Badan Keuangan Daerah (BKD) City of Salatiga is a financial governance departement that manages finance including taxes, expenditure and budgeting for Salatiga government. BKD have Sistem Informasi Penatausahaan Keuangan Daerah (SIPKD) that manage all other accounting information systems as input, this system has neverbeen audited before, because KOMINFO has the right to be founded in 2017. The method use is, qualitative describetive with primary data type, and use study case approarch at BKD. Based on audit which researchers do with framework CobIT 5.0, the results of fifth domain at capability level 2 (Managed). In this condition, organization governance to SIPKD already can be support overall, especially in supporting making financial report Salatiga government. Suggestion for next research, can be done at other SKPD in Salatiga

ABSTRACT An environmental permit is a permit given to any person or initiator who wishes to undertake a business and / or activity that is required to be UKL-UPL in the framework of environmental protection and management as a condition of obtaining a business and / or activity license. Violations committed by PT. Hadi Putra Makmur related to the issue of obligations and prohibitions, especially regarding licensing, efforts to manage and monitor the environment, hereby the supervision of DLH enforces by giving administrative sanctions. The above is the basis for the author to take the title "ADMINISTRATIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT ON IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES THAT DO NOT HAVE DOCUMENTS UKL-UPL (Study of PT. Hadi Putra Makmur Semarang City)." In this research, the authors raise the problems, namely: a. How is administrative law enforcement for activities that have no significant impact that do not yet have UKL-UPL documents? b. What are the obstacles that arise in the administration of administrative law for activities that do not have significant impacts that do not have UKL-UPL documents? c. What is the Role of Administrative Law in Enforcement of Environmental Law? The method used is to use the type of juridical normative research with descriptive analytical research specifications, secondary data sources with data collection methods through literature study and interviews, and the method of presentation and data analysis methods using descriptive analytical methods. The purpose of this study is to explain the application of administrative sanctions for activities that do not have significant impacts that do not have UKL-UPL documents. Barriers that arise in the enforcement of administrative sanctions for activities that do not have a significant impact that do not have UKL-UPL documents, and the role of administrative law in environmental law enforcement. The results showed that PT. Hadi Putra Makmur has violated licensing, environmental management and monitoring efforts, DLH Semarang city has imposed administrative sanctions in the form of government coercion in accordance with PP no. 37 of 2012 concerning environmental permits. Administrative sanctions are legal instruments used for the first time by DLH in enforcing cases conducted by PT. Freight of goods and passengers in Indonesia With the availability of goods and transportation needed by transportation, there are many entrepreneurs or transportation service companies in the three transportation routes. PT. Pandu Logistik is a company engaged in the transportation of goods which is a legal entity in the Commercial Postal Service as stipulated in article 18 paragraph (1) of Law Number 38 of 2009 concerning Postal. During the process of shipping goods sometimes it does not need to be done with problems, for example regarding expenditures, both originating from nature, human actions or from the nature of the goods themselves. In answering this law, the approach method is carried out using the sociological juridical method with descriptive analytical specifications and the analysis is done qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the standard agreement in the transportation agreement determined by the carrier according to the position of the parties is not balanced and there is no freedom of transfer to determine the contents of the agreement. Factors that cause ownership change, damage or loss of goods in PT. Pandu Logistics is 2 factors, the first factor which is a factor of PT. Pandu Logistik itself and the second is external factors such as circumstances and accidents that cannot be done in the transportation of goods. The responsibility of PT. Pandu Logistics Semarang for lost or damaged goods that is by way of compensation of 10 times the shipping fee or a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), except if PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang can prove right and wrong that PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang, apart from the negligence and mistakes of the sender of the goods or because there is something about the cargo that does not reach the recipient of the goods, this is what frees PT. Pandu Logistik from Semarang sent by the goods sender. Vigilantism itself is an offense that still often occurs in the community around us. This violates the provisions of article 170 paragraph (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code, article 351 paragraph (2) and (3) of the Criminal Code, article 354 paragraph (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code. Violations of vigilantism are not justified because it is as if the community as the perpetrators of vigilantism ignores the legal process in force in Indonesia. Then there needs to be protection for the suspect or victim of vigilantism even though he is a criminal. It aims to achieve justice and legal processes in this country. The formulation of the problem of this research is What are the factors - factors that cause the occurrence of vigilante actions, How is law enforcement against perpetrators of vigilante acts (Study in the Legal Area of ​​the West Semarang District Police). The type of research used in this study is juridical normative. The research specifications are analytical descriptive. This study uses two sources of cracked data: primary data and secondary data. The method of presenting data in research is done in a descriptive way. The analysis used in writing this thesis is qualitative. The results showed that, the factors that caused the act of vigilantism were spontaneous arising from a group of people who came from social pressure factors, lack of public trust in law enforcement officials, lack of knowledge of people who conduct vigilante about the law and busy people capture the moment of vigilante with a cellphone rather than having to break up. Law enforcement against perpetrators of vigilante conduct (Studies in the Legal Area of ​​the West Semarang District Police) by conducting, overcoming, and minimizing the occurrence of vigilante acts both from the policy of penal policy (repressive) in accordance with article 27 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, article 170 paragraph (1) and (2) KUHP, article 351 paragraph (2) and (3) KUHP, article 338 KUHP article 354 paragraph (1) and (2) as well as non-penal (preventive) is done by conducting counseling to the community in the area - areas considered to be the scene of vigilantism and carrying out routine patrols.   Keywords: Factors, Enforcement, Self-Performing Judges.

The development of the economy in Indonesia in the field of trade and industry has given birth to many types of goods and services. Helped with the advancement of information technology and telecommunications in Indonesia, resulting in the vast area of ​​buying and selling transactions to foreign countries. As the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has the potential to become the largest producer of halal food. Business actors not only pay attention to the composition of the medical course, but also need food that is consumed legally. Legal certification of food products as a form of consumer protection against the halal of a product, not only to protect consumers but also as a bulwark to eliminate abuse authorities that harm business actors are only in the interests of consumer protection. The above is the basis for the author to take the title: "LEGAL PROTECTION FOR CONSUMERS OF FOOD PRODUCTS THAT HAS NOT HALAL CERTIFIED". The problem in this study is how the form of legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified and the legal consequences for businesses for food products that have not been halal certified. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The research specifications used are analytical descriptive. The data of this research are secondary data obtained through literature study which are then analyzed using qualitative methods.  The research results obtained despite regulations made by the Government, in Act Number 8 on Consumer Protection in 1999 and Act Number 33 on Halal Product Guarantee in 2014, that the facts that occur there are still food products that have not been halal certified . Based on the results of the study, legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified is regulated in Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act which regulates if consumers are harmed by products, consumers can file lawsuits with business actors as a form of legal protection against consumers. The obligation as a business actor to have a halal certificate is regulated in Article 4 of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Assurance System, as a result of the law received by business actors for the circulation of food products that have not been halal certified, namely by providing administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions that are regulated in Article 62 of the Consumer Protection Act.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, Halal Certificate, Legal Effects

Pressure  ulcer is local injury of skin of subtexture it, generally at bump of bone, the effect of pressure or pressure combination with friction or seraping. To preventing the risk of pressure ulcer at total bedrest patient need to treatmen of skin by Nigella Sativa Oil. The purpose of this case study is to be analyze of application by prevention of pressure ulcer pressure sores method at total bedrest patient. The type of this research is descriptive with method of the case study. The subject of this research use two patient who is sustain of total bedrest more than 3 eith enteria for assesment result by Norton 14 scale less than 14 which it is categorized risk of everage pressure ulcer. The result of this research can be conclude at subject I from 10 Norton scale to 13 scale, at subject II from 13 Norton scale to 16 scale. So, at the time from it review with high severe of injury to use the Design from every the category that obtains the result 0 which it means not happens pressure ulcer injury by both of subject. The nurse must be applies by Nigella Sativa Oil therapy at total bedrest patient to can prevent of pressure ulcer risk.

The WISN and ABK-Kes methods can be used to calculate the workload and staff requirements in the medical record unit. Medical record workers often catch several jobs without calculating the workload, so they feel a high workload. The purpose of this research is to analyze the need for medical personnel using the WISN and ABK-Kes methods. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive research design. The population in this study were all medical record officers. With eight medical record officers as samples. The results showed that based on calculations using the WISN and ABK-Kes methods, ten medical record officers were needed. So the proposed solution is to add expert medical record officers who are competent in their fields according to the calculation of the need for medical personnel according to the ABK-Kes method. This makes the medical record unit more reliable and ideal, because it is in accordance with PMK No. 33 of 2015 the addition of SDMK.

Asphyxia is the failure to initiate and continue breathing spontaneously and regularly when the baby is born or some time after birth. The aim of the research is to determine the description of midwives' knowledge of the meaning of asphyxia, etiology and treatment of asphyxia at the Special Regional Hospital for Women and Children in Pertiwi Makassar. The research was carried out at the Special Regional Hospital for Women and Children in Pertiwi Makassar. The method in this research uses descriptive analytics by taking a sample of 45 midwives with a total sampling technique, namely all midwives who work at the Pertiwi Makassar Regional Special Hospital for Women and Children in 2016. The data used in this research is primary data with the variable studied being knowledge midwives about the meaning of asphyxia, the etiology of asphyxia and the treatment of asphyxia. The results of the research from 45 midwives who were willing to be respondents found 42 respondents (93.33%) who had good knowledge about the meaning of asphyxia, 42 respondents (93.33%) who had good knowledge about the etiology of asphyxia and 40 respondents (88.89%) who had good knowledge about the etiology of asphyxia. good about treating asphyxia. In conclusion, most of the midwives' knowledge is good about the meaning of asphyxia, the etiology of asphyxia and the treatment of asphyxia. It is hoped that midwives will further increase their knowledge, especially in handling asphyxia in newborns to reduce the neonatal mortality rate.

Stroke is the sudden death of brain tissue caused by the lack of oxygen due to the impaired blood supply. Patients with stroke need to be given strengthen joints therapy, one of them is 300 lateral incline positions. The purpose of this case study is to analyze the position in stroke patients after the intervention of mobilization exercise every 2 hours for 6 days in Cempaka ward of RS Pantiwilasa Ciratum Semarang. The type of this research is descriptive case study approach method. The subjects of this study are two stroke patients with good functional outcomes, where the score for Modified Rankin Scale is between 0-2, willing to be respondents, never received a lateral 30? lateral incline therapy. The immobilization analysis is done descriptively and measured by Braden scale. Hence, the result of the study is the decrease of the risk shows by the changing of risk scale from 10 to 13. The recommendation of the research is the need of nurse consistency in mobilization to prevent decubitus in stroke patients.

Hypertension is not infectious disease which occupy the third place in the region’s small-scale Clinics Rowosari Semarang. Less healthy lifestyles as well as stress lead to uncontrolled hypertension and cause various complicatio. Foot reflexiology message is one of complementary therapies with muscle compression techniques giving rise to a relaxing effect and the lower blood pressure. The purpose of this study  is illustrate the aplication of reflexiology message theraphy to lower blood preassurein hypertensive clients.The methods used in this research is a descriptive case study method with case study approach. The subject are 2 people with criteria of age 35-65 years old and suffering from hypertension grade I and II. Intervensions carried out in the form of foot reflexiology massage therapy 30-60  minutes for three days a row. The results of the case study shows that there is a decrease of blood preassure 160/90 mmHg  143/83 mmHg be on subject I and subject II 180/100 mmHg to 155/87 mmHg. Foot reflexiology message therapy is recomended as a nursing intervention in the client management of clients  with hypertension.

Depression is one form of psychiatric disorders in nature of feeling (affective or disorder) is characterized by melancholy, lethargy, feeling of no use, and despair. A nursing action that needs to be administered to patients with depression disorder with the provision of music therapy. Music therapy is a therapy that can improve the effects of analgesics, comfort effects that can reduce depression. Musik used with dangdut music fast rhythm. The purpose of this case study illustrates the changes in depression levels before and after the dangdut music therapy performed rapidly in the space Gatot Kaca RSJD Dr. Amino Gondhohutomo. This type of research is descriptive by using case study approach method. Subyek in this case study were two patients with mild to moderate depression, 18 to 20 years og age, and like dangdut music. Analysis was done descriptively and measured using an HRS-D scale assessment. The result of analysis after the music therapy dangdut fast rhythm for 4 times on subjects I and subjects II, showed that the occurrence of decreased depression rate with subjects I score 13 (mild depression) to 6 (normal) and subjects II 16 (moderate depression) to 12 (mild depression). Recommendations for nurse may continue nursing actions to lower dep levels.

Indonesia telah menerapkan Open Government Data (OGD) sejak tahun 2008, yaitu ketika Undang-UndangKeterbukaan Informasi Publik (UU KIP) No. 14 tahun 2008 disahkan. Penerapan UU KIP bagi segenap badanpublik, termasuk pemerintah pusat maupun pemerintah daerah mulai diberlakukan pada tahun 2010, melalui PPNomor 61 tahun 2010. Pengelola KIP di Indonesia dilakukan oleh Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi(PPID), yang dilaksanakan melalui surat keputusan (SK) pimpinan tertinggi pada badan publik, dimana ketikakonteksnya adalah pemerintah daerah, maka SK ditandatangani oleh Walikota atau Bupati. Secara faktual, Indonesiadimasukkan ke negara yang telah menginisiasi penerapan KIP tetapi berpotensi menghadapi kendala keberlanjutanpenerapannya. Sampai dengan tahun 2017, jumlah kota yang telah menunjuk dan memiliki PPID masih sebesar86,73% (85 kota dari 98 kota) se Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya persoalan atau faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi kesediaan atau kesiapan (readiness) untuk mengadopsi sistem baru di dalam ruang lingkupkelembagaannya. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk untuk mengeksplorasi tentang kesiapan (readiness) untukmengadopsi pengelolaan KIP untuk memberikan layanan informasi dan dokumen kepada masyarakat. Hasilnyadiketahui bahwa faktor komitmen organisasi dan pengelola menjadi bagian dari rendahnya kualitas readinesspengelolaan KIP. Direkomendasikan melalui hasil pendekatan Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), agar dilakukanstrategi readiness organisasi dan pengelola melalui penguatan tata kelola dan penguatan individu dengan dukunganinfrastruktur dan pendanaan yang memadai.

The purpose of community service activities with the theme of Information Service on Reproductive Health in Young Women Aisyiah I orphanage member West City Banjarsari Solo is to provide knowledge about reproductive health in young women members of Putri Aisyiah I West Kota, Banjarsari, Solo in order to take care of themselves and prepare self as a prospective mother.The target of this community service activity is the realization of the guidance to maintain the health of femininity that can be used by young women members of Orphanage Princess Aisyiah I West Town, Banjarsari, Solo. So that helps the achievement of the goal effectively and efficiently is able to maintain the health of her feminine in a preventive and correct so that become healthy citizens.This community service is implemented by applying Brenstorming method, Lecture method, Question answer method, and Exercise method to make the material easy to receive and practiced completely by the members. Information service is conducted for one month with frequency of exercise once a week, place of execution at Princess Orphanage Aisyiah I Solo. Through this activity the members have knowledge about reproduction health, so as to strengthen the self-adolescent girls who entered the orphanage and finally the young women become members of a strong and productive society.Keywords: Information services, reproductive health.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of consumer attitudes on the attribute of the multipurpose flour kobe brand in Kulon Progo regency, by taking samples of 30 stores from 136 stores selling kobe brand versatile flour. This research uses data analysis method of fishbein and chi-squares, the result of the research method that is obtained is the attitude of consumer of all purpose flour kobe brand got confident attitude with score 4,1. Based on research method of writer, obtained by calculati on result of fishbein analysis known Ao weight score for product of its kind diverse and hygienic have highest confidence weight that is 0,2642, followed by cheap and affordable price also product have good taste get equal weight that is 0, 2459 and the last product attribute with price indicator according to taste quality get weight 0.2439. The overall value of consumer attitudes (Ao) for the kobe brand versatile flour attribute is 4.01, the value obtained in the fishbein model lies in the acceptance area of a confident attitude (5> Ao ≥ 4), from data that has been processed can be inferred attributes on the versatile flour of kobe brand in the form of price and product can be accepted with confidence by its consumers. Based on the research method of the authors obtained chi- squares test results obtained x2hitungsebesar 40.000 and x2 table N-1 or 301 = 29 then x table 42.56 because chi-squares x2h <x2t and Significant test of the table obtained 0,000 then 0,000 <0, 05 then it can be concluded Ho accepted and Ha rejected. Interpreted there is no difference in consumer attitudes toward price attributes based on turnover. Result of chi-squares test obtained χ2 count equal to 3,867 and x2 table = 42,56 with α = 0,276 because α> 0,05 show Ho accepted and Harejected can be interpreted there is no difference of consumer attitude toward product attribute based on turnover.

The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of employee workon the Unit Unit Laka Lantas Purworejo Police. Sampling using the census method, which takes all the population as sempel as many as 6 employees. This research uses Likert-scale data analysis method.Based on the research that the authors do ultimately obtained results for the variable motivation 76%, job satisfaction 91%, 58% workload variable and time variable completing 78% task. Of the four variables the most dominant variable is job satisfaction variable with a score of 55 or 91%. While the lowest variable is the workload variable with a score of 35 or 58% cause factor is due to the unbalanced amount between the workload with the number of personnel available. Leaders must have a policy to increase incentives and bonuses and increase the number of personnel for the team of Laka Unit Purworejo Police to have a balance between the number of personnel with the work load run by laka unit team in order to run the task and finish the work can be more optimal with good results or satisfying and in serving the community can be better, proportional and professional.

The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. This can be evidenced from the results of the training that was attended by 27 people already able to be a mentor of 21 people.Keywords: Counseling, Guidance learn to overcome learning difficulties, teachers and parents.

Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution.
