aimed at exploring the challenges and opportunities of integrating generative artificial intelligence (GAI) in human resource management (HRM) practices. GAI, as an advanced technology, holds significant potential to enhance operational efficiency in HRM through the automation of administrative tasks, improved accuracy in performance evaluations, and the development of more interactive and adaptive employee training. However, its implementation also faces several challenges, including employee resistance to change and the unpreparedness of technological infrastructure. Furthermore, ethical issues such as algorithmic bias in recruitment processes are a major concern, potentially exacerbating inequities if not properly monitored. This research identifies that the success of integrating GAI into HRM depends on the organization’s readiness to address technological and ethical challenges, as well as the importance of careful planning. The findings provide valuable insights for organizations in designing effective strategies for GAI integration to improve performance and organizational dynamics while addressing potential risks.

This research will discuss the historical issue of the beginning of the Christian indigenization movement in Java up to its development. This was done in response to the Dutch colonial era zending (Western evangelists) who did not care about Javanese culture. Kyai Sadrach, an indigenous evangelist, made a major contribution to the indigenization movement in Java. His ministry was very successful in forming a Christian community in Java. He had started to establish a church whose congregation was native people and grew very rapidly in his time. By the end of his life, Kyai Sadrach's congregation had reached 20,000 members (1869-1823). Kyai Sadrach focuses on services to rural communities. The strategy used is a cultural contextual approach and local customary procedures, especially those related to Islamic customs, so that it gets good acceptance. Therefore, this research was created to provide an understanding of the Christian indigenization movement in Java and how big the influence of Kyai Sadrach was in this movement. The sources used to write this paper are books and articles and digital material sources related to the discussion of the History of Christianity in Java.

Despite gaining a popular social life at a new school, Park Hyung Seok is still faced with the challenge of adapting to changes in his body and environment. The uniqueness of this story lies in the ability to return to one's original body, reminding that physical appearance is not everything. The main message of "Lookism" is the importance of self-acceptance and the realization that success in life does not only depend on appearance, but also on personality and abilities. This comic illustrates that every change brings new adventures. Life is a journey full of mysteries and challenges that shape a person's character. The comic "Lookism" teaches that true happiness and success in life lies in self-acceptance and the development of true personality and abilities.

The use of learning models can also be a factor that determines students' learning success. If the learning model used is appropriate, it can arouse students' interest in studying the material being taught in such a way that it influences the quality of learning outcomes. So the teacher must be able to create a learning model that creates a situation where the class of students can be active in the learning process. This research was carried out using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. Wardani & Wihardit (2018) stated that PTK is research conducted by a teacher in the class he teaches which aims to improve student learning outcomes. The subjects of this research were 36 students in class XI MIPA 3, consisting of 11 male students and 15 female students. P2K implementation is carried out in 2 cycles. The results of classroom action research using the Discovery Learning model with a scientific approach for two cycles, the results obtained are: First, the application of the Discovery Learning learning model with a scientific approach can improve students' science learning outcomes in class XI SMAN 9 Maros. Second, the application of the Discovery learning model Learning with an effective scientific approach can increase liveliness and activity in the teaching and learning process in accordance with observations of students' attitudes during the implementation of classroom action research in cycle I and cycle II.

The growth of the Sharia Banking industry in Indonesia continues to show a positive trend in line with increasing public awareness of finance and financial solutions that comply with sharia principles. One product that is attracting attention in this context is murabahah financing, especially in the form of Gold Installments, as a marketing strategy that is expected to not only retain customers, but also increase the number of customers significantly. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing strategy for murabahah financing on gold installment products in increasing the number of customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP. Krakatoa Field. This article will conduct an in-depth analysis of the marketing strategy for Bank Syariah Indonesia's gold installment products, identify the factors that contributed to success, and detail the impact on increasing the number of customers at the Sharia Bank. This research uses qualitative research while the data collection methods used are interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this research show that in increasing the number of customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia, KCP Medan Krakatau implemented a strategy that focused on segmentation, targeting, positioning and marketing mix. Among these strategies, the main focus is on publicity methods included in the marketing mix. The publicity method is the most effective means of building a brand image, which in turn can increase the growth of gold installment customers. Other supporting factors are also influential, such as Bank Syariah Indonesia carrying out appropriate market segmentation by focusing marketing efforts on target groups who have a need for gold financing, such as the adult age group with a fixed income, while in terms of positioning strategy, Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Krakatau positions itself as a safe and beneficial business partner.  

One of the government's efforts to protect the environment in the Indonesian industrial sector is by establishing laws and regulations that become a reference for the public and business actors and/or activities related to the environment. The government, through the Ministry of the Environment, issued regulations in the form of PROPER as an evaluation of industrial performance in environmental management. Based on the PROPER program mentioned above, the East Java Provincial Government is implementing the Environmental Trust Business/Activity Development Program or known as PUSAKA, which aims to provide environmental management guidelines based on environmental permits held by businesses and/activities (non-PROPER) in East Java. The PUSAKA mentoring program is used to prepare business actors and/or activities in East Java to achieve PROPER. Apart from that, it can also improve environmental management performance in business entities and/or activities in East Java Province, especially PT X. The PUSAKA development program has been successful in becoming a trigger for evaluating PT X's environmental management. Because it succeeded in increasing compliance with PPA and PLB3 by 85.7% and 3.75%.

DAZ Woven Sarong UKM in Gresik is a company which operates in the textile sector in the form of sarong clothing produced using traditional looms which to this day still maintains the quality and cultivates traditional crafts in the form of woven sarongs. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Green Human Resource Management and Organizational Identification to improve Green Innovative Work Behavior of DAZ Sarong Tenun UKM employees in Gresik. The population of this study is 46 employees of DAZ Woven Sarong UKM in the production department. Sampling in this research the author used a saturated sample where all members of the population were used as research samples. This research is quantitative research to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of this research show that the Green Human Resource Management variable has a significant influence on Organizational Identification, the Green Human Resource Management variable has a significant influence on Green Innovative Work Behavior and the Organizational Identification variable has a significant influence on Green Innovative Work Behavior. And the mediating variable Z can be said to be successful in mediating and being significant between variables X and Y. Based on the results of the t test on the variable , Based on the results of the t test on the variable Based on the results of the t test on the Z-Y variable, it was obtained that the t count was 11.150 which was greater than the t table of 2.016 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which means that the Organizational Identification variable had a positive and significant influence on the Green Innovative Work Behavior variable.

Formed in 2022, Dieonic presents a fusion of key shoegaze elements within a series of alternative rock tracks, refining the essence of emo music. In the midst of Padang's vibrant underground music scene, Dieonic emerges with a distinctive sound, deviating from the conventional trends. This latest project aims to develop a visual communication concept that mirrors the artistic visualization of Dieonic's musical creations and their unique identity. Beyond offering educational insights into the significance of album design in the music industry, this endeavor concentrates on fortifying Dieonic's visual branding as a pivotal aspect of the band's identity, employing a semiotic approach. The cover design for Dieonic's 'Collide' album underwent a meticulous process, utilizing the 5W+1H analysis and the 4D method design for data analysis. The subsequent creative design seeks to encapsulate the band's essence. The resulting design serves as the primary medium in the form of the album itself, accompanied by supplementary materials such as album CDs, booklets, Spotify previews, posters, t-shirts, and flags. These diverse media will undergo thorough testing for their efficacy with a verified target audience to gauge their overall success.

The evaluation is given after students have gone through several learning and understanding processes and then given questions, both essays and multiple choice questions, in order to help the learning process in the classroom. To maximize the use of multiple choice as a learning tool, students can choose it with consideration in the answer choices that have been determined. Teachers give assignments to students to work on multiple choice questions in two ways, the first is to solve multiple choice questions, when given an assignment during class hours to submit it to the teacher when the subject is finished. Alternatively, the teacher can give the students an assignment or homework and collect it during the next meeting. Research shows that teachers prefer the use of multiple choice questions, not only because of administration, time saving and simplicity but also because they are objective and consistent. Furthermore, students based on the results of the study prefer giving multiple choice questions because they can eliminate answer errors and the questions on multiple choice questions are more objective than others. In addition, with the multiple choice question method students can actively participate in the learning process.

The object of this research is Community House MSMEs. The results of this research are that Rumah Masyarakat MSMEs have a business license and are legally registered, the market and marketing aspects of Rumah Masyarakat have good market and marketing strategies so that now their products have been sold to various regions in Indonesia and even abroad such as Malaysia and Singapore, from the technical and technological aspects, community houses also have a system that runs well so that production and sales activities run smoothly, then the management aspect of Community Houses has a clear organizational structure and job description and also has definite criteria for recruiting candidates. employees, from the financial aspect Rumah Masyarakat started its business with the trust of its relationships, and as seen from the income and sales of RumahCommunity products which continue to increase, RumahCommunity can be said to be feasible and successful in running its business.

Language diversity in Indonesia is recognized as the key to success, ensuring that Shopee advertising is not only a marketing effort, but also an authentic communication that is close to consumers' daily lives. Linguistic creativity is an important factor in attracting consumer attention. Puns, local humor and creative expressions create marketing messages that are interesting, entertaining and different from competitors. This creativity is not only a sweetening element, but also an effective strategy in building a positive, attractive and educational brand image. Shopee has successfully utilized Indonesian creatively, not only as a shopping platform, but also as a provider of entertaining and attention-grabbing content. This research highlights that Indonesian is not just words, but a force that can shape feelings, win the hearts of consumers, and create a positive impact in the world of e-commerce.

This research aims to address the challenges faced by SMEs in adapting to the changing business environment, particularly with the influence of digital technology on consumer behavior. Through the utilization of product photography in visual marketing, the Padang traditional cake business, Kresh Cookies, successfully creates high product appeal and reaches a wider market. The research methodology includes market analysis, target audience identification, photography training and editing, social media management, and market research. The findings reveal an increase in brand awareness, consumer interest, and engagement on social media. This research provides guidance for other SMEs in developing their businesses through the utilization of product photography in visual marketing.

This article explores the potential and challenges associated with implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in Indonesia. The method used in this article is a quantitative method by interviewing several teachers at the school. The curriculum is anticipated to enhance education quality by offering flexibility for teachers, enabling students to pursue learning based on their interests, boosting student motivation, and fostering the development of 21st-century skills. However, the article highlights several challenges, including teacher readiness, availability of facilities, mindset change, and the need for effective evaluation. It underscores the crucial requirement for support from the government, schools, teachers, students, and parents to effectively address these challenges and successfully implement the curriculum.
