Buying and selling must not be done based on one's own wishes and methods which can cause harm to other people. Islam is always based on values ​​and ethics in all aspects of human life as a whole, including discourse on buying and selling, however buying and selling has regulations in Islamic law which are sourced from the Qur'an and Sunnah. Based on the background above, the author is interested in studying further by conducting a scientific research entitled: "The Impact of Implementing Islamic Business Ethics on Sales (Case Study of Muslim Actors in Sukowono Market)". The problem formulation in this research is: 1. How is business ethics applied in buying and selling transactions at the Sukowono market? 2. How is Islamic business ethics applied in buying and selling transactions at Sukowono Market? The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method using an Islamic economic approach which includes a discussion of buying and selling in Islam and a psychological approach, namely an approach to the problem to be studied. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussions that have been carried out, several conclusions can be drawn from the research on the application of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions at Sukowono Market, Sukowono District, Jember Regency. Based on the results of observations obtained from traders and buyers at Sukowono Market when viewed from the four indicators General business ethics is used as a benchmark. The application of business ethics in general has not been implemented well by traders at Sukowono Market because only legal indicators and indicators of religious teachings have been implemented well. Meanwhile, the economic indicators and ethical indicators of each business actor have not been implemented properly by traders at Sukowono Market.

Therefore, it is closely related between literature and life. Through literature, the reader can express the meaning behind the work of the author. This research would examine a short story entitled "Gubrak!" by Seno Gumira Ajidarma. "Gubrak!" short story tells about a beauty that actually creates its own wounds. The purpose of this study was to describe the meaning of multiplication (perlexia) and the analysis of the five Barthes codes contained in the short story "Gubrak!" using Roland Barthes's theory of semiotics. The methods used in this study were qualitative descriptive methods as well as semiotic approaches with Roland Barthes' five-code semiotic theory consisting of hermeneutic codes, semic codes, symbolic codes, action codes, and referential codes. The result of this study was the discovery of 53 lexicons, each of which has a meaning, including 9 hermeneutic codes, 29 semic codes, 5 action codes, 3 referential codes, and 8 symbolic codes. Through this analysis, the meaning and message could be drawn that you have enough because anything excessive is not good. This research would analyze the hidden signs in each word or sentence in the short story. Barthes semiotics was used to find out the meaning contained in the short story so it is interesting to study using the Barthes five-code approach.

This article is entitled "Observation of PPKn Learning Methods at SMP Negeri 35 Medan". This article aims to find out the difficulties or problems faced by teachers in PPKn learning at SMP Negeri 35 Medan and look for methods or strategies that can be used to overcome these problems. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. Difficulties faced by teachers in learning include lack of facilities, differences in student backgrounds, lack of student interest and motivation, as well as lack of parental guidance and lack of economic support for students' families. Solutions implemented by teachers include a closer approach, special attention, additional lesson hours, and home tutoring. This article also provides suggestions for improvement and further research.

Even Golf has now become a lifestyle by various groups, especially millennials. More and more golf courses are spread in various regions in Indonesia due to the increasing number of golf enthusiasts. Although Senayan Golf Club is one of the 7 best golf courses in Jabodetabek, Senayan Golf Club must be ready to compete with other competitors. Therefore, it requires the role of Marketing Public Relations in building Brand Awareness of Senayan Golf Club based on the Three Ways Strategy namely Push, Pull, Pass Strategy (Ruslan, 2016). In an effort to carry out the functions and roles of Marketing Public Relations, the right strategy is needed. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and in-depth interview methods and documentation. Informants in this study are Head of Marketing communication and Social Media Specialist. The results of the research strategies used by Marketing Public Relations in building Brand Awareness Senayan Golf Club are push through publications and promotions through social media, the second strategy is pull by creating educational content and tutorial videos that are interesting and relate to Golf lovers. The third strategy is pass (influence) by building a good image, creating events and tournaments, and working with third parties and sponsorships.

Contemporary drinks are rife among young people. The competition between the beverage outlets can be seen from the emergence of various unique beverage outlets. For this reason, the authors are interested in examining the factors of modern drinking interest in buying interest among young consumers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, and the respondents are taken from young people in Padang who like modern drinks. Based on the results of interviews and observations obtained in the field, it was found that there were several factors of interest so that there was an interest in buying among young people, namely factors of a comfortable place, friendly service, factors of good taste where there were many variants, factors of restaurant names and unique menu names that made people interested in buying. Besides that, the price factor is quite affordable, packaging with a creative and attractive design. In addition, it was also found that personal, social and psychological factors were one of the factors in the interest in buying contemporary drinks among young people. It is hoped that this research will be useful for business people in the culinary and beverage sector as well as further research in researching business in this field.

This community service activity is based on an understanding of the importance of religious education and the formation of a Qur'anic generation from an early age. Reading and memorizing the Qur'an is an effective method to ensure that the younger generation has a strong understanding and deep connection with the holy book of Islam. In addition, it also helps to form individuals who are committed to religious teachings and have good morality This activity was conducted in several stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The preparation stage included observations and interviews to identify the problems faced. The results of the observation showed that the management of Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal had difficulty in encouraging the interest and participation of children in Pasar I, Jl. Setia Budi, Tj. Sari, Kec. Medan Selayang, Medan City, North Sumatra to read the Qur'an. To overcome this challenge, efforts were made to increase the interest and participation of children in the Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal, totaling 22 people. This was realized through the implementation of outbound activities and giving rewards to children, with the aim of increasing their enthusiasm in learning the Qur'an. Evaluation was carried out after the activity was completed, and the results showed that the children at Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal were very enthusiastic in participating in each activity. This enthusiasm can be seen from the participation and interest in learning the Quran which is increasing day by day. The children's parents also feel helped and happy to see the children's participation in the activities.

The aim of this research is to determine the marketing strategy implemented based on the internal and external environment in increasing the sales volume of Garuda Brand products at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data is calculated data or data in the form of numbers based on the results of questionnaires from respondents which include opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of Garuda Brand products at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that judging from the internal and external factor indicators, the position of the company PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera is based on Growth Strategy, namely a strategy aimed at stabilizing the company or a strategy implemented without changing the direction of the marketing strategy. The strategies that can be used are: Market diversification strategy, namely a strategy that uses its strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities. The suggestions given are that the company should also try to improve its strengths to reduce the weaknesses it has so far so that the company's position can be raised and able to compete competitively. This research aims to explore the influence of two types of text, namely academic and non-academic, on student understanding in the learning context. Involving Medan State University (UNIMED) students, this research used a Google Form questionnaire as a data collection tool. The research results show that the use of non-academic texts can increase student interest and involvement, while the combination of academic and non-academic texts is considered effective for broadening insight and understanding of learning material. The conclusions of this study highlight the importance of flexibility in learning approaches, emphasizing that a diversity of text types is key to achieving effective education.

The purpose of this research is to analyse the factors causing and overcoming violations of route permits in Manggarai Regency. This research is an empirical juridical research, which uses primary data sources, namely field research with interview methods to sources with an interest in this paper and secondary. This research aims to measure the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable. Research data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was run via AMOS 24. The purpose of this research is to find out the procedure of child adoption at the Oelamasi District Court and the judge's reasoning in granting the application for child adoption with prospective parents over 55 years old. The research method used is empirical research. The results showed (1) The child adoption procedure at the Oelamasi District Court is in accordance with the child adoption arrangements contained in the laws and regulations. Particularly in this case, the child who was adopted was not under the care of a social organization but under the care of the prospective adoptive parents. In addition, in this case the prospective adoptive parents did not fulfill one of the requirements for child adoption contained in Article 13 of the Government Regulation, which in turn is the authority of the judge in accepting or rejecting the application. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga dan Net Interest Margin terhadap Profitabilitas dengan Layanan Perbankan Digital sebagai moderasi pada Perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis regresi yang dimoderasi dimana data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan masing-masing melalui website IDX (www.idx.co.id) dan website perbankan. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan perbankan digital tidak secara signifikan memperkuat hubungan pihak ketiga dan margin bunga bersih terhadap profitabilitas. Bagi perbankan, digitalisasi dapat menghadirkan model bisnis yang efisien dan efektif serta diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jangkauan bank ke seluruh lapisan masyarakat dan meningkatkan profitabilitas. Namun penelitian ini tidak dapat membuktikan bahwa layanan perbankan digital dapat memperkuat hubungan pihak ketiga dan net interest margin terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah referensi dan perbandingan bagi pihak-pihak yang akan melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran dan masukan bagi penyempurnaan kebijakan yang telah dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pertama yang membahas tentang layanan perbankan digital sebagai moderasi hubungan pihak ketiga dan net interest margin terhadap profitabilitas.

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning interest of students in the class of SMK Negeri 5 Padang and the factors that influence students' interest in dance at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting equipment such as stationery, mobile phones and recorders. Data collection techniques through literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. The stages of exploratory analysis are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The lack of student interest in learning outside Dance in the material of the cultural arts teacher of SMK Negeri 5 Padang did not update the teaching material and also did not change the teaching method. Factors that influence students' interest in non-dance education at SMK Negeri 5 Padang are internal and external factors.

In the increasingly advanced era of modern transportation, city transportation (angkot) is under high threat. They compete with online transportation that can be ordered via cellphone. Convenience and safety are also considerations why people prefer online motorcycle taxis to public transportation. Moreover, public transportation has travel routes and schedules that often do not suit the interests of the community. This study aims to explain the impact of the role of modern transportation on the decline in the existence of public transportation and the decline in public interest in using public transportation. The method used in this study is qualitative research using an ethnographic approach, namely research carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses conflict theory from Ralf Dahrendrof to strengthen the results of the research. The results of the research show that the impact of the role of online transportation on the shift in the existence of public transportation is very significant. Public interest in using public transportation has greatly decreased. This has caused the income of angkot drivers and angkot owners to decrease drastically, and some angkot are no longer operated because it is difficult to find passengers on these angkot routes. even though on the other hand they have to continue to finance their family's needs which are also increasing. This research is expected to provide a broader understanding of the role of modern transportation in the decline in public interest in public transportation which will be studied using sociological studies.  

  This study aims to find out the problems faced by student-teachers in implementing online learning. A case study was chosen as the research design because the current research focused on understanding the issues faced by teaching practicum students in improving their performance when teaching using the online learning strategies. The researcher collected data through three types of data collection techniques, namely, interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of this study show that online learning is not effective and cannot run well in learning activities in online classes. Furthermore, the results of data analysis show that students cannot develop appropriate and interesting online learning materials because they do not fully know how to develop appropriate materials due to the absence of special training for them to be able to teach and develop suitable and interesting materials during online learning activities. The findings also show that the use of online learning platforms has an effect on students' teaching performance because the lack of student participation in the implementation of online classes is more felt by students. The implication of this study is that it is crucial for educational institutions to provide comprehensive training and support in utilizing diverse online platforms for teaching purposes, ensuring that students are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality virtual instruction.    

The preparation and formulation of Village Regulations in Realizing the Management Principles of Regional Empowerment and Regional Development must go through the stages of the process of drafting and formulating draft village regulations with the aim of ensuring that the village regulations do not conflict with the public interest and/or higher statutory regulations. The implementation of the stages of drafting and formulating Village Regulations has not been carried out and well coordinated so that the results of village regulations have not been optimal. The obstacles faced are the lack of knowledge, understanding and experience of village officials' human resources regarding the preparation of village regulations, the geographical location between villages and sub-districts and districts, not all of which can be reached by land and not all of them require quite a short time, coordination is not optimal. As for suggestions from the research results on the need for statutory regulations that contain an attachment to the technical format for drafting village regulations, the Regional Government of Bintan Regency can carry out outreach to all village governments regarding the preparation and formulation of village regulations, and strengthen human resource capacity.

Efforts to achieve and maintain an achievement are closely related to the quality of sports coaching provided, one of which is through a training center. The Ponorogo Regency athletics training center is still relatively new, for this reason this study aims to determine (SWOT) the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Ponorogo Regency athletics training center. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with the chairman of the board, two trainers, and six athletes from the Ponorogo District athletics training center. The results showed that strength is obtained from training program factors that have been arranged according to the needs of athletes because of the selection of competent trainers and the recruitment of athletes who are carried out thoroughly so that it has the potential to become an opportunity for increased achievement in subsequent activities. Weaknesses are dominated by the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure. This is in line with the threat that government support for facilities and infrastructure is still lacking, which has the potential to reduce athletes' interest in participating in training.
