The use of Uses and Gratifications Theory in the context of TikTok Live is a key strategy in overcoming the challenge of lack of effective product introduction to consumers. This theory reveals that TikTok Live users actively seek satisfaction through media, focusing on detailed product information. This research utilizes this theoretical framework to design more effective product marketing strategies, meeting consumer needs and desires. This research was conducted based on the results of observations or observations that the researcher had carried out for 1 (one) month. This research was conducted at PT. PLM JAYA which is located on Jl. Hajj Hospital No. 67 Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The application of Uses and Gratifications Theory in TikTok Live illustrates that users seek entertainment, social interaction, and fulfill personal needs when watching live broadcasts. They actively select broadcasts that suit their needs, enabling more informed and targeted purchasing decisions. This makes TikTok Live an effective platform in meeting user wants and needs and increasing the effectiveness of product marketing through social interaction and entertainment content. In the age of social media, especially on platforms like TikTok, product marketing has become increasingly creative and focused on entertainment. The entertainment appeal presented to users provides an opportunity for companies to convey their message in unexpected ways and direct user interest towards their products. With an innovative approach, product marketing on TikTok and similar platforms continues to develop into an important part of modern business strategy.

Education is a process of changing a person's behavior through knowledge and life experience that makes him more mature in thought and attitude. Character education is a very important component in building optimal national character. Character building will be effective if done from an early age. UPT Karanganyar Health Center Karanganyar Regency is a type urban non-inpatient health centers, so they only serve outpatient care and emergency. Based on the results of the survey and introduction of researchers, at UPT Karanganyar Health Center found a medical record document missfile. The Missfile was due to a lack of non-RMIK officers in the filing department careful in returning medical record documents in place, and amount the medical record staff in the filing is inadequate. This research aims to find out the medical record document storage system at UPT Puskesmas Karanganyar.This type of research uses descriptive research methods, with approach. The subjects in this study were medical record filing officers. The object of this study is a medical record document storage system in UPT Karanganyar Health Center. This research instrument uses guidelines interviews and observations. Data processing by collecting, editing, and data presentation.The result of this research is based on record numbering system medical uses UNS (Unit Numbering System) with Family Numbering, for alignment using SNF (Straight Numerical Filling) and storage using centralization with personal folders. Factor the cause of the missfile is the inaccuracy of the clerk in returning the document medical records to the filing rack, the impact of the missfile is service delays and duplication of medical records efforts made namely socialization with color coding.The author suggests that a tracer should always be used when retrieval of medical record documents, so that they are stored again medical record documents faster, and avoid missfiles. :  This research aims to describe the personality of the main character of the film “My Idiot Brother 2014”, namely Angel, through Sigmund Freud's theory which includes Id, Ego and Superego. This qualitative research uses literary psychology methods. The source of this data was taken from the film “My Idiot Brother in 2014”. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis using a literary psychology approach, namely describing the findings. The results of the analysis show that the id is in the form of desires and their fulfillment, the ego includes hateful behavior and the inability to accept reality and finally the superego is conscience awareness of one's bad attitudes and regrets.

The guardian of the lineage is a role that must be present in a marriage to act as a marriage guardian in marrying off one's daughter. This research discusses marriage annulment due to the marriage guardian not being the biological father with the aim and purpose of this research being to find out about legal tolerance in decisions from the perspective of Islamic law and Indonesian law, and to explain the position of the guardian in the Marriage Law. In this research the author uses normative research which is qualitative in nature, namely research which is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis whose objects are legal principles, laws, rules, court decisions and doctrine. As well as using a research approach with library research (Library) and field research with data collection techniques. This research concludes that a marriage is invalid if it is carried out by someone who is not a guardian of the lineage or a guardian judge if there is a guardian of the lineage. So if that happens the marriage will be canceled. In the view of Islamic law, canceling a marriage is fasakh, which means broken. The marriage was damaged because of a defect in the marriage process. In Decision Number 1784/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Mdn, it was found that the plaintiff's marriage guardian was his adoptive father, which in Islamic law states that the person who has the right to be the marriage guardian is the nasab guardian. His adoptive father admitted to the KUA that it was true that he was the biological father of the plaintiff and that he did not know the law that if a marriage is not with the guardian of one's lineage, the marriage is annulled because there is a legal defect in it. The judge's decision in this case was correct, because the defendants consisted of the husband, the chairman of the KUA, and witnesses to all the truth that happened. As stated in Article 1925 of the Civil Code: "A confession given before a judge is perfect evidence against the person who gave it, either personally or through someone who is given special authority for that purpose."

Bidang konstruksi merupakan satu hal pekerjaan yang memiliki kompleksitas yang tinggi dan melibatkan berbagai unsur. Peneliti melakukan penelitian pada pola dan kinerja penerapan K3 pada saat pelaksanaan pembangunan sampai dengan selesai. Pada proyek pembangunan ini. Populasi dari penelitian merupakan seluruh pekerja konstruksi di Pekerjaan Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Williambooth Semarang sebanyak 40 orang. Incidental Sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dengan memilih responden dilokasi dan dijumpai peneliti ketika melakukan observasi lapangan. berdasarkan hubungan pelaksanaan program K3 dengan kepatuhan pekerja dalam penggunaan APD belum sepenuhnya konsisten karena petugas K3 belum tegas dalam menegur pekerja yang tidak patuh menggunakan APD, program inspeksi K3 belum rutin dilaksanakan pada beberapa lokasi sebelum mulai bekerja. Hal yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan pekerja dalam menggunakan APD salah satunya tentang pengetahuan mengenai kegunaan APD pada urutam pertama, selanjutnya faktor penyelenggaraan SMK3 pada urutan ke 2, dan faktor perilaku / kepatuhan pekerja pada urutan ke 3. Penerapan dari program inspeksi K3, pengawasan K3, penerapan safety morning dan toolbox meeting juga belum sempurna.

An elderly person is someone who has reached the age of 60 years and over. One of the health problems that often occurs in the elderly is a decline in memory, learning and cognitive abilities in the elderly which causes them to have difficulty interacting and being difficult to understand. Conditions that affect cognitive abilities in the elderly are called dementia. Dementia is a chronic and progressive decline in memory and thinking function, causing disruption of functional activities. Nursing interventions that can be given to the elderly to improve cognitive function in the occurrence of dementia include brain gymnastics. The case study design used is descriptive research. The method used to collect data is using the Android-based MMSE (Mini Mental State Examination), namely MEFuKo (MMSE for Cognitive Function) to determine the level of dementia in the elderly. Brain exercise therapy (brain gym) is carried out for 7 consecutive days, 1 meeting per day with a duration of 15 minutes. Subject I's MMSE score before brain exercise therapy was 16 (presence of definite cognitive impairment) increased to 19 (presence of probable cognitive impairment) and there was an increase of 3 in total MMSE scores. The MMSE score in subject II before brain exercise therapy was 19 (possible cognitive impairment), after therapy the MMSE score became 23 (probable cognitive impairment) and there was an increase of 4 in total MMSE scores. The more activities you do, the less likely it is that seniors will experience a decline in cognitive function. The conclusion is that there was an increase in cognitive function in the two case study subjects which illustrate the application of brain gym therapy to cognitive function in elderly people with dementia. Brain exercise therapy is recommended to improve working memory function which can improve the quality of life of the elderly.

The Quran emphasizes that a person's honor in the sight of God is not determined by ancestry, social status, or nationality, but by their level of piety. This message is universal and relevant to all humanity, regardless of background. Piety itself is born from a transcendental moral awareness and is manifested through righteous and beneficial behavior. Therefore, Muslims should focus more attention on character development and self-improvement, rather than pride in lineage, which only fuels controversy with no real benefit to social life.

The population in  this study was all students  from grades I to  VI at SDN Rungkut kidul 1/267 Surabaya City  as many as 381 students.    This sampling  uses a random sampling technique, which will later use the  Slovin formula  obtained 79 people. The results  of the  calculation F count of  14,768, the  variable School Climate of  1,765, the variable of  Mental Development of  2,570 and  the value of  the coefficient of determination (R2)  of 0.  626 or 62.6% which means that the contribution to the  school climate and mental development  of the younger generation who attend SDN Rungkut kidul 1/267 Surabaya City is getting stronger

Diarrhea is the main cause of death globally. Diarrhea is a condition where liquid stools occur when defecating and the intensity is more than 3 times a day due to Escherichia coli infection. Factors that cause diarrhea are unsafe clean water facilities, water contamination by feces and poor personal hygiene habits. Diarrhea is included in the top 10 most common diseases in Malang City and the highest cases are in the Dinoyo Health Center area. The aim of the study was to identify the relationship between sanitation facilities, personal hygiene and E. coli content on the incidence of diarrhea. This type of research is cross-sectional quantitative with a purposive sampling method, totaling 35 samples. Data were analyzed by Chi-Square and multiple logistic regression tests. Bivariate test analysis resulted in a value of p=0.011 for sanitation facilities, p=0.007 for personal hygiene and p=0.000 for E. coli content. Meanwhile, the most influential variable is known, namely the content of E. coli in clean water (p=0.012) with a value of (OR=41.562; 95% CI 2.259-764.763). In conclusion, there is a relationship between sanitation facilities, personal hygiene and E. coli content with the incidence of diarrhea.

There are still many legal violations regarding personal data via the internet and also regarding the financial risks suffered by bank customers. There are regulations that protect bank customers who use internet banking from the threat of cyber crime and what legal measures can be taken by bank customers who use internet banking if the customer's personal data is not protected or their personal data is leaked. The research design or structure used by the author in this research is Library Research. There are several laws and regulations that regulate the personal data of customers and also banks and bank customers who feel disadvantaged due to the dissemination of customer personal information. That legal protection efforts have been made but have not reflected the principle of balance that is needed. Bank customers who feel disadvantaged due to the distribution of customer personal information used by third parties. The need for better legal protection for customers.

This article is based on research that aims to describe the implementation of civil case decisions at the Semarang District Court and its constraints. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. It was found that the implementation of civil case decisions in the Semarang City court began with the indictment or submission of execution by the appellant and ended with the execution of confiscation. The obstacles are (1) the high cost as a guide for the Petitioners; (2) the lack of qualified personnel; and (3) competition or rejection of the accused. Efforts to overcome these obstacles are: (1) the head of the district court encourages both parties to compromise between the initiator of the indictment and his opponent (the accused) amicably; (2) sending confiscation replacement personnel to summon the conflicting parties and proposed additional personnel but was not successful; and (3) confiscation officials inform or send unresolved issues via electronic devices to the City of Semarang to postpone implementation.

This study aims to determine the role of work motivation on the results of TBS PT Pinago Utama Musi Banyuasin district of South Sumatra province. Secondly to know the constraints and problems on the results of TBS employees in PT Pinago Utama Musi Banyuasin district of South Sumatra province. This research was conducted at PT Pinago Utama Kebun Inti 2 regency of Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatera Province which lasted for 1 (one) month from 1 December 2023 until January 10, 2024. The research method used is descriptive method. Research respondents were 66 people harvesting employees, 10 people harvesting mandates, 6 person division assistants calculated using Slovin formula. For a total of 82 people selected based on the technique by taking a selective person or object of research and have specific characteristics (purposive sampling). The instruments used are job satisfaction, work morale, reward, sanction, education, salary, and FFB result. Data analysis using cobb douglass regression analysis technique. The results of this study found that: first there was no significant effect of job satisfaction on FFB results. Second there is a significant influence of morale on the FFB result. The three significant effects of rewarding FFB outcomes. The four significant effects of sanctions on FFB outcomes. the five significant educational influences on TBS outcomes. The six significant effects of salary on FFB outcomes. Thus, job satisfaction is insignificant due to heavy workloads using BJR's system (average weighted weight) with fixed tonnage basis, but morale, reward, sanction, education, significant salary as firms pay attention to awarding in the form of rice and cooking oil and the appropriate salary UMR Musi Banyusian area.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the Family Hope Program (also known as PKH). In and of itself, the PKH program is a social assistance program that the Indonesian government launched in order to combat the country's high poverty rates. In this study, qualitative research methodologies and a descriptive approach are utilized, and interviews with various resource persons serve as the primary method for data gathering. The findings of this study showed that there were variations in the number of people who received PKH benefits over the course of the program's first five years of operation. In addition, there were variations in the lifestyles of people who received PKH benefits in the Gebang Putih Subdistrict. Despite the fact that the results were generally positive, this demonstrates that the implementation of PKH in the Gebang Putih Subdistrict was successful in reducing the level of poverty in the area. It is hoped that the Subdistrict assistants and the PKH assistants who are now on duty would continue to analyze the results of the program's implementation. In order for the percentage of people living in poverty to continue to fall, and for the inhabitants of Gebang Putih to be able to enjoy a higher standard of living.

Background : Hemorrhoids is one of the most common anorectal diseases, this disease can cause physical and psychological discomfort due to its disturbing symptoms such as rectal bleeding, pain, and itching sensation and will significantly affect the quality of life of the person with hemorrhoids. According to Slavin (2008), the prevalence of hemorrhoids in the world reaches 5%. There are various risk factors for hemorrhoids, one of which is the length of sitting without changing the position and age. According to Ali and Shoeb (2017) in their research, there were 50 patients out of 60 drivers experiencing hemorrhoids. A driver job that requires a long time to sit because of the long duration of driving can cause hemorrhoids. Kumala, et al (2016) said in their research on intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) bus drivers who have a driving duration of ≥ 6 hours have a risk of hemorrhoids and those aged ≥ 45 years have a risk of developing hemorrhoids.Objective : Knowing the relationship between driving duration and age with hemorrhoids in bus drivers at the AKAP Payung Sekaki terminal Pekanbaru in 2020.Methode : The design used in this study was an observational analytic type with a cross-sectional method. The sampling technique was accidental sampling, with a sample of 60 respondents who had the inclusion criteria. Statistical test data using the Chi-Square test.The results : There was an insignificant relationship between the duration of driving and complaints of hemorrhoids in the driver (p-value = 0.057) and the relationship between age and complaints of hemorrhoids in the driver (p-value = 0.073).Conclusion : There is an insignificant relationship between driving duration and age with complaints of hemorrhoids in bus drivers at AKAP Payung Sekaki Terminal

The low interest in reading has hampered intellectual abilities in society, especially students, so that libraries are required to be able to keep up with the pace of development of the times with services and infrastructure that meet the needs of space users, but the FBS UNP library has not been optimal in terms of interior design standards. Student complaints such as unstable air circulation, lack of reading space, and incomplete facilities have caused inconvenience, so an interior design of the FBS UNP Library was held with a minimalist concept. The purpose of interior design is to design a library layout that is representative and in accordance with interior design standards in order to create a sense of security and comfort for visitors while in the room. The interior design of the FBS UNP Library refers to the application of library interior design standards in the form of space, variety, hierarchy, lighting, personal areas, and comfort. The design method uses the 4D design method, namely Define (Defining) Design (Design), Develop (Development) and Dissaminate (Dissemination). Data collection is done by way of interviews, observation and documentation. Works are presented in the form of an Artwork Report with the main works being Presentation Mockups, Animation Videos and Presentation Posters.

This research aims to describe (1) Moral values ​​in myths in Central Katingan sub-district. (2) People's views on moral values ​​in myths in Central Katingan sub-district. (3) The implications of moral values ​​in myths in Central Katingan sub-district for learning Indonesian language and literature in high school. This research uses qualitative descriptive research which is defined as Moral Values ​​in Myths in Katingan Tengah District and Their Implications for Learning Indonesian Language and Literature in High School. In collecting data, this research used observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the steps for this data analysis technique are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. As a result of this research, the author found that there were (1) 18 total data from myths consisting of 7 myths about human relationships with their personal lives, while there were 2 myths between humans and other humans, and there were 8 myths about human relationships with God. Moral values ​​actually teach us to maintain good manners and behavior, words and deeds wherever we are and with this myth we respect each other. Therefore, the underlying belief system means that an analysis is needed to be able to answer the aim of this research, namely to describe the belief system that underlies the customs and customs of a belief or myth. Basically, the moral values ​​in myths teach us about politeness, behavior, and respect for cultural customs that apply to religious life (2) Views about myths are the result of human thoughts related to human lives at that time, then they believe these thoughts as outlook on life in meeting their non-physical (thought) needs.
