In a company, organizational culture and interpersonal communication between employees often have great significance in work commitments because commitments are related to acceptance, health, and maintenance. With this phenomenon, research wants to know how significant the relationship with commitment is through organizational culture and the effectiveness of interpersonal communication. This research was conducted on employees of Es. Clo is a clothing start-up in Bandung, Indonesia. The population in this study was 15 people; considering the small population, the researchers took all employees as samples. Through quantitative research methods and the positivism paradigm, researchers tested multiple regression analysis to see the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication's effectiveness on employee work commitment. Based on the study's results, it was shown that there was a positive and simultaneous influence of the two variables on influencing work commitment. This was shown from the ANOVA table test, which showed a positive influence between organizational culture and interpersonal communication with Es. Clo's employee commitment. The organizational culture of the Es. Employees have understood Clo company in terms of rules, norms, dominant values ​​, and organizational climate.

Study aims to determine the effect between the variables perspective of treatment rates (X1) health facilities (X2) and service standards (X3) on patient satisfaction (Y) at Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. Type of research. This is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection using purposive sampling method, the number of samples in the study obtained as many as 91 respondents at Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple linear regression analysis, t test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple linear regression analysis, Classical Assumption Test Classical Assumption Test, Multiple linear regression analysis, Test t, Test F and Test the coefficient of determination. Determination. From the results conducted in the study, it shows that the variables perspective of treatment rates, health facilities and service standards on patient satisfaction. patient satisfaction at Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. The results of the study obtained a multiple linear regression equation Y = 11.078 + 0.233X1 + 0.426X2 + 0.718X3 and the results of the t test of the perspective variable of treatment rates partially significant effect on patient satisfaction. Health facilities partially significant effect on patient satisfaction. Service Standards partially significant effect on patient satisfaction. F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the perspective of treatment rates, health facilities and service standards simultaneously and significantly affect patient satisfaction at Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City.

This study aims to determine, and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of public sector financing, good governance and internal control on government performance in OPD South Buru district on Maluku Province. The population in this study is the employees who work in Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD), in South Buru Regency,Maluku Province. This research models uses descriptive quantitative, with data sources in the form of primary data. The sample used in this study was selected through the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that the results of the public accounting sector and good governance have a significant effect on the performance of government agencies in South Buru Regency. Whereas, internal control does not have a significant impact on the performance of government agencies in South Buru Regency, on Maluku Province.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of cafe atmosphere, customer experience and price on repurchasing intentions at Cafe Wai Your Drinking Friends. Data collection methods are: Questionnaire and Documentation. Data were analyzed quantitatively with Multiple Liner Regression. The results of calculations with the F test analysis obtained an F count of 53.851 with an F table of 3.094. Based on the results of calculations with the T test on the cafe atmosphere variable, the result is T count (9.688) > T table (1.98498). and on the customer experience variable T count (-2.906) < T table (1.98498), then on the price variable T count (0.831) < T table (1.98498 The conclusion is that the cafe atmosphere variable has an effect on repurchasing interest at cafe Wai Your Drinking Friends and the customer experience variable and price have no effect on repurchasing interest at cafe Wai your drinking buddy, North Toraja Regency.

The problem in this study is whether ROA and EPS affect stock prices in Industrial Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the type of research used in this study is Quantitative research and using a sample of 40 companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have been tested through purvosive sampling criteria. Multiple linear regression analysis and SPSS version 26 are the analyses used in this study so that they show the results of hypothesis testing, namely that ROA partially has an effect and is significant on stock prices, and EPS has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, ROA and EPS have a positive and significant effect on share prices in companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022.

This research aims to examine the effect of brand trust, product quality and word of mouth on purchasing decisions for Nescafe coffee in Ambon City, with a sample of 124 respondents who were determined using the purposive sampling method, using the research method is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis and processing using the SPSS application. The results showed: (1) Brand Trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The problem in this study is the low social care character of the fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Pohgading. This study aims to analyze the effect of applying the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model on the social caring character of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Pohgading. This is quantitative research with ex post facto research methods with 41 students of class V SD Negeri 2 Pohgading as population and were 20 VA class students as samples determined using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection techniques used interviews, documentation and questionnaires on a scale of five. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results indicate that the cooperative learning model of the TGT type has an effect on the formation of the socially caring character of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Pohgading with the testing criterion that is if the sig value is 0.00 <0.05 then there is an influence between the X and Y variables or Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, otherwise the sig value is 0.00 > 0.05. Thus, it is not affected by the variables X and Y or Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

This study aimed to determine the effect of financial literacy and entrepreneurial mindset on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises ( MSMEs). This research employed a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 630 MSME players in the Alok market, Maumere. The sample was selected using the solvin formula resulting in 87 respondents. The data used in this study was primary data. The data were collected using questionnaires distributed to MSME players in the Alok market. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, data qality test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test with the assisst of IBM SPSS, coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicated that partially and simultaneously financial literacy and entrepreneurial mindset had no effect on the performance of MSMEs in the Alok market, Maumere.

This research aims to determine the effect of fraud diamonds on the tendency for fraudulent financial reports in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sub-Sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. This research was conducted using the associative causal method. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method, with the sample criteria being the financial reports of 10 companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sub-Sector Manufacturing Company registered on the IDX in 2019-2021. This research data was obtained from literature and documentation studies, data analysis techniques were obtained from IBM SPSS statistics version 26. Data analysis used in this research is, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests using normality tests, autocorrelation tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, analysis multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing using partial test (t), simultaneous test (f) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the research partially show that external pressure and ineffective supervision have proven to have a positive effect on financial report fraud. Meanwhile, the financial target variables, change of auditor, change of director were proven to have no positive effect on financial statement fraud. The variables pressure, opportunity, rationalization and ability simultaneously have a significant effect on financial statement fraud at a significant level of 5%. In this research, the fraud variable is explained by independent variables by 31.3%, the remaining 68.7% is explained by other external factors which are not in this study.

This study examines the influence of civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement on legal awareness among students. Legal awareness is an essential aspect of citizenship, as it enables individuals to understand their rights, responsibilities, and the legal system governing their society. The research aims to explore how civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement contribute to the development of legal awareness among students. The study employs a quantitative research design and collects data through a survey questionnaire administered to a sample of students from various educational institutions. The questionnaire includes items that measure the participants' levels of civic knowledge, civil skills, citizen involvement, and legal awareness. Statistical analysis techniques such as correlation and regression analyses are used to examine the relationships between these variables. The findings reveal significant positive associations between civic knowledge, civil skills, citizen involvement, and legal awareness among students. Higher levels of civic knowledge are correlated with increased legal awareness, indicating that a solid understanding of civic principles, institutions, and democratic processes contributes to a better comprehension of legal rights and obligations. Similarly, possessing civil skills, such as critical thinking,problem-solving,and effective communication, positively influences legal awareness. These findings underscore the importance of civic education programs that focus on enhancing civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement to promote legal awareness among students. Such programs can be integrated into school curricula, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives to foster active citizenship and empower young individuals to be informed and engaged participants in society

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of principal leadership and teacher work discipline on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri in Talang Ubi sub-district. The sample size taken was 57 teachers at SMA Negeri in Talang Ubi sub-district. The sampling technique with purposive sampling is where the respondents taken are some teachers at SMA Negeri in Talang Ubi sub-district. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires that used a 5-point Likert scale to measure 75 statement items. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction Second, there was an influence of Principal Leadership on Job Satisfaction. The background of this research is that the performance of the employees of the Financial Management Agency and Regional Income Management in the City of Banjar has not been maximized due to the lack of training, one of which is asset management and service delivery by employees who tend to be less focused and slow resulting in organizational plans or targets not running optimally because of the cycle time is not quite right. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. What is the effect of training on employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. What is the influence of training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Training tends to be good and employee performance is high, so training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Training and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training and the higher the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.

Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation factors consisting of compensation, promotion and work environment on employee performance at the Banjar City Transportation Agency. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. How does compensation affect employee performance? 2. How does promotion affect employee performance? 3. How does the work environment affect employee performance? 4. How does the effect of compensation, promotion and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 56 employees and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Compensation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 2). Promotion tends to be good and employee performance is high, so promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the promotion, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 3). The work environment tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work environment, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service 4). This research is motivated by the still not optimal performance of the Banjar City Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency employees which is characterized by frequent recording and reporting errors involving administrative management, the completion of existing work that is not in accordance with work achievement targets, employees who arrive late from work hours entering work that has been determined, besides that employees often leave the effective time of working hours and delays in completing work. The formulation of the problems posed in this study are as follows: 1. How does competence affect employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. How does work discipline affect employee performance? 4. How does competence, motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? This study is entitled to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Work environment and Leadership Models on Work Loyalty. In this research using quantitative methods. The sample in this study were Proseecing employees at PT Syngenta Seed Indonesia PIER, Pasuruan Regency with a sample size of 106 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling saturated. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. To obtain the test results in this study, validity and reliability tests were carried out, classical assumption tests were normality and heroscedasticity tests, and then hypothesis testing was carried out. The results of this study show that the results of the Determination Test (R2) for the variable Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment and Leadership Model have an effect on Work Loyalty of 0.446 or the equivalent percentage value of 46.3%, while the remaining 55.4% is influenced by other variables . For the significant level, namely the the Work Environment variable has a nt significant effect  Work Loyalty, while the Work Discipline variable has significant effect on Work Loyalty, and the Leadership Model variable has significant effect on Work Loyalty,

This study aims (1)to answer and analyze how product quality influences segmental purchasing decisions, (2)to answer and analyze how price influences segmental purchasing decisions, (3)to answer and analyze how promotion influences segmental consumer buying decisions, and (4)to answer and analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions simultaneously. The population of this study is customers who acquired Android mobile phones during the past six months in Surabaya in 2022 with a sample size of 150 respondents based on the incidental sampling method. Technique for gathering data that involves distributing surveys with a Likert scale. The data analysis tools are the traditional assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test (t-test and f-test), and test the coefficient of determination using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a good and substantial effect on segmental purchasing decisions, price has a good and substantial effect on segmental purchasing decisions, and promotion has a good and substantial effect on segmental purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, product quality, price, and promotion have a substantial and positive effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality, price, and promotions on Android phones have a big influence on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The research method used is a quantitative method of 55 respondents who are employees of the Ciamis Spatial Planning and Land Public Works Office. The type of data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data. Testing the data in this study includes validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient using IBM SPSS (Statitical Product and Service Solution) Windows version 25 software. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Workload and Competence on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office of the Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 165 employees and a sample of 55 employees.The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling (Departmental Sampling). Test data in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that Workload and Competence simultaneously have a significant effect on Office Work Performance Public Housing Residential and Environmental Areas of Ciamis Regency. Workload partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Residential Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency. Competence partially has a significant effect on the Work Performance of the Public Housing Office for Settlement Areas and the Environment in Ciamis Regency.
