This research aims to examine the problems, First see whether the implementation of non-litigation adjudication decisions on public information disputes in Central Java Province has been implemented.Second,what are the obstacles and efforts made in fulfilling the right to information in order to achieve the mandate of the 1945 Constitution Article 28F. This research is empirical legal research with a qualitative approach. Types and sources of data include primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used was interviews with the Commissioner of the Central Information Commission and the Assistant Commissioner of the Central Java Province Information Commission, then the data analysis technique used was qualitative. The research results show thatFirst,non-litigation adjudication decisions have not been implemented due to several factors, namely the weakness of the trial procedural law regulated in the Information Commission Regulation (PERKI), the absence of authority given to the Information Commission in overseeing decisions, and the independence of the Information Commission which is still very dependent on each commissioner. The obstacles that exist at the Central Java KIP in implementing non-litigation adjudication decisions, namely the legal substance related to the weakness of the PERKI as well as the urgency of revising the KIP Law in safeguarding community dynamism, the legal structure related to the limited budget owned by the Central Java KIP and the limited number of Information Commission employees who do not followed by an increase in quality, as well as community culture regarding the number of applicants who are not serious.

The aim of carrying out community service activities is to provide understanding to Kayutanyo village government officials in formulating legal documents that regulate the organizational structure, governance and business activities of BUMDES in accordance with statutory provisions. The implementation method is carried out by observation, coordination and implementation assistance. The verses of the Koran themselves contain absolute and final truth as when the book was revealed, while the truth of the interpretation of the text of the Koran is relative, so that the meanings of these verses can continue to be reproduced and developed according to the development of civilization and human needs themselves. Using library research methods, this research seeks to examine the function and meaning of the verses constructed from the form (ṣigah) fi'il 'alā Wazni Af'ala in Surah Al Mukminun. Based on the research results, several things can be concluded, First; 59 words or 59 places were found, both of isim and fi'il types whose word structure came from wazan af'ala. Second ; Of the 59 words originating from the wazan af'ala structure in Surah Al Mu'minun, it was found that 0.53% (32 words) contained the Lī Al Ta'diyyah function. Of the remainder, 2 words contain the meaning function للدخول في الشّيء (entering into something), 8 words contain the function لوجود مااشْتَقَّ منه الفعلُ في الفاعل (appearance origin of fi'il in fā'il), the next 4 words contain the function للمُبالَغَة (exaggerating the meaning of fi'il ), 2 words contain the function لوِجْدانِ الشيءِ في صِفةٍ (find something in nature), 6 words contain the function للصَّيْرُورة (change into), 3 words contain the function للتَّعْريْ ض (show off), 1 word contains the function للحَيْنونَة (arriving time), and 1 word contains للسَّلْب (withdraw or remove) function.

This article discusses the implementation of the Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Development Policy in the City of Bogor. This research aims to describe the implementation of HI PAUD policies in Bogor City. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses the Policy Implementation theory according to George C. Edward III, in which there are four indicators to assess the success of a policy, namely (1) Communication, communication has been carried out, but has not been optimal because socialization has not been carried out thoroughly to every PAUD unit; (2) Resources, in terms of the quantity of human resources, are inadequate, causing the delivery of information to be less effective, the limited budget means that the Bogor City Education Office only helps a little in terms of facilities for PAUD units; (3) Disposition, the officers have the knowledge and ability as a form of commitment in implementing the HI PAUD policy, but incentives cannot be given to PAUD Unit managers due to budget limitations; (4) Bureaucratic structure, in implementing HI PAUD policies, implementers only refer to applicable regulations and make adjustments to the conditions of each school. The suggestion from this research is that socialization must be carried out massively, it would be better for the Bogor City Education Office to add personnel, maximize the use of social media and provide incentives to PAUD unit managers.

Abstract. Implementation of management for Hajj pilgrimage registration at the Bukittinggi Ministry of Religion Office. The Hajj pilgrimage is a religious obligation for Muslims who meet the requirements. The Bukittinggi Ministry of Religion Office is responsible for providing the best service in organizing the Hajj. The main problem is a lack of understanding in the process of registration, payment and cancellation of the Hajj. The administrative process includes registration, payment and cancellation. Planning is carried out for services, guidance before, during and after the Hajj. The organization at the Bukittinggi Ministry of Religion Office has a clear structure for managing the registration process. Mobilization and supervision are also implemented to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in achieving goals. This research aims to determine the Management Implementation of Hajj Registration at the Bukittinggi Ministry of Religion Office. In this research the author used qualitative-descriptive research. The author uses data collection methods through observation, interviews, documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that it shows that management implementation has resulted in significant improvements in the Hajj registration process, such as increasing efficiency, data accuracy and service to pilgrims. Findings also identify factors that support successful implementation, such as effective communication and strong managerial support, as well as challenges faced, such as limited resources and regulatory changes. In conclusion, the implementation of management in Hajj registration at the Bukittinggi Ministry of Religion Office has brought significant improvements and made a positive contribution to the efficiency and quality of services.

An anchor is a steel element that is embedded in concrete when it is cast (cast in place) or installed later (post-installed) into concrete that has hardened and is used to distribute loads (tension and shear) acting on the concrete (SNI 2847:2019). The use of anchors in the world of construction is increasingly popular to help connect concrete structures. The installation of anchors has progressed from the initial anchors being installed before casting the concrete (cast in place), progressing to the anchors being installed after the concrete has hardened (post installed) by drilling. By drilling into concrete, installing and removing anchors becomes easier. Installation of cast-in-place anchors is generally used in the design of new construction, while post-installed anchor installation is generally used in old construction for repairs or retrofitting. Anchors have several variations including hed heax, L bolt and J bolt anchor variations, but it is not yet known which anchor variation has a greater bond strength value, what are the results of the comparison of bond strength values ​​for each variation of anchor and what are the differences in the anchor bond strength capacity for each variation? the anchor. With this research, it is hoped that we can find out the bond strength and bond stress values ​​for each variation of anchor so that the comparison of the bond strength of the anchor can answer the differences in capacity of each variation of the anchor as well. Research on the bond strength of anchors based on variations in anchor shape using the cast in place method shows that the bond strength value shown at the highest loading value is the type J anchor variation with an average load of 27,816 kN, the type L anchor variation with an average load of 26,971 kN and variations of the hex head type anchor with an average load of 12.85 kN. It can be concluded that the stress value is directly proportional to the loading value. The greater the loading value, the greater the bond stress value. The highest bond stress value is found in the type J anchor variation with an average bond stress value of 151,397 Mpa, in the L type anchor variation with an average bond stress value of 147,798 Mpa and in the hex head type anchor variation with an average bond stress value of 69.953 Mpa, so the bond stress is directly proportional to the loading value.

The implementation of the Murabahah agreement at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Medan Sukaramai is the focus of this research. The aim of the research is to analyze the process of implementing the Murabahah contract, identify the obstacles faced, and initiate efforts to overcome these obstacles. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. Respondents consisted of bank managers, bank employees and customers involved in transactions using Murabahah contracts. Data analysis was carried out taking into account relevant sharia principles. The research results show that the implementation of the Murabahah contract at BSI KCP Medan Sukaramai has been carried out carefully and structured in accordance with sharia principles. However, the obstacles faced include a lack of customer understanding of sharia principles as well as differences in understanding between customers and bank officers. Efforts made by banks to overcome these obstacles include increasing education for customers and regular training for bank officers. This research contributes to the understanding of Murabahah contract practices in the sharia banking sector, as well as offering recommendations for banks to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing Murabahah contracts. In addition, it is hoped that this research can provide customers with a better understanding of sharia principles in financial transactions.

This study aims to analyze the process of implementing the Islamic Montessori method in instilling the values of Islamic education in the South Tangerang Kiswah School, as well as explaining the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the Islamic Montessori method in instilling the values of Islamic education in the South Tangerang Kiswah School. This study uses a type of qualitative research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that: 1)The implementation of the Islamic Montessori method in instilling the values of Islamic education is carried out by instilling the values of faith, worship and morals that are adapted to the learning areas in the Islamic Montessori method. 2) Factors that influence the inculcation of Islamic educational values through the Islamic Montessori method in Kiswah Schools, namely: supporting factors (teachers as educators and facilitators, school environment, parents, and friends), and inhibiting factors (self and environment family).

The target of this service is the community, especially around Wonoplumbon Village, Mijen District, where many of the residents are construction workers, and need knowledge of Light Steel applications to improve work competence in the world of construction. The methods used are lectures, questions and answers, and hands-on practice on how to cut, join, install screws, make roof trusses, and make sills with Light Steel materials. After this activity it is hoped that the community will understand more in theory and practice about Light Steel materials.

This research aims to investigate the relationship between leadership style, level of work discipline, motivation and employee performance at the Economic Bureau of the Governor's Office of West Sumatra Province, with motivation as an intervening variable. The research method used is a qualitative approach to gain a deeper understanding of organizational dynamics. Data was collected through interviews and observations of employees and leaders at the Economic Bureau. The research results show that effective leadership styles, such as transformative and participative leadership, have a positive influence on employee motivation and performance. On the other hand, a high level of work discipline also has a positive impact on employee motivation and performance through creating a structured and supportive work environment. Employee motivation, as a mediator, plays an important role in linking leadership style, work discipline, and employee performance. This research provides valuable insight into the factors that influence employee performance in the Economic Bureau and their effectiveness on the effectiveness of economic management at the provincial level.

To improve service quality, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia issued a Decree of the Director General of the Religious Courts Number 1403.b/DJA/SK/OT.01.3/8/2018 Concerning Guidelines for One-Stop Services in the Religious Courts Environment. With this policy, the Depok Religious Court implemented the One-Stop Integrated Service. In implementing the One Stop Integrated Service at the Depok Religious Court, several obstacles were found in its implementation. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the implementation of the One Stop Service policy at the Depok Religious Court. The theory of this research uses the theory of policy implementation in the George Edward III model. By using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Retrieval of data using interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the research from 4 indicators that regarding communication it is necessary to carry out more socialization because many people do not know about the mechanism in the procedure for handling service cases that exist at PTSP. Resources, in terms of quantity the number of officers at PTSP is still small while the number of cases at the Depok Religious Court is quite a lot. In terms of quality, there is a need for training because there are still officers who are less responsive, and the existing facilities and infrastructure at PTSP have not been integrated all in one door due to limited land. Disposition, the executors have a commitment to carry out this policy by delivering tasks that are good enough in accordance with the contents of the instructions in the policy. Bureaucratic Structure, the officers have carried out the policy in accordance with the applicable SOP. Suggestions from this study are that socialization must be increased and there is a need for land expansion to support infrastructure facilities and additional staff on duty at PTSP so as to maximize service time.

Knowing the results of tests on the influence of profitability, business risk, sales growth and company size on the capital structure of insurance companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange is the aim of this research. The theory used is pecking order theory. Purposive sampling is the chosen sampling method. There are 18 insurance companies as sample companies registered on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and this has been processed for 4 years, resulting in 72 observations. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports of insurance companies that are registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2020 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear testing using the SPSS version 27 application. After testing and analyzing the data, the results show when partially profitability has a negative influence on capital structure. Partially, business risk, sales growth and company size have no influence on capital structure.

The research method uses descriptive analysis with Pan and Kosicki's framing analysis approach. The main data used comes from political news published in the media tvonenews.com in the period 14 November 2023-14 January 2024. Then the data was analyzed using Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki's framing analysis using four analytical structures, namely syntax, script, thematic , and rhetorical. To explain the interpretation of the news, the author uses Van Djik's critical discourse analysis with analysis of social cognition and social context. The results of the research show that Pan and Kosicki's framing analysis revealed that the news framing presented by tvonenews.com was unbalanced and in favor of one of the partners, which could influence people's attitudes and provide different interpretations in society.
