This is because someone who has literacy skills will find it easy for that person to solve problems or find a solution to a problem wisely. Media literacy is an effective step to anticipate the spread of Hoks which is growing rapidly in society.This PKM was carried out on the target group of young people studying at Bambu Apus Pamulang. This PKM was carried out using a lecture method, asking questions and answers to the participants. With this service activity, these Koran students get the information they need to be able to more easily and quickly differentiate between truth and error in information. Apart from that, it can also help the general public in maintaining the information circulating in a real form

This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of cooperative learning model using the Think Pair Share (TPS) technique. The subjects of the study were the students of class VII-A at SMPN 3 Surabaya. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through tests, namely formative tests and post-tests. The results showed a significant improvement in students' mathematics learning outcomes after the application of the Think Pair Share technique. In the first cycle, the average student scores increased significantly compared to before the intervention, with even greater improvements observed in the second cycle. Besides improving learning outcomes, the application of the Think Pair Share technique also had a positive impact on student participation and interaction during the learning process. Students became more active in discussions and helped each other understand the lesson material. Therefore, the Think Pair Share technique has proven effective in enhancing the mathematics learning outcomes of students in class VII-A at SMPN 3 Surabaya. .

Digital transformation in education has become a significant phenomenon in the era of disruption. This research discusses the challenges and opportunities that digital transformation in the disruption era provides for education. The results show that digital transformation can help improve the quality of education by utilizing digital technology in the learning process. The aim of this "MSME Palm Sugar Documentary Video" is to help palm sugar craftsmen promote their products using documentary videos which are made and then posted on social media so they can be seen by the public. Apart from that, this palm sugar product can also be known to many people through documentary videos that have been made, so that not only the local village community knows about this palm sugar product but also the entire Indonesian people. The work program "Video Documentary of Palm Sugar UMKM" is very influential in improving the creative economy of palm sugar UMKM to expand the marketing of their products. This research aims to determine whether work life balance and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee morale at the Bima City Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Department. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 64 employees consisting of 34 civil servants, 7 honorary employees and 23 contract employees. The sample in this research was 34 Civil Servants with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of the research show that there is a partially significant positive influence of Work Life Balance on employee morale, there is a partial positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee morale, there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence of Work Life Balance and the work environment on employee morale in Bima City Department of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade.    

This research aims to improve PAI learning using the demonstration method at SDN 17 Bilah Barat. This type of research is classroom action research. Action research is a type of research used in the classroom to solve learning problems with the aim of improving the quality of learning. Journal analysis of the results of this literature review uses the critical assessment method. research result. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the demonstration method can be an effective method in improving PAI learning, especially in helping students understand and apply difficult concepts.  However, it should be noted that the demonstration method must be used wisely and in the right context to ensure its effectiveness in improving PAI learning.

Job analysis is one approach that can be used to improve teacher performance. Improving teacher performance is currently one of the main focuses in achieving optimal quality of education. Teachers are a key component in the learning process, and the quality of their performance has a significant impact on student learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to explain job analysis in improving teacher performance in schools by using literature review studies as a method of collecting data, analyzing, reading and taking notes as well as processing research materials. Data collection techniques involve collecting information from written or printed sources, such as books, journals, articles, reports and other documents by assessing procedures from the results of similar research that has been carried out by other people. The results of this research conclude that in job analysis, teachers must be placed in positions that are in accordance with their qualifications and skills. This allows teachers to use their abilities effectively and improve their performance. In addition, job analysis also helps in identifying the training and development needs of teachers, so that they can improve the quality of education provided.

A hedonistic lifestyle, which reflects the behavior of seeking unlimited pleasure, is increasingly common among UIN Suska Riau students. This phenomenon indicates a change in values among the younger generation which places more emphasis on personal satisfaction and instant pleasure. Students, as part of a generation that is in transition to adulthood, are vulnerable to the influence of a hedonistic lifestyle. The increasing trend of hedonism among students can influence various aspects of life, including academic, social and emotional. At UIN Suska Riau, the impact of a hedonistic lifestyle may differ based on gender, reflected in the social roles and expectations associated with men and women. This difference can influence the response and achievement of a hedonistic lifestyle between male and female students. This research is important because there has been no comprehensive study on the hedonistic lifestyle among UIN Suska Riau students from a gender perspective. Most of the literature focuses on the general impact of hedonism without breaking down the analysis by gender. However, a deeper understanding of gender differences in this context can provide more comprehensive insights and help in designing appropriate interventions. By investigating differences in perceptions and practices of hedonism between male and female students, this research seeks to provide a broader overview of this phenomenon. Incorporating gender analysis in research on hedonistic lifestyles is expected to provide a deeper understanding and become a guide for the development of targeted intervention programs. This research used a phenomenological method with a descriptive approach, involving 30 UIN Suska Riau students through questionnaires, participatory observation and documentation analysis. Data were analyzed using content analysis to identify patterns, themes and meanings that emerged from respondents' narratives and observations.

This community service activity aims to improve the English alphabet pronunciation skills among students at MIS Miftahul Huda II in Palangka Raya City through the use of flashcard media. Students from the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGMI) program are actively involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of this program. The method used is a participatory approach, where PGMI students provide interactive learning using specially designed flashcards to help students recognize and correctly pronounce the alphabet. The results of this activity show a significant improvement in students' pronunciation skills and their enthusiasm for participating in the learning process. Additionally, the involvement of PGMI students in this program provides valuable practical experience in teaching and classroom management. Therefore, this activity is beneficial not only for the students but also for the professional competence development of PGMI students.

This study investigates the perception of the public's perception of cashless transactions, the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) by Bank Indonesia, and the impact of QRIS on the volume of cashless transactions as well as the challenges and opportunities for its development. volume of non-cash transactions as well as challenges and opportunities for its development. Methods qualitative method with a literature research approach was used. Data and information were collected from various reliable sources, such as scientific journals, books, and relevant articles. The results show that the implementation of QRIS has increased the adoption of cashless transactions, especially in 2022. This helps MSMEs as it speeds up their operations and expands their customer base. their customer base. However, infrastructure issues, uneven digital literacy, and security threats such as uneven digital literacy, and security threats such as fake QR code scams are the challenges faced. More efforts are needed to improve digital literacy literacy and developing adequate technological infrastructure to ensure the benefits of the benefits of QRIS can be enjoyed by all levels of society.

The acceptance of Pancasila values by the millennial generation on social media has an impact on Indonesian national identity, as this essay explores. The millennial generation makes a substantial contribution to strengthening national identity through volunteering on social and environmental concerns, creating online communities, and using social media. The principles of Pancasila, which include justice, democracy, unity, divinity, and humanity, serve as the foundation for this approach. Social media can have bad effects like addiction and overconsumption, but it can also be a helpful tool for promoting causes like environmental sustainability and gender equality. Thus, the millennial generation should embrace Pancasila ideals on social media in order to raise awareness of the richness and diversity of Indonesian culture.

This study investigates the influence of parental involvement on elementary school students' academic achievement. Using a qualitative approach, this research collected data through in-depth interviews and participant observation involving 20 parents and 10 teachers from several elementary schools. The research results show that parental involvement has a significant impact on student academic achievement. The most influential forms of involvement include assistance with learning at home, effective communication with teachers, and providing motivation and emotional support to children. Data analysis shows that students whose parents are actively involved in their education tend to have better grades and show greater interest in learning. Previous research results show that parental involvement can increase students' learning motivation and academic results. In addition, this research found several problems faced by parents, including limited time and lack of confidence in helping their children. To overcome this obstacle, it is recommended that schools provide training programs for parents and strengthen communication with them through regular meetings and communication technology. Overall, this research states that the role of parents is very important in supporting the academic achievement of elementary school students and promoting stronger collaboration between schools and parents to create a supportive learning environment.

The Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Service has issued an e-government-based service, namely an application-shaped platform to help facilitate the issuance of children's identity documents, called the Cendikia service, which can be accessed via the web on the pekanbaru.go.id/kia page, where the public can submit requests for services. issuing child identity cards online without having to come and queue at the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Office. In implementing this service, there are still people who do not realize the importance of making KIA, there are overlapping applications in submitting KIA, people who do not understand how to use the Cendikia service, and there is a lack of direct socialization regarding the web-based Cendikia application service. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Cendikia's services in accelerating the issuance of KIA documents. The theory used is Campbell's (1989) effectiveness theory in Mutiarin and Zainuddin (2014) with 5 (five) indicators, namely Program Success, Target Success, Program Satisfaction, Input and Output Levels, and Overall Goal Achievement. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the creation of Child Identity Cards in the Cendikia service has not been effective as seen from the indicators of the level of program success and target success, the Cendikia service still has several factors which are obstacles found in the system (internal) and outside the system (external). thus causing the implementation of these services to be ineffective.

Therefore, research on this phenomenon is very important. This article aims to provide comprehensive insight into understanding debtor default and its impact on credit risk management in the banking sector. A holistic approach to this understanding includes identifying factors that contribute to default, analyzing the characteristics of vulnerable debtors, and evaluating effective risk mitigation strategies. One important aspect discussed is the factors that cause default, including macroeconomic conditions, changes in an individual's financial situation, and behavioral factors. By understanding the root causes of default, banks can identify potential credit risks early and take appropriate steps to manage them. In addition, this article discusses the importance of debtor profile analysis in identifying characteristics that are vulnerable to default. By leveraging advanced technology and data analysis, banks can strengthen their decision-making processes and improve their ability to manage credit risk. Thus, this article not only provides an in-depth review of understanding debtor default, but also provides insight into how banks can improve their credit risk management through targeted and innovative approaches. In conclusion, a better understanding of the debtor default phenomenon will help banks manage credit risk more effectively and strengthen the resilience of the financial system as a whole.

This research aims to comprehensively examine students' computational thinking skills through applications as existing learning media. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to draw conclusions from the results of research examining mathematical problem solving skills in terms of student self-efficacy. SLR research aims to identify, review, and make conclusions from all research results related to the research topic. Literature collection that becomes research data is done by tracing the results of research published in journals online using the Publish or Perish search engine on Google Scholar and based on inclusion criteria. The results of the literature study that has been carried out, can be concluded that the ability of students' computational thinking through applications as learning media is quite good. The researcher recommends that further research be conducted on existing applications that can help students in learning.    

This study aims to analyze the promotional strategies used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Coffee Shop, especially Triple Seven Pangkalpinang, through social media. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, where data is collected through direct observation, interviews with the owner, and documentation studies. The results showed that Triple Seven Pangkalpinang has implemented various promotional strategies through social media. In addition, it was found that the promotional strategy succeeded in increasing brand awareness and increasing customer interaction. In conclusion, the use of social media as a promotional tool for MSME Coffee Shops such as Triple Seven Pangkalpinang helps in the effectiveness to increase visibility and customer engagement, as well as strengthen their position in Pangkalpinang's local coffee industry.
