The problem of land is a problem that stems from the current needs of the community both for residential use, business or for community livelihoods such as to grow vegetables. In Indonesia, the regulation of land or agrarian has only existed since 1960, namely by bringing up the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA). In the UUPA It has been stipulated that legal certainty regarding land can only be legally recognized by registering the land and obtaining a certificate of title to the land. Then there is a PP regarding land registration, namely PP No. 24 of 1997. Before the issuance of the UUPA in 1960, the community had a Letter C from the village as proof of ownership of land rights. Even today there are still people who still hold the Letter C as proof of ownership. This is what researchers will discuss about the validity of Letter C which is still used by some communities related to old evidence of ownership of land rights. In assessing the validity or not of a Letter C, it is necessary to understand what are the legal requirements of a decision

There are many problems of deviance that can affect the character building of young people in Indonesia. Thus, learning ethics needs to be given to a child, including children with special needs. This literature review aims to obtain information about the role of Pancasila as an effort to build the ethics of children with special needs to be able to get along in the community. This research uses 6 reference sources, with source searches through google scholar. The results of this study inform that it is very important to foster national awareness and insight, especially in special schools, especially for children with emotional disability (Tunalaras). Efforts to build children's character are carried out through Pancasila Character Learning, especially for those with emotional difficulties. the purpose of Pancasila character education is to instill moral values and good habits in students so that they can feel positive values and get used to acting in a good way based on their religion and customs.

Culture-based education has become a movement to raise public awareness to continue lifelong learning in overcoming all the changing and increasingly difficult challenges of life. In addition, education provides answers and solutions to the creation of culture based on the needs of the community in accordance with the values ​​and systems that apply in it. There are various cultures that can be used as educational media, one of which is a'rupama which is a character education medium for the younger generation, especially elementary school students in the Ammatoa customary area. The role of a'rupama as a medium for character education in the Ammatoa customary area which later became the background for this research. This study uses a mixed method research type, namely research that combines qualitative and quantitative research. This research was carried out in the Ammatoa customary area, the informants and samples in this study were the community and the younger generation, especially school students in the Ammatoa customary area. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, literature study and questionnaires with a total sample of 56 of the 131 population. The data were then analyzed using spiral analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that a'rupama actually has a role as a medium of character education for the younger generation in the Ammatoa customary area in educating the younger generation through instilling positive values ​​that are considered to be able to shape the character of the younger generation to become a much better generation. The values ​​contained in A'rutama's stories are responsibility, hard work, honesty, communicative, creative, caring for the environment, discipline and curiosity. The presence of a'rupama can be an answer to the increase in educational media that can be used as a medium for character education in elementary schools. In its development, a'rupama experienced a number of obstacles which were feared to threaten the existence of a'rutama. community, indigenous peoples only focus on improving the family economy, a'rupama is not yet part of character education in elementary schools and technological development factors.      

This academic study aims to improve the learning quality of class XI IPS 1 students for the 2022/2023 academic year. In addition, it is to find out whether cooperative learning using the STAD method can improve Pkn learning achievement for class XI IPS 1 students in the 2022/2023 academic year. The teacher provides a good, fun, and stimulating learning environment so that students can think and develop according to their needs. Cooperative learning encourages students to work together to achieve goals. It is interesting to observe the extent and understanding of students in class XI IPS 1 about Civics after the STAD-type cooperative learning method was implemented in the 2022-2023 school year. Academic achievement is the final result of learning, which can be measured by the grades or scores achieved by students at the end of a given course. This research involved 36 enthusiastic students of class XI IPS 1. The use of observation sheets and test questions can facilitate data collection. The results showed that student participation in cycle II increased to 75.28, a significant value when compared to the value of cycle I 69.03. It is very encouraging to see an increase in student learning outcomes from 61.11% to 86.11% between cycles I and II. The results showed that STAD group learning increased the academic achievement of class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 West Malaka.

This study aims to find out how the application of Quantum Memory and Learning in Islamic Religious Education Learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi. So this research is a field research with a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis.The variables studied are divided into two, namely the independent variable is the application of Quantum Memory and Learning and the dependent variable is the learning of Islamic Religious Education.All primary data needed in this study were obtained through the main instrument in the form of questionnaires / questionnaires, while observations, interviews, were used to complete the required data. All collected data is then processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis.The results of this study prove that the concept of Quantum Memory And Learning applied by teachers is the AMBAK Technique (What are the Benefits for Me), structuring the learning environment, cultivating a champion attitude, freeing up learning styles, getting used to taking notes, getting used to reading, making children more creative, training children's memory strength. The application of Quantum Memory And Learning to Islamic education learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi is quite good. This can be seen by the indicator of 39 respondents from students with 74% saying that the application of Quantum Memory And Learning applied by teachers to Islamic education learning is quite good and the application of Quantum Memory And Learning is also able to improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from 59% of students who say student learning outcomes are very good through the application of Quantum Memory And Learning. However, based on all data, both questionnaires and interviews, it shows that the application of Quantum Memory And Learning still needs to be improved again because it sees that there are still teachers who have not been able to apply Quantum Memory And Learning to Islamic Religious Education learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi.  Keywords: Implementation, Quantum Memory, Quantum Learning.

This learning certainly utilizes various youth spirituality that are relevant in the world of education. The goal is to improve the outcome and quality of their Faith process. The method used in this writing is a qualitative method. Through qualitative methods the authors use library research (library research). Spiritual formation is very important for young Christians. Because youth has a very important role for the growth of the church, and youth is the backbone of the church in carrying out the functions and roles of the church it is very necessary. Therefore the church needs to foster and direct youth. In accordance with God's word in Proverbs 22:6 "Educate a young person according to the path that is proper for him, so that even when he is old he will not deviate from that path." In conclusion, youth is the next generation in the family, church and society in the future. This journal discusses the Government's Communication Strategy through the Family Planning Program. This study aims to provide knowledge about communication strategies for family planning programs to the community. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources in this study were obtained from references such as journals, books, and other written sources. The results of the family planning program is an activity held by the BKKBN which is a communication medium to become a medium for disseminating the family planning program. This family planning program needs to be well communicated and socialized, so that the younger generation of Indonesia in particular really gain knowledge and have attitudes in accordance with what is desired by the BKKBN. Therefore, a good communication strategy is needed so that the message to be conveyed to the younger generation can be received and realized properly. conclusions regarding the communication strategy of the BKKBN in the Family Planning program to the community to form community awareness itself through a communication strategy.

However, in a closed system, one cannot guarantee that this practice will be prevented and gain internal support within one's party. (2) Very suitable, each party can provide the best candidate in accordance with the development and progress of community needs. However, it is possible for the party to create other objectives for its own interests. (3) The principle of open proportionality, anyone who has fame and popularity but without proper background can easily be elected to a seat in parliament.

Pharmaceutical preparations is a term that covers all forms of pharmaceutical preparations ranging from drugs, medicinal ingredients, traditional medicines to cosmetics. This term has been regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 of 2009 concerning Pharmaceutical Work. Management of pharmaceutical preparations is a cycle of activities starting from the selection, scheduling needs, receiving, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control, which is necessary for pharmaceutical service activities. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of ten national journals which were obtained using online database facilities via the Google Scholar, Refseek, and Sciencegate pages. Journals were selected based on publications published between 2018 and 2023. There were obstacles in the implementation of pharmaceutical preparations, including planning that was still conservative, from delays in drug procurement in demand and distribution, resulting in empty drug supplies. However, not all aspects are problematic. There are many other aspects of the mechanism of pharmaceutical preparation that are carefully programmed and procedurally appropriate. This matter needs to be done routinely and continuously, and with written commitments for pharmaceutical preparations in Indonesia in supporting SKN it can be categorized as quite good.

The community service carried out in Pelutan village aims to train participants to have the knowledge and information to do troubleshooting or detect motorbike damage. To achieve this goal, training was carried out using the counseling method by delivering material on troubleshooting and how to handle motorcycle damage. The activity was attended by 18 participants. Methods of implementing activities include: preparation, implementation, and reflection. Preparation is carried out by analyzing the problems and needs of the training participants. The implementation of the activity is carried out using the lecture method (question and answer) followed by a reflection stage. The end result of the community service activity is that participants can troubleshoot motorcycle damage and know how to handle it. The results of the analysis of the activity reflection questionnaire are as follows: 1) Understanding of troubleshooting material scores 92 %; 2) The benefits of the activity material presented with a score of 90%; 3) The level of pleasure or satisfaction of participants in the activity gets a score of 80%. Based on the reflection data of community service activities, it was concluded that the implementation of community service received a good response, hoping for further follow-up.

The research entitled Functions of Gala Music in Tubo Village, Ternate City, North Maluku Province aims to discover how Gala music functions in Tubo Village, North Maluku Province. Along with the times, Gala Music in Ternate is no longer played for ritual activities, for example, wedding ceremonies, circumcisions, or picking up guests, but only for performances as public entertainment. Habits and traditions began to shift with the advent of modern music so that slowly the old customs or rituals rarely involved Gala music anymore. The theory used as a reference in this study is the Function Theory and the Sociology of Art approach. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies with the acquisition of data encountered both directly and indirectly understood and evaluated. The existence of gala music continues to grow in the current generation. The results showed that the function of Gala music in the Tubo Village was a function of emotional expression, a function of appreciating aesthetics, entertainment function, communication function, symbolic function, a function of physical response and bodily reaction, a function of validating social institutions, a function related to social norms, a function of continuity of culture and function of integrating society. With the existing developments, Gala music is played in collaboration with the music of Togal, Lala and several other traditional musics. This indicates that Gala music is present to meet the community's cultural needs so that it greatly influences cultural stability in the City of Ternate, especially in the Tubo Village.

Human trafficking is an organized crime that violates human rights relating to freedom, security and has the potential to use acts of violence against victims. This research uses empirical juridical research methods by examining a phenomenon that occurs in society associated with the applicable laws. The research was conducted to find out the law enforcement against the crime of trafficking in persons, the obstacles in the implementation of law enforcement, and how the police efforts as law enforcers who act to handle obstacles at the level of investigation and investigation. The results showed that law enforcement of trafficking in persons was dominated by trafficking in persons with sexual utilization and trafficking in Indonesian migrant workers. Case handling begins with a public report then submitted to the unit handling human trafficking cases for a series of investigations, investigations, and submission of files to the prosecutor's office. There are different methods in handling cases tailored to the needs of cases of trafficking in persons with sexual exploitation or exploitation and migrant workers. Social media has become an important part of modern human life and has influenced various aspects of life, including religion. In the context of the Christian faith, social media can be used as a medium for teaching and spreading religious messages. The purpose of this research is to explore the effectiveness of social media as a medium for teaching Christian faith. This research was conducted by surveying social media users who follow Christian accounts and are active in participating in online religious activities. Respondents were given a questionnaire to assess their experience in using social media as a medium for teaching Christian faith, including the type of content they liked and their level of involvement in online religious activities. The results of this study indicate that social media can be effective as a medium for teaching Christian faith. Respondents indicated that they had high levels of involvement in online religious activities and that they preferred to obtain religious information and teaching through social media rather than traditional sources such as books or seminars. The types of content most liked by respondents were quotes from the Bible, teaching videos, and personal religious experiences. However, this research also shows that the effectiveness of social media as a medium for teaching Christian faith can be influenced by various factors, such as the quality of the content and the user's trust in information sources. Therefore, there needs to be continuous monitoring and evaluation of content posted on social media so that the religious messages conveyed can be well received by social media users.

Church planting is not a new thing in the journey of Christianity and has an important role to play in the continuation of God's work on earth. Church planting is one aspect that plays an important role in the growth of the church as well as something that the church must do, not only the church, but all believers, considering this duty and responsibility is contained in the Great Commission. David Garrison suggests 4 classifications of church planting, namely rapidly multiplying, indigenous, church planting and in tribal groups. The segmentation of church planting is aimed at both unbelievers and believers who are immature in faith and unshepherded. In new church planting, the above are important factors that will help new churches grow and develop well. However, the sociological factors seen in new church planting vary depending on the case being analyzed, but God does not ignore the physical needs of people. When Jesus ministered in the world, He performed many social acts, such as healing diseases and feeding people. Evangelism is not one of our efforts to separate them from their culture, we still live culturally and maintain that culture, but our job is to straighten their path from the wrong to the right path, namely the Lord Jesus Christ who is the Savior of mankind. We must keep and preserve the culture, but it is the wrong way and understanding that we must correct.

The main problem in this study is how culture encourages achievement motivation of students studying Social Sciences and how the form of achievement motivation of students learning Social Sciences in class V UPT SDF Negeri Kakatua. This study aims to find out the form of learning in encouraging student achievement motivation in social studies and to find out the form of achievement motivation of fifth grade students at UPT SDF Negeri Kakatua.This type of research is qualitative research and uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were 2 class teachers and 5 students of class V UPT SDF Negeri Kakatua. Data collection techniques using: observation, interviews, and documentation. While the validity of the data in this study uses source triangulation.The results of the study show that: (1) the student learning culture has been implemented by the teacher who teaches in the class (2) student achievement motivation is important in achieving learning achievement The teacher's role is very important to improve student achievement by providing achievement motivation.Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded (1) Student learning culture is something that needs to be implemented by teachers and carried out by students to support student behavior at school and outside school (2) achievement motivation needs to be given to students to support student achievement and student learning outcomes .

In the archive management system in a company, it is necessary to renew the archive management so that the records can be managed properly. The problem in this study is that the archive management system at the PT INSURIN Balikpapan Certification section can still be said to be less than optimal, due to the lack of knowledge about archive management and also a lack of awareness of the importance of archives. This study aims to develop a digital archive management system that can facilitate the search for archival data that is safe, fast, accurate, and more efficient. In this study, the type of research used was descriptive research with a qualitative approach using descriptive data analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, and use of seven other stages in the preparation of the system, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage, the analysis stage, the feedback stage, the repair stage, and the validation stage. The data analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the preparation of the application program that has been compiled can be used in archival management activities at the PT INSURIN Certification section to replace the previous system because it is considered effective but still requires the addition of other menus, especially in terms of archive search. It still needs development with the addition of other menus considering the many tools offered in the Microsoft Access application so that the system becomes more innovative, as well as renewal of archival equipment in the form of a roller-type scanner so that the process of scanning reports can be more practical and effective.
