The increasing complexity of naval electrical systems and the demand for higher operational reliability necessitate a shift from traditional maintenance methods to data-driven predictive maintenance solutions. This research examines the effectiveness of IoT-based remote monitoring and diagnostic systems in improving system reliability, cost-efficiency, and operational sustainability in naval engineering. A qualitative-empirical approach was applied, utilizing expert interviews, structured surveys, and field observations to assess the impact of IoT-driven predictive maintenance. The findings indicate a significant reduction in system failures (92/100), maintenance costs (89/100), and operational downtime, demonstrating the effectiveness of real-time fault detection and automated diagnostics. Additionally, the study identifies challenges in infrastructure readiness (78/100) and cybersecurity concerns (82/100), which must be addressed for large-scale implementation. While the adoption rate (88/100) reflects strong industry support, skill readiness gaps (80/100) suggest a need for enhanced technical training in maritime education. The research concludes that IoT-based predictive maintenance offers a transformative approach to naval maintenance strategies, ensuring sustainability, efficiency, and enhanced fleet readiness in modern maritime operations.

State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) are companies owned by the state, where their capital comes from state assets that are separated for the purpose of generating state revenues. Unlike private companies, BUMN are not solely focused on profit-seeking but also have an essential role in fulfilling government duties, such as implementing policies for distributing subsidized goods to the public. This dual role means that BUMN are not only subject to the provisions of corporate law, as regulated in Law No. 40/2007 on Limited Liability Companies, but also bound by general administrative law. As a result, the concept of BUMN has evolved beyond merely a profit-driven state enterprise. It has become a public law entity responsible for formulating and implementing policies in the area of public services, which benefit the society at large. This legal research uses a combination of a statutory approach, conceptual approach, and case approach to explore the legal status of BUMN. The findings indicate that BUMN, in carrying out their activities, serve as public law entities, with nearly all of their business operations involving aspects of public services. Thus, BUMN should be understood as state administrative agencies or officials. Additionally, any financial losses incurred by BUMN are regarded as state financial losses under the relevant laws and regulations, emphasizing the interconnection between the state and BUMN in their implementation of public duties and services.

The abuse of Narcotics, Psychotropics, and Addictive Substances among the younger generation is a serious issue that threatens the future of the nation. This abuse has significant negative impacts on the mental and physical development of the younger generation. Therefore, prevention efforts through education, routine counseling, and positive activities in the community are crucial. The rampant abuse of Narcotics, Psychotropics, and other Addictive Substances among students and college students has become a new problem in the education sector. According to a survey conducted by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) and the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) in 2019, 2.3 million students or college students in Indonesia have consumed narcotics. The lack of knowledge and information among students about the effects of drug abuse is a major factor in the spread of this issue. The approach to implementing community service is carried out in several stages, including initial surveys, problem identification, needs analysis, target audience determination, and program implementation. Based on the community service activities carried out, the benefits are greatly felt. This is evident from the enthusiasm of the participants in engaging in the community service activities. The author would like to express their deepest gratitude to the Principal of SMAN 1 Kutacane, Southeast Aceh Regency, who has provided time and space and fully supported this community service activity so that it could be carried out successfully.

The subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) plays an important role in instilling Islamic historical values in students. One of the topics taught is the Story of Fathu Makkah, which describes the victory of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the Muslims in conquering the city of Makkah without war. However, in the learning process of grade IV students at MI Salafiyah, it was found that students showed a lack of interest in this material due to conventional and less engaging teaching methods. This study aims to enhance students' interest in learning the Story of Fathu Makkah through the use of story posters as a teaching medium. The research method employed is Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which consists of two cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observations, student learning interest questionnaires, and comprehension test results. The findings indicate that the use of story posters significantly increased students' learning interest. In the first cycle, students began to show interest in the material, although some were still less active. After improvements were made in the second cycle, there was an increase in student engagement during discussions, and their understanding of the material improved. Moreover, the students' average scores increased compared to before the intervention. The conclusion of this study is that the use of story posters can enhance students' learning interest in the Story of Fathu Makkah in grade IV at MI Salafiyah.
